Quebec, 1 Rue des Carrieres 🧭 Map
Its an amazing hotel, well located at heart of Quebec city, easy to roam around on all historic places from here by walk. Staff was caring and welcoming!
Only thing which I missed in this hotel was to explore something within the property, I have found that Swimming pool use to close by 9 only which I suggest should be open till 1 AM or atleast midnight if possible. I visited with a toddler, there...
We stayed at the Chateau Frontenac for the Evening of Darkness experience. Everything about our stay, from start to finish was exemplary. The reception clerk who greeted us, the server in the restaurant, the concierge - absolutely everyone was wonderful and so attentive. We enjoyed every minute of our experience. Sadly we were not there long enough to see much more of the city than the sights from...
The Frontenac is a grand hotel patterned after Europe's great hotels of yesteryear. If you overnight in Quebec City, you have to stay, at least the first time. It's an older hotel, but clean and majestic. The lobby can feel like a train station with tour groups gawking and people checking in & out. I was pleased to see public access is not restricted to those staying. But it did have a crowded...
Grand old Hotel right in the heart of old Quebec City.
This place is a step back in time to a more elegant era. There is no shortage of restaurants, historic sights, festivals, and so much more that are right outside the front door of the Chateau.
Loved our stay here.
The gentleman who helped us get our bags from the car to the lobby was lovely and helpful. I had ordered a vegan birthday cake, which was waiting for us upon arrival. It was beautiful and delicious! We arrived at the hotel with our large dog. We were thrilled at how welcomed we felt with our big guy. Our room was beautiful and, although it was listed as a room with a "city view", we were so excited...
AGAIN a great stay at this iconic hotel. Lucky enough to be on the gold floor where we received 1st class care from the very professional and interested staff. The breakfast was fantastic with something for everyone. The hotel was beautiful - still decorated with the Christmas trees. There is no other place that would compare to this in Quebec City. Be sure to do the tours when you come.

A great experience. Hotel delivers in the class that this beautiful city bestows on you. Service was great, staff were attentive and helpful. Rooms were beautifully appointed. Beds were very comfortable.
Facilities were nice and kept in good condition. Rooftop pool and sundeck were nice but fairly busy as weather was very hot.
The location was tremendous. Just outside the walls of the old city. Walking...
Its Hilton! So no need to say more!
The hotel is well equipped; play room, bar, ground-floor and top-floor restaurants, indoor swimming pool and gym! From that terms the hotel is amazing! With great room view! And its less than 10 mins away from the heart of Quebec City!
The room was missing flip-flops, toothbrush, water bottles etc.. these type of stuff which is normal to find in a room!
Service was...
Nice hotel. Nice room. Helpful.
Restaurant and pool hours both bit restrictive for such a big hotel. Breakfast seems pricey and miss less fancy free hot breakfasts at step down hotels for convenience and price.
Nice walk to old Quebec.
We loved our stay at this Hilton location. The view from our room was great we were on the city side. The room was big and spacious with a great big stand up shower. Very quiet and the staff was very friendly. The only downside was the size of the pool. We didn't use it as it was always packed. It would be nice if they had an evening adult swim.
Absolutely amazing hotel.
The lobby is beautiful and has lots of space for waiting or chilling, they have a little small shop inside the hotel as well. The location id great, its close to everything, and with 10 minutes of walking you can get to old Quebec. The rooms are amazing, we had a great view over the city, and the service was fast and good.
They have a pool, gym, restaurant, bar and a room...
The room had great views of the parliament. The windows was big offering unobstructed 180 degree views. If you pay $40 extra per person for the breakfast and happy hour until 10 pm for 23rd floor executive lounge you will get to see more beautiful views of the city. Breakfast in the lounge was OK not extraordinary but good enough to fill you up. You pay for the views. Staff was very nice. Especially...

