It's a nice and comfortable place, friendly staff and clean facilities. Even in the late winter (end February), there were two functional pools with mineral water

Staff is very polite but they cannot do anything more but to accept complaints. The pool was big and the water was hot only one of the 3 days we stayed

Personnel is polite and friendly, the view from the pool is great, but there are so many things that could be improved

Also the spa is good and the interior design have some very fresh and good interpretation of the modernism with good color balance between the cold and soft textures

Super location, clean, nice silence room, only I had a little problem with the air-conditioning in the room the last day, but the staff did everything in their hands to resolve the issue, including giving me another room

Located in s very convenient area of town. Between beautiful park and town centre. Veneta, the receptionist who will always make sure that guests have the best service

Quiet location, the swimming pool was very refreshing after our 7 hours drive. It was a very easy drive to Sadanski with it's beautiful pedestrian street

Pools, nature and surroundings are wonderful. Their homemade products are absolutely wonderful. From Wines to the sheep youghurt and honey on the breakfast table

As person who had stayed in different chateaux arround the word including the valley of Loire in France and private mansions in Italy the Zornitza estate is one if kind in Bulgaria and stands out before any other

Excellent accommodation! We had a large two bedrooms apartment, which included two bathrooms and a huge livingroom. It had a balcony with lovely views, which allowed the smokers in the group to stay close

Free shuttle to the ski complex and only 10 minute walk into the superb Bansko. Great friendly service and food quality. Special shout out to Bobby the bartender, really top bloke and fantastic service

They had a good shuttle bus service going to the ski slopes every morning and returning in the afternoon, but if you just want to take a walk, the hotel is relatively close to the gondola

Then three places with a different ambiance offer drinks till middle of the night without disturbing the rest of other hosts. Service is perfect, efficient and helpful

The hotel has a pleasant lay out, the breakfast is excellent, the bar is lovely and the food is very good. The spa is good with a small swimming pool, sauna and steam rooms. The only downside is the rooms themselves

The good thing is that it is next to the pool, and the activity park. Also they lets us stay with our dog

This hotel is very good and its location is perfect. You cross a pathway through a little forests and you are on the ski slope to the Gondola. The apartment was quite spacious with high comfortable mattress

Great apartment Hotel, located at very good spot, great at summer and also great at Winter, really close to ski road, so you can almost do ski-out , just go over the road and put your ski on.

What they may lack in certain features you might want, the staff and service they provide is well worth staying here

10 mins walk to the gondola if you cut across a bit of a track through some wasteland (cars, taxis and pedestrians all use it). 5 mins from the Main Street with Amigos et al bars and restaurants

Shuttle is available to and from gondola but is a small 9 seater bus that fills quickly in the morning, less so in the afternoon. Rooms (we had 2 bed apartment) were excellent and very clean, and kept so all week

We have just stayed here for 7 nights. It was a nice hotel, the staff were friendly especially the guy behind the bar he was brilliant with my daughter she loved the kids cocktails

There were some disappointing things like the hotel states sound proof rooms but it wasn't as we were woken at 6am every day by shouting and banging from next door and upstairs

If you’re not precious about being right beside the gondola station, like the Kempinsky, you could do much worse than a stay at Winslow Infinity 👍🏻

Stayed as part of a Balkan Holiday ski package. If you need to walk to the gondola this takes around 8 minutes

Very satisfied from our stay at Evergreen Aparthotel. Very nice atmosphere, large rooms, hot pool spa and steam room, great kitchen, great staff! Best part right next to the ski lift only 2 minutes walk

Large apartments with all you might need inside. The aparthotel is very close to the cabin lift and slope #1 so basically you can ski to your room

Descent price/performance ratio. Very close to the gondola. No lifts for upper floors. Spa at the basement is good for after ski relaxation.

I stayed at Premier Luxury Mountain Resort in Bansko with high expectations, given its name and rating. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, but I can’t say it lived up to the “luxury” label

We made use of the spa facilities daily, the pool is small but sufficient. We enjoyed the sauna, steam rooms and hot tub after a long day of skiing. We also enjoyed a wonderful massage

Upon arrival at the hotel we arrived around 10pm which was quite late check in was easy enough however the receptionist seemed to like she didn’t want to do any work!!! However cause we paid for half board she offered us some sandwiches to be brought up to the room which was nice we were on the 3rd floor and there is 1 lift which isn’t exactly the quickest the floor motion lights take a while to turn...

