Everything is so well organized. The service is amazing and polite. The food is so tasty and you can coose whatever you want. The pools are amazing with hot water so you can enjoy as much as you can

Very nice, I hadn't come in like 20 years (spent my childhood weekends here) Warm rooms, warm pools, easy transfer form inside to outside pool. Very nice. Especially when it is not in high season.

The rooms are in good conditions and clean. The hotel is located at the entrance of st. Vrach park which makes it very easy to get to the nicest places in Sandanski. The outside warm pools are great

Good things about the hotel(Pros): - Next to the city center and park, great location - Incredible spa opportunities with everything, pools, gyms, medical centers, massages, hair dressers etc etc - Breakfast was not anything special but was good Bad things about the hotel(Cons): -Horrible pricing, the fact that the hotel count 12 year olds as adults is just a scam

There is indoor pool and outdoor pool, each with separate pool for kids, so 4 pools overall

The big outdoor swimmingpool has a minumum 1. 5m depth and this means it is quiet and hardly used as the kids, and their parents, are at the smaller warn water pool next to it

The breakfast is very basic, not a lot of food choices, but all the food is tasty and fresh, and there is even ice-cream. There are two children rooms with a lot of toys, so I would say this hotel is very kid friendly

I liked our room, especially the bathroom. It was big, and everything in it was big. The sink had lots of room for all our stuff, there were separate bathtub and shower stall, and the bathtub was also unusually large

Exceptional cleanliness! Staff is professional and friendly. We purchased romantic package, and it was beyond expectations. Perfect both for couples and families

It is amazing! I've been going there for 6 years and it is absolutely worth the price. The employees are really nice and the rooms are comfortable. Also, you have many activities nearby. I would totally recommend it

Spa zone - steam bath, sauna, salty room (it helps people with respiratory problems, it's rare extra in spa hotel) an indoor sweeming pool (hot wather 31-33 C gradus) and outside jacuzzi with even more hot water, small nice garden with about 15beds to take sun (it'sunny untill 15h because the building makes a shadow )

To start with, the environment was pretty nice. The staff was surprisingly impolite. There were no lockers so we had to carry our stuff all over. We were provided with a tiny towel only

Three stars, but liked the center, you're always in the main square and you have a feast! Good restaurant.

It's a nice and comfortable place, friendly staff and clean facilities. Even in the late winter (end February), there were two functional pools with mineral water

Staff is very polite but they cannot do anything more but to accept complaints. The pool was big and the water was hot only one of the 3 days we stayed

Personnel is polite and friendly, the view from the pool is great, but there are so many things that could be improved

Also the spa is good and the interior design have some very fresh and good interpretation of the modernism with good color balance between the cold and soft textures

It is warm but its disturbing that there is no internal connection between the hotel main building the spa and the restaurant

The hotel is very nice itself, but it's the people who work here (including the restaurant) who make it amazing. Food is simply amazing, congratulations to the chef who does miracles - fancy food and super tasty

I always like to return here as this place is simply amazing. Staff and the owners are very friendly. The restaurant offers gourmet food with excellent wine selection.

You must try a meal KRITARIAKI from restaurant! This is very delicious meal !!! I recommend restaurant very warm, hotel is clean and comfortable!

The location is perfect, in the middle of the town, 1min walk from the main shopping street. I really enjoyed staying there

Super location, clean, nice silence room, only I had a little problem with the air-conditioning in the room the last day, but the staff did everything in their hands to resolve the issue, including giving me another room

I'm sure that this hotel was amazing when it first opened the doors for customers. The design and the facilities are great but they seem that they're not well maintained. Even so, it's still a good deal

The restorant downstairs is out of this world. Sea food is so fresh and brought over from Greece. Price is very resonable. Definitely try the octopus.

The restaurant is cosy and the food is good. It stays open till late and serves hard liquor, wine and beer. There is a kids playground in the yard - especially good during the warm months of the year

The hotel is not far from the city park which is the main landmark of Sandanski. Being in the outskirts of the town the hotel is very quiet place and perfect for weekend getaways

The hotel is beautiful. The rooms are biggest I’ve send in a while. Only problem is with the view for some rooms! We served breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant and was very pleased! We’ll be back for sure!