The hotel is undergoing renovations, which is very noticeable as well as very much needed. The room are definitely dated and in need of a refresh. The hotel is located a few blocks outside the Old city walls, on top of the hill across from the legislature buildings. Service was accommodating during our stay. The only negatives were the old rooms and lack of noise buffering. We were able to hear our...
We stayed in the hotel during the last weekend of July/2023. The location is great, and we liked the hotel in overall. Our room was good, spacious and comfortable. There were a couple of errors during the cleaning services but nothing major. Example: one day they forgot to put back the bathroom mat. We used some face cloths and left them on the floor to be changed, and they weren’t. So, as I said,...
Great price and location right outside old Quebec. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were in good shape but the wallpaper was starting to come off in places.
Only issue was that the pool was too warm for us. On a 35C day the pool was almost as hot as a hot tub so it was not refreshing. But it was very clean! Would definitely stay here again.
If you stay here, be prepared for a bit of trek to your room! It’s a biggie! It's not in the city center, but it's okay. Just be aware parking will cost you a bit..
As a first impression, you feel it’s an expansive hotel with its sheer size - can be both a blessing and a curse! This grand scale does come with its fair share of walking, so guests who prefer to have everything within arm's reach might...
Rooms could use a refresher. My room had stains on carpet, shower head was at an odd angle and hard to use, bed was uncomfortable. Some staff were pleasant and some definitely made me feel like they didn't want me there. Outdoor pool was excellent. Overall was a bit disappointed.
Accommodations were nice - nothing fancy but comfortable. Service left something to be desired. Had to make multiple calls in order to have more towels brought to our room. Had room cleaned once during our stay (4 nights) and bathroom wasn't cleaned - only trash emptied and beds made. Front desk personnel were dismissive and not warm or welcoming. Location of hotel is great for a "home base" to get...

Hotel Le Concorde Quebec
Quebec, 1225 Cours du Général-de Montcalm 🧭 Map
Amazing location and views, comfortable beds.
The hallways were very messy with dirt and garbage all over the place, even cigarette butts - there seems to be a lack of cleaning staff.
It looks like they are finally doing some much needed room renovations/updates starting from top floors.
Wishing that Ciel restaurant would be open for brunch or drinks to take advantage of the amazing views from the...
I picked to stay at Le Concorde because 1. price, and 2. the "restaurant." It is an iconic building located 15 min walk away from Old Quebec. The 3 good things I would say are 1. the parking attendants (very nice), 2. the air conditioner (powerful), and 3. the laminate floor (clean). Everything else was a head scratcher: the front desk was unenthusiastic - I felt like I was dealing with someone...
The rooms were very nice and clean but a little outdated. The hotel restaurant wasn’t that great, overall it was very satisfactory for the price range!
5 stars for this hotel. This is the hotel we stated in, for our Feb 2017 trip to Quebec. Location is convenient, as we were attending the "Carnaval de Quebec", which was just east of this location, with walking distance. Comfortable bed and clean rooms. Great hotel, enjoyed it during our stay. Good for its price too.
The hotel was really great. We where supposed to have a queen bed room but we where upgraded to a king. The downside was the bathroom. The view of the 20th floor was amazing. Great ambiance at the pool/spa.
Probably the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. Soft, warm and king sized. My room also had a great view. Staff are friendly, professional and happy to converse in either French or English. Undercover pay parking is available on site. Hotel is also pet friendly.
Just note, there is no formal room service but you can order food from Jaja Restaurant downstairs and then pick up it up as takeaway

The staff were very courteous. The location was perfect for walking in the Old City and Plains of Abraham.
There’s a lot of good things to say about this hotel: clean, modern rooms; friendly staff; reasonable rates. When there was a problem with our shower maintenance came right away and fixed it in 5 minutes. The fancy coffee machine in the lobby was fun, too The downsides are: the ATM in the lobby ripped me off (it said it dispenses $80 but only gave me $60) and the convenience store didn’t take US debit...
Love our room - it's romantic and cozy! But I'm really wish there was a dresser (we're here for 4 days and nowhere to put our clothes during our stay). Also wish there was more info about the surrounding area in the room. All staff have been amazing! Super friendly and multi- lingual. Lots of great restaurants just around the corner and the Joan of Arc Garden across the street is stunning! Hotel is...
Nice spot with a great center courtyard. Located just outside the old city walls, this hotel is perfect. Rooms was a little small and congested for out group but otherwise, everything was great.
We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. The location is perfect. We loved the valet that parked the cars. We had a discount for an electric car and they even charged it overnight. The city is very walkable and we could walk everywhere from our hotel. Loved the old luxury vibe that the hotel has. I loved their toiletries specially the soap. The service was great. Ah they have different elevators...
Stayed here during Rendezvous Canada. A perfect spot, close to the convention centre and close to all the other attractions for off-work hours. Room was perfect size, complete with a full desk to get some work done when not out and about.
We were on the fourth floor and I seemed to never hear a peep from anywhere - in the halls, above, below, beside. Slept extraordinarily well throughout the week...

