Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre, Vancouver1 / 29

Vancouver, 1000 Burrard Street 🧭 Map
Staff were very friendly and helpful with hotel dealings (areas not to go, restaurants, and places to visit). All our rooms had all the right things in it. With coffee machines, all adapters close to the bed and in the right places. Our bed was so comfortable our first morning. I really didn't want to get up. After all, we had been travelling for 3 weeks. Planes Trains and Automobiles, I was exhausted...
Great hotel with a convenient location for both the business and leisure traveler. The room I was assigned had a problem with a noisy AC, but I was moved to a wonderful new room with stunning views out the tower window. An on-site Starbucks with quick service and ample breakfast selections made the morning easy. Thanks for a great stay!
I think this hotel experience really depends what tower you are in! The one tower has a huge rooms, and isn’t busy with residence as well. It is a typical mid range Marriott hotel. You have to ask for certain things like robes which should already be in the room. Could definitely use some upgrades though. The yellow and blue is dated and feels ready for a facelift.
I have had many exceptional experiences at the Sheraton Wall Center Hotel in Vancouver, BC. The rooms have always been impeccably maintained, offering a cozy and inviting atmosphere with comfortable linens that ensured a restful night's sleep. The staff are consistently friendly and attentive, always going the extra mile to assist with any requests, making me feel truly welcome throughout my stay....
Decent hotel. Nothing to stand out. But nothing wrong with it either. Have stayed a few times Check in was easy. Close to many amenities in the area. Rooms are clean. Would stay again next time I am travelling for work not sure I would stay for leisure. The restaurants are in the south tower and I have always stayed in the north tower. So there is a walk to that. But it’s not bad. Just not clearly...
On the whole my stay at the hotel was a very good and nice experience. The location is great and so is the views from our room. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were nice and professional though I felt that the hotel was kind of short of staff. The breakfast buffet was varied and delicious. The hotel lacked a spa and beauty salon services which I think, is very important in such a...

Very, very nice. The rooms are very good and functional! The staff is very friendly. I loved the high tech elevator and had never seen anything like this. We had a light dinner at Mosaic restaurant. It was quite good. The only disappointment was the wine list at the bar. They feature wines from BC, but nothing from the premiere wine areas.
Real nice downtown hotel. Mostly business travel type hotel but it is a nice location. The staff is all very friendly and professional. There is a small pool/hot tub and gym here. They upgraded me as a globalist member to a bi-level suite which is amazingly nice.
My Dad and I had a wonderful time--the view was FANTASTIC, and the staff members are exceptional. The service level was amazing! I especially wanted to point out that Ben was very helpful to us during our trip. He answered several questions for us throughout our stay and gave us some wonderful recommendations that were really helpful in making our vacation so memorable. Our room was immaculately clean...
We stayed at Hyatt for a conference which was also hosted in Hyatt. The rooms were lovely and a great location. The staff went over and beyond to make sure the training ran as smoothly as possible. There were sometimes when the staff hadn't been proactive (where we requested something the day before and we then had to send the same request the next day) but all in all - great. The only other complaint...
The location, the room, the beds and cleanliness of the hotel were all great. Also, next door is a 24hr Tim Hortons and Mc Ds.. so those struggling with the time difference can always garb a snack (even at 3 AM).
Staff were fantastic, attentive and friendly. They gave us a room on the top floors because it was our honeymoon and some complimentary drinks. The city views were beautiful. Overall, the room was modern, clean and spacious and the bed was comfortable. You can also stream from your device to the TV, which is a nice bonus! We didn’t try any of the food from the restaurant but have heard that it’s a...

