I’ve stayed at this hotel two times now and both stays gave been great! The view from the rooms are really great and can be beautiful both morning and night (I’ve gotten waterside both times). The house keepers are very nice and always ready to change things out for you as you need. Reception was also very friendly and answered all of our questions. On top of the hotel being nice the location was very...
I am very pleased to announce that our friends enjoyed an amazing evening at The Pinnacle Hotel restaurant called " The Lobby " They have traveled from Germany to enjoy beautiful North Vancouver and have their wedding anniversary with us 🥰 We were greeted at reception with excellent professional service 👏 The reservation desk wisely advised us to enjoy Happy Hour now and get sitted quickly as restaurant...
Excellent hotel, great location with view, really nice rooms, larger fridge than most hotels, microwave, had real coffee cups and glasses (unlike their sister hotel Pinnacle at the Harbour), large indoor lap pool which was a great way to start the day! Staff very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!
Hidden gem in North Vancouver. That's the other side from most hotels. The hotel is surrounded by multiple eatery choices and has its own superb yet modestly advertised lobby restaurant. It's rooms views are superb. The restaurant overlooks a hub hub of local life.
I based out of this hotel before and after hip replacement day surgery at Lions Gate Hospital. This hotel is convenient to the hospital (5 minutes in a car) and we were able to park near the elevator post surgery which was helpful. I booked a room with two beds, there was a small fridge with a freezer so ice packs stayed frozen. The bed was a good height for post surgery access and it was very comfortable...
Hotel was OK, room was mediocre but the view was great. It’s about a 3/10 for privacy if you have an adjoining door to another room. Nothing was sound proofed there. By the time we left there was a pretty noticeable amount of fuzz on the top of all the furniture which we had been breathing in for 2 days.. don’t know where it came from and the parkade is pretty much only for small cars

Great Gastown location, comfortable historic old hotel. Dining available and breakfast included. Enjoyed our stay very much and close to cruise terminal.
This was our first time in Vancouver and we chose St. Regis! We were very pleased with the location, room and breakfast! The breakfast was very good and far exceeded our expectations :) Brent was very pleasant and helpful with our luggage and helping us put the tags! Will definitely recommend the St. Regis hotel
We had a nice stay at the St. Regis Vancouver. The staff members we encountered here were professional and friendly. The rooms were nicely appointed but on the small side. Shortly after checking into our room, we noticed a strange odor that smelled like mothballs. We called down to the front desk and within minutes, an employee set up an ozone generator to clean out the odor. We appreciated the prompt...
Loved staying five nights in this hotel. The breakfast was one of a kind..3 varieties no wastage limited but good. Rooms clean & the bathtub great after long walks in the city. Complimentary two bottles of water & chocolates was a sweet gesture too. Helpful & attentive staffs. One of the best multi grain toasts that I have ever taken.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the St. Regis in Vancouver and I can confidently say that it was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. From the moment I walked through the door, the staff made me feel welcomed and valued. The customer service was top-notch and truly exceeded my expectations. The bathroom in my room was absolutely stunning, with luxurious amenities and a spacious...
Spent two nights at St Regis. Staff is helpful but interactions can be a awkward. The rooms are tastefully decorated, there’s nothing in the rooms that looks like it doesn’t belong. The heated floor in the bathroom is a great feature. Big comfortable shower and quality shampoo, conditioner and shower gel offered. Bed is comfortable, with good quality linens. There also was a full length mirror which...

