The concierge was knowledgeable about the city and was helpful in planning tours. The location is central to a lot of sights, restaurants and shops. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen well equipped for a short stay.

We booked a 2 bedroom apartment unit. The staff were very nice. Overall our unit was okay, had all the space we needed. But the unit was not updated or cleaned very thoroughly. Pool/hot tub/steam room/change room was good. Gym was poor quality, no AC, was so hot inside and not clean. Equipment was okay

Very small suites for a expensive price. Dirty smell. Broken sofa cum bed. Can’t even sit on the sofa . How people sleep on that sofa! Stinking place.

Exceptional staff. We received superb treatment. Every interaction was a pleasure. The location is fantastic, right in the midst of the downtown action. Easy walking distance to almost everything. A+

What you need to know or what I had wished I had known before making reservations here was that the hotel is under construction. I only found this out when I received an email confirming the details of my stay the night before so too late to cancel.
Service and rooms 1 star - Long story short, the toilets in our suite (2 bed and 2 bath) stopped working at 10pm at night. I became aware of this as there were loud gurgling sounds coming from the bathrooms. After the staff tried to fix the toilets, we were moved to another suite (now it's around 11pm) and we have to pack everything up and move. Anyone with kids could imagine what this would be like... Naturally, there was a discussion between myself and the Manager about being compensated for this. However when I went to check out the details of this agreement were nowhere to be found and so it was not honored.
Regarding my two star rating for location, while the location is ideal, it's essentially the same as the majority of the other hotels located downtown Vancouver. However, in retrospect, I think the hotels located near Coal Harbour would be quieter. The hotel is located just a few blocks down from a hospital so you hear sirens throughout the day and night.
There is more to add but honestly I just want to put this disappointing experience behind me.
Consider yourself warned. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

One star for room service and one star for the upgrade to suite .
Everything else was mediocre to bad. The gym was super dirty, dust and hair all over the floor and the steam room was so bad that we didn’t go in.
We got charged an extra 20 Cad for another random tax (Canada is full of those surprises anyway - never expect to pay what you think you would pay or what the price tag says) and the reception initially told us was due to fx and while I showed them it wasn’t they said it’s due to this new tax they haven’t notified us about .

2 nights into a 5 night stay, and confident leaving a 5 star review. Great layout (1 bedroom suite), amazing location walking distance from anything you could ever need. Yes, the AC unit is loud but it drowns out busy street noise. Staff have been excellent, helping us with every request, including helping our son when the patio door came off the tracks and he was stuck out on the balcony! 😂

Less than satisfactory for a 4 star hotel. Im currently trying to write a review using the hotels horrible wifi that I had to pay for. Can barely get a signal in my room. Room smells musty like my grandmas house that was smoked in for years and eventually aired out and masked with a seniors lady's perfume. Also no pool or hot tub available due to maintenance without any warning. Are you kidding me? Trust me you can do better. Much better 4 star hotels for similar prices downtown. Wont see me here again!