Great location and service. Pan Pacific is right in the middle of a bunch of attractions and very close to Waterfront station. You can take the Canada Line from Vancouver airport to Waterfront Station (about 35 minutes from the airport to Waterfront station, be mindful, the return train heading to the airport alternates its destination. Every other train goes to the airport while the other goes to...
I booked this hotel for my son and my daughter-in-law for their honeymoon as a gift to them. I was so impressed with the service that my son and my daughter-in-law received. The staff fulfilled all my requests; and all our communication was over the phone. They were very polite and helpful. I requested if my son and his wife could have an ocean view suite; and some chocolate and fruit delivered to...
Best view in town and perfect location, but far from luxury customer service. Rooms are dated and tired. We had a clogged shower w/months of hair and other gunk which caused water to back up several inches. Maintenance was sent and all he did was leave disgusting reminisce on the tub and in our trash can. Shower continued to back up, so I went to the front desk and they sent another maintenance...
had an incredible stay at this amazing property! From the moment arrived, we received service like we haven't experienced in decades! The historical tour of the hotel was amazingly interesting and encouraged us to see more than a typical resort stay would allow. The property was pristine and our stay was amazing. Our spa experience was top notch. Dining at 1888 was our favorite of the trip. The...
Been coming to this hotel for weekend getaways for a while now and will be coming back again and again. The hotel and the spaces are older but we love the large suites and open spaces and the updates they've been doing to her. I adore the drapes. The fresh air vents integrate in the room are excellent! I'm an architectural detail nerd. Room service...uh could be better but there's decent food downstairs...
Room was awesome with views of city and ocean. Service was great as we needed a couple personal items. Outdoor hot tub in winter is an interesting experience. Food options were nice too. Only complaint is the gym is hard to get to from your room.

The hotel overall is a beautiful property. AJ at the front desk and the trainee gentleman at the lobby bar were extremely courteous and friendly. The room was beautiful, spacious, and comfortable, and I enjoyed the view of the water. The pool area was nice but disappointed the bar service closed by the time I got there.
Great location if your going on a cruise as cruise terminal across from hotel. Staff very accommodating with all requests. Rooms clean and everything works, gym is big enough to share with others and plenty of equipment. Pool area is roof top and spa. Very quiet hotel. Walking distance to major landmarks and your on the harbour so views are amazing.
Not a 4-star experience. Nice location, nice bar and restaurant, but the most important part of any hotel should be the beds. Our room had full size mattresses on queen size frames. The mattresses on both beds were rounded so you felt like you were rolling out the whole night. My six year old did fall out in the middle of the night, and it was lucky he missed the corner of the nightstand with his head...
Perfect spot for posting up before a cruise. You board the boat immediately across the street. Very convenient. Great hotel with great views. Service has been solid. There are a ton of great places to eat, walk to, or bike to immediately from the hotel.
The lobby is very clean and luxurious but that doesn't extend to the extraordinarily average rooms. You'll get a scenic view if you pay for it but it doesn't justify the cost. Found out after that parking isn't included which just added to the expense. The service was awesome and friendly (but anything to do with room service is frightfully slow)
We got married here in May and the service we received was amazing. We had such an amazing time and the hotel staff were so awesome. We were taken care of so well and were looked after the whole night. All the guests complimented us on how amazing the venue was and everyone was very impressed with the food. Very good location! Easy access to Coal Harbour, Robson Street with lots of restaurants. We can enjoy the mountains and the sea from our room. The big pool was very nice. The only downside was that we asked to refill the body wash, but no one came to our room. Thankfully, we bring our own.
Beautiful location right on the water. Short walking distance to Stanley Park. 1 mile from cruise port. Nice restaurant for breakfast. Free use of nice bikes and helmets. Free ice-cream, popcorn, etc in lobby periodically. Nice pools, saunas, and fitness programs. Very friendly staff. Watch marina and sea plane airport from room. Can see mountains from room. Would definitely stay here again!
Really enjoyed this hotel. Excellent located, nestled in Coal Harbour, right on the water, plenty of amenities within walking distance. The hotel is older but maintained immaculately by Westin. The outdoor pool is awesome, and a great touch! Service and the staff are probably the best in town. Honestly reminds you of how service should be. Starting with the welcome staff to the service staff, truly...
This hotel is perfectly located near Stanley Park and the staff has been amazing. We are traveling with the dog and the only downside that I have is it we are not allowed to have dinner in any location except out where the red chairs are in the lawn. So due to that I’m not able to rate the service of dinners or them at all because it is not a comfortable place to eat. But everything else here makes...
I recently stayed at your hotel for two nights in early June, and I wanted to share my feedback regarding my experience. Great location central to Vancouver attractions. A short walk to the waterfront. In the heart of the upscale shopping district. I stay in Vancouver somewhat regularly for vacations and decided to try the Fairmont vs my usual stay at the Shangri-La. I walked away impressed and under a clear understanding that this is a well-managed property. While this is one of the few places I have no status (darn!), my family was still treated fabulously. I noted in the reservation that it was my sister’s birthday and they had desert and...
Really good location and great, helpful staff. Check-in/out took minutes. The room was mostly okay. There was no bathtub in the room which was unfortunate considering there's also no hot tub, so no place to soak after a long day of walking. The A/C worked fine but it was in F, with no obvious way to change it which was annoying. The window was small, so not a lot of light and the walls are pretty...
We had booked two deluxe rooms for 4 nights! The booking process was incredible and the lady on the phone provided me all the available options while taking advantage of the caa discounts. This is a beautiful hotel the rooms are clean but a little basic. The bathrooms are very small. Great location. The lobby is beautiful. There was hair in the bathroom which was a little off putting. Over the top Super ritzy Hotel. All the brand new Gucci Etc stores in the lobby. Great restaurants. The rooms are being remodeled so they are up to date. The hotel overall is built in the early 1900s but they've done a good job in renovating. The pool is awesome and most of the staff are friendly. It's a pretty cool experience to be there

