Best place ever. Sympathic host.
They are delicious and charming people, we were received like kings! Sylvie and Benoît xx😘
Jeanne Mance and Gilles are welcoming and warm.
Wonderful breakfast. Room very tidy and smelling. The owners are the kindest people I've met in Canada. I recommend.
Excellent place, well located, very clean and very hospitable!
VERY courteous host and likes to receive, it shows immediately!

Great location! Super friendly hosts and knowledgeable about the area.
For the price and the location this place is perfect! We had a nice simple room right in the middle of the old town, and they had easy place to park short-term for unloading our stuff and provided tickets for a nearby parking garage for the duration of our stay. The people who run this place are super helpful - we left some things behind and they very kindly mailed them to us (we paid for the shipping...
The location is fantastic. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Parking is located very close by (very convenient) and the charming room was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.
As the saying goes you get what you pay for. The location is unreal surrounded by hotels 2-6x the price and all the attractions one could want. I wish I was aware that my room had a shared bathroom but I didn’t mind too much considering the price, what I did mind heavily is the lack of a sink in the bathroom and only available in the room. This means one has to use their dirty hands to touch both the...
We stayed here this past long weekend and we absolutely loved it. The staff is friendly and helpful, the building is clean and charming. Our room was perfect and close to everything. We can't wait to visit again!
Really great little place jn heart of Old Quebec. You pick up your room keys in the souvenir shop then proceed to your room in alley just around the corner. The staff in shop is friendly and helpful. Room was basic but very clean w a small fridge. Underground parking closeby is only $15/day which is ver good for Old Quebec.

Friendly staff and English speaking. Very clean and new looking. Makes you feel comfortable and safe, especially bright and security cameras everywhere. Indoor pool and breakfast included.
Room was clean, and what would be expected.
Pool area was good but the floor was very slippery, especially hard with little ones as they always like to run instead of walking. Would stay again if we were in the area.
One of the best and well kept Super 8s we have stayed in. Good size rooms but lack seating. The pool is clean and well kept.
The breakfast area is nice and has a good variety of fresh fruit.
We've got 3 queen beds for 5 people.
The room was clean and quiet.
Breakfast was included. It was amazing.
Very good value. We had a dog friendly room that needed a little airing out when we first arrived but then it was fine. There was a small grassy area along the side that was adequate for getting our dog out for a pee etc. And there was a simple breakfast included in the price. It was surprisingly quiet considering how close it was to a big restaurant next door and the driveway to the parking lot was...
The pool area was good for the kids and they had a lifeguard from Friday till Sunday. The breakfast was also good with an additional area open for overflow of guests. Our room was especially nice because of the bunk beds for the kids. The only criticism I have we that after our first night, they did not clean our room.

For the price and location, it was fine. The owner was great, very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean (sheets/towels included). Some ware and tare. For a place to stay with no thrills, it's fine.
No frills, basic hotel. Affordable rates with excellent location. About 10 - 15 minute walk from Old Quebec. The stuff was very nice and helpful. The hotel is old but clean. Our room was good size. There was only one common bathroom on our floor. There is outside parking only. A little bit of hassle with moving cars around. First impressions of the motel is the lobby is classic, it is like watching an 70 English movie, haha. The room is clean, specially in the washroom. Not much facility you can use, they don't even have a coffee maker or kettle in the room.
I accidently left my iPad when I check out the room and the server was so nice to call me and returned the device. Thank you so much for you guys.
Not a good experience. The heat controller wasn’t functioning properly. The room was extremely hot, even the air conditioning system wasn’t working as it was expelling warmer air even at 21 degree setting. I had to open the window to cool the room. Shower head was malfunctioning as the water flow was slow.
100% legit & leasure kind of Hotel. It is actually better than Hotel..It's so quiet and tranquil, the owners and along staff are extremely kind
hearted. Surrounding area is full of attractions and grocery possibilities. Hotel Citadelle is VERY Clean and maintained carefully. Prices are Quite Reasonable compared to the near by businesses. I'm very pleased I stay in this Hotel and I'm Absolutely recommending...
The room were clean, the breakfast is included. I was expecting omelette, eggs and stuff like that, however what we got was simply a bowl of cereal juice peanut butter sandwich and boiled eggs. Well considering how cheap it was, I should've expected more than that.

Hosts were very welcoming and ready to help with anything. The location was close to everything but far out enough to be peaceful. Our room was everything you could ask for and more. Thank You for the home away from home!!
Access to kitchen and laundry facilities, all very well equipped. Comfortable with lots of room in the bedroom (able that can sit four+). Hosts are super!
Breakfasts were fantastic, relaxed, comfortable and homey. We went in November, so the weather wasn't the best but the room atmosphere and dining area felt sunny and warm.
We had a peaceful and relaxing family vacation. Alley is a great host, she made our stay comfortable. The daily breakfast served was excellent. The property is extremely clean and so close to the lake. We enjoyed kayaking and canoes. Our first short vacation in two years and we had a blast. This is a beautiful property with a lot of character and ideally located by the lake which is less than a minute away. Lovely place to stay. We have stayed there several times now. The hostess / owner is so friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Rooms are very clean and our breakfast is fabulous!