We had a great experience at this hotel! Location was perfect, close to the old city and the skating rink next door was a nice perk. The staff was also great and we enjoyed time in the pool. There was even live music at the pool over the weekend! We’ll definitely stay here again.
The location was fantastic. We looked out our window to see the city gate and ice-skating rink. The kids loved the pool after our long days exploring the city. A very fancy hotel right between and a short walk from the Citadel, plains of Abraham, and old city. Parking on premises a huge plus. The beds were comfortable for even my picky spouse. The floors were a bit slippery. We didn't eat breakfast...
Quite a bit dated. Not a 4 star hotel. Great location. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Pool deck is dangerously slick.
If this hotel had updates it’d quickly become a top hotel.
This definitely is not a 4/5 star hotel. At best a high 2 or low 3 star. Small rooms, dirty carpets, and mediocre staff.
The parking downstairs is horrific. If you have a truck don't even bother. It takes 30 manoeuvres just to fit it under ground. Forget about it of you have an extended or HD truck. Don't risk it.
The location is superb so that's a plus. This could be a fantastic 5 star hotel...
Good concierge. Close to the old town. We had a great room. Hotel seems to cater for families, so expect kids in the halls and common areas. There is a pool, hot tub, sauna and gym. The pool and hot tub can be overrun by kids. One side of the building faces a busy street which is noisey. Overall a good spot and in a good location.
We loved a lot of things about this hotel. Great location. Very clean. No carpet (Big plus!!). Door separating bedroom and sitting area was a great feature. Restaurant was very good and our waiter was excellent. Will definitely return to this hotel.

I wish we also had the breakfast included. That would have made it perfect. The location was pretty good.
The room was spcaious (Bestwestern Montreal's similar price room

Remember to use HotelDuIIy.ᴄᴏm when booking any room. They compare thousands of booking websites and usually will have rates a lot cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! We stayed 2 nights! The room was spotless and a good size. We had breakfast each morning and the service was exceptional, as was the food. Would highly recommend. It was nice having a location that wasn't too crowded.
The Best Western is located in central saint Roch. Within 5 minutes there are ample restaurants, bakeries, bars etc. You can walk up the hill to visit Old Quebec (Vieux Quebec) in 20 minutes or walk to river St Charles and limilioux as well. Great location and easy to get around by foot.

We were out all day and used hotel for only 1 night of sleep. Booked an Express deal via Priceline and this is in the Old Quebec City Area but it seem like hotel is on the very edge of that area. Great hotel. Didn’t realize how busy it would be but extremely busy at the pool area. Had to find the right time when it was less busy but it was very nice. Definitely great for kids 10 and under. Try not to get a room by the pool as it can be very loud.
Family friendly but extremely busy. Hotel could use some updates. Our room door didn’t stay shut and they had to fix it upon our arrival. Better for kids under 8.
Overall great stay! Kids had a blast! We were lucky to get adjoining rooms no problem with a reservation a few weeks out which so many hotels offer but rarely do we get it so we were pleasantly surprised! I see the complaints of others so I was expecting the worst and very nervous but for the price you pay and all the amenities included (music, magic show, face painting, tattoos etc.) it’s worth it...
Daughter LOVES this hotel. The activities are great. I am however wide awake at 3 am and havent slept a wink because of how terrible the beds are. (Same with my husband) I'm.debating putting up the Murphy beds and sleeping on floor tbh.

Great hotel experience as far as entertainment goes but they severely lack renovations and the beds are as hard as rocks. I’ve stayed in many hotels and I’ve never quite had a bed that uncomfortable. My stay at Hotel Classique was simply fantastic! Impeccable service, cozy rooms, and a prime location made my trip unforgettable. Highly recommended!
Despite being visibly renovated, the hotel still appears somewhat run-down. Although we stayed in a renovated room, laminate floor, Murphy bed, and bathroom tiles were broken/chipped. The mattresses were a bit dirty; sheets had holes. Housekeeping changed the towels and made the beds daily but didn't sweep the floors. I believe the hotel is doing its best. Additionally, two cardio machines were out...
The hotel itself was clean and well maintained. However the massive construction will start promptly at 7am. Do not plan on any extra sleep.
I stayed there for a bit
When I got there the sheets and especially the blanket smelled like sweat so they clearly didn't change the bed sheets.
It also took 7 days before house keeping first attended my room after I asked the front desk. Don't get me wrong the staff are really nice but the service is terrible

Nice to have a pool and sauna after long days of walking. Didn't try Boulay restaurant, but the Cafe at the entrance had great pastries and coffee.
Great location very close for the old town. Arriving at the hotel is a bit stressful. No parking but the valet were really great. I have stayed in a few hotels in Quebec City, including the Frontenac. This is my favourite. It is elegant, modernised, well-laid out with large comfortable rooms. The location is about 20 minutes from the Old Town where all the attractions...