A great experience. Clean rooms- which is most important to us. Friendly service. Their restaurant is DELICIOUS! It is slated to be renovated and it needs it- it’s dated. Plus the shower had quite poor pressure. Would recommend if found on sale or as part of a package. Would not pay rack price.
I had a free night stay at the hotel on Dec. 6, 2019. The front desk staffs are nice. I complained about the heavy smell in my first room. I thought that there was not much they could do about it. But the management actually gave me a free upgrade to the top floor. It was so nice of them. It was a pleasant surprise for me. However, I did not like my bed as it was too soft for my weak back. I couldn...
Top level service and cleanliness. I feel compelled to point out that there is no physical spa on the premises, however there are spacious saunas in both the male and female locker rooms at the pool area. For those who seek out dumbbells & barbells, the gym equipment was great (multiple squat racks) but it shares space with the indoor part of the pool (and whatever noise & excitement is going on around...
Bedsheet was super soft and comforting. Excellent location. They have a seafood restaurant that serves the best tataki tuna and add a great happy hour to that!
Staff were so lovely and hospitable! The many personalized touches (like leaving a piece of birthday cake with a personal bday message in our room, for my husband) just made our stay that much more special. Beds were comfy, sheets were crisp, bathrooms were clean, room maintenance was excellent. Loved the heated indoor/outdoor pool! Take advantage of this hotel before it shuts down in a few months
This hotel earned 5 stars with ease. From the door man, to the front desk, to the concierge, and to the restaurant staff, each aspect was top notch. Service - great, Location- Amazing, Rooms - a bit dirty and could have had a better cleaning. There is a lot of dust along the crowning and carpet. Vents needed some cleaning as well. Coffee maker and fridge didn't work. All in all, we had a great stay!
Super happy with my stay. Rooms were nicely updated, clean and had all the amenities I needed. Staff was excellent and very helpful. They even had an on-site laundry facility - which came in super useful as I had some clothing I needed to clean. Great location. Would stay again.
I booked the cheapest room available. The rooms are very fancy and the view is absolutely amazing! The showers are renovated too. I was welcomed to a fancy and beautiful lobby and I checked in to my room which was luxurious and the furniture looked fancy too. The money you pay for if you wanna stay here is worth it the design of the rooms are very cool.
This hotel is very well located in the shopping district of Vancouver, just a 15 min walk downhill to the harbor front. The service was great, and the rooms, although slightly dated, were very comfortable and quite spacious (king bed). The restaurant attached was truly the highlight. Michelin quality food, exquisite service and overall an experience you won't forget. Don't skip on dessert
I didn’t know anything about this hotel when i booked it for three nights. What a delight it was. My room was lovely. The colours and textures were very soothing. The shower was a delight. The bed was goldilocks perfect. But most of all the staff was fantastic. Everyone was kind and seemed happy to have me there. If you need a calm getaway this is it.
The willingness of all the staff to adjust to our needs, from the first greeting at our car to checking out. Room service is quick and efficient.

