However the shuttle only runs once every hour which was strange for a hotel only a 10 minute drive from the airport and not convenient for some flight times. I have stayed here a few times now and have been very happy with each visit. Staff are super friendly. It has a very modern vibe that I enjoy quite a bit. I didn't have a room as I went for a 4 day long meeting. The television in the room doesn't work properly but their staff tried their best so we had to do without it. I loved staying here. The staff were great. The room is nice and it was clean. I wished hotels didn't have such fragrant products though. They are always too strong and flowery. The hotel was great and a very convenient location to downtown, the airport and many restaurants. The bathtub in our room wasn't the cleanest, but that's the only problem we had.

The hotel environment, room facilities, and front desk service are all very good. The lobby tea bar provides free coffee and tea 24 hours a day. There are many guests staying here. It is recommended to choose this hotel when traveling to and from the airport.

Easy to find. Close to Freeways and eateries.

We had a late flight so we decided to stay at a location near the Calgary airport. There is a free shuttle service and they told us it will be a 30 mins wait. The wait time was closer to 45 mins. The room was clean and suitable to stay for one night. The restaurant on-site, Moxie was open late, so we were able to grab food for a late dinner before the resatuarant closes at midnight. I think this is a very good hotel. The airport shuttle took a while, but they provide it for free. I was bothered by the sound of the water in the bathroom, but they changed my room right away. I was grateful.

The Glenmore Inn is definitely an older place. However, it is very well maintained, and the staff are exceptional. The level of service received was above standard. The only drawback is that they are one of the few hotels that's do not have a complimentary breakfast or a continental breakfast included.

For the most part, my stay was ok. Pool was too cold to enjoy, and the hot tub was by polar opposite, it was too hot. Restaurant staff were amazing, while the front desk gentleman needs some better people skills. Elderly man he was, but no need to be rude as he was. Ice machines are a long walk to find, unless your room is near it.

Stayed there for business travel and had access to the Club Lounge. The staff there were wonderful! The room I had (atrium area) was renovated and comfortable, but the rooms aren't the quietest as you can hear people in the atrium area if your room backs onto it. From doors closing are also really loud for some reason. All in all, a pleasant stay.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast was amazing. I have eggs Benedict everywhere I go and this one was the best. Real ham and eggs were cooked properly. Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel was great for being clean and staff very friendly. Beds are extremely uncomfortable (hard and terrible pillows), but the rooms are very well stocked with essentials. Toiletries and everything were extremely appreciated. Having 2 pools was really good for having options with kids. Areas are kept clean & organized.

Friendly check in staff, nice rooms and comfy bed. Lounge was nice, friendly staff and decent food, not super expensive. In the morning breakfast at the restaurant was good and very friendly service! Loved it. Clean Jacuzzi suite with pullout couch. Half kitchen, big shower. I had breakfast included in my stay. The breakfast service was EXCELLENT! They saved our getaway!! We needed a last minute booking after a bad experience with our first hotel, even during the weekend of the Calgary Expo and did not charge us a marked up crazy amount. The staff was absolutely wonderful and the rooms where pristine. I have found my Calgary place to stay.

Second time my work has used this space for a conference and it is always a pleasure working with the staff, and spending time in the space. Food is top notch, and a big plus for me is they serve Pepsi which I know to some is a small deal. But to me it's a big deal when I am somewhere and I don't have to drink a sprite because I dislike coke.

The hotel was nice and clean. My only complaint is when I came the lady at the front desk was not nice and didn't tell me that my room comes with breakfast, I get a coupon for a drink or I can choose to have points instead. She was not in her space. Later on the new staff told me about all the privileges I have and were more respectful.

We always enjoy our stay at Carriage House. The beds are unbelievably comfortable and the continental breakfast is exceptional.

Staff are friendly, rooms clean and a great selection offered at breakfast. The room decor is dated and wear and tear were noticeable (chairs ripped). Breakfast time can get quite busy and the space isn't too large. Kitchen was properly stocked with utensils and dinnerware. Overall a good experience. An upgrade to room decor is recommended.

Not a 5star hotel but for the price they get 5 stars from me. The rooms (suites mostly) have kitchens with pots & pans and knives and stuff for cooking plus dishes and cutlery so if you're here for a few days you can save big bucks by not eating out. Amazing hotel! Rooms and lobby were extremely clean. We had our conference in one of their function halls and it was all well-organized. Staff were very courteous and helpful. Guestrooms feels luxurious. The gym and pool are also great amenities that we utilized. Overall, it all works on our budget and we will keep coming back for our future events. The location is close to an outlet mall. So craving for some food is not bad. The parking is free and not crowded. The room given to us was spacious, higher ceilings and most importantly cleaner bath room. IT has coffee maker and bigger comfy beds :). That's a plus point. We are Expedia gold silver members and were upgraded to a business class room on arrival. We also received free continental breakfast and parking. The room was clean and reasonably furnished. The shower was fantastic in terms of temperature and pressure with very modern fixtures. Highly recommended.

This Courtyard one of the best I've stayed in. Excellent staff and rooms are up to date and comfortable. The best part is the restaurant. I rarely have the opportunity to rave about hotel food, but this Courtyard has an awesome kitchen. Would most definitely return.

Really nice rooms, pool, hot tub, and slide. Bathrooms are mint and still have a tube in them which is a big thing hotels are taking away even though women love hotels with tubs. The room layout is perfect and comes with extra seating as well as a table that can be rolled around very useful. The soap dispenser attached to the wall is a very good idea no scrambling around with wasteful soap bars
