Pinnacle Hotel at the Pier

I’ve stayed at this hotel two times now and both stays gave been great! The view from the rooms are really great and can be beautiful both morning and night (I’ve gotten waterside both times). The house keepers are very nice and always ready to change things out for you as you need. Reception was also very friendly and answered all of our questions. On top of the hotel being nice the location was very good as it’s a short walk to the ferry. Making it so you don’t have to be on the main land Vancouver the whole time, while still having many places to visit on the north side.

I am very pleased to announce that our friends enjoyed an amazing evening at The Pinnacle Hotel restaurant called " The Lobby " They have traveled from Germany to enjoy beautiful North Vancouver and have their wedding anniversary with us 🥰
We were greeted at reception with excellent professional service 👏 The reservation desk wisely advised us to enjoy Happy Hour now and get sitted quickly as restaurant getting busy with Happy Hour .Our waitress JI was excellent, prompt and very attentive to our needs and concerns. At one point the music from the bar area was so loud we couldn't even talk .
We asked Ji ( waitress ) if music could be turned down in order to speak to each other and enjoy the great atmosphere and ambiance of this restaurant which is in amazing location and so close to everything you want and desire 😀 She was able to get down
Our appetizers and main appetizers were delicious, wonderful presentations, and very delicious!!
I highly recommend this restaurant!! Everyone enjoyed their appetizers and main course!! The best restaurant for presentation and taste , excellent service, and amazing location 👍

Excellent hotel, great location with view, really nice rooms, larger fridge than most hotels, microwave, had real coffee cups and glasses (unlike their sister hotel Pinnacle at the Harbour), large indoor lap pool which was a great way to start the day!
Staff very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!

Hidden gem in North Vancouver. That's the other side from most hotels. The hotel is surrounded by multiple eatery choices and has its own superb yet modestly advertised lobby restaurant. It's rooms views are superb. The restaurant overlooks a hub hub of local life.

My husband booked us a night at the hotel for our wedding anniversary (perfect staycation!) and it was wonderful. The hotel was kind enough to provide us a complimentary plate of chocolate covered strawberries (which were absolutely delicious!) and the gym was clean and full of great modern equipment. The hotel bar and restaurant were amazing as well; everything was delicious and not crazy expensive either. Dinner and brunch were fantastic; the food and service alike. Going for a walk after dinner at the pier was lovely as well, the view of the water and city lights across the way was beautiful. Overall, we had an unforgettable experience here. Would definitely visit again!

Lovely hotel, very clean with housekeeping on request. The room has the bathrobes, slippers, shower caps and other amenities and nail files - they are provided upon request at the reception. Coffee machine, mini fridge, microwave. Balcony! For those wishing to swim, there is a 25m heated pool and jacuzzi, sauna and stimroom. Just be aware, there are private swimming lessons at the pool from Monday to Friday. So check the time. The Restaurant with breakfasts until 11:00am on weekends, also brunch and dinner. The kitchen is quite good, as is the cappuccino. Prices - breakfasts up to $20. For member- $17 per person. There is a skating rink nearby, many good restaurants, the best donuts in the city (cream pony).