Was there for medical reasons, from out of town. Our flight had been delayed 7 hours. As a result, we were a 3 am check in. They super accommodating and pleasant. We loved our room cause it was on the 23rd floor and we had a great view of the fireworks.
The bed is firm which I actually love. Also their green initiative is great and encourages you to not use the room services if you don't need it. One problem though was that the bathroom has visible mold spots on the ceiling right above the hot tubs. Didn't use the pools and the fitness centre but they are both hiding in the basement of the hotel, and the pool is very basic (just a pool, no jacuzzi
This was my family's and mine first time in Vancouver. It is an older hotel yes, but the service and the quality for the price was right for us. Because of our early arrival only one room was ready at the time (we had two rooms, in-laws in one and Myself Husband and our 1yr old). The hotel...
The location is great. Rooms are clean. Hot water is not consistent and that seems odd for a hotel of this quality and size. View from the 11th floor was great. The size was also great and the kitchen. The service at the front desk was great. Some of the flooring is a little dingy with tiles cracked and chipped. Great dinning and Cafe inside.
Decent place for the price offered. Great location. Well-equipped kitchen. Room was very spacious. My only problem was the rooms weren’t really soundproof. You could hear ambulance sirens going off in the middle of the night. And the towels smelled a bit funky.. Good for a short stay, that’s about it.
I had a great stay at the Century Plaza Hotel. The hotel location is great, with great transit access and a lot of good restaurants and other amenities nearby. Excellent experience overall. The in-room dining menu is great, and the food is awesome. The pool is great, saltwater and heated. The decor at the pool feels modern and upscale. The staff is very professional, friendly, and helpful. Looking forward to our next visit!
One of the most pleasant hotel stays my wife and I have ever had. The bathroom was absolutely spectacular. The room was very comfortable. We used the fitness center and the pool, and enjoyed both. The only negatives were the pillows, which I thought were not firm enough, and the lack of open space in the room. It seemed that there was too much furniture for the area. Both minor issues.
Overall, one of the best hotels we have stayed at. Great room, spacious, well appointed. My wife would like a spray hose in the shower. Booked this property due to proximity to VGH. The staff was very accommodating as our stay was potentially variable due to nature of the procedures at hand. Clean and spacious rooms in a really solid location. The price was very affordable and i would not hesitate to stay here again. The staff was very responsive at all hours of the day and allowed us to check in early. The view from my 15th floor room was quite nice. The room was well appointed with a fridge and coffee maker, the linens were crisp, the pillows were full but just right, and the bathroom had the requisite toiletries as I didn't have an opportunity to find travel sizes as my trip was very last minute
Stayed in holiday inn for a week for the Christmas and New year vacation. The customer service was at its best. The front desk was always attending to the issues swiftly and made our stay memorable. The brunch here is amazing. A great selection of items from the menu. The omelette and the eggs Benedict are to die for ! Staff are welcoming to us and we were seated almost as soon as we arrived. Our server help us with deciding what to order by giving some recommendations since it is our first time here. We enjoyed the foods we had and it felt very fulfilling.
Went for an evening nightcap. Loved the space! Tons of potential and cocktails were very good. Music was really bad. Would have liked some nice lounge music but I think they are underusing the space and should definitely have a piano player and lounge singer. That would elevate the whole experience. Great location and great space; they just need to work on ambiance.

Super walkable to some of the tourist spots and lots of restaurants and cafes. 10/10 will stay here again next time...
The finest hotel I have ever had the pleasure of staying. Staff is impeccable. The room is spacious and well appointed. The bathroom is huge with a separate WC. Good ventilation on all four rooms. It's super quiet, just an awesome place. If I could give 10 stars, I would. I was not compensated in any way for this review

Emma (I think her name was?) at front desk was very helpful and so kind! They gave us a choice upon check-in of 1 King bed or 2 double beds and that was a nice touch. Everyone was always asking us about our day and that was lovely. :)
Very nice hotel in a great location. Staff are friendly. Valet parking (underground) is available at 38 CAD per 24 hours (2023 price). Can reach most places downtown by foot. Suite slightly small & sofabed not too comfortable. Air conditioning is good but a tad noisy. Overall, a pleasant stay.
Beautiful hotel with comfortable, well-appointed rooms and lots of thoughtful touches. They recently installed media panels, so guests can cast Netflix and Spotify in the rooms. The staff were wonderful. We had a problem with our dry cleaning (not the hotel’s fault) and they were very understanding & helpful in sorting it out.
Great location and nice ac & tv. Had a good night without dealing with heat. There are usb charging port too which was super convenient. The staffs are THE best.
Great location! Beautifully decorated suit rooms, have separated heatings for both the sitting room and bedroom. The corner rooms are particularly nice. Services are limited due to the pandemic, though mostly sufficient. Stayed here multiple times, will stay here again. There is a restaurant onside, price is a little steep for what they're offering, but they give 15% off. There are many other restaurants...
We stayed at the Hotel Le Soleil Feb of 2023 and we really enjoyed our stay. We stayed two nights in a queen suite and it was a corner room on the 6th floor. The Hotel presents itself very well, the Valet at the front was very pleasant and helpful, and everything was clean and ran well. The highlight of our stay would have been the staff, they were friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice, it's an...

