Beautiful views of the city and waterfront. Great location for boarding our cruise. Delicious breakfast buffet, pricey but worth it. So convenient and relaxing we added another night's stay at the end of our cruise.
Housekeeping very attentive to details, great location walk distance to major shopping areas.
Good hotel with a reasonable management team👍. Their booking system with others plateforms’s connection needs to be improved.
It was a beautiful hotel, very clean and close distance to many shops and restaurants.
service was great we got into our hotel room early and with ease. the room was clean and had a fantastic view of the harbor and city
Service and hospitality was impecable.
I have stayed at the Pan Pacific when in Vancouver
For the past thirty years.
William at the front desk was very efficient at
sourcing my favorite room with a panoramic view of
Vancouvers beautiful Harbour.

A great experience. Clean rooms- which is most important to us. Friendly service. Their restaurant is DELICIOUS! It is slated to be renovated and it needs it- it’s dated. Plus the shower had quite poor pressure. Would recommend if found on sale or as part of a package. Would not pay rack price.
I had a free night stay at the hotel on Dec. 6, 2019. The front desk staffs are nice. I complained about the heavy smell in my first room. I thought that there was not much they could do about it. But the management actually gave me a free upgrade to the top floor. It was so nice of them. It was a pleasant surprise for me. However, I did not like my bed as it was too soft for my weak back. I couldn...
Top level service and cleanliness. I feel compelled to point out that there is no physical spa on the premises, however there are spacious saunas in both the male and female locker rooms at the pool area. For those who seek out dumbbells & barbells, the gym equipment was great (multiple squat racks) but it shares space with the indoor part of the pool (and whatever noise & excitement is going on around...
Bedsheet was super soft and comforting. Excellent location. They have a seafood restaurant that serves the best tataki tuna and add a great happy hour to that!
Staff were so lovely and hospitable! The many personalized touches (like leaving a piece of birthday cake with a personal bday message in our room, for my husband) just made our stay that much more special. Beds were comfy, sheets were crisp, bathrooms were clean, room maintenance was excellent. Loved the heated indoor/outdoor pool! Take advantage of this hotel before it shuts down in a few months
This hotel earned 5 stars with ease. From the door man, to the front desk, to the concierge, and to the restaurant staff, each aspect was top notch. They were personable and addressed us warmly on each meeting. They certainly know how to make you feel at home.
I would definitely stay here again. The rooms are clean and the towels smell fresh. They even got us a bathrobe for our toddler. Our...

Friends who choose this five-star hotel should lock your credit card for cardless transactions, otherwise the hotel will randomly deduct money from time to time. Haha, I paid a deposit of 300 when I checked in, and on the night of check-in, they deducted more than 480 Canadian dollars without informing the customer at 4 am. When I checked out, the hotel manager told me that there was no fee to pay...
Great service, highly recommended. Convenient location in Vancouver downtown.
We asked the concierge to make restaurant reservations and some questions about rental cars. We did not get any feedback after 4 days( the date we left). Concierge is useless.
It was a great stay, I was amazed. The ceiling of the Vancouver Hotel, the breakfast was rich and delicious, the waiter was friendly and enthusiastic. The room facilities were perfect, and the bedding was high-end.
The hotel has good hardware and excellent service! The price is relatively cost-effective!

Great location, was able to walk around most places, easy to get a cab or call an Uber from downstairs. Room was clean, gave a very new and modern vibe, which I appreciated. Not a fan of the no downstairs lobby, and when I asked to call a taxi to the airport I was told it is best to call an Uber.
An excellent hotel located downtown with good amenities. The staff were helpful and service was excellent.
The room is very big
Facilities: Very good
Hygiene: Very good
Environment: Central place
Service: Yes
Excellent staff. Efficient operation. Coffee machine somewhat disappointing.
Room is a bit small, but clean.
It was very clean and the amenities were Aesop, so it was very nice. The service was also good, so I would like to use it again when I go to Vancouver!

