Avoid room 408, it's right next to the laundry room and is quite loud throughout the day. Other than that this place is pretty good and the staff is all really friendly and polite.

We went for the roof top patio and brunch! It's a newer addition and close to home so we really wanted to check it out. We were pleasantly surprised by the new brunch tower that they've only recently started offering. $60 for two! Loaded with 4 pastry/sweet selections, 3 savory selections and shrimp and oysters. It was plenty to fill us up and was delicious.
The staff were also great! The menu is mainly drinks (as a roof top bar, makes sense) with a small selection of sharable plates and the new addition of the brunch platter. I know we'll be back and I think you should check it out too!

Staff were beyond nice, Kiti in particular, his sister Sheba and the bar staff up in the roof garden were great, but all were lovely. The bathroom was not good for me as could not get in the bath to shower as I'm partially disabled. Even one grab rail would help.

Hi, thanks a lot Parker hotel for welcoming us. I really want to highlight that the service in the breakfast was outstanding. I appreciate the way Anna and liana served us with a beautiful smile. I stayed there for four nights and the entire staff greeted us in the morning. Just one request that please give more variety in the breakfast menu and change it on a daily basis like other hotels. It will give more choices to vegetarians. Once again I want to say that Parker hotel is lucky to have such competent staff in the restaurant. I’ll definitely stay here again. One more thing. Please reduce your parking fee as it is higher compared to other hotels.

I stayed here for 2 nights. Excellent location. There's valet service to bring you to anywhere downtown. The room is pretty alright with nice toiletries (unfortunately not locally sourced or produced). The air conditioning was a tad too noisy for our liking. Otherwise a great stay. Thanks to Kity and Sheba for making our check-out process seamless!

Great location to stay in Vancouver BC. Close to the happening streets in downtown like Davie and Granville. Walking distance to great restaurants and quick Uber rides to all attractions and Stanley park.
Room was underwhelming - the bathroom amenities didn’t live up the room rate, the furniture and carpeting etc were closer to a motel than an downtown hotel. TV was a throwback from 90s.
Restaurant is non-existent, lobby is cramped, elevators look like service lifts, and the hallways are musty.
But - Vancouver hotels are expensive so this may not be a bad choice for budget conscious travelers.

Rooms are dated and need some love. Bathrooms have been renovated but lack decent water pressure. No bar.
AC is VERY loud in the rooms. It sounds like a vacuum cleaner running right by your ear.
Small things like water and coffee supplies were not replenished in room on a daily basis.
Good location and convenient for walking.

the hotel is 11mins walk from the train station, the staff are friendly and makes my stay there stress free, there is a free shuttle service to downtown, location is also near grandville street where you can find affordable delicious food. The beds are very comfortable. The shower has a very good pressure, which is needed after long hours od travel time, the water pressure helps me relax. The price is not as expensive in comparison to other hotel located in the heart of downtown. The check out is very convenient naviel i think his name is such a pleasure to deal with.

Arrived at 8:30am from Australia and our room was available (at no extra cost) which was great after 23 hours of flying.
Jean checked us in and offered us complimentary breakfast and wine tasting, what a legend!
The room was clean and tidy, really good shower head and towels, the beds are very comfortable also.
Starbucks, 7 Eleven and a supermarket are a block away which is very convenient.
Great hotel, would stay here again for sure.