The location was ideal for accessing Canada Place, very close to the Sky Train station and within easy reach of Robson Street.
Really good location for the cruise terminal. Staff very friendly and welcoming. The refrigerator in the room (1212) was very noisy. Had a second stay here after our cruise. Had a much better room this time (1007). Again staff were just so helpful and even loaned me a baggage scale to make sure our cases did not exceed or baggage allowance.
Very beautiful spot. Easy access to food, w oceanic views. Pub for food opens @ 11:30am. No breakfast. But the swimming pool/gym/hot tub/sauna all male up for not having a breakfast menu. The pillows are buttery soft, and even sleeping on the pull out mattress was very comfortable. It was really a great spot to lay my head
The hotel’s location is basically perfect. Just a couple blocks from the train station and Canada place. We arrived late, after 21:00, but the receptionist was very courteous and polite. There was no hassle checking in, and we went straight to our room. And what a room! We booked a king corner view suite. The views are stunning, the room spacious and well decorated, shower hot and relaxing, bed and...
Luxurious experience Pros -Beautiful view -Clean, spacious room -Swimming Pool Cons -Expensive -Dry We stayed at the King suite harbour view room. The view was amazing and such a treat to be able to look out of those giant windows every day. As beautiful as the view was, I wonder if my children would've been just as content with the city view. Speaking of children, I must warn that the windows posed...
I'm a solo traveler and this was perfect. Is located at the harbour front within a 10 min walk to the train. The harbour facing suite was worth the view. The room was clean for the most part and the service was great. It's a small bathroom without a tub but I didn't mind. I found the usual hotel grimy spots but not any worse than a four star hotel. Maybe if I was in a room without the view then this...

We like the location, always stay around this area, easy access to downtown, shipyards and west van. Hotel is basic and dated but mostly clean. Breakfast is good.
For the price the hotel is what you'd expect. The rooms were clean but very dated. The beds were average on comfort level. Temperature controls work and room was nice and warm. Breakfast was pretty decent. Warm pancakes and a toaster over to make ham and cheese melts, some small pastires, cereal and fresh fruit. Keep in mind there is no longer a pool. Location is fairly good. A couple minute walk...
A nice surprise it doesn’t look very appealing from the outside but the rooms are spacious, comfortable and very clean. WiFi is good, shower strong and staff friendly. Breakfast still comes in a bag, not sure why.
I spent 5 nights staying here at the end of my holiday in Canada and it was the perfect place to finish. Close to public transport. Great breakfasts delivered to my room each morning were a nice touch and Denny’s is within easy walking distance for other meals. Comfortable room with everything I needed, I’ll be back.
I spent three nights at this hotel and enjoyed my stay very much. The room was spacious and very clean. The prices were fantastic than other hotels. And they provide breakfast and take them to your room each morning. Great value for the money. I would definitely stay here again.
The rooms are very clean and cozy. Equipped with a fridge and a microwave + coffee machine. Awesome breakfast: eggs and sausages, cold cuts, fruits and stuff. They have a machine that makes pancakes! And all this on a budget!
The curtains needed a clean and the tub had a chip in it, but otherwise the place was good. We didn't get housekeeping, so it was a bit dusty after we left. They were nice and let us stay in the same room for our 1 day second booking without a problem. The mini fridge is a good size and it has a stove, sink, and microwave as well.

It's clean and the location is good. But certainly it does not live up to the expectation. The building is old and it has clearly not being renovated in a long time. Rooms are not only small, but tiny. Staff at the desk is very helpful and friendly.
Room was very small, barely enough space to move around. Room did not have a safe, and front desk safes are not big enough for laptops or tablets, so beware. Elevator had issues. On the plus side, the bed was comfortable and the pillows were firm.
On the main drag per say in Vancouver, not a far walk from major attractions such as the steam clock, Canada place, etc. Need a key card to access the front door- once checked in
Elevator was broken all weekend so they put us on the second floor in a super small room where the heater didn't work. Second room on the same floor was much bigger and the heater worked. Clean bed. No view. Close to everything including the seabus. Would stay here again but on a higher floor to get a view. Staff are all very nice. The free breakfast is enough to get the day going.
An average hotel. Little bit shabby. Clean bathroom. Helpful staff. Good location for Gastown. Short ride from the airport.
the people that worked there were really nice and helpful. the location is great as there is easy access to public transportation and there are lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. also, there is an open 24/7 convenience store just on the corner! the hotel itself is cute, breakfast is great, and i really liked this place
