Saint George Palace Hotel

I don't recommend it! Bad impressions started from the moment of arrival. We arrived at 12 o'clock and were told to wait until 2 o'clock to be accommodated. There's no changing room. People changedj in the toilets so they can at least access the pool i order to avoid dying from boredom while waiting because you are not allowed to consume anything until you're accommodated. You're left sitting and hoping your phone battery lasts. Finally, at 2:30, after a dispute involving a family with a small child who had also been waiting for hours, we were finally accommodated! I liked my room! 2 out of 4 doors in the room don't close properly, but still, it's pleasant and cozy. The TV has a flat screen but it's super small. Overall, the hotel is nice, looks good, but bare in mind its far from what u see at the pictures. There aren't enough umbrellas at the pool. The food is extremely repetitive and boring. 80% of the food repeats at every meal, with only a few different dishes here and there. I've been to other 3-star hotels with much better food! They have some absurd policy - beer in large glasses, but water in small ones. In other words, if you don't drink alcohol, you get a tiny glass for water, which you finish in one sip and then have to go back over and over again, all day long, practically serving yourself as a waiter with countless rounds of water, haha. Ridiculous! If you like carbonated drinks, but need to watch your sugar - sorry, no soda for breakfast - they keep it behind the bar, and the bar opens at 11, hahaha. The problem with the "shot" glasses persists, as beer is cheaper than water and soda, so it's served in large glasses, hahaha. A farce! Much of the staff is around 18 years old, and when you complain to them, they just shrug and send you to the "boss." Of course, we all know the "boss" makes decisions, but the connection between the boss and the client is through the staff, who should relay the issues, not just redirect you! It's our first time in St. Vlas, and I'm not 100% sure about the location, but it's probably fine. Despite the hotel's pros, I wouldn't visit again due to this absurd policy and the boring, repetitive, and often tasteless food!"

Two stars as the staff was great and polite! So, we, a group of four, attended there for two days - nearly 400 bucks, and we'd gotten two separate rooms. One of the rooms was not booked in - essentially, our friends were compensated and instead of a single room, they were given an apartment for the mishap - sounds great this far, doesn't it? Welp, there was no hot water in the room ( I know it's summer, but really? ) Furthermore, here are a couple of pictures attached from the room I stayed in. I wouldn't go back there. The staff is nice and all, but I'm not getting my money's worth, neither will you.
PS: there's this balcony, small and utilised, great, but there's one small plastic table with two plastic chairs that could break any moment.

The stay at Menada Saint George was not just bad, it was terrible. It all started with a “surprise” at the reception, where they tell you that your booking through airbnb has nothing to do with the hotel and advise you to search Google for the address of the Menada office. And this office is in a neighboring city, just a minute. You go there and there you will be waiting for several hours for the keys. In the heat with hungry little children tired from the road. The company employees politely ask to walk for another hour, then another and another. We were there at 14:00, we received the keys at 18:00. And now you're in the room. The first thing that caught my eye was the water-filled floor in the bathroom. We then decided that it was the boiler drain that was leaking, and my husband adapted this hose so that it would flow into the toilet. We soon find out that in addition to this drain, the shower tray is completely leaking, that is, you bathe and all the water just flows onto the bathroom floor. And on the floor lies one single old foot rug, which no one will ever change or wash for you. There is no washing machine. No one ever changed our towels for 2 weeks - can you imagine what happened to them? (The same thing with the bed. Sand was everywhere ((we had to sweep and shake everything out 100 times. In our room there was a broken kettle. We had to do three day to boil water in a pan until they brought us a new one. Another minus is the lack of curtains on all the windows. At 6 in the morning the room was simply flooded with sun, this woke up our children earlier than usual. Washing the dishes was extremely uncomfortable, since the tap was broken and was not in place. not in the center of the sink, but on the side. I had to prop it up with a frying pan, this was the only way to wash the dishes. Also, the drain was clogged - the most comfortable place in the room, if not for a few problems. Firstly, there was a stepladder covered in paint. , which was left by the workers. And secondly, the table is broken - the tabletop simply breaks off and falls off. The road to the sea is extremely uncomfortable. You walk along a road without a sidewalk, cars driving there with a stroller, children and towels is quite tiring. way back. Third line. Also note that meals are not included. We paid extra for food at the hotel reception. And thank God not for the entire period, because we have never seen such a buffet before. The choice is minimal - 4 side dishes, 4 meat, tomatoes, cucumbers, bread - and that’s it! Plus there is a queue, you need to stand for about 10 minutes. We ate bread and watermelons ((The coffee is disgusting. There is no Internet in the apartment, you need to rent a router and buy a SIM card. We moved out 4 days earlier, unable to stand such a “vacation”. We asked We returned the money in 4 days, but no one returned anything to us. We do not recommend it (

Good looking hotel. Tasty food. Just one reception man was amazing in his job.