Room, and the toilet, or specifically toilet seat, could be much cleaner. Toilet seat had "desinfected" label on it, but was dirty. Cups left by the kettle still had coffee on them🤢

We've been going to this hotel for 10 years and this was the worst cleaning. This year food was much better than last year. Pool is finally fully renovated (last year it was still work in progress)

If you only interested in the minimum place to sleep and have breakfast then choose this places to stay, otherwise look somewhere else! The rooms are bare minimum, we booked one room with a double bed and a second room with two single beds, we got two double beds and forced one of the members to sleep on the couch in the living room, the kitchen is empty and you can't cook anything, they give you ...

The breakfast was amazing, the location a 5 minute walk to the gondola, the pool is open in limited hours (its not that great either). It wasn't a good and relaxing experience for us we can't recommend staying there

There was even a misunderstanding with the price (my mistake), and the reception team went out of their way to resolve it fairly and offered me a very considerate rate. Their hospitality made a big difference

Just a fantastic place, with fantastic rooms great views from the Windows. Great time of the evening, great pool, good gym sauna and salt dialky. Very convenient location walk to the centre, swayed walking to the lift

I originally booked just one night at Saint George Hotel, but ended up staying for three nights because the experience was so good

The accommodation and food were very good, the room was very warm, the staff was friendly, the prices were affordable, the spa service was good, the pool was heated, the ski slope was excellent

You have to get up at 7 in the morning to grab a sunbed in the sun. There isn’t enough space outside for more loungers. It wasn’t a horrible experience, but we definitely wouldn’t go back

The staff are very friendly, good restaurant on site, supermarkets and Pirin Street in easy walking distance. There is a boot room and shuttle to the gondola- must haves for skiing' and a good pool and spa centre

Two years ago, they had issues with too much chlorine in the pool, but this is solved now. The location is just a short 5-minute walk to the ski lift. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

I have not regretted it for a second and i can only say to anyone thinking of booking here that they should go for it. 7 Pools was everything we wanted. I’d say well above a 3 star rating

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room/apartment is clean and spacious. The large pool is a highlight as you can swim in it, compared to other hotels that are too small

After a lot of research I booked a 2 bed maisonette apartment at 7 Pools Hotel for a (5 pax) family skiing trip. I have to say it was very difficult choosing our accommodation

Staff are friendly, the house keeping staff even washed up and made our beds while we were out. The paid WiFi service for rooms though is bad as we struggled to connect to it

Room was comfortable but not clean. There were some food leftovers in fridge and dust on some places. However, hotel stuff were nice and professional and made up for that

The apartments are all privately owned by individual owners. There is a management company that rents out a few apartments. You can go through the official Grand Montana website or their booking

Don't let this put you off as there are swimming pools, restaurants and bars everywhere in this part of Bansko

It was clean though various small issues such as in bathroom shower cubicle leaked as drain was at highest point so it flooded bathroom floor and flowed out of drain outside cubicle but plenty of towels to mop it up

Cleaners visited nearly every day to empty bin, straightened beds and even did our dishes! Used swimming pool several times, was a bit chilly sometimes also used sauna

Shower tray did leak a little as needs re-seal, but nothing major. Drawers in bedroom broken, but plenty space in wardrobe. Pool/spa could do with tlc but fine for a dip and kids enjoyed

The water in the kids’ pool was quite dirty. The cocktails are also very low quality, and for the price you pay, they do not match the hotel’s star rating at all

Lunch at La Veranda was in a fun atmosphere and portions and quality of offerings were super. La Prima offered an amazing 5-star menu. The desserts were out of this world. Resort is spacious and very clean

Very large rooms. Great service! Breakfast are not that varied but are good enough. Less than minutes of casual walk from the gondola. And 2 minutes from the main street of town. Bottom line - great value for the money.

The hotel itself is a 3* - the rooms (and bathrooms in particular) are a little outdated but the beds are comfortable enough

I think there should be a choice of whether or not they change your towels everyday as I find it a real waste and not eco friendly. No bath mat provided so we were using a hand towel. Kitchenette was really useful

POOL - fair size, though could be bigger and warmer in winter. BREAKFAST - very good and varied. Considering the location/price/quality ratio, we found it a good value in every year increasing prices in Bansko

Breakfast was very comprehensive and the hot food items varied day on day. Pool is a fab addition/bonus and we really enjoyed the 2 saunas. Bathrobes provided also great

Besides this, with friends, family, short vacation or just to take your mind off things, coming to this place will be fun and satisfying (for the most part). The restaurant as well as the food was surprisingly quite nice

There is a mini bus that can take you from the hotel to the gondolas but only in the morning so you have to be very careful with the timing or otherwise, if you're late the driver won't wait for you

The service form the reception was very bad. They didn't help us when asking questions and the staff wasn't very pleasant

If you have questions, good luck having them being answered by the staff