Very good hotel,

The executive room is good. Clean, with new facilities. The Asian receptionists are a bit cold and mean. When checking in, I asked politely if there were any rooms on higher floors, but they said there were none, only one on the fifth floor. Later, they said the fifth floor was under renovation, so they would switch to the seventh floor. I don't know what standard they use to measure whether your requirements...
Always stay at The Georgia - Bedt Hotel in Vancouver by a country mile!
I arrived early, but the hotel staff were very helpful. They used a translation to explain things to me, even though I'm not good at English.
The room was very clean and well-cleaned.
The bathtub was also clean and comfortable to use.
The amenities were Diptyque, so they smelled nice.
Check-out was also smooth.
The location is good, and I'd definitely like to stay here again if I come to Vancouver...
We booked this hotel to stay in the city for our wedding weekend. We travel a lot and this was one of the best suites we have ever stayed in. There is a tonne of attention to detail and quite luxury everywhere ( Nespresso coffee maker, Dyson hair dryer, Smart TVs). The place was also immaculately clean. Can't wait to stay there again!

The genuine hospitality is unparalleled to any hotel we have ever stayed in North America. I will definitely stay at your venue, and your people really truly deserve credit for the level and extent of hospitality they served. We stay at many hotels where we get the service we paid for, hospitality is different from service. It is doing a service with care. And they definitely did that . One of the...
I stay here fairly regularly and it is one of my favorite all-time hotels just in terms of pure comfort + amazing service. It is a true luxury hotel where the staff just take care of everything and you never have to feel bad to ask for anything.

From start to finish everything was wonderful. The staff make you feel like family.
Recently came back from a 3-night stay here and have to say it definitely ranks high on the list of best hotels I've ever stayed in.
The service was impeccable from check-in to check-out, the rooms are very spacious, clean and quiet, and breakfast every morning at Carlino's was a delight (thanks to our lovely server every morning!). Overall, it truly felt like a luxury stay.
My only remark to make...
Booked a 60 min massage with Jeff. He was extremely attentive and focused on the areas I needed most. Left feeling super relaxed and pampered!

My wife and I exclusively stay at the Wedgewood when we visit Vancouver and we absolutely love it. The staff are incredibly warm and welcoming, the hotel itself is beautiful, and the food/in-room dining are top notch. Higher expectations for spa. Underwhelming.
Ryan at the front desk was friendly and welcoming.Spa reception was friendly as well.
Viktoria is a skilled massage therapist, and friendly, although the last few minutes of my message I felt it was sped up.

Centrally located great independent hotel. The service was impeccable.
The rooms looked smaller in the photos. They were not huge but nicely appointed.
One of the amenities listed for the guests, complimentary bikes, is nice. There are only two though and they were checked out when we were interested in using them. Odd to offer if limited availability.
Overall a great stay in Vancouver.

The room was dated but it was clean and well maintained. The staff service wasn't the best especially the valet parking. I love going to Relais & Chateaux hotels, but this one wasn't amazing. Cool interior design! Great location and love the restaurant!
Great service and complimentary airport transfers. The pool has both warm and hot options. Overall, pretty good!
I’ve stayed here a few times before and it used to be very clean and welcoming. I requested a room that was away from the lift and quiet, but I ended up on the 6th floor close to the gym. The room was quite spacious, tidy, and clean. Although it's been about ten years since the last renovation, the front desk service was excellent, and borrowing an umbrella was very convenient. The night view was absolutely stunning, and it's also very close to the beach.
I had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre, and I especially want to highlight the reception team. This is a historic hotel with a long history. The location is perfect, convenient for everything: dining, attractions, and shopping. It's right in the heart of the city. It was close to the station, so it was convenient even for early morning flights.
As you can see from the photos, the interior was luxurious, and I was impressed by the quality at such a low price. The bed was soft and comfortable.
However, the toilet door (which was tucked away) was very difficult to close. The shower stall was also difficult to close because there was no handle. The doors seemed...
Something like my third or fourth time staying. Staff always lovely, rooms beautiful. My choice in Vancouver for a suite hotel.
The hotel is in a good location, the service is also very good, a good experience
The hotel is in a great location and has valet parking! Although the price is not cheap, it is indeed very convenient! The breakfast is a set meal, although there are not many varieties, the products are not bad!
Breakfast is so delicious, you must try it ㅜㅜ For breakfast, you can choose one of the breakfast menus and a drink at the French restaurant on the first floor, and they will bring it to your table. It is so delicious, friendly, and the best!!! The accommodations are also so clean, I regret staying for only one day. I like it!
Very convenient, great location, big room, with a sofa bed, very practical for a family with two children. It's great value to find a hotel at this price in this area!

