Very, very nice. The rooms are very good and functional! The staff is very friendly. I loved the high tech elevator and had never seen anything like this. We had a light dinner at Mosaic restaurant. It was quite good. The only disappointment was the wine list at the bar. They feature wines from BC, but nothing from the premiere wine areas.

Real nice downtown hotel. Mostly business travel type hotel but it is a nice location. The staff is all very friendly and professional. There is a small pool/hot tub and gym here. They upgraded me as a globalist member to a bi-level suite which is amazingly nice.

The lobby is very clean and luxurious but that doesn't extend to the extraordinarily average rooms. You'll get a scenic view if you pay for it but it doesn't justify the cost. I booked the cheapest room available. The rooms are very fancy and the view is absolutely amazing! The showers are renovated too. I was welcomed to a fancy and beautiful lobby and I checked in to my room which was luxurious and the furniture looked fancy too. This hotel is very well located in the shopping district of Vancouver, just a 15 min walk downhill to the harbor front. I didn’t know anything about this hotel when i booked it for three nights. What a delight it was. My room was lovely. The colours and textures were very soothing. The shower was a delight. The bed was goldilocks perfect. But most of all the staff was fantastic. Everyone was kind and seemed happy to have me there. If you need a calm getaway this is it.

One of the most pleasant hotel stays my wife and I have ever had. The bathroom was absolutely spectacular. The room was very comfortable. We used the fitness center and the pool, and enjoyed both. The only negatives were the pillows, which I thought were not firm enough, and the lack of open space in the room. It seemed that there was too much furniture for the area. Both minor issues.

I think this hotel experience really depends what tower you are in! The one tower has a huge rooms, and isn’t busy with residence as well. It is a typical mid range Marriott hotel. You have to ask for certain things like robes which should already be in the room. Could definitely use some upgrades though. The yellow and blue is dated and feels ready for a facelift.

Really good location for the cruise terminal. Staff very friendly and welcoming. The refrigerator in the room (1212) was very noisy. Had a second stay here after our cruise. Had a much better room this time (1007). Again staff were just so helpful and even loaned me a baggage scale to make sure our cases did not exceed or baggage allowance.
