Quiet, clean, the food is good with enough diversity to choose from. This was our second time there with child under 4 and it is probably one of the best places for families. The playground is well kept and there are enough things to do in the hotel with kids. Everyone are really helpful and i derstanding. Highly recommend 👌

Amazing hotel located next to the ski slopes. Rooms were specious and very well maintened. The ski slopes are 5 minutes walk. Highly recommended for both winter and summer vacations.

I would give 5 stars but there were things that did not work. 1. Phone in the room 811 did not work. 2. WiFi on the 8th floor did not work 3. There was a sign in the kitchen asking all guests to wash their cups and glasses in the kitchen. 4.not even 1 bottle of water complimentary. There is definitely room for improvement

Location is top. Ski service is perfect. Prices are OK. Perfect place for families with toddlers. We were impressed from the checked-in moment. The hotel is warm. The rooms are large and clean. The maids are extremely tactful. The restaurant is wonderful. The food is delicious. My daughter's birthday cake was great, made exactly to our taste. The animator team and kids ski instructors are wonderful. Congratulations on the selection of staff. I wish you to continue working at the same level and not to fall below the achieved standard. I would visit again with pleasure.

I want to say big THANK YOU to the whole animation and ski instructors team-guys you are AMAZING! Special thanks to Lia who made my girls feel so special. Congratulations for the staff choice!!! There were also different events for kids every night-all of them very entertaining (especially the cooking class). We are a family of 5 and we booked 2 bedroom apt and it was the perfect choice for us. Definitely will come back! One of the best places for family vacation with little kids so far!

I stayed at Hotel Kamelia with my family for 4 days, and it was fantastic, especially for families with small kids. The hotel offers a great environment for children, with plenty of activities and amenities that kept our little ones entertained throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff went out of their way to make sure we felt welcome.

The dining options were excellent, with a variety of dishes to please both kids and adults. The outdoor areas were well-maintained, and the family-friendly atmosphere made it easy to relax and enjoy quality time together.

I highly recommend Hotel Kamelia to families looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay. We’ll definitely be returning!

After 8 (almost consecutive) years of spending a lovely ski week in Pamporovo - notably in Kamelia hotel - I regret to observe how the level has dropped below what I can tolerate. The non-smoking room stinks like a cigar club, the Spa has reduced its hours of operation and restricted access to 12+ year old guests, a glass of Kangen water on the bar sells @ € 0,8 cents, we had to explicitly ask for bath robes and slippers (as they are apparently no longer provided by default), and there were two light bulbs in the room not working that (I guess) are hard to notice they don't function... to name a few things which really tip the experience to a net negative.

We spent our Christmas holidays this year there. Everything was great. The rooms were clean and neat. The food was great. We were also very happy for the kids entertainment from the animators and the ski kindergarten was also a great fun for them and in just few days the kids learned the basics of how to ski. Thank you very much!

Learnt to ski here, and it was perfect. There's a beginners slope directly outside the hotel, and it's fairly close to the cable cars too. Would go again.
