Reviews
The rooms are a little older feeling, which is absolutely ok - they remind me of older apartments. But the bathtub was not clean when I checked it, nor has it been cleaned (except by myself) during my multiple day stay, though my towels have been changed/beds made. The breakfast is very basic, but it has coffee/toast/juice and a bleak waffle stand.
Stayed during low season, feels reasonable for the low season rate.
Location was ok... our walk from Rogers was a bit sketchy with all the unhoused along the way. There's a bar attached so we could hear the music clear as day till closing. The room was small, said a queen bed but I dunno if it wasn't a double! You pretty much had to get into the bath tub to wash your hands cause the sink was so close.
There is ZERO sound proofing here!! we could hear a pin drop, and with being up late from the music noise we were looking forward to sleeping in. But with Zero sound proofing that was impossible - and the housekeepers were the loudest I have ever seen!! Letting doors slam on door stoppers which shook the walls, cleaning toilets and letting them slam!
Be cautious staying here, unless sleep is not a priority for you!
the breakfast is just okay, there’s a coffee shop around the corner that’s much better and not expensive at all.
The staff is great super friendly and polite.
Those guys are aces
The rooms are unsanitary, walls are thin, and I’m sure the bed has bed bugs. The bathroom was incredibly small and was not clean upon arrival. The safety lock on our door came undone with barely any force. Light switches cracked, a very musty smell in the room, and no ceiling lights (just a floor lamp). We booked 3 nights and didn’t even stay for one. We were fortunate we were able to get a refund for two nights but there was no way we were going to sleep there for even one night, and had to scramble to find accommodation elsewhere.
This place needs a major facelift and deep clean before offering rooms at $150 a night. I would highly caution anyone booking this hotel; the photos and real life do not match.
Beds are comfortable, rooms are cool & comfortable, smell clean. Floors, tubs, tile were clean & well kept.
We enjoyed that our room had a living room as well as the bedroom & bath. I didnt book or request these upgrades. Perhaps it's why the room was so pricey? I know the other rooms are much smaller.
This hotel is so close to the cruise port, restaurants, and attractions.
Due to cost paid, I wouldn't recommend it. All other experiences here, I would recommend and would stay again.
