Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre, Vancouver1 / 14

Staff were very friendly and helpful with hotel dealings (areas not to go, restaurants, and places to visit). All our rooms had all the right things in it. With coffee machines, all adapters close to the bed and in the right places. Our bed was so comfortable our first morning. I really didn't want to get up. After all, we had been travelling for 3 weeks. Planes Trains and Automobiles, I was exhausted...
Great hotel with a convenient location for both the business and leisure traveler. The room I was assigned had a problem with a noisy AC, but I was moved to a wonderful new room with stunning views out the tower window. An on-site Starbucks with quick service and ample breakfast selections made the morning easy. Thanks for a great stay!
I think this hotel experience really depends what tower you are in! The one tower has a huge rooms, and isn’t busy with residence as well. It is a typical mid range Marriott hotel. You have to ask for certain things like robes which should already be in the room. Could definitely use some upgrades though. The yellow and blue is dated and feels ready for a facelift.
I have had many exceptional experiences at the Sheraton Wall Center Hotel in Vancouver, BC. The rooms have always been impeccably maintained, offering a cozy and inviting atmosphere with comfortable linens that ensured a restful night's sleep. The staff are consistently friendly and attentive, always going the extra mile to assist with any requests, making me feel truly welcome throughout my stay....
Decent hotel. Nothing to stand out. But nothing wrong with it either. Have stayed a few times Check in was easy. Close to many amenities in the area. Rooms are clean. Would stay again next time I am travelling for work not sure I would stay for leisure. The restaurants are in the south tower and I have always stayed in the north tower. So there is a walk to that. But it’s not bad. Just not clearly...
On the whole my stay at the hotel was a very good and nice experience. The location is great and so is the views from our room. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were nice and professional though I felt that the hotel was kind of short of staff. The breakfast buffet was varied and delicious. The hotel lacked a spa and beauty salon services which I think, is very important in such a...

One of the best city hotels I have ever stayed in. Excellent location, with very attentive staff. 2 excellent bars - both very different, but we loved both. Fantastic dining options. The pool and gym facilities were amazing. And the room was beautiful - excellent size for a city hotel, very large bathroom with 2 separate sinks - which I love! Extremely comfy bed and pillows, and excellent quality bedding...
Huge thanks for David at Concierge for your help and support over the busy wedding weekend this August. Your attention to details, personal touch and willingness to go above and beyond made the wedding go seamless and flawless, as you ensured the bride was happy and every detail was taken care of! Hotel Georgia is very lucky to have you. Thanks a lot for being truly best. - Valeria
Excellent experience overall. The in-room dining menu is great, and the food is awesome. The pool is great, saltwater and heated. The decor at the pool feels modern and upscale. The staff is very professional, friendly, and helpful. Looking forward to our next visit!
One of the most pleasant hotel stays my wife and I have ever had. The bathroom was absolutely spectacular. The room was very comfortable. We used the fitness center and the pool, and enjoyed both. The only negatives were the pillows, which I thought were not firm enough, and the lack of open space in the room. It seemed that there was too much furniture for the area. Both minor issues.
Overall, one of the best hotels we have stayed at. Great room, spacious, well appointed. My wife would like a spray hose in the shower. We got to Reflections on our day of arrival at 9:31 pm after a long day of travel and they refused to serve us any food, said they stopped taking orders 1 minute earlier...they were still cooking though, we could see it in the open kitchen. Was surprised they could...
Everything at the Rosewood was exceptional and we would stay again.

