Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre, Vancouver1 / 50
8.6
Vancouver, 1000 Burrard St 🧭 Map
The room was quite spacious, tidy, and clean. Although it's been about ten years since the last renovation, the front desk service was excellent, and borrowing an umbrella was very convenient. The night view was absolutely stunning, and it's also very close to the beach.
I had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre, and I especially want to highlight the reception team. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive. Check-in was smooth, they took the time to explain everything clearly, and they genuinely made me feel valued as a guest. Their kindness and helpful attitude really set the tone for...
The hotel's location is excellent, with very convenient transportation nearby. It was my first time visiting Vancouver to see my child, and it only took 20 minutes by taxi from the airport to the hotel. My check-in experience was also fantastic. It's definitely a hotel I'd recommend to friends.
This is an older hotel, and while it might be dated, you don't have to worry about cleanliness. The location is excellent, making it convenient to get anywhere. The Christmas lights out front were beautiful. However, on my first day, a female staff member was selling Capilano Suspension Bridge Park tickets and made a mistake. When I requested a refund, she clearly showed her displeasure. Her behavior...
The room facilities were decent, and the AC/heating noise was actually pretty good compared to other hotels I've stayed in recently – not too loud. The hotel's location is fine; there are many good restaurants nearby, though not many Chinese options. It's a 15-minute walk to the subway station and 20 minutes to the beach.
I am truly grateful that the staff allowed us to check in early upon arrival. After a long 14-hour flight, that gesture already made our experience wonderful. The room is clean, the bed is incredibly comfortable, and the view is beautiful. My only small complaints are that there were no bedroom slippers provided, and the coffee machine only makes warm coffee rather than hot. Overall, we had a lovely...

Perfect location, lot of restaurants nearby, room is new, spacious and clean. Bed was super comfy.
Location: Fantastic! Canada Place, Gastown, and Stanley Park are all within easy walking distance. Facilities: Generally good, with excellent water pressure in the shower. Cleanliness: Excellent. Surroundings: Conveniently close to the subway line. It's just a 10-minute walk to the station for airport access. Service: Friendly and attentive.
The room was quiet and clean. The location is perfect which is near the port and Gastown. It takes 8 minutes walk to the Port of Vancouver. The sky train station and bus stop just right next to the hotel.
The hotel room is top-notch. Very quiet. Prime downtown location, easy access to Stanley Park and Canada Place Pier. Food is a bit pricey.
The hotel boasts an excellent location. We took public transport from the airport, and it was just a 6-minute walk from the stop to the hotel. Our room was spacious, offering a pleasant street view from the window. What really impressed us was that the front desk staff spoke Chinese. The hotel location is very convenience, close to everything ( shopping & restaurants ) easy to access by bus, train, seaplane.
The hotel is in a good location, next to the Vancouver Museum, convenient for shopping, and Stanley Park is nearby. The environment is good, the facilities are good, the service is good, and there is afternoon tea. I am satisfied 👍
This is a historic hotel with a long history. The location is perfect, convenient for everything: dining, attractions, and shopping. It's right in the heart of the city. There's a public parking garage next to the hotel, but it's a separate fee and not included. The soundproofing is a common problem in many hotels: The guests in the adjacent room howled in the hallway around 1:30 a.m. every night,...
Vancouver's most iconic, time-honored hotel, boasts a prime downtown location. The hotel has three entrances, and the surrounding area is lined with top-tier designer stores. Their afternoon tea is also among the most sophisticated in Vancouver.
We love this hotel so much that we stayed twice during our trip. It has a classical elegant feel to it. We loved the lounge access and all of the amenities. Great location too!
The room is spacious, the bathroom is a little small, and the location is excellent. It is in the city center and very convenient to go to various museums. The pier is in the distance, and it is very pleasant to watch the sunset and seaplanes. The nearby Chinese restaurant Qilin serves authentic Cantonese cuisine.
Room/ mostly bathroom was small, what makes the hotel so beautiful on the outside, gives you such small windows inside

Beautiful views of the city and waterfront. Great location for boarding our cruise. Delicious breakfast buffet, pricey but worth it. So convenient and relaxing we added another night's stay at the end of our cruise.
Housekeeping very attentive to details, great location walk distance to major shopping areas.
Good hotel with a reasonable management team👍. Their booking system with others plateforms’s connection needs to be improved.
It was a beautiful hotel, very clean and close distance to many shops and restaurants.
service was great we got into our hotel room early and with ease. the room was clean and had a fantastic view of the harbor and city
Service and hospitality was impecable. I have stayed at the Pan Pacific when in Vancouver For the past thirty years. William at the front desk was very efficient at sourcing my favorite room with a panoramic view of Vancouvers beautiful Harbour. Sincerely, Captain Stevenson