Staff were very friendly and helpful with hotel dealings (areas not to go, restaurants, and places to visit). All our rooms had all the right things in it. With coffee machines, all adapters close to the bed and in the right places. Our bed was so comfortable our first morning. I really didn't want to get up. After all, we had been travelling for 3 weeks. Planes Trains and Automobiles, I was exhausted...
Great hotel with a convenient location for both the business and leisure traveler. The room I was assigned had a problem with a noisy AC, but I was moved to a wonderful new room with stunning views out the tower window. An on-site Starbucks with quick service and ample breakfast selections made the morning easy. Thanks for a great stay!
I think this hotel experience really depends what tower you are in! The one tower has a huge rooms, and isn’t busy with residence as well. It is a typical mid range Marriott hotel. You have to ask for certain things like robes which should already be in the room. Could definitely use some upgrades though. The yellow and blue is dated and feels ready for a facelift.
I have had many exceptional experiences at the Sheraton Wall Center Hotel in Vancouver, BC. The rooms have always been impeccably maintained, offering a cozy and inviting atmosphere with comfortable linens that ensured a restful night's sleep. The staff are consistently friendly and attentive, always going the extra mile to assist with any requests, making me feel truly welcome throughout my stay....
Decent hotel. Nothing to stand out. But nothing wrong with it either. Have stayed a few times Check in was easy. Close to many amenities in the area. Rooms are clean. Would stay again next time I am travelling for work not sure I would stay for leisure. The restaurants are in the south tower and I have always stayed in the north tower. So there is a walk to that. But it’s not bad. Just not clearly...
On the whole my stay at the hotel was a very good and nice experience. The location is great and so is the views from our room. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were nice and professional though I felt that the hotel was kind of short of staff. The breakfast buffet was varied and delicious. The hotel lacked a spa and beauty salon services which I think, is very important in such a...

Top Location, very friendly staff, great pool, food was delicious
Very good location! Easy access to Coal Harbour, Robson Street with lots of restaurants. We can enjoy the mountains and the sea from our room. The big pool was very nice. The only downside was that we asked to refill the body wash, but no one came to our room. Thankfully, we bring our own.
Beautiful location right on the water. Short walking distance to Stanley Park. 1 mile from cruise port. Nice restaurant for breakfast. Free use of nice bikes and helmets. Free ice-cream, popcorn, etc in lobby periodically. Nice pools, saunas, and fitness programs. Very friendly staff. Watch marina and sea plane airport from room. Can see mountains from room. Would definitely stay here again!
Really enjoyed this hotel. Excellent located, nestled in Coal Harbour, right on the water, plenty of amenities within walking distance. The hotel is older but maintained immaculately by Westin. The outdoor pool is awesome, and a great touch! Service and the staff are probably the best in town. Honestly reminds you of how service should be. Starting with the welcome staff to the service staff, truly...
This hotel is perfectly located near Stanley Park and the staff has been amazing. We are traveling with the dog and the only downside that I have is it we are not allowed to have dinner in any location except out where the red chairs are in the lawn. So due to that I’m not able to rate the service of dinners or them at all because it is not a comfortable place to eat. But everything else here makes...
I recently stayed at your hotel for two nights in early June, and I wanted to share my feedback regarding my experience. I waited for the hotel to send me a guest survey regarding my stay but i did not receive any, so here it is. Great location, friendly and efficient staff, modern facilities.
The genuine hospitality is unparalleled to any hotel we have ever stayed in North America. I will definitely stay at your venue, and your people really truly deserve credit for the level and extent of hospitality they served. We stay at many hotels where we get the service we paid for, hospitality is different from service. It is doing a service with care. And they definitely did that . One of the...
I stay here fairly regularly and it is one of my favorite all-time hotels just in terms of pure comfort + amazing service. It is a true luxury hotel where the staff just take care of everything and you never have to feel bad to ask for anything. The suites and rooms are very comfortable - I love that the sofas are actually designed for hanging out. The blinds are all electronic and fully blackout...
From start to finish everything was wonderful. The staff make you feel like family.
Recently came back from a 3-night stay here and have to say it definitely ranks high on the list of best hotels I've ever stayed in. The service was impeccable from check-in to check-out, the rooms are very spacious, clean and quiet, and breakfast every morning at Carlino's was a delight (thanks to our lovely server every morning!). Overall, it truly felt like a luxury stay. My only remark to make...
Booked a 60 min massage with Jeff. He was extremely attentive and focused on the areas I needed most. Left feeling super relaxed and pampered! They offer snacks and tea in the lounge area. If you have a chance, check out the outdoor pool for a quick dip. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a place in the city to unwind.

