It's a nice and comfortable place, friendly staff and clean facilities. Even in the late winter (end February), there were two functional pools with mineral water. Dinner on menu to choose from was excellent, they have a good cook. Not impressed with the block tables.

Personnel is polite and friendly, the view from the pool is great, but there are so many things that could be improved. Single beds are relatively small, the baths are clean-ish, all the facilities need better maintenance, part of the SPA does not work, the breakfast menu needs more options.

We experienced the 4 stars part of the hotel, as there is a 3star as well. The 4 stars equals to 3 stars and the 3 one = 2 stars. Poor breakfast but good quality food. Rooms need maintenance. Three stars, but liked the center, you're always in the main square and you have a feast! Good restaurant.

To start with, the environment was pretty nice. The staff was surprisingly impolite. There were no lockers so we had to carry our stuff all over. We were provided with a tiny towel only. The jacuzzi was out of order (never got informed about it). The worst part though was their unwillingness to give us a receipt.

Great SPA. Everything is very clean, staff is kind, nice pool, never crowded, great sauna, etc. Nice relax room. I was staying in the nearby town of Melnik and visited two afternoons. Highly recommend.

I was here two times... Always only for swimming pool, jacuzzi and there is a relax room as well. It cost 6 EUR for one person .. for all day. The spa it's not working now but it will from beginning of January. Everything is clear. And most importantly every time i am almost alone in there... So cool place to swim.

Good hotel. The big outdoor swimmingpool has a minumum 1.5m depth and this means it is quiet and hardly used as the kids, and their parents, are at the smaller warn water pool next to it. This is a benefit for those who wish to have a break from the noisy and rowdy children everywhere in the hotel. The WiFi was slow as all the families was using it and the download speed was less than 1Mb/s.

The service is impeccable. The hotel is very nice itself, but it's the people who work here (including the restaurant) who make it amazing. Food is simply amazing, congratulations to the chef who does miracles - fancy food and super tasty. We didn't get to try the spa but I am sure it's lovely too. Definitely recommend!

Pleasant hotel with restaurant and garden. The food is good in terms of price-quality. The rooms should be cleaned more, because there were dust on the floor and some of the furniture.

The 2 rooms we booked for our group were in different buildings, but the host solved the problem, offering us rooms in the same building. (Thank you!) The check-in process was done in the street, but the host was very nice and went out of his way to make us feel welcome. The rooms are ok, clean, with rather cheap but decent-looking finishings. Super location, clean, nice silence room, only I had a little problem with the air-conditioning in the room the last day, but the staff did everything in their hands to resolve the issue, including giving me another room. The restorant downstairs is out of this world. Sea food is so fresh and brought over from Greece. Price is very resonable. Definitely try the octopus.

I'm sure that this hotel was amazing when it first opened the doors for customers. The design and the facilities are great but they seem that they're not well maintained. Even so, it's still a good deal. We stayed for one night on our way back to Romania, we slept well and had a good breakfast! So yes, don't hesitate to stay here!

We were able to check-in proir 15:00 Once we entered the playground with the children, the staff informed us, that our children can not stay there, because they heared them caugh 2-3 times at place. Have eaten there in the past but today was a little disappointing. There was only one waiter who was for a little while rushed. Most if not all main courses were served with the same herb potato's that were lackluster when it came to the herbs as I never tasted any their was also far too many of them. The restaurant is cosy and the food is good. It stays open till late and serves hard liquor, wine and beer. There is a kids playground in the yard - especially good during the warm months of the year. The hotel is not far from the city park which is the main landmark of Sandanski. Being in the outskirts of the town the hotel is very quiet place and perfect for weekend getaways.

Excellent accommodation, a surprise for us! And incredibly inexpensive - we paid 25 EUR for room / night, including secured car parking (underground). It could be the perfect stay, except the poor quality of the sound insulation between rooms; one must be incredibly tired to be able to ignore the noise from the next room 😁

Great value for the money. There was a bit too much chlorine in the pool and I had some minor reactions as sneezing and coughing, so be mindfull when using it.

Very nice hotel, pool with warm water. Stayed there many times. The restaurant is very expensive, the servers very rude and unfriendly. The one exeption is Alex - he was the only one making us feel welcomed.

The hotel is not for hot summer time. Wather in the pool is hot, air condition in the apartment does not work well. It can be good for spring time.

Quiet location, the swimming pool was very refreshing after our 7 hours drive. The rooms where spacious. It was a very easy drive to Sadanski with it's beautiful pedestrian street. Nice accommodation for family with a playground and outside resting areas.

Complete relaxation, tranquility, not overcrowded. The food is fresh and delicious, especially the kebabs and homemade sausage, as they are bought in small quantities on the day of its preparation. French fries are homemade, crispy, yellow, super tasty, not fried. Feeling as if you are a guest at someone's villa and sitting in the yard and having dinner, silence, you can only hear the chirping of birds...