I absolutely LOVE Opus. Everyone is super friendly and welcoming. I was in a sticky situation with another hotel reservation, that was not the best. They went above and beyond to help me. I love the location, food, drinks just everything about this Hotel! I could walk everywhere, which was really important to me. I will only stay at Opus when I come to Vancouver. Thank you again.
I really want to give this place more stars, but mostly because the staff is amazing. I took my husband here to surprise him for the weekend. In two nights, we had three different rooms. The staff took care of things really quickly, but it still felt like it put a damper on our weekend - especially since we had to move rooms really late one night, and spent the second night awake because the room was...
Great location, rooms are good and staff is friendly and helpful. If you are staying over the weekend during the warmer periods, consider turning on some "white-noise" before trying to go to sleep. Patrons of nearby restaurants were extremely loud and intrusive, growing in intensity from midnight until after 3am.
This charming hotel is located in the heart of Yaletown, surrounded by great restaurants and a 2-minute walk to the sea wall. We were greeted warmly by Scott who makes you feel right at home. The room, although not large, was well designed and had impressive nooks with cozy chairs and lamps in each corner to sit, relax and enjoy a glass of wine. The bed and linen were heavenly and loved the heated...
Stayed for 3 nights as part of a wedding. Gorgeous hotel rooms, great pillows and sheets. The staff were so kind and attentive to any requests we had. The included breakfast options were excellent. The server at Capo (attached restaurant) even provided great recommendations for vintage shopping. Thank you! I will definitely be back!
My stay here was great! Really good service, I was greeted with sparkling wine upon arrival. The lobby is small and has an attached lounge which was a cool hangout spot at night. There is a good restaurant attached to the hotel where I had a great breakfast. The room was awesome! I loved the decor and it was a large room with a big comfy bed. I’ve stayed at this hotel two times now and both stays gave been great! The view from the rooms are really great and can be beautiful both morning and night (I’ve gotten waterside both times). I am very pleased to announce that our friends enjoyed an amazing evening at The Pinnacle Hotel restaurant called " The Lobby " They have traveled from Germany to enjoy beautiful North Vancouver and have their wedding anniversary with us 🥰 We were greeted at reception with excellent professional service 👏 The reservation desk wisely advised us to enjoy Happy Hour now and get sitted quickly as restaurant...
Excellent hotel, great location with view, really nice rooms, larger fridge than most hotels, microwave, had real coffee cups and glasses (unlike their sister hotel Pinnacle at the Harbour), large indoor lap pool which was a great way to start the day! Staff very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!
Hidden gem in North Vancouver. That's the other side from most hotels. The hotel is surrounded by multiple eatery choices and has its own superb yet modestly advertised lobby restaurant. It's rooms views are superb. The restaurant overlooks a hub hub of local life.
I based out of this hotel before and after hip replacement day surgery at Lions Gate Hospital. This hotel is convenient to the hospital (5 minutes in a car) and we were able to park near the elevator post surgery which was helpful. I booked a room with two beds, there was a small fridge with a freezer so ice packs stayed frozen. The bed was a good height for post surgery access and it was very comfortable...
Hotel was OK, room was mediocre but the view was great. It’s about a 3/10 for privacy if you have an adjoining door to another room. Nothing was sound proofed there. By the time we left there was a pretty noticeable amount of fuzz on the top of all the furniture which we had been breathing in for 2 days.. don’t know where it came from and the parkade is pretty much only for small cars

Great Gastown location, comfortable historic old hotel. Dining available and breakfast included. Enjoyed our stay very much and close to cruise terminal.
This was our first time in Vancouver and we chose St. Regis! We were very pleased with the location, room and breakfast! The breakfast was very good and far exceeded our expectations :) Brent was very pleasant and helpful with our luggage and helping us put the tags! Will definitely recommend the St. Regis hotel
We had a nice stay at the St. Regis Vancouver. The staff members we encountered here were professional and friendly. The rooms were nicely appointed but on the small side. Shortly after checking into our room, we noticed a strange odor that smelled like mothballs. We called down to the front desk and within minutes, an employee set up an ozone generator to clean out the odor. We appreciated the prompt...
Loved staying five nights in this hotel. The breakfast was one of a kind..3 varieties no wastage limited but good. Rooms clean & the bathtub great after long walks in the city. Complimentary two bottles of water & chocolates was a sweet gesture too. Helpful & attentive staffs. One of the best multi grain toasts that I have ever taken.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the St. Regis in Vancouver and I can confidently say that it was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. Staff were beyond nice, Kiti in particular, his sister Sheba and the bar staff up in the roof garden were great, but all were lovely. The bathroom was not good for me as could not get in the bath to shower as I'm partially disabled. Even one grab rail would help.
We went for the roof top patio and brunch! It's a newer addition and close to home so we really wanted to check it out. We were pleasantly surprised by the new brunch tower that they've only recently started offering. $60 for two! Loaded with 4 pastry/sweet selections, 3 savory selections and shrimp and oysters. Absolutely wonderful hotel in the heart of the city. Great personnel, clean place. Strongly recommend
Great location to stay in Vancouver BC. Close to the happening streets in downtown like Davie and Granville. Walking distance to great restaurants and quick Uber rides to all attractions and Stanley park. Room was underwhelming - the bathroom amenities didn’t live up the room rate, the furniture and carpeting etc were closer to a motel than an downtown hotel. TV was a throwback from 90s. Restaurant...
Rooms are dated and need some love. Bathrooms have been renovated but lack decent water pressure. No bar. AC is VERY loud in the rooms. It sounds like a vacuum cleaner running right by your ear. Small things like water and coffee supplies were not replenished in room on a daily basis. Good location and convenient for walking.