I’ve always loved this hotel - it’s the only place I’ll stay in Vancouver. The service is impeccable, friendly and inviting, the rooms spacious and quiet, and the area has a ton on offer. Definitely take a free bike rental and ride up along the sea wall! Thanks Kaitlyn and Opus team!
An absolutely cute Boutique Hotel, centrally located and walking distance to everything. The rooms are bright and clean, and more in the modern/european style. The staff is very attentive and helpful. The lounge downstairs is pleasant, comfortable and welcoming for dinner or a nightcap. It has become our go-to when we are in Vancouver.
The service was AMAZING! Every single person we interacted with was gracious, friendly and helpful. Some lovely touches, like the bubbly from the front desk and the calming roller oil. We loved our purple room and the restaurant too!
I stayed at Opus for a week while at Vancouver for a conference and thoroughly enjoyed it. The location is fantastic, with easy access to the metro and within walking distance of many places. The room was quite nice, but it was a bit weird to have giant windows in the bathrooms. I got used to them with the blinds, but it would've been nice to have windows that offer a bit more privacy (tinted?) without...
We stayed here for the first week of May, and it was a fantastic experience. Staff were very considerate and attentive - they saw we had cup noodles in our room and kindly provided a boiler without us even asking. Bikes were a huge plus. Hotel was very accessible to attractions like Stanley Park, the Seawall and Granville Island, but was in a quieter part of the city so nights were very relaxing. Very...

My wife and I exclusively stay at the Wedgewood when we visit Vancouver and we absolutely love it. The staff are incredibly warm and welcoming, the hotel itself is beautiful, and the food/in-room dining are top notch. The hotel is also very well situated and is very central in downtown Vancouver, which makes pretty much everything a 5-10 minute walk or a 5 minute cab ride away. I truly cannot recommend...
Higher expectations for spa. Underwhelming. Ryan at the front desk was friendly and welcoming.Spa reception was friendly as well. Viktoria is a skilled massage therapist, and friendly, although the last few minutes of my message I felt it was sped up. I did appreciate the coffee service, however it was luke warm. Tea at the end of my service was nice. The outdoor terrace wasn’t luxurious. The spa...
Centrally located great independent hotel. The service was impeccable. The rooms looked smaller in the photos. They were not huge but nicely appointed. One of the amenities listed for the guests, complimentary bikes, is nice. There are only two though and they were checked out when we were interested in using them. Odd to offer if limited availability. Overall a great stay in Vancouver.
Wow! We just stayed at this incredible place last night with our 8 month old daughter and it was the best hotel stay we’ve ever had. My wife and I were incredibly impressed with the Wedgewood Hotel. Having just spent three weeks in Japan, the WH was the perfect spot to decompress and and make time zone adjustments. The room was dated but it was clean and well maintained. The staff service wasn't the best especially the valet parking. I love going to Relais & Chateaux hotels, but this one wasn't amazing. They have their own parking and it will be included in the amount you’re paying. Which is best in my opinion plus great view. Beach is just 5 min walk . Loved the staff and they were very polite.
Great location and super comfy rooms! We were able to check in early which was super helpful after our long travels and even got a partial view of the bay, which was a wonderful surprise. The only reason I didn't give the room a five stars was because we were over the bar, but we knew we were going to be. I'm a cleaner and I found the rooms to be very clean. First time at this location. Reasonably priced as far as Vancouver is concerned. Within walking distance of beaches and seawalk. Room was clean and quiet. Most of the front desk staff were cheerful and helpful. One concern was rather early check out at 11 a.m.. Wanted $25 an hour beyond that, even for Bonvoy members...haven't seen that before.
Unfortunately we stayed during a strike so I can't comment on a lot of the reasons why we booked the hotel in the first place. The pool was closed and there was no complimentary breakfast. Two of the big reasons that likely would have made things easier and more palatable. I was there with small children so those were big inconveniences as it meant we were out of the hotel more than expected. The surrounding...
My family stayed here for 4 nights. This hotel has basic facilities, good location for the price. Unfortunately, some staff went on strike. The strike was planned in advance. The hotel should have announced it when I checked in. I only found out on the 2nd day when there was no breakfast. This is also a sign of the economic downturn. Anyway, my family was not affected much because the room had a kitchen...
We are a family of four adults and this hotel worked out very well for us. The room was quite spacious including some seating space and a kitchenette. The beds were comfortable and the linens were excellent. The bathroom was clean and functional. Location wise we found the hotel very convenient. We walked around downtown quite a bit. There is paid parking onsite. The breakfast was adequate.
Generally, we had a pleasant 4-night stay at this hotel. The location is definitely the selling point, as it’s central to many local spots. The hotel’s downfall, as mentioned in other 1 and 2 star reviews, is its customer service. For example, the cleaning service is available from 9 - 2 pm. We left our room and removed the privacy notice by 9:30 AM, and were looking forward to returning to a clean...

