Nice and quiet location. Rooms need renovation urgently. Old furniture. Hard beds. Pillows not comfortable. Not enough light in bathroom. Very old hairdryers. Spa and pools good but overcrowded. In the restaurant for breakfast: just a few tables inside, if you dont find one,you should go in terrace where smoking is allowed. Staff friendly.

To start with, the environment was pretty nice. The staff was surprisingly impolite. There were no lockers so we had to carry our stuff all over. We were provided with a tiny towel only. The jacuzzi was out of order (never got informed about it). The worst part though was their unwillingness to give us a receipt.

If you are looking for luxury experience definitely it's not your place, but it is comfortable and clean, the breakfast is ok as well.

Personnel is polite and friendly, the view from the pool is great, but there are so many things that could be improved. Single beds are relatively small, the baths are clean-ish, all the facilities need better maintenance, part of the SPA does not work, the breakfast menu needs more options.

Villa Sintica was amazing! Beautiful rooms, friendly staff and an overall great service! The pool and spa were top notch! Crystal clear water and multiple facilities to choose from. Very cosy and probably one of the best in the area. From kind staff, to a wonderful room and a great breakfast. With a picky family about hotels this was above and beyond and everyone was so happy.

Nice pool areas but the spa wasnt staffed. Overall the staff was rather indifferent. Breakfast isnt served until 8 am, which is fine if you're there as the destination. Carpet was dirty but the AC worked great. Bathroom was tiny.

Amazing hotel. Everything is so well organized. The service is amazing and polite. The food is so tasty and you can coose whatever you want . The pools are amazing with hot water so you can enjoy as much as you can. I know that I will come back here for sure .

Located in s very convenient area of town. Between beautiful park and town centre. Ideal relaxing spot. Service is excellent. Especially mrs. Veneta, the receptionist who will always make sure that guests have the best service.

Best place to stay in the region, location in the centre of the city and at the entrance of the park at the same time. Spaces are big and the spa center has real size.

The gotel is very nice and friendly! The swimming pool despite being outside it is nice and warm and there is a roof above it during the winter. Coffee from the machine was great too. There is a river right next to the yard. The park is near to the hotel. Great vacation days with family.

Probably the best family-run hotel in Bulgaria! Excellent restaurant too. Delicious breakfasts and dinners. Try out the pancakes! Mountain trails are about 6 km up the road, so perfectly accessible.

Excellent accommodation, a surprise for us! And incredibly inexpensive - we paid 25 EUR for room / night, including secured car parking (underground). It could be the perfect stay, except the poor quality of the sound insulation between rooms; one must be incredibly tired to be able to ignore the noise from the next room 😁

The only problem - there is no lift, and this is a five-storey building.

The rooms are very well maintained and very clean even though it’s an older hotel. They are also spacious and offer fantastic view. We were here for just one night but would definitely come back. The staff is also helpful and friendly and the location is perfect. The only downside I find is the lack of an elevator but it’s not a deal breaker.

Note: not suitable for having health problem (upstairs climbing in mountain area is too difficult, pay attention). The solely solution: taxi. We loved the hotel restaurant. Gourmet food, nice atmosphere (tables front the park), quiet and centrally located. Classy. We had seafood - best grilled shrimp I've had in the Balkans (including Greece). Excellent deserts (we tried the chocolate soufflé and the creme brûlée). Dog-friendly too. We will be back.

The 2 rooms we booked for our group were in different buildings, but the host solved the problem, offering us rooms in the same building. (Thank you!) The restorant downstairs is out of this world. Sea food is so fresh and brought over from Greece. Price is very resonable. Definitely try the octopus.

I'm sure that this hotel was amazing when it first opened the doors for customers. The design and the facilities are great but they seem that they're not well maintained. Even so, it's still a good deal. We stayed for one night on our way back to Romania, we slept well and had a good breakfast! So yes, don't hesitate to stay here!