The hotel is fine. But how come I found out it only cost me Cdn.$368 about $20 cheaper than I booked through you.
Front desk women was super kind, attentive and nice
Nice hotel, loved the heated outdoor pool and sauna as well as the breakfast buffet. Happy to come back.
The hotel is an older hotel but kept in great condition, it is a little like a resort with several bars, restaurants and pools to choose from. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The location next to Stanley Park and Coal Harbour is excellent and it is very close to Robson St restaurants.
Outstanding service at the hotel and both restaurants. Had a wonderful stay and recommend it for sure!

The hotel is located in the most prosperous area of Vancouver. The sea and the pier are right outside the window, and you can see the big cruise ship. It is very close to FlyOver Canada, just a few minutes' walk away, and 600 meters away from the Gastown Steam Clock. Very satisfied 👍
The location is very good, the transportation is convenient, the facilities are complete, the surrounding restaurants and shopping are convenient, and the steam clock is very close
I had an event at the Vancouver Convention Center and it was very convenient because it was very close to the street. It was a low-rise city view, but it was cozy and felt good because I could see a small garden. The facilities were clean and the staff was friendly, so I was satisfied.
Service: All are OK. It is a famous old hotel in Vancouver. It has an excellent location. It is surrounded by the city center. There are all kinds of food. There are all kinds of luxury stores around. Shopping is extremely convenient. It is close to the seaside. The scenery is beautiful. My guests were very satisfied. The room was clean and tidy with a great view. The service was attentive and thoughtful. I look forward to my next reservation. The check-in was smooth and the check-out was convenient. I highly recommend it.
As soon as I entered the room, I was shocked by the beautiful view of the bay outside the floor-to-ceiling window! The sea and the sky are one color, so beautiful that it is breathtaking! 180° unbeatable sea view room, when you open your eyes in the morning, you will see the cruise ship and the snow-capped mountains, and the city lights are on at night, and it is super cool to see the night view....

A great experience. Clean rooms- which is most important to us. Friendly service. Their restaurant is DELICIOUS! It is slated to be renovated and it needs it- it’s dated. Plus the shower had quite poor pressure. Would recommend if found on sale or as part of a package. Would not pay rack price.
I had a free night stay at the hotel on Dec. 6, 2019. The front desk staffs are nice. I complained about the heavy smell in my first room. I thought that there was not much they could do about it. But the management actually gave me a free upgrade to the top floor. It was so nice of them. It was a pleasant surprise for me. However, I did not like my bed as it was too soft for my weak back. I couldn...
Top level service and cleanliness. I feel compelled to point out that there is no physical spa on the premises, however there are spacious saunas in both the male and female locker rooms at the pool area. For those who seek out dumbbells & barbells, the gym equipment was great (multiple squat racks) but it shares space with the indoor part of the pool (and whatever noise & excitement is going on around...
Bedsheet was super soft and comforting. Excellent location. They have a seafood restaurant that serves the best tataki tuna and add a great happy hour to that!
Staff were so lovely and hospitable! The many personalized touches (like leaving a piece of birthday cake with a personal bday message in our room, for my husband) just made our stay that much more special. Beds were comfy, sheets were crisp, bathrooms were clean, room maintenance was excellent. Loved the heated indoor/outdoor pool! Take advantage of this hotel before it shuts down in a few months
This hotel earned 5 stars with ease. From the door man, to the front desk, to the concierge, and to the restaurant staff, each aspect was top notch. The room is big and spacious . Bed and pillows are comfortable. The kitchen is a big plus for us since we stayed for 3 nights. I loved my stay at this hotel. I had my 3 kids with me (aged 10, 8, and 5) and we all had a fantastic stay. The heated pool was a big hit. We stayed in 4 hotels during our travel, this one was by far the best. Breakfast was amazing and kids under 5 eat free (all 3 of ours were under 5). The playpen was already set up in our room when we arrived. Staff was friendly and helpful. We would stay here again!
We had a fantastic stay. The room was clean and spacious. Having a bidet in the room was a huge plus! The hotel manager was excellent. He was attentive and seemed to genuinely care about his role and the hotel guests.👍🏼 Very nice to see.
Perfect location, comfort and amenities. My job takes me to a lot of hotels and to hotels in different cities.
