The breakfast was very good. The staff were friendly and accommodating. While there the washing machine broke down. Towels were in storage. They did their best to make sure we got our towels once they had fixed the machine. We enjoyed our stay.

Very old and the carpet in our room was buckled and gross, the tub did not look clean enough for bathing, sheets were starching and window had so much moisture cause mold plus could not get the room warm enough. Breakfast was decent but busy poor layout. Pool was great! My nephew went to front desk and asked them to call my room and was given a room key, which he refused to take!

This is a great hotel. The pool with the water slide is a huge hit with the kids. The hot tub is fantastic. The hotel is clean and has a microwave and mini fridge in the room. The breakfast is simple but tasty. The front desk staff are always friendly, welcoming and helpful. This is our favourite best western.

The rooms were decent. Provided lots like microwave, and fridge. You heard people occasionally but for the most part really quite! The pool was a bit of a let down. They didnt have towel either time we went. The hot tub was freezing cold the first night. Warmer the next morning but definitely not what i was hoping for. One the plus side the kids loved the slide and cold pool!

We have stayed at this hotel several times right from when it opened. We are still very happy with our stay here. The pool area is showing some age but over all we love the location and our stay here. As the hotel was completely booked we expected it to be noisy and it most certainly was not. The room clean. The beds were comfy. We will stay again!

Our experience here was fine. The location is great for shopping in the south end, so that's nice and it felt like a safe area. What I liked the most was that the room was incredibly quiet for a hotel room, and I had a great sleep. For some reason the carpet was wet around the bed, so that was a little disconcerting. My daughter and I flew out of Vancouver this morning. It was a crazy early morning. Obvs we arrived in Edmonton we wondered around the mall for a bit. But we were just too tired. Called here around noon and asked if there was anyway we could check in early. Martin the front desk gentleman that answered didn’t hesitate and said he would call when a room became available. Excellent, clean rooms. Stayed there as we were spending the day at the West Edmonton Mall and got a taxi there and back. Highly recommend if you don't want to stay at the expensive hotel at the mall. I wish the bar in the restaurant was open later, but otherwise great stay.

The hotel looks pretty old, seems like it needs renovation in the interiors pretty soon, carpet it's all stained, the ceramic tile coming off the wall, and the paint in the wall it's coming off as well, pretty notorious, took 5 minutes to get clear water in the tub then take shower.

This Days Inn is in a good location, close to lots of shopping (WEM). I didn't hear much noise from the other rooms or hallway. The vent in the room ran all the time which blocked out a lot of other noise, which was a good thing. The room and hallways were clean, though the elevator frame is peeling and kind of ugly. I can't say about the pool/hot tub as those were quite busy so I ended up not...

It was a wonderful reception, the services are great compared to really bad hotels in Turkey. I liked all the services. I advise everyone to visit this unique hotel ..

I would like to send a huge positive shoutout to Chateau Nova on Kingsway, the restaurant staff, front desk staff, housekeepers: everyone is SO friendly and made me feel very welcome and comfortable during my stay! The restaurant is a hidden gem with some AMAZING food!!! I highly recommend!

My experience staying here is good. I stayed here with my daughter for a night. The room is nice and clean so is the bathroom. The front desk are friendly. I really want to thank the young lady wearing a red jacket at the restaurant who delivered our food around 8pm (I was staying at the separate building of the hotel) I called the restaurant to order some food I ordered a kid’s meal and a burger....

Everything is nice and close and the staff are really friendly.

My wife and I stayed here for the Elks game, and we take Lewis Farms Park and ride. We took an Uber to Webber Greens Brewhouse, and it was only about $13. Rooms were clean, and their "Cupboard" downstairs has great free snacks and drinks. We were super impressed by that. Underground parking for your smaller vehicles, decent truck parking outside. We'll be staying here again!

Quiet, safe, very clean. A most comfortable bed, I stayed 5 nights. Friendly and accommodating staff. Super convenient having a kitchen suite and laundry room on site. I will definitely be back. Only minor concern is the pool and hot tub were very busy.

Pet fees were never explained properly nor did they give us a handout for it like they say they do. Great rooms great heat or ac. The cupboard is awesome. 15 bucks to west edmonton. Can be a little nosey because of the vaulted ceilings. Lock your cars Great hotel. I'll never stay there again though

Stayed here for 2 weeks while I was going through radiation treatment and I found it very comfortable...staff was helping and considerate. Rooms were spacious and clean...loved the fully equipped kitchenettes with basics a person needs. Bed was so comfy I didn't wanna leave lol love it here

We are a family of five, and recently my oldest daughter had to undergo surgery at the Stollery in Edmonton. We chose Canterra because of its location and the size of the rooms, and it turned out to be a great decision. Upon arrival, the staff were very friendly and check-in was quick and easy. They offer underground parking, which was convenient—although the layout is a bit unusual, it’s manageable...

Will stay again! Large beautiful rooms with multiple separate bedrooms(great for big families)for those of you that dont want to share beds with your friends or family. Super quiet and pet friendly with a fee. Provided kitchens and living room areas so you dont have to eat out the whole trip. Next to good restaurants and fast food places, and grocery stores.

This is the best place to stay in downtown Edmonton! I have stayed in many hotels in downtown, and I always come back to the Canterra Suites!

This was a perfect place for 2couples to stay with private and shared spaces. It was clean and comfortable and a good location. There is a kitchen do some meals can be prepared in the room. Excellent price. We really enjoyed our stay there!

This is the 1 bedroom plus office suite. It was clean and comfortable. Alot larger than I thought it would be. No AC in the room but there was a pedestal fan in the office that we used to keep cool. Office staff was welcoming and very kind. Will be back.

My wife and I stayed there last night. It was a pleasant experience. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Great service. Considering the area of the Inn it was fairly quiet. Room was small but cozy and clean. Heating could be better. There's no breakfast. Location is really good. For people who don't like bikes, there is a Harley dealership nearby with quiet a few loud bikes passing by.

People at the hotel the workers are amazing being staying there for 12 years during the summer months for work always accommodate. Unfortunately have to deal with Riff Raff fall downs . Another better then it once was. Best value for you $

I don't know why but I didn't like this place probably just because now it's very cheap. Actually we stayed there because it's cheap so I couldn't say that I didn't like it because it's cheap but still after visiting places here are thing is better to pay £20 more to stay in a little bit more that's a cosy place

It is a very cozy house with a very nice host. Super enjoyed our stay. My daughter loved Sam's (the dog) company and he was very nice to my daughter. Will definitely recommend this place to friends.

Hostess Bonnie was exemplary in her generosity and charm, even though I keep very odd hours when I come to Edmonton for the Fringe Festival. My very late arrival wasn't a problem, nor was my gluten-free diet. Co-host Sam forgave the fact that I have cats at home and decided he was my new best friend. Overall a very pleasant stay in a quiet, homey place.

Bonnie is an exceptional host you will ever find. During my 10 days stay I never felt I was away from my home. She is such a wonderful lady who takes very good care of her guests and I was fortunate enough to experience her hospitality. An extremely comfortable place to stay, a convenient location within Edmonton. The host is extremely nice and welcoming, the rooms were very clean and breakfast is amazing. There is also a very friendly dachshund that walks around.