The Moda Hotel has a good location, the decor and atmosphere in the lobby and Uva cocktail bar was wonderful. The service at front desk, staff in Uva were excellent. We've got to admit, the building is old but excellent management and service compensate. They made a serious effort to modernize room furnishings within the old building. Prices are a good deal for downtown Vancouver.
Booked 3 nights. This hotel is in the heart of downtown Vancouver. The rooms are a little dank but surprisingly being at the corner of a busy intersection it was very quiet. They do offer secure parking but it is in the building just across the street but it IS SECURE. Emma (I think her name was?) at front desk was very helpful and so kind! They gave us a choice upon check-in of 1 King bed or 2 double beds and that was a nice touch. Everyone was always asking us about our day and that was lovely. :)
Very nice hotel in a great location. Staff are friendly. Valet parking (underground) is available at 38 CAD per 24 hours (2023 price). Can reach most places downtown by foot. Suite slightly small & sofabed not too comfortable. Air conditioning is good but a tad noisy. Overall, a pleasant stay.
Beautiful hotel with comfortable, well-appointed rooms and lots of thoughtful touches. They recently installed media panels, so guests can cast Netflix and Spotify in the rooms. The staff were wonderful. We had a problem with our dry cleaning (not the hotel’s fault) and they were very understanding & helpful in sorting it out.
Great location and nice ac & tv. Had a good night without dealing with heat. There are usb charging port too which was super convenient. The staffs are THE best.
Great location! Beautifully decorated suit rooms, have separated heatings for both the sitting room and bedroom. The corner rooms are particularly nice. What a lil character! My boyfriend and I stayed for one night last August. The rooms are clean and modern with vintage highlights from the original hotel. The staff are friendly and thorough. Everything was great, from check in, to my head hitting the pillow. There’s a safe in the room. We will be back for sure!
Absolutely love this clean, comfy character hotel! Our compliments to the staff and management, they were all super kind and welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay, very much looking forward to the next time we visit Vancouver!
Historic! The new manager really loves this hotel and you can feel it with her attention to detail. So clean, lovely tile bathroom, rooms just the right size, walking distance to so many good restaurants and breweries.
Thrown out on the street after I had prepaid because they wanted $200 cash for incidentals, and the neighborhood is sketchy enough that every ATM is locked down after midnight. Avoid.

Walking distance to major landmarks and your on the harbour so views are amazing.
Not a 4-star experience. Nice location, nice bar and restaurant, but the most important part of any hotel should be the beds. Our room had full size mattresses on queen size frames. Perfect spot for posting up before a cruise. You board the boat immediately across the street. Very convenient. Great hotel with great views. Service has been solid. There are a ton of great places to eat, walk to, or bike to immediately from the hotel.
The lobby is very clean and luxurious but that doesn't extend to the extraordinarily average rooms. You'll get a scenic view if you pay for it but it doesn't justify the cost. Beautiful location right on the water. Short walking distance to Stanley Park. 1 mile from cruise port. Nice restaurant for breakfast. Free use of nice bikes and helmets. Free ice-cream, popcorn, etc in lobby periodically. Nice pools, saunas, and fitness programs. Very friendly staff. Watch marina and sea plane airport from room. Can see mountains from room. Would definitely stay here again!
Really enjoyed this hotel. Excellent located, nestled in Coal Harbour, right on the water, plenty of amenities within walking distance. The hotel is older but maintained immaculately by Westin. The outdoor pool is awesome, and a great touch! Service and the staff are probably the best in town. Honestly reminds you of how service should be. Starting with the welcome staff to the service staff, truly...
This hotel is perfectly located near Stanley Park and the staff has been amazing. We are traveling with the dog and the only downside that I have is it we are not allowed to have dinner in any location except out where the red chairs are in the lawn. So due to that I’m not able to rate the service of dinners or them at all because it is not a comfortable place to eat. But everything else here makes...
I recently stayed at your hotel for two nights in early June, and I wanted to share my feedback regarding my experience. I waited for the hotel to send me a guest survey regarding my stay but i did not receive any, so here it is. Overall, there were some positive aspects, but I also encountered several issues during my stay. Let me begin by acknowledging the positives. The location of the hotel was...

The best location is what this hotel has in spades. You don't even need a car around here. If you bring a bike or rent one close by, you can turn your trip into an adventure. The nearby Stanley Park is best enjoyed in the early morning. Crowds of novice bike riders will ruin your day. The staff was friendly, attentive, and helpful. Check out the well stocked gift shop. I so appreciated being...
Hotel staff was extremely customer centric, friendly and efficient. The location of hotel is centrally located to many different neighborhoods and places of interest. Be aware if you bring a car that onsite parking is additional as with most hotels in the city. I would stay again and recommend the hotel if you are staying downtown.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, with exceptional views from our 31st floor, harbour view room. Front desk staff were polite, efficient and very friendly. Breakfast in the dining room was beautifully prepared. My husband had eggs Benedict with pan-fried potatoes, and I had the avocado toast breakfast. Both meals were perfectly prepared and generous portions. We were delighted with our choices.
Great stay here, flew in for our cruise and stayed overnight. We were able to leave our baggage with the staff that morning after check out and walked around while we waited to get on our boat. The staff was continually friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, and the bathroom was clean as well. My only critique would be that upon entry into the lobby there was a very strong perfume smell, at check...
We could walk everywhere- to Denman or Davies street, to China Town or wherever. The breakfast was good but a bit expensive.
Excellent hotel. Kind staff, clean and comfortable quiet rooms. Our family of 5 joined other family members to all stay here and enjoy the holiday season downtown Vancouver. Easy location to walk to Christmas markets, Canada Place and Robson. My kids loved the pool and beds and our pup was able to join us as well. Thank you for a great stay.

Lovely spacious apartment with everything you need eg kettle, toaster and nice big towels. I requested quiet room up high which they took note on. Can still hear the road noise from 15th floor but don’t hear noise from other rooms which is most important. Windows all around so lovely views. Negatives - No toiletries in the room, they can bring shampoo but nothing else, I expect shower gel and body...
The best thing about it was the view! Tim one of the concierges was so personable! He remembered our names. He always had a smile and went out of his way to be kind and helpful.