The location is perfect, if you plan to see a lot of the old town. The room was very clean. The breakfast was tasty.
Stayed there for 3 nights. The stay was good. Host is helpful. In terms of cleanliness and location, everything was perfect. Breakfast was good too. Options of fruits, yogurt were there along with other things.
Rooms are a bit old school but generally clean. WiFi not working. Breakfast acceptable . Affordable price. Parking available for 10$
I went there several times with my father during the FIMMQ. We always had good service, the lady who lives there with her son is so nice. The croissants are delicious at breakfast and, although an old style, it’s very adequate for the price. If you want a 5 star hotel, pay the price and just go away.
I had a good experience.
I stayed on the top floor room with a balcony. What a pretty night street view the room has . I enjoyed the light breakfast at the balcony.

Amelie was great, she and her staff were very helpful during early check-in and she also offered us an extra toboggan ride ticket to cap our visit in Old Quebec. She didn’t have to, but the free extra ticket was a very sweet and thoughtful gesture. Thanks, Amelie!
The hotel also gave us front row seats to the views and proximity to Lawrence River, Citadel, Frontenac and other nearby attractions....
We loved our stay at the Hotel Terrasse Dufferin. The location is incredible just steps away from a toboggan ride and the St Lawrence River. We came for Carnaval and it was so easy to walk to the venues.

A very enjoyable walk back in time. The hotel is beautiful. Situated in the heart & soul of old Quebec. Clean & quiet room with everything you need. Close enough to walk everywhere & see all the historical places of where this country began.
Highly recommend Le Clos Saint-Louis to make your visit even better. :)
Excellent location in the Old Town of Quebec City. Lovely decorations -- large, beautiful beds, charming wallpaper, historical architectural details, and-knit slippers (nice touch). Issues:
1. No on-site management or concierge. Guests have full autonomy. This hands-off approach didn't work for us.
2. We smelled cigarette smoke in the hotel throughout our stay. Hotel says "adults-only" policy, yet...
Hotel Le Clos Saint-Louis in Quebec City is a good accommodation option. One of its notable aspects is its unique and distinctive furnishings, which give it a character of its own.

Very clean room with comfortable bed, easy check-in (entering using given prior arrival codes), and access to all necessary amenities. Lack of free parking and no breakfast on the spot were a little uncomfortable for us, but the vouchers provided for the restaurant close by made a good start of a day. Decent place to stay short-term

A great-to-live house with touching service, quiet, clean, and warm environment, and best breakfast ever had before.
The best bed and breakfast in Quebec. Patricia and a love and Wasabi too. The breakfast at the top, all homemade. Exemplary cleanliness. I will return there one day.
Located in Cap Rouge which is 15 minutes from the center, simple and effective homemade breakfast, reasonable price...but bathroom to be shared and poor insulation which leaves little privacy. The landlady was quite unpleasant in the end. The Booking rating is overrated.

great location, within walking distance from downtown. Friendly staff, outstanding for the price.
Immediate neighbourhood is nice: boulangerie, book shop that serves coffee, gourmet restaurant (BYOB) and the restaurant dowstairs (through which you check in and out) does more than pizza. Try the poutine. Well-equipped kitchen for self caterers, with lockable cupboards and a reading area with good daylight.
Good value for two people, staying three days in Quebec. Had the feel of a "youth hostel," almost.
On street parking is available.
The "front door" is locked. Go to the next door on the right, into the restaurant. They will have your key, and give you instructions.
Room was "cozy" and clean. Desk, dresser drawers, TV, small sink. Queen size bed, plenty of pillows, towels.
WiFi is free, and strong...
I had the impression that it was too cheap to be true. Surprisingly it was really good and quiet. The shared kitchen saved me a lot of money in foot but you could always enjoy the restaurant downstairs

Fantastic value in the heart of Old Quebec! The owner was friendly and thoughtful and went out of his way to make our stay an excellent one. Our very clean room was a bit small, however it didn't lack anything we required and the washroom looked newly refurbished. Additionally, the onsight parking for $10/day was an added bonus.
I came here with my mother and boyfriend for a brief four night visit, and I can honestly say this hotel gave me a reason to return. Even taking away the spot's ideal location in the center of old Quebec and their spacious and clean rooms, the concierge/manager/owner's kindness (he might be all 3) deserves a shout out.
