Where to stay in Vancouver

Staff were very friendly and helpful with hotel dealings (areas not to go, restaurants, and places to visit). All our rooms had all the right things in it. With coffee machines, all adapters close to the bed and in the right places. Our bed was so comfortable our first morning. I really didn't want to get up. Great hotel with a convenient location for both the business and leisure traveler. The room I was assigned had a problem with a noisy AC, but I was moved to a wonderful new room with stunning views out the tower window. I think this hotel experience really depends what tower you are in! The one tower has a huge rooms, and isn’t busy with residence as well. It is a typical mid range Marriott hotel. You have to ask for certain things like robes which should already be in the room. Could definitely use some upgrades though. The yellow and blue is dated and feels ready for a facelift.

One of the most pleasant hotel stays my wife and I have ever had. The bathroom was absolutely spectacular. The room was very comfortable. We used the fitness center and the pool, and enjoyed both. I absolutely loved my stay in Vancouver. The suite was amazing with motorized shades in every room and a jet tub! A bottle of wine was delivered when I checked in, along with a very accommodating laundry service. Relaxing and enjoyable regarding the fantastic rooftop pool and hot tub 👌

The customer service is always exceptional, ensuring a wonderful stay. The rooms were not only nice but impeccably clean, and the harbor view from the hotel was truly breathtaking. The pool added an extra touch of luxury to the experience. Highly recommend!

Stayed here a few times and remains the most elegant and modern hotel in Vancouver. It sets the standard for modern luxury with exquisite service, dining and ambiance. I wouldn't normally be able to afford anything this posh, but was able to get a special rate. Excellent service at the front desk and everything just feels high end. Top Location, very friendly staff, great pool, food was delicious

Very good location! Easy access to Coal Harbour, Robson Street with lots of restaurants. We can enjoy the mountains and the sea from our room. The big pool was very nice. The only downside was that we asked to refill the body wash, but no one came to our room. Thankfully, we bring our own.

Beautiful location right on the water. Short walking distance to Stanley Park. 1 mile from cruise port. Nice restaurant for breakfast. Free use of nice bikes and helmets. Free ice-cream, popcorn, etc in lobby periodically. Nice pools, saunas, and fitness programs. Very friendly staff. Watch marina and sea plane airport from room. Can see mountains from room. Would definitely stay here again!

The best location is what this hotel has in spades. You don't even need a car around here. If you bring a bike or rent one close by, you can turn your trip into an adventure. Hotel staff was extremely customer centric, friendly and efficient. The location of hotel is centrally located to many different neighborhoods and places of interest. Be aware if you bring a car that onsite parking is additional as with most hotels in the city. I would stay again and recommend the hotel if you are staying downtown.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, with exceptional views from our 31st floor, harbour view room. Front desk staff were polite, efficient and very friendly. Breakfast in the dining room was beautifully prepared. My husband had eggs Benedict with pan-fried potatoes, and I had the avocado toast breakfast. Both meals were perfectly prepared and generous portions. We were delighted with our choices.

Excellent hotel. Kind staff, clean and comfortable quiet rooms. Our family of 5 joined other family members to all stay here and enjoy the holiday season downtown Vancouver. Easy location to walk to Christmas markets, Canada Place and Robson. My kids loved the pool and beds and our pup was able to join us as well. Thank you for a great stay.

Lovely spacious apartment with everything you need eg kettle, toaster and nice big towels. I requested quiet room up high which they took note on. Can still hear the road noise from 15th floor but don’t hear noise from other rooms which is most important. Windows all around so lovely views. The best thing about it was the view! Tim one of the concierges was so personable! He remembered our names. He always had a smile and went out of his way to be kind and helpful.
