It's a nice and comfortable place, friendly staff and clean facilities. Even in the late winter (end February), there were two functional pools with mineral water. Dinner on menu to choose from was excellent, they have a good cook. Not impressed with the block tables.

Personnel is polite and friendly, the view from the pool is great, but there are so many things that could be improved. Single beds are relatively small, the baths are clean-ish, all the facilities need better maintenance, part of the SPA does not work, the breakfast menu needs more options.

Nice place, friendly stuff and big variety of breakfast. Nevertheless there were only a few options of the extra menu. We ordered a club sandwich which was ok and a bruschetta with salmon and prosciutto that had way way way too much garlic, plus the bartender didn't know how to make any cocktails. We experienced the 4 stars part of the hotel, as there is a 3star as well. The 4 stars equals to 3 stars and the 3 one = 2 stars. Poor breakfast but good quality food. Rooms need maintenance. Staff is very polite but they cannot do anything more but to accept complaints. The pool was big and the water was hot only one of the 3 days we stayed. Sauna was ok. The location is good as gives a nice view...

Great place. Luxurious, calm, great staff, room, food. We enjoyed the wonderful views of the mountains, hot spring pool and enjoyed the nature and surroundings. Wished we had spent more days there. We will be back!

We had a lovely short stay and we hope to return for longer. The grass on our terrace was not mowed which seemed odd and the double bed was two singles pushed together with two duvets which was unusual and not expected at Relais & Chateaux. Staff in the hotel were great.

Fantastic views, food, wine and spa The resturant, wine tasting and the estate was fantastic! Great service, friendly staff and great food. Dont miss out on the wine tasting or the fine dining. The spa area and the massages were amazing. 10/10!

As person who had stayed in different chateaux arround the word including the valley of Loire in France and private mansions in Italy the Zornitza estate is one if kind in Bulgaria and stands out before any other . The relaxing atmosphere, elegance and comfort along with amazing personal service grant you one amazing experience .

It is a very nice place. But sometimes the water in the pool is too cold. The food in both restaurants is amazing.

Pleasant hotel with restaurant and garden. The food is good in terms of price-quality. The rooms should be cleaned more, because there were dust on the floor and some of the furniture.

Great atmosphere. Great food. Clean and cozy. We spent Christmas Eve there. There was a festive dinner with great service. Pet allowed. There is a convenient parking space. We recommend with both hands and we will go back!

We loved the hotel restaurant. Gourmet food, nice atmosphere (tables front the park), quiet and centrally located. Classy. We had seafood - best grilled shrimp I've had in the Balkans (including Greece). Excellent deserts (we tried the chocolate soufflé and the creme brûlée). Dog-friendly too. We will be back.

The 2 rooms we booked for our group were in different buildings, but the host solved the problem, offering us rooms in the same building. (Thank you!) The check-in process was done in the street, but the host was very nice and went out of his way to make us feel welcome. The rooms are ok, clean, with rather cheap but decent-looking finishings. We were there for just 1 night, and the place fit the purpose

Very friendly, professional service. Super location, clean, nice silence room, only I had a little problem with the air-conditioning in the room the last day, but the staff did everything in their hands to resolve the issue, including giving me another room. Definitely if I come to Sandanski, I will stay again in this hotel. Thank you

The restorant downstairs is out of this world. Sea food is so fresh and brought over from Greece. Price is very resonable. Definitely try the octopus.

I'm sure that this hotel was amazing when it first opened the doors for customers. The design and the facilities are great but they seem that they're not well maintained. Even so, it's still a good deal. We stayed for one night on our way back to Romania, we slept well and had a good breakfast! So yes, don't hesitate to stay here!

It's not perfect, but it's good. Bathrooms appear quite clean, the rooms are also generally neat, but not spotless. Restaurant hygiene I am unsure about. Staff is friendly and very respectful.

Amazing hotel. Everything is so well organized. The service is amazing and polite. The food is so tasty and you can coose whatever you want . The pools are amazing with hot water so you can enjoy as much as you can. I know that I will come back here for sure .

Located in s very convenient area of town. Between beautiful park and town centre. Ideal relaxing spot. Service is excellent. Especially mrs. Veneta, the receptionist who will always make sure that guests have the best service.

Best place to stay in the region, location in the centre of the city and at the entrance of the park at the same time. Spaces are big and the spa center has real size.

Quiet location, the swimming pool was very refreshing after our 7 hours drive. The rooms where spacious. It was a very easy drive to Sadanski with it's beautiful pedestrian street. Nice accommodation for family with a playground and outside resting areas.

Complete relaxation, tranquility, not overcrowded. The food is fresh and delicious, especially the kebabs and homemade sausage, as they are bought in small quantities on the day of its preparation. French fries are homemade, crispy, yellow, super tasty, not fried. Feeling as if you are a guest at someone's villa and sitting in the yard and having dinner, silence, you can only hear the chirping of birds...
