Very, very nice. The rooms are very good and functional! The staff is very friendly. I loved the high tech elevator and had never seen anything like this. We had a light dinner at Mosaic restaurant. It was quite good. The only disappointment was the wine list at the bar. They feature wines from BC, but nothing from the premiere wine areas.

Real nice downtown hotel. Mostly business travel type hotel but it is a nice location. The staff is all very friendly and professional. There is a small pool/hot tub and gym here. They upgraded me as a globalist member to a bi-level suite which is amazingly nice.

We stayed at Hyatt for a conference which was also hosted in Hyatt. The rooms were lovely and a great location. The staff went over and beyond to make sure the training ran as smoothly as possible. The location, the room, the beds and cleanliness of the hotel were all great. Also, next door is a 24hr Tim Hortons and Mc Ds.. so those struggling with the time difference can always garb a snack (even at 3 AM).

The hotel is located in the most prosperous area of Vancouver. The sea and the pier are right outside the window, and you can see the big cruise ship. It is very close to FlyOver Canada, just a few minutes' walk away, and 600 meters away from the Gastown Steam Clock. Very satisfied 👍

I had an event at the Vancouver Convention Center and it was very convenient because it was very close to the street. It was a low-rise city view, but it was cozy and felt good because I could see a small garden. The facilities were clean and the staff was friendly, so I was satisfied.

As soon as I entered the room, I was shocked by the beautiful view of the bay outside the floor-to-ceiling window! When checking in, I asked politely if there were any rooms on higher floors, but they said there were none, only one on the fifth floor. I arrived early, but the hotel staff were very helpful. They used a translation to explain things to me, even though I'm not good at English. The room was very clean and well-cleaned. We booked this hotel to stay in the city for our wedding weekend. We travel a lot and this was one of the best suites we have ever stayed in. There is a tonne of attention to detail and quite luxury everywhere ( Nespresso coffee maker, Dyson hair dryer, Smart TVs). The place was also immaculately clean. Can't wait to stay there again!

Beautiful hotel with comfortable, well-appointed rooms and lots of thoughtful touches. They recently installed media panels, so guests can cast Netflix and Spotify in the rooms. The staff were wonderful. We had a problem with our dry cleaning (not the hotel’s fault) and they were very understanding & helpful in sorting it out.

Right away you can tell it is not a chain hotel.  Super friendly staff,  very thoughtful.  Stayed there after my wife and I tied the knot.  They left a handwritten note and a nice tray of snacks in our room.  The parking would be inconvenient for some travellers with a pickup or suv with a storage box up top.  Our Chrysler Pacifica with Thule box barely fit in the buildings parking.  Valet parking...

Booked a superior room specifically for the soaker bathtub only for the hotel to tell us there was a system error and we paid extra for a lower level room room without a bathtub. This was our anniversary and this is such a huge letdown. The two complimentary breakfasts don't make up for this. Don't think I'll come back again.

We were happy staying here in April 25. Location is good and the ambiance of the hotel was very good. The house keeping service was also super as we asked for extra amenities and got them willingly. Many restaurants around the hotel are also excellent and just a 5-10 minutes walk to the shopping street.

Great rooms with good service and living experience. Housekeeping is also nice everyday. Though booked a lower floor room, we still have been arranged in 19/F of the North Tower. The city view from the window is also good. It was such a nice experience of living here for a business trip.

The hotel is an older hotel but kept in great condition, it is a little like a resort with several bars, restaurants and pools to choose from. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The location next to Stanley Park and Coal Harbour is excellent and it is very close to Robson St restaurants.

Very good accommodation experience, the hotel is not big, the location is good, you can walk anywhere, very convenient, very close to the subway station to the train station, turn left and it is 30 meters away, the express line to the airport is not available, turn left and turn left again and walk for 10 minutes. Great boutique high end hotel. Service and location outstanding. Beds comfortable and room is clean. Nice bathroom s. Balcony was great to enjoy the beautiful weather. Cafe Medina next door is Michelin rated and off the charts. Locals tip: Vancouver Public library is 3 minutes away. On a nice day, take a beverage and book to the roof top and read amidst a rose garden.

This hotel is fantastic. The patio was huge, the bathroom had a deep soaking tub, a relaxing rainfall shower with very good hot water and pressure and the toilet is in a separate room from the tub/shower/sink. The high tea at their restaurant was SO GOOD and worth the price. There is no ice machine/snack machine or microwave in room which was fine because the location is right by tons of restaurants...

They let us check in a couple hours earlier and gave us a much unexpected upgrade! Staff was wonderful in the lobby and in the restaurant as well, the room was nice and cozy, super clean (I’m a clean freak) and both the room and the towels didnt smell like harsh chemicals which I loved. Super walkable to some of the tourist spots and lots of restaurants and cafes. 10/10 will stay here again next time...

The location was ideal for accessing Canada Place, very close to the Sky Train station and within easy reach of Robson Street.

Really good location for the cruise terminal. Staff very friendly and welcoming. The refrigerator in the room (1212) was very noisy. Had a second stay here after our cruise. Had a much better room this time (1007). Again staff were just so helpful and even loaned me a baggage scale to make sure our cases did not exceed or baggage allowance.

Very beautiful spot. Easy access to food, w oceanic views. Pub for food opens @ 11:30am. No breakfast. But the swimming pool/gym/hot tub/sauna all male up for not having a breakfast menu. A lot of construction going on nearby the Suites at the time of writing. Still love the hotel, primarily because of the on- campus location. There are a number of restaurants and other facilities on campus but you are a 30 minute drive from downtown. Hotel facilities are good but not exceptional.
