Excellent hotel, great location with view, really nice rooms, larger fridge than most hotels, microwave, had real coffee cups and glasses (unlike their sister hotel Pinnacle at the Harbour), large indoor lap pool which was a great way to start the day! Hidden gem in North Vancouver. That's the other side from most hotels. The hotel is surrounded by multiple eatery choices and has its own superb yet modestly advertised lobby restaurant. It's rooms views are superb. The restaurant overlooks a hub hub of local life.

I based out of this hotel before and after hip replacement day surgery at Lions Gate Hospital. This hotel is convenient to the hospital (5 minutes in a car) and we were able to park near the elevator post surgery which was helpful. Great hotel with a convenient location for both the business and leisure traveler. The room I was assigned had a problem with a noisy AC, but I was moved to a wonderful new room with stunning views out the tower window. I think this hotel experience really depends what tower you are in! The one tower has a huge rooms, and isn’t busy with residence as well. It is a typical mid range Marriott hotel. You have to ask for certain things like robes which should already be in the room. Could definitely use some upgrades though. The yellow and blue is dated and feels ready for a facelift.

Very good location! Easy access to Coal Harbour, Robson Street with lots of restaurants. We can enjoy the mountains and the sea from our room. The big pool was very nice. The only downside was that we asked to refill the body wash, but no one came to our room. Thankfully, we bring our own.

An absolutely cute Boutique Hotel, centrally located and walking distance to everything. The rooms are bright and clean, and more in the modern/european style. Budget hotel in a great area. When we come to Vancouver for concerts and sports this is usually the best bang for your buck. It's a 2-star hotel so don't expect anything flashy. Stayed here for a corporate event. While the room varied depending on each coworker, I was very pleased with my room. I believe I received one of their basic 2 queen bed suites, I really enjoyed my stay. Hotel staff was extremely customer centric, friendly and efficient. The location of hotel is centrally located to many different neighborhoods and places of interest. Be aware if you bring a car that onsite parking is additional as with most hotels in the city. I would stay again and recommend the hotel if you are staying downtown.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, with exceptional views from our 31st floor, harbour view room. Front desk staff were polite, efficient and very friendly. One of the most pleasant hotel stays my wife and I have ever had. The bathroom was absolutely spectacular. The room was very comfortable. We used the fitness center and the pool, and enjoyed both. The only negatives were the pillows, which I thought were not firm enough, and the lack of open space in the room. It seemed that there was too much furniture for the area. Both minor issues.