Very, very nice. The rooms are very good and functional! The staff is very friendly. I loved the high tech elevator and had never seen anything like this. We had a light dinner at Mosaic restaurant. It was quite good. The only disappointment was the wine list at the bar. They feature wines from BC, but nothing from the premiere wine areas.
Real nice downtown hotel. Mostly business travel type hotel but it is a nice location. The staff is all very friendly and professional. There is a small pool/hot tub and gym here. They upgraded me as a globalist member to a bi-level suite which is amazingly nice.

It’s funny that I was actually there when the incident happened. I was with my son this morning to grab some coffee in the lobby. The loud commotion from another guest caught our attention. Walking distance to major landmarks and your on the harbour so views are amazing.
Not a 4-star experience. Nice location, nice bar and restaurant, but the most important part of any hotel should be the beds. Our room had full size mattresses on queen size frames. Great staff, lovely facilities and perfect location. The lounge bar was a happening place and we were happy with our rooms
We had a truly amazing experience at this one of a kind hotel. The views of the bay from our Gold room were nothing short of breathtaking, and were unforgettable. The staff were also amazing and talented, and made our stay seamless, welcoming, and memorable.
I absolutely loved my stay in Vancouver. The suite was amazing with motorized shades in every room and a jet tub! A bottle of wine was delivered when I checked in, along with a very accommodating laundry service. Relaxing and enjoyable regarding the fantastic rooftop pool and hot tub 👌
The customer service is always exceptional, ensuring a wonderful stay. The rooms were not only nice but impeccably clean, and the harbor view from the hotel was truly breathtaking. The pool added an extra touch of luxury to the experience. Highly recommend!
Stayed here a few times and remains the most elegant and modern hotel in Vancouver. It sets the standard for modern luxury with exquisite service, dining and ambiance. The lobby is very happening and a popular attraction with great sushi. Fairmont Gold lounge was a peaceful enclave high above the commotion with great service and amenities. If visiting Vancouver, would highly recommend staying here...
I wouldn't normally be able to afford anything this posh, but was able to get a special rate. Excellent service at the front desk and everything just feels high end. The towels, the robe, the soaps, even the toilet paper. The bathroom mirror had a TV in it! The drapes were all electronically controlled. The lobby bar was lively at night, great spot for a beverage. And the view and location are...

