We loved our stay at this Hilton location. The view from our room was great we were on the city side. The room was big and spacious with a great big stand up shower. Good concierge. Close to the old town. We had a great room. Hotel seems to cater for families, so expect kids in the halls and common areas. There is a pool, hot tub, sauna and gym. Within 5 minutes there are ample restaurants, bakeries, bars etc. You can walk up the hill to visit Old Quebec (Vieux Quebec) in 20 minutes or walk to river St Charles and limilioux as well. Good location right on the highway. Staff is very friendly and always helpful. Rooms do lack some stuff like toilet paper, towels etc... But the staff did accomodate us very nicely. The hotel is nicely located next to a highway but a bit outside the downtown of Quebec City

Stayed 3 nights 4 days, got the king suite. Great room, clean with lots of room. All the check on staff were amazing, very informative and answered all my questions. Breakfast was normal continental breakfast. I did notice even with the room temp set to 18 it was still warm and stuffy as the temp would not go below 21 so we opened the windows as it was nice and cool outside so problem solved...

The room was very nice. It had two TV's, a couch, table and chairs, fridge, microwave and coffee machine along with a king size bed which was very comfy. We brought the family dog with us and he was welcome however there is very little grass to do his business as this hotel is in a commercial area with huge parking lots around. This boutique hotel sounded nice on its advertising but was even better in reality. The room provided not only for sleeping but had good seating for resting and or dining. The bathroom had a lovely large shower with great water pressure. Location was ideal.

One of our favorite hotels in Old Quebec. Clean updated rooms and close to everything, including great restaurants, municipal parking, and the lower shopping district. If you want to walk Old Quebec - this is the centrally located place to do it from.

You can’t beat the location of this hotel! Steps from everything you’d want to see in Quebec City. It’s best to park underground at city hall, which is about a block away, but that’s really the only downside. Bring suitcases with wheels and you’ll be fine. The restaurant downstairs is also great. My wife had the best crème brûlée of her life there. What more could you ask for?

Location, location, location. Wow, this is a fantastic and affordable place to stay on a great, fun street right in the middle of all the attractions. If you get a double queen room, ask for the top floor as the windows face the atrium and the light comes in from the top of the atrium so the room will be bright. Location was fantastic, very close to Fairmont Hotel, and the tourist buses. Hotel was very clean and comfortable, the coffee in the room was the best I ever had

A great stay, 100%. Staff were incredibly helpful and were able to answer our questions about the area in great detail (we had supper based on their recommendations, and it did not disappoint). Prices are normally very fair for a Holiday Inn Express, however we did pay more due to the Canada Day long weekend (which is to be expected). Our staying here was pleasant and enjoyable. The staff were very nice with us all the time and the room was clean and spacious, with a king size bed and a desk. They have a pool and breakfast is included. I would come back.

Our recent stay was filled with bizarre events, from beginning to end. The day before our arrival, we received an email to check-in - new concept perhaps, but we didn't bother with this service because we would still have to check in at reception to get keys anyway. We had a very good stay at Grand Times Hotel. It’s 25-30 minutes to Old Quebec city. Affordable and good service. Would totally recommend for a budget friendly vacation.

This time, we got the room just next to the pool, which is a bonus for the kid. Although the pool is small, but it is quite warm. My kids love it. The location is really convenient.