Pinnacle Hotel at the Pier
North Vancouver, 138 Victory Ship Way 🧭 Map
The staff is friendly, there are many restaurants nearby and the surrounding environment is beautiful.
Great location, good view of the sea
The room was on a good floor and had a balcony facing the sea. The night view was beautiful. The sun shone directly on the bed. It was close to the pier and you could take the seabus to the opposite side in just a few minutes. It was very convenient and more affordable than the hotel opposite. It was also beautiful to walk around the North Vancouver beach. It was recommended by a relative in Vancouver...
Very convenient location and good service.
All staff are very friendly and kind.
Good price and good place 👌 👍
In the North Vancouver area, the seabus terminal is only five minutes away, and it takes more than ten minutes to get to the downtown area of Gastown. It is a unique experience. The nearby Internet celebrity ice cream shop is worth a try.

The property location is great, the staff were lovely and accommodating. We had a king suite and the room was spacious and the bed was big and comfortable. The restaurant attached was fantastic the food and service is excellent.
we thought this was a really nice hotel, it’s very clean. our room was large and spacious, the beds are comfortable and the room was quiet and dark. we ate in the restaurant and the food was good. I loved the Peloton bike in the gym. the staff were pleasant and helpful. the location is good. the WiFi is good.
Good hotel in a great location!
Check-in was not smooth, but they were busy. They also let me check in 2 hours early.
The only small cons would be :
- Bit of a noisier hotel (people coming in and out until 4 am, slamming doors, talking loud but its downtown should be expected)
- Housekeeping can be loud in the AM (they also walked into my room at 830am and said sorry I thought you checked out 🤣...
There was plenty to love! The rooms were large, bathrooms had plenty of space and the staff were impeccable. They were always ready to offer assistance beyond what would be expected - be it choices for food, advice about where to visit or even just general hotel information.
The location was also super convenient for what I wanted to see, as it was walking distance to pretty much anything in downtown...
Big shout out to Paulo and Jose for their customer service skills! They are so friendly, helpful and courteous. I also loved how there are hardwood floors in the room. It is so much cleaner than carpets. The sound proofing of the doors leave a little to be desired when I was walking in the hallway, I could hear everything behind the doors of each room. But otherwise I was lucky to get a room at the...
My husband and I travelled to Vancouver for an event. We decided since it was just us, to treat ourselves and we hadn't travelled sans kids in since 2015, and splurge on a hotel. We picked Georgian Court based on amenities and location, our venue was only a block away. The hotel is modern, and the rooms were as nice as they looked online. They were clean, beds were comfy and the shower was amazing...

fantastic location, incredibly friendly staff and great room
We stayed her for a weekend away and it was a lovely experience!! The staff are extremely friendly and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The rooms are super clean and very modern. The restaurant attached is also amazing. Location is perfect for downtown. We plan to stay here every time we visit Vancouver!
I recently(Dec 22 2022) had the pleasure of staying at a hotel where the night shift manager (Basheer) went above and beyond to make my stay a memorable one. From the moment we arrived, the manager was waiting for us outside the lobby and greeted us by our names, which was a nice personal touch.
As we had several large suitcases, the manager was quick to help us take them to our room, ensuring that...
This was one of the best stays I have ever had at a hotel! I stayed here with my girlfriend for 3 nights for a quick getaway and from the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out we were treated like royalty. I kid you not when I say that it felt like we were the most important people in the world! This was top tier excellent service all around. The rooms were luxurious and we enjoyed a great...
I stayed at many hotels before, this is probably one of the first time I actually feel sad about leaving.
Loden is a beautiful boutique hotel that has many thoughtful touches throughout. The staffs are super friendly, patients, helpful, and attentive. Even before my arrival they have been contacting me ask me what I needed and what's the occasion of my visit.
The room is beautiful and well designed...
Should be a five-star hotel. We had an amazing time for our short stay in Vancouver. Stanley and his team at the front desk were very helpful in making reservations and suggestions for us as first time visitors to Vancouver looking for places to enjoy and dine. The room was tidy and well kept, and they surprised us with chocolates every morning. They were very accommodating and warm since we were...