Loft was pretty sweet. Bathroom was pretty sweet. Pool hot tub and sauna was much needed 😌.
From the moment I got to the hotel me and my mom were greeted by a very nice gentleman From the moment I got to the hotel me and my mom were created by a very nice gentleman greeted who asked asked if he could take our luggage to the room which we found a beautiful birthday card for her and a bottle of wine for us to share so sweet.. the staff was so attentive which we’ve never had done before at...
Stayed here for a corporate event. While the room varied depending on each coworker, I was very pleased with my room. I believe I received one of their basic 2 queen bed suites, I really enjoyed my stay. The fact that you can see in the bathroom from the bedroom though a glass shower wall is very cool and I haven’t seen that before! Staff was lovely, I would stay again ☺️
There is literally not a single thing I could fault this hotel for. The rooms were comfortable and clean, the front desk staff was super and efficient, the breakfast was delicious and fairly priced (we went 3 times!). The absolute best touch was a text from the concierge on check in to make sure everything was ok and we knew where to find everything. It was a perfect stay. Location-wise, you're in...
We stayed at Hotel Blu for my birthday last August 31st and they have made my birthday extra special. The staff were so sweet to leave a birthday note and a bottle of of wine for us to enjoy. They were very kind to upgrade us to their Loft King Suite, and I have to say that its such a beautiful space, very clean and modern. It’s also very private yet its beautiful with a terrace for you to enjoy your...
This is the cleanest hotel we have been to! The staff go above and beyond and we love how close it is to everything! Will definitely book there again on our next visit.

The best location is what this hotel has in spades. You don't even need a car around here. If you bring a bike or rent one close by, you can turn your trip into an adventure. The nearby Stanley Park is best enjoyed in the early morning. Crowds of novice bike riders will ruin your day. The staff was friendly, attentive, and helpful. Check out the well stocked gift shop. I so appreciated being...
Hotel staff was extremely customer centric, friendly and efficient. The location of hotel is centrally located to many different neighborhoods and places of interest. Be aware if you bring a car that onsite parking is additional as with most hotels in the city. I would stay again and recommend the hotel if you are staying downtown.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, with exceptional views from our 31st floor, harbour view room. Front desk staff were polite, efficient and very friendly. Breakfast in the dining room was beautifully prepared. My husband had eggs Benedict with pan-fried potatoes, and I had the avocado toast breakfast. Both meals were perfectly prepared and generous portions. We were delighted with our choices.
Great stay here, flew in for our cruise and stayed overnight. We were able to leave our baggage with the staff that morning after check out and walked around while we waited to get on our boat. The staff was continually friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, and the bathroom was clean as well. My only critique would be that upon entry into the lobby there was a very strong perfume smell, at check...
We could walk everywhere- to Denman or Davies street, to China Town or wherever. The breakfast was good but a bit expensive.
Excellent hotel. Kind staff, clean and comfortable quiet rooms. Our family of 5 joined other family members to all stay here and enjoy the holiday season downtown Vancouver. Easy location to walk to Christmas markets, Canada Place and Robson. My kids loved the pool and beds and our pup was able to join us as well. Thank you for a great stay.

One of the best city hotels I have ever stayed in. Excellent location, with very attentive staff. 2 excellent bars - both very different, but we loved both. Fantastic dining options. The pool and gym facilities were amazing. And the room was beautiful - excellent size for a city hotel, very large bathroom with 2 separate sinks - which I love! Extremely comfy bed and pillows, and excellent quality bedding...
Huge thanks for David at Concierge for your help and support over the busy wedding weekend this August. Your attention to details, personal touch and willingness to go above and beyond made the wedding go seamless and flawless, as you ensured the bride was happy and every detail was taken care of! Hotel Georgia is very lucky to have you. Thanks a lot for being truly best. - Valeria
Excellent experience overall. The in-room dining menu is great, and the food is awesome. The pool is great, saltwater and heated. The decor at the pool feels modern and upscale. The staff is very professional, friendly, and helpful. Looking forward to our next visit!
One of the most pleasant hotel stays my wife and I have ever had. The bathroom was absolutely spectacular. The room was very comfortable. We used the fitness center and the pool, and enjoyed both. The only negatives were the pillows, which I thought were not firm enough, and the lack of open space in the room. It seemed that there was too much furniture for the area. Both minor issues.
Overall, one of the best hotels we have stayed at. Great room, spacious, well appointed. My wife would like a spray hose in the shower. We got to Reflections on our day of arrival at 9:31 pm after a long day of travel and they refused to serve us any food, said they stopped taking orders 1 minute earlier...they were still cooking though, we could see it in the open kitchen. Was surprised they could...
Everything at the Rosewood was exceptional and we would stay again.
