Staff have very poor English and none are identified with name badges or language indicating pins. Better than Sunny beach but barely

Lovely hotel. Apartments are great,cleaned every day,fresh towels daily. Most staff very pleasant but the supermarket staff are miserable. Reception staff and the hotel taxi drivers are great. Would recommend this hotel.

The rooms are fully equipped with all you need for a self catering holiday with a supermarket within the complex several restaurants and the beach is on our doorstep

The price of the stay and the view of the sea from the room were definitely a plus! The only downside was the transportation connection to the city, which could be challenging outside of the peak season, as well as closed money exchange

I asked for them to be turned on and was told they were on. This is where this place fails. The staff have a terrible attitude. I asked for a manager and was told none on duty. Pool (billiard ) table has ripped felt

The remaining court is a disgrace, covered in sand to the point that lines cannot be seen clearly, net at wrong height and when I booked (25 lev or 12. 50 euro for 45 minutes) the floodlights did not come on

Every place you can be in the hotel has astonishing views of the sea coast! The restaurant has traditional Bulgarian food which is nice for a vacation here in order to get in touch with the country itself

Our biggest thanks goes to the animation team, they made our vacation unforgettable always being there for us and our kids, nevertheless the hotel doesn’t have much entertainment facilities they always manage to come up with something creative and fun to do especially their dance show with boys and girls from Cuba on Saturday! One more time, thank you Criss, Jacquie, Mira, Svezdi and Sisco! We will...

The hotel has an amazing location

The staff is very friendly and helpful, the piccolo Stoyan was very nice and responsive. However, the staff near the main pool is amazing. The bartender Pavel is a nice and funny guy, always gives the best drinks

Couldn't be closer to the sea, lovely rooms, comfy beds, soft pillows, lots of bars, fizzy water "on tap" 2 pools, all day ice-cream. Fizzy wine (champagne) is a bit sweet for my taste and not reliably chilled

Spirits and cocktails, a bit hit and miss ?. Some staff are a bit tired (September is the end of the season) but others like Natalie (Nataliya) on reception and Kiril at the beach bar are still happy to serve

Hotel is OK, clean, rooms are spatious ,room service every day. lot of food practically anytime you want,quality of food is high standard: lot of vegetable, fruit ,fish ,chicken and pork

Good stuff: Good location The rooms we had were very spacious. We had no issues with the food (all inclusive), but we were always amongst the first people coming for each meal

Sweet lovers should be content also. I am fond of coffee and i must say i liked local coffee so much ,only shame coffee is available on breakfasts. If you get sleepy after lunch you are hamstrung

Instant coffee from Lobby Bar does not count. Hotel stuff is neat and smiling yet they lack more advanced english skills. those might be useful and it could leverage customer experience

but one must take life is as it is. hotel Beach is beautiful, comfort ,sea itself wonderfull. Looking forward to seeing you next season. We recommend this hotel to anyone

Rooms were great, the indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi were great and warm, very good SPA zone and awesome breakfast. Great location on the first line and near the supermarket (Mercury)

nice hotel, well located right by the sea. I consider it a drawback that the beach was paid for and the hotel did not have a bar on the beach

Worse then any other hotel I have been - Around the sunbeds outside( not the ones near the pool, but the ones near the sea) is full of ants and some tiny flies that bite us all the time and now ,few days later i'm still covered in very itchy pimples on the legs and hands

One of the best hotels I've ever been. 3 things caught my attention: 1) Extremely friendly staff, especially the hostess and the cook were trying their best to force feed us

I really liked the free sunbeds near the beach. But there is still room for improvement: - As many other pointed out, the WiFi in the room was terrible

2) Good infastracture and amenities, but if you are naturalist the sea is 30 meters away. 3) Busy hotel, high season i guess

Is a big plus that my room was cleaned almost every day and also i had my towels and the bed sheets changed. The food is having a great taste and it's very fresh too. Never happened to feel bad after i ate

Another good thing it's when you are done with eating,the people who working here,are coming to clean the table very quiq. I have few suggestions as well

The hotel is like just 50 m from the beach,very very close. It s not a big beach but it s a nice one,also you have a FREE zone for towels and umbrella

If is posiblle to arrange the sun beds with a litlle bit more distance between of them for more privacy and introducing a litlle bit more varietty for food and for the enterteinment

We are currently on holiday, everything is just great! Room 228 with a sea view! 3 minutes to the sea, the room is big, compared to France, it's a mansion! The staff is very friendly, speaks your language, even without knowing it 😀 I want to come back, this is our first time in Bulgaria, and we did not regret our choice, the sea is clean and very warm, a sunbed and umbrella are 18 leva, in Jurmala...

Clean rooms , excellent staff and an amazing view of the Black Sea! The food is magnificent and the pools are clean and maintained.

All the staff work hard and long days. Hot and cold food was very good could have been a little better but we enjoyed all what we had This hotel is well worth a visit must be the cleanest in the area we shall return

Great value for money , clean , friendly. Tony and his team have created an atmosphere to create conversation and meet new people if you want to. Always going that extra mile for their customers.

Rooms cleaned daily hotel and all surroundings cleaned daily. Tony the owner will do anything to help you I asked him for kaiserdom beer he had not got any but he did order some for me

Great place to stay within easy distance to the beach and marina,all shops and town centre are within short walking distance. Pleasant and very friendly staff and rooms spotless.

Everything you could expect from a family run hotel food is brill staff are excellent and Tony who owns it goes that extra mile ten out ten for us

Like everything - location, very nice and quiet, there is a place for yoga on the street, friendly staff, good energy

I am very comfortable and cozy here, and everywhere, not only in number but also in all surrounding areas. The area in General deserves a special mention - great design, shape, types of plants pleasing to the eye:-)

3 pools: with bar and waterfall, a children's another. There is a beauty salon with lots of services and massage are available on site, children's club, on the other side of the complex a good Playground, Spa

Big rooms and next to the beach. The breakfast wasn't good and the beach next to the hotel was small.

Fabulous complex. Apartments comfortable and complete with all essential equipment for preparing food etc. Extra large swimming pool plus a smaller pool with poolside bar. Friendly and very helpful staff.

Optimal ratio of price and quality. Stayed in this hotel with children and friends at the end of June and beginning of July. The rooms were cleaned every day. The food was varied and there were no complaints

The owners are always on-site so if you have any problem you can reach them easily. If you go to Sveti Vlas and want a good and cheap hotel try this one, not regret it! :)

The only negative was the shower without a curtain, so after the shower there was water all over the bathroom. Although the hood worked well and everything dried quickly

The hotel has a good location - close to the beach, the marina and the center, a peaceful place for rest and for young children, very good hygiene and friendly staff. I recommend it!

It is also suitable for families with children, there is a playground right next to the hotel. The staff is incredibly nice, the hygiene is good and the food is really tasty and carefully prepared

Quiet and cool place cool, very good service, restaurant - garden, not far from the beach and the port

Definitely recommend and will be back next year!