Small hotel however has got all you need. Parking, lift, small game room, spa, laundry service and a simple but good restaurant. With a voucher you can use a bigger SPA from a near by hotel (this in our Aug17 trip)

I like the people that work here, the 4stars is mainly for this reason

Nice hotel if you visit Sandanski. We stayed there for a night. Room was clean. They charge 10 lev if you want to access the pool... price included breakfast.

Very nice hotel, pool with warm water. Stayed there many times. The restaurant is very expensive, the servers very rude and unfriendly. The one exeption is Alex - he was the only one making us feel welcomed.

The hotel is not for hot summer time. Wather in the pool is hot, air condition in the apartment does not work well. It can be good for spring time.

First night we had dinner there and honestly it's a bit overpriced and food is not that exceptional on my opinion. Other than that, breakfasts was just fine. With 3 different options to choose from

I noted in my booking that we want a room with a balcony,but as other guests decided to stay one more night in the room we reserved, the owner was so kind to place us in another room with kitchenette and a huge terrace with stunning city view without any additional payments

Really nice place, close to the market and city centre,which is lively,but although quiet at night. The bed was super comfortable, all amenities were new and it was extremely clean

Apartments are nice with new furniture, kitchenette and air conditioning. Staff is a bit unferskilled - poor understanding of English. Hopefully this will improve. Good location.

It could be the perfect stay, except the poor quality of the sound insulation between rooms; one must be incredibly tired to be able to ignore the noise from the next room 😁

Excellent accommodation, a surprise for us! And incredibly inexpensive - we paid 25 EUR for room / night, including secured car parking (underground)

Everything is cooked with a lot of love and it is obvious that it comes from within and he likes what he creates. I recommend visiting with both hands. I wish a lot of success to the owners in their future endeavors

The staff was very friendly and polite and told us a very nice places in the area along with detailed information about the best ways to access them. I would go back for sure if I need to stay in Sandanski again

A nice and cosy hotel. I visited the Reston this occasion and I can definitely recommend it. If you like good quality food and nice atmosphere this is a place to visit.

I am fascinated by the attitude. The rooms have their own names. Clean and very comfortable mattresses. I was most impressed with the food and the fast service

Great SPA. Everything is very clean, staff is kind, nice pool, never crowded, great sauna, etc. Nice relax room. I was staying in the nearby town of Melnik and visited two afternoons. Highly recommend.

Always only for swimming pool, jacuzzi and there is a relax room as well. It cost 6 EUR for one person. The spa it's not working now but it will from beginning of January

Quiet location, the swimming pool was very refreshing after our 7 hours drive. It was a very easy drive to Sadanski with it's beautiful pedestrian street

The stone walls, the prevailing warm and sunny weather and the relaxed atmosphere with the pool and exotic plants enhance the Mediterranean feeling

In addition, the road to the mansion about 200 meters after the fork is gravel, which enhances the feeling that you are outside the sterile, along the road there are newly planted olives, in the neighboring yards you can see chickens, roosters in the morning, herds of grazing cows, sheep, horses

Complete relaxation, tranquility, not overcrowded. The food is fresh and delicious, especially the kebabs and homemade sausage, as they are bought in small quantities on the day of its preparation

Feeling as if you are a guest at someone's villa and sitting in the yard and having dinner, silence, you can only hear the chirping of birds in the evening

In the yard there is a bay leaf, olive tree, kiwi, pomegranate and other Mediterranean species

Best place to stay in that part of the country. Good restaurant, good food, clean rooms. They have good car service with verry profesional personel. We had problems with our BMW X5 well solved by them

Very comfortable hotel, on the old road from Sandanski to Greece. Rooms are very nice, suitable for families with children, regardless of the name of the motel. Tasty kitchen and nice garden.

Room is clean, spacious and nice looking with big and comfortable bed. Only con was one electrical outlet that is removed from the wall and looks pretty unsafe

The room was spacious, the beds very comfortable, and the breakfast in the morning was very good. We will stop next time on our way to Lefkada
