Where to stay with pets in Sveti Vlas

Staff have very poor English and none are identified with name badges or language indicating pins. Better than Sunny beach but barely

Lovely hotel. Apartments are great,cleaned every day,fresh towels daily. Most staff very pleasant but the supermarket staff are miserable. Reception staff and the hotel taxi drivers are great. Would recommend this hotel.

The rooms are fully equipped with all you need for a self catering holiday with a supermarket within the complex several restaurants and the beach is on our doorstep

The price of the stay and the view of the sea from the room were definitely a plus! The only downside was the transportation connection to the city, which could be challenging outside of the peak season, as well as closed money exchange

I asked for them to be turned on and was told they were on. This is where this place fails. The staff have a terrible attitude. I asked for a manager and was told none on duty. Pool (billiard ) table has ripped felt

The remaining court is a disgrace, covered in sand to the point that lines cannot be seen clearly, net at wrong height and when I booked (25 lev or 12. 50 euro for 45 minutes) the floodlights did not come on

We just got back from a week at Grand Hotel Sveti Vlas, and it was honestly one of the best family holidays we've had! We traveled with our two small children (ages 4 and 6), and the hotel had everything we needed to keep everyone happy and relaxed

We also appreciated that there were healthy options as well. Our family room was spacious, clean, and had a lovely balcony with a sea view. Everything in the hotel felt safe, family-friendly, and well thought out

The food was excellent, with a wide variety of dishes that even our picky eaters enjoyed. There were snacks, fruit, and ice cream available all day, which was a huge plus for the little ones (and us, too!)

There’s a wonderful animator named Maria who was so kind and energetic – our kids ran to her every morning and didn’t want to leave! It gave us parents a bit of time to unwind by the pool or enjoy the SPA

Best value for a very affordable price. The location is perfect, the sea view is mesmerizing

All staff were super nice and helpful: receptionists, maids, kitchen staff, lifeguard, bartenders, animators, everyone went out of their way so we could have a nice experience

I liked the large well-groomed territory. The design of the hotel, a large comfortable room, beautiful, modern furniture. I liked the cleanliness of the room and the entire territory

Good price and great sea view. First line and perfect swimming pool. The reception personell is not very helpful but the barman and the chef are great.

The hotel also has a playground and a playroom with toys for children. The animators are kind and cheerful. I highly recommend this hotel for a vacation, especially for families with children

The rooms are clean — we had one with a beautiful sea view. The food is delicious, and the atmosphere is friendly. There is a wonderful beach nearby, which is very convenient

Good stuff: Good location The rooms we had were very spacious. We had no issues with the food (all inclusive), but we were always amongst the first people coming for each meal

Sweet lovers should be content also. I am fond of coffee and i must say i liked local coffee so much ,only shame coffee is available on breakfasts. If you get sleepy after lunch you are hamstrung

Instant coffee from Lobby Bar does not count. Hotel stuff is neat and smiling yet they lack more advanced english skills. those might be useful and it could leverage customer experience

but one must take life is as it is. hotel Beach is beautiful, comfort ,sea itself wonderfull. Looking forward to seeing you next season. We recommend this hotel to anyone

The hotel itself is relatively OK. It's the guests themselves, who can ruin the experiences. Mainly intellectually challenged visitors from Romania, with the latter being so full of themselves it's unbelievable

They act and treat others like pieces of you know what for no apparent reason - but it's quite usual in a country where the good person is the one with the more expensive car, not the one, who's humble

Clean, quiet, spacious rooms with balcony overlooking an alley leading to the beach. Convenient location! Far from the main busy street, but at walking distance from one of the biggest supermarkets in the area

Very nice and peaceful place in Sviety Vlas; well-equipped apartment; Close to the beach, supermarket and bus stop; Sviety Vlas is not as croudy as Sunny Beach; highly recommend

Pluses: * clean, comfortable, spacious rooms * helpful staff * a lot of public free parking spaces in the hotel area * lovely, big pool * big store with currency exchange and pharmacy 5 min from the hotel * a beach 7 min away from the hotel * the hotel vis-a-vis has a restaurant * good AC Minuses: * no restaurant or bar * we got a view of a an empty field Also good to know: the town is VERY quiet...

This is a very family friendly hotel with apartments outfitted with own kitchen which helps in keeping the budget of your holiday low

The bed mattress and pillows were not even close to comfortable and the shower cabin could use some thorough cleaning. We didn't try the pool, but it looked very nice and clean

Not bad at all specially considering the price. Clean tidy and spacious enough. One issue I have is the stupidly overpriced WiFi. It should be free in any hotel

€6/day is ridiculous specially knowing that in Bulgaria Internet providers will give you internet for a month for €6

Poor organisation. A bit hard to find a parking place. The cleaning is not very good. The WiFi is paid. Nice pools and relatively close to the beach.

5 stars because of the staff of the hotel, they are so sweet, caring and professional. The hotel itself is from the early 2000 and it is not renovated fully

However, it has all the necessities, our room was clean and nice. The location was perfect and also the restaurant has great view of the sea. We both would recommend for a budget vacation

The review is for the restaurant, we were in a neighboring hotel : Hotel Eden is a great place to eat, good food, great variety and not expensive at all; be patient though, since it is run by a family they can get overwhelmed if all tables are full : there's a grandmother and a mother in the kitchen, a mother and a daughter serving, one father at the reception, etc

He even gave our group of 8 a couple of carifs of wine. There was a small communal kitchen we could use which was handy. It had a fridge freezer and cooker and table and chairs. Rooms were good, bathroom good size

The prices are around 70% cheaper than the norm, but the quality, service and range is still good. We stopped here for food instead of trawling all the way to old town and didn’t regret it

A crackin little restaurant with really friendly owners. There is a full range of traditional cuisine which reminded me of our stays in Lozinetz over the years

A very nice hotel, lovely and friendly staff, the Bulgarian cuisine is great. Excellent location - 3 mins away from the centre of Sveti Vlas and Sveti Vlas is a gorgeous area

Don't forget that Sunny Beach and Nessebar are really close so that's two things not to miss out on! Definitely good value for money

The hotel rules guarantee safe and pleasant stay for people that like peaceful and quiet vacation. The pool is clean and warm and there are available parking spots, so you don't have to worry about your car

Great value for the amenities and location

Very clean rooms and superb views overlooking the sea and Dinevi resort from the balcony. The owner is very pleasant and helpful. Nice pool and plenty of seating, even under the trees if you want a bit of shade

The outside is beautiful and maintained. The food in the restaurant was delicious, at good prices and the staff is friendly. The room was slightly worn and there was more to ask for cleanliness

Noisy and humid, the pool has tarpaulins. The garden and flowers are beautiful and well maintained. The Monastery Tavern is very good!

The hotel has a good location - close to the beach, the marina and the center, a peaceful place for rest and for young children, very good hygiene and friendly staff. I recommend it!

Quiet and cool place cool, very good service, restaurant - garden, not far from the beach and the port

It is also suitable for families with children, there is a playground right next to the hotel. The staff is incredibly nice, the hygiene is good and the food is really tasty and carefully prepared