Great little hotel in the heart of a well serviced area, providing walking distance to restaurants, shops and the waterfront. The room was a good size and there were numerous chairs providing good seating options as opposed to just having to sit on the bed. The staff on check-in and in L’Orangerie were friendly, very accommodating and provided wonderful service. Would stay again.
Beautiful property, staff was great. The area along Richard St was a bit sketchy. Be careful walking late at night.
Exceeded expectations.
This hotel provided everything we needed and more. There is a nice sitting area—it’s not just squeezed in. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were particularly good quality. It was quiet too. Plus the heating system worked as it should. Everything I look for in a hotel room!
Terrific
Beautiful, well-appointed hotel with excellent service in a great location. Highly recommend!
The staff here was extremely friendly. Probably the nicest staff I've seen at a hotel. Room was clean, bed was insanely comfortable. A bit noisy, I dont know if it was the fridge or the AC but there was weird noises on and off. I wish we'd used the pool but the bed was too comfy, we slept in lol. The parking was actually cheaper than most Vancouver hotels, they have valet parking but we have a manual...

Coast Lonsdale Quay Hotel
North Vancouver, 123 Carrie Cates Crt 🧭 Map
We arrived at the hotel early in the afternoon, hours before regular check-in. At first, the trainee front desk lady told us to come back at 3 PM. However, when Dipti, the main front desk manager checked the system, she said the room was ready. It was so nice of her to release the room earlier than 3 PM because we had little sleep due to an early morning flight. Small things like that make guest remember...
This hotel has an amazing beautiful view, however, it's right on the pier and you can hear every single voice from outside into your room. So when the parties are going on in the evening and nighttime, you won't get any sleep. We heard voices up until 3:30 in the morning and that's with the windows and doors shut tight. Even though it was a great location, I don't think I'll stay there again. Only...
Very nice hotel in North Vancouver right above the ferry and market area. Loved the location. The hotel was a bit hard to find with all of the ongoing construction but I loved everything once I got inside. I was able to book the penthouse suite last minute which was incredible. Service was awesome, very friendly staff. Breakfast was good. The views are stunning. Highly recommend staying here for a...
Great location. Quaint hotel. Queen beds weren't really queen size though.
Good rooms clean and newly refurbished. Supper location. The front office treat customers well. No smile. Not friendly. They treat with mis trust. Need major attention.
There was a $250 deposit that was unexpected and uncommon but it was fully released when we checked out. The room was clean and they had a rollaway for my daughter for an extra fee.

Carmana Hotel & Suites
Vancouver, 1128 Alberni Street 🧭 Map
Very nice hotel. We had a suite with a decent sized kitchen and living room. Staff very friendly and allowed for an early checkin. Only complaint would be the elevators! Not enough to service the building and they are often full or very slow.
I stayed here for 4 nights with my parents, in a two-bedroom executive suite. It’s hard finding accommodations for 3 people that aren’t simply a king bed, and this place blew us away! Complete with a full kitchen and comfortable beds, our suite was spacious and relaxing. Breakfast is not included, which was fine because we wanted to try the local brunch spots anyway. Overall, this place is better than...
I stayed here for a month while I found an apartment. The unit I got was at least 700 ft2, it had a full kitchen and a balcony. Only thing that was not great was doing laundry. The washing machines are located on the third floor and you need to download an app to use the machines ($5 CAD per wash/dry run if memory serves me well). The gym is acceptable for short stay (dumbbells, treadmill, peloton...
I stayed here with a group of friends for my 30th birthday and had the best time. The staff was super helpful and friendly. Suites were clean and roomy. Such a beautiful well located hotel. Thank you for putting up with us!
Amazing suites & staff! Great value for the location. Sanj was incredibly helpful at check in. I'll definitely be back.
Reasonably priced, very friendly and professional staff. Rooms are very clean and modern. The rooms I've had while staying here feel like condos and not your typical hotel room feel. Views are amazing and the central location of this hotel is very convenient.
