Excellent and very cost effective, compared to the nearby Marriott Hotel right at the Airport, which was at least $200 a night higher. It's a bus ride away from the trains and the parking lot is pretty sketchy.. Rooms were clean, old worn furniture and they don't do housekeeping for stay overs. At the McDonald's use the self serve kiosk (the second one) cause the guy overcharged us $28 🤑

A great hotel for the price. My mattress was a little old and needed replacing. They proved breakfast but I skipped it after the first day and instead went to Tim Hortons next door. They could provide more healthier and less fatty eggs and something that resembles sausage. I would still stay here again so long as it remains affordable.

I only felt compelled to write this review based on the exception customer service we received during our check in process from Rosemary. She was so pleasant, cheerful and authentic, which feels more rare than it probably should but here we are. She even gave us a quick courtesy call to make sure he had everything we needed. I found the service and location quite Good. My only problem was thatWhen I booked the room it was in Canadian funds and then when the charge appeared on my credit card it showed that the funds were charged in American dollars and then converted to Canadian dollars. I found the washroom to be small. It didn’t have a lot of counter space and that made it difficult for us (2 people) to share when getting ready in the morning. As well, the air conditioner was faulty. There was no way to actually control the temperature settings. It simply ran on its own cycle, turning off for long periods of time. Close to the location we needed to be so easy access

The service was excellent, but for $440 a night the bed and pillows were not that comfortable. We were in a hurry to leave so didn’t stop for breakfast and had hoped to grab a piece of fruit to take with us but didn’t see any.

It is what it is. A speedy old rundown motel with staff that doesn't care as there confronted with horrible situations constantly I assume. It's one of the only places left you can give a cash deposit. If your a travellers I suggest you don't go here as it's mostly used by Calgry's undesirable. Unless your on that market 😒🤔

1 elevator for the whole building wasn’t the greatest during the weekend. No fan in bathroom, which I understand they don’t because of smokers but it’s still an essential thing to have. Flower & Wolf offers a beautiful selection of cocktails and we fully enjoyed the relaxed, professional service.
