The Five Elements Hotel in Saparevo

Had a room facing the pools which also faces a large valley and mountains in the distance so the view was amazing. The room itself was clean. Also the indoor saunas, hot and cool pools were amazing and relaxing, and there weren’t a lot of people, as most people seem to using the outdoor pools. Breakfast and dinner which was included was serviceable with lots of choices. Over all would definitely recommend and would come back again.

The hotel is really good.

Rooms are very comfortable and elegant, with spacious balconies with chair and sofa!

Saunas, steam rooms and thermal baths were terrific!! But why do they close at 8pm and open 9am?? That’s much, much too short! I am used to 7/8am start and 10pm end time for saunas in hotels, but with your special saunas it should be even longer.

There was a big choice of food in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner - you could be better with service though (during dinner there was no service, nobody asked me if I would like to drink anything so I got no drinks) and make sure that hot meals are actually hot/warm (fish was mild and dry:/)

Amazing hotel situated in the centre of Sapareva banya. You can fully enjoy mountain or swimming pool view, tranquility and spa experience with hot mineral springs. If you are food lover you are going to like variety of foods, mix of traditional Bulgarian food and modern European dishes. I can definitely recommend tasty desserts. Anyway the small town is good not only for relax but it is suitable for hikers. You must visit Seven Rila lakes or Rila monastery if you haven't been there. Also there are plenty of other mountain routes you can visit in the area. 💖💫💦

Great hotel and spa.
I've read many reviews before coming and realized that in reality hotel is way better.
Spa and saunas are nice and clean. I'm not sure guests properly shower before and I hope that I'm the future proper shower will be mandatory.

Rooms are great, a bit hot though. Air conditioner doesn't work great, I think you should check it before it's too hot outside.

Food is fresh and amazing, only soups are a bit oily. The only minus is no drinks are included in the dinner. Even water. I can understand when alcohol and even coffee isn't included but it's a very expensive place... And it's a buffet. Please don't be stingy and give water to your guests. They will pay for other drinks.

Sofas in the lobby are amazing and great. The gym is small but has everything you need for a workout.

The best spa hotel, I have been in Bulgaria. The room with the balcony and great view was wonderful. The spa complex was amazing. The food was very versatile, even for vegans. Everything was delicious and well arranged. The personnel were very attentive and friendly. The girls from the reception were kind, polite and always ready to assist you.

An absolutely lovely experience! The penthouse apartments are a joy to stay in. Clean, spacious, accommodating for all your needs. The buffet breakfast and dinner are abundant with a huge variety of foods of the highest caliber. The spa and facilities are fabulous! Gym, many pools and showers of different temperatures to accommodate all tastes and goals for recovery or leisure. Thank you to the service staff too for making our stay unforgettable.

The location of the hotel is right on the main street but to reach the parking, you need to cross the sidewalk infront of the hotel (the parking is on the right side).
The room that we booked was nice with big bed and a sofa. It had solid curtains, so you can make the room quite dark if needed, also the joinery of the balcony isolates quite well (we were facing the street). The only downside of the room is that the bathroom is leaking into the entrance of the room due to bad tile laying.
The stuff is very helpful, polite and understanding and will guide you the best they can.
There are multiple pools that you can use, as they collaborate with the restaurant next door that also have several pools. There are different types of saunas and 3 indoor pools (not that big). The depth of the pools for adults is up to 1.5m.

Very nice and cosy hotel, comfortable rooms, good service, delicious and opulent breakfast and dinner. However, location is a problem because of the restaurant in front of the hotel - the loud music doesn't stop till midnight.

Absolutely the best spa complex and day swimming pool if you are not saying at the hotel. I paid 70leva for the day and it is the best value for what you will get in the whole town. Several thermal pools, salt water pools, several Hammams and saunas, rest area and a very nice crowd, much better than other venues in the Sapareva Vanya town 🤣😎