Hotel Sainte-Anne
Quebec, 32 rue Sainte-Anne 🧭 Map
This boutique hotel sounded nice on its advertising but was even better in reality. The room provided not only for sleeping but had good seating for resting and or dining. The bathroom had a lovely large shower with great water pressure. Location was ideal.
Location was great, room was very modern however small for my liking (think studio apartment) however staff was extremely friendly.
One of our favorite hotels in Old Quebec. Clean updated rooms and close to everything, including great restaurants, municipal parking, and the lower shopping district. If you want to walk Old Quebec - this is the centrally located place to do it from.
You can’t beat the location of this hotel! Steps from everything you’d want to see in Quebec City. It’s best to park underground at city hall, which is about a block away, but that’s really the only downside. Bring suitcases with wheels and you’ll be fine. The restaurant downstairs is also great. My wife had the best crème brûlée of her life there. What more could you ask for?
Location, location, location. Wow, this is a fantastic and affordable place to stay on a great, fun street right in the middle of all the attractions. If you get a double queen room, ask for the top floor as the windows face the atrium and the light comes in from the top of the atrium so the room will be bright. This hotel is literally steps from the hotel Frontenac and every other place you'll...
Location was fantastic, very close to Fairmont Hotel, and the tourist buses. Hotel was very clean and comfortable, the coffee in the room was the best I ever had

Holiday Inn Express Quebec City-Sainte Foy, an IHG Hotel
Quebec, 3145 Avenues Des Hotels 🧭 Map
The hotel location is very close to busstop, we got offer free ride from Quebec tourism during visit time. Hotel was nice and clean and offer great breakfast.
Very nice hotel that was reasonably priced in the Quebec City area. Room was clean, modern, functional and included a buffet style breakfast. Hotel staff was helpful and friendly. We had a pleasant stay and highly recommend the hotel.
Very nice hotel that was reasonably priced in the Quebec area. Rooms were modern and functional and included breakfast is nice, although the food was nothing to write home about.
One of the struggles of staying there was construction in the area, as if the roads in this area aren’t confusing enough. Not the hotel’s fault at all but it made it difficult to get around. Also there weren’t a lot of dinner...
A great stay, 100%. Staff were incredibly helpful and were able to answer our questions about the area in great detail (we had supper based on their recommendations, and it did not disappoint). Prices are normally very fair for a Holiday Inn Express, however we did pay more due to the Canada Day long weekend (which is to be expected). Clean, quiet rooms, ample parking, and plenty to do around the hotel...
Our staying here was pleasant and enjoyable. The staff were very nice with us all the time and the room was clean and spacious, with a king size bed and a desk. They have a pool and breakfast is included. I would come back.
Our recent stay was filled with bizarre events, from beginning to end.
The day before our arrival, we received an email to check-in - new concept perhaps, but we didn't bother with this service because we would still have to check in at reception to get keys anyway.
The credit card was then charged for the full amount while we were still enrolled and hadn't even checked in yet. A quick call to the...

Grand Times Hotel - Aeroport de Quebec
Quebec, 6515 Boulevard Wilfrid-Hamel 🧭 Map
We spent a night here and had a pleasant stay. The staff is friendly, rooms are cozy and most importantly, everything is clean. Recommended!
We had a very good stay at Grand Times Hotel. It’s 25-30 minutes to Old Quebec city. Affordable and good service. Would totally recommend for a budget friendly vacation.
Could be better!
Pros:
The hotel is located in a great area, less than 5 minutes drive from the airport and close to a lot of restaurants and Stores.
The front desk staff is amazing and super helpful, i only remember Ahmed, Nadege and Eric by name, but all of them were amazing.
Place was always clean, despite being very busy due to evacuees from the forest fire staying there.
Cons:
The breakfast is...
This time, we got the room just next to the pool, which is a bonus for the kid. Although the pool is small, but it is quite warm. My kids love it. The location is really convenient.
The Queen beds and feather pillows are so very comfortable .
Easy to access from highway and 15 minutes to downtown.
Very clean and modern.
Our go to hotel in Quebec
Outstanding service. Comfortable, accessible room. Yummy breakfast. Desk clerk arranged for a van to transport us with our mobility scooter. Staff also arranged an accessible city tour.
