With the bar and restaurant, (alittle over priced but had a good selection) in the North Tower. A Starbucks coffee shop in the South Tower, which we made a lot of use of. All together, we really enjoyed this stay

Great hotel with a convenient location for both the business and leisure traveler. The room I was assigned had a problem with a noisy AC, but I was moved to a wonderful new room with stunning views out the tower window

Being conveniently situated in the heart of Vancouver has allowed me to easily explore the city and its attractions, making my trips to the area even more enjoyable

The staff are consistently friendly and attentive, always going the extra mile to assist with any requests, making me feel truly welcome throughout my stay

During my most recent stay, we experienced an unforgettable private event watching the Symphony of Fire from the 34th floor

The breathtaking views of the fireworks display made the evening extra special and created lasting memories for my family

They compare hundreds of booking web sites and typically will have rates a lot cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This place is the best rated in the area. I've been coming here for a long time

The rooms are very good and functional! The staff is very friendly. I loved the high tech elevator and had never seen anything like this. We had a light dinner at Mosaic restaurant

He answered several questions for us throughout our stay and gave us some wonderful recommendations that were really helpful in making our vacation so memorable. Our room was immaculately clean with a gorgeous view

The beds were sooooo cozy that it was hard to leave. We were incredibly comfortable and both of us left raving about how nice our stay was. The building has a lot of floors, so the elevator was really cool to me

It synchronizes drop offs and pick ups and tells you which elevator to get on so you don't have to wait so much. I've never seen that before, but it was a really nice feature. The hotel is really well located downtown

My Dad and I had a wonderful time--the view was FANTASTIC, and the staff members are exceptional. The service level was amazing! I especially wanted to point out that Ben was very helpful to us during our trip

Every other train goes to the airport while the other goes to Richmond) Waterfront Station gives you easy access to downtown or take the Seabus across the water to North Van to The Shipyards for food or some shopping

This is also a great place to see the sunset across the city. We had a chance to meet Dawn - a server at Coal Harbour Bar located in Pan Pacific - who was extremely nice and welcoming

We were a little apprehensive to book a stay near the cruise terminal as we thought it would be too busy, though it didn’t feel too busy and all the staff were amazing

She recommended a few local places to see while were were in town. We owe our fun and exciting day to her with her great recommendations

We order breakfast from room service and were not disappointed. Breakfast was delivered right on time. Food and coffee was hot and the juice was cold

Great location if your going on a cruise as cruise terminal across from hotel. Staff very accommodating with all requests. Rooms clean and everything works, gym is big enough to share with others and plenty of equipment

We got married here in May and the service we received was amazing. We had such an amazing time and the hotel staff were so awesome. We were taken care of so well and were looked after the whole night

Perfect spot for posting up before a cruise. You board the boat immediately across the street. There are a ton of great places to eat, walk to, or bike to immediately from the hotel

Very good location! Easy access to Coal Harbour, Robson Street with lots of restaurants. We can enjoy the mountains and the sea from our room

Beautiful location right on the water. Short walking distance to Stanley Park. Nice restaurant for breakfast. Free use of nice bikes and helmets. Free ice-cream, popcorn, etc in lobby periodically

So due to that I’m not able to rate the service of dinners or them at all because it is not a comfortable place to eat. But everything else here makes it worth staying here

We are traveling with the dog and the only downside that I have is it we are not allowed to have dinner in any location except out where the red chairs are in the lawn

Bedsheet was super soft and comforting. Excellent location. They have a seafood restaurant that serves the best tataki tuna and add a great happy hour to that!

Beds were comfy, sheets were crisp, bathrooms were clean, room maintenance was excellent. Loved the heated indoor/outdoor pool! Take advantage of this hotel before it shuts down in a few months!

For those who seek out dumbbells & barbells, the gym equipment was great (multiple squat racks) but it shares space with the indoor part of the pool (and whatever noise & excitement is going on around the pool)

This hotel earned 5 stars with ease. From the door man, to the front desk, to the concierge, and to the restaurant staff, each aspect was top notch. They were personable and addressed us warmly on each meeting

so, I ended up going home to sleep at 3:30am in the morning as I did not feel right to make another complaint! In conclusion, I think Four Seasons have very professional management team to care for the guests

Top level service and cleanliness. I feel compelled to point out that there is no physical spa on the premises, however there are spacious saunas in both the male and female locker rooms at the pool area

I was also really impressed by the fact that I was provided with all cooking utensils, which made my life a lot easier. Finally, the hotel staff were very polite and helpful and provided excellent customer service

Was there for medical reasons, from out of town. Our flight had been delayed 7 hours. As a result, we were a 3 am check in. They super accommodating and pleasant

Hot water is not consistent and that seems odd for a hotel of this quality and size. View from the 11th floor was great. The size was also great and the kitchen. The service at the front desk was great

We loved our room cause it was on the 23rd floor and we had a great view of the fireworks

One problem though was that the bathroom has visible mold spots on the ceiling right above the hot tubs

I had a great stay at the Century Plaza Hotel. The hotel location is great, with great transit access and a lot of good restaurants and other amenities nearby

One of the best city hotels I have ever stayed in. Excellent location, with very attentive staff. 2 excellent bars - both very different, but we loved both. The pool and gym facilities were amazing

And the room was beautiful - excellent size for a city hotel, very large bathroom with 2 separate sinks - which I love! Extremely comfy bed and pillows, and excellent quality bedding

Also the housekeeping was excellent - very good attention to detail, and lovely turndown service. 100% would recommend, and I would stay here again

Overall, one of the best hotels we have stayed at. Great room, spacious, well appointed. My wife would like a spray hose in the shower

I had an omelet where you could choose 3 items to add in, I picked mushrooms, green peppers and spinach. I would definitely recommend this place for location and great rooms

Stayed in holiday inn for a week for the Christmas and New year vacation. The customer service was at its best. The front desk was always attending to the issues swiftly and made our stay memorable

Rooms are pretty big, lots of stores and restaurants nearby: London Drugs, Michael's, Cactus Club, and more. The restaurant downstairs was awesome, good service and great selection for breakfast

Clean and spacious rooms in a really solid location. The price was very affordable and i would not hesitate to stay here again. The staff was very responsive at all hours of the day and allowed us to check in early

Booked this property due to proximity to VGH. The staff was very accommodating as our stay was potentially variable due to nature of the procedures at hand. That being said, the rooms are pretty standard

Excellent location with friendly staff and good quality services. The hotel is with an area that is full of restaurants and shops. It is also a walking distance to Stanley Park. It is accessible by car or bus

Room service is also excellent 👌 Our room on the 5th floor has a nice view of the street and little view of the ocean, which was great to see in the mornings. My wife and I appreciate the nice art in the hotel

The service are good—they have wine hour for guests and our room was lucky enough to get free French-press coffee in the morning. It’s nearby many restaurants and not far from attractions

The best bed I have ever had in the hotel. Very clean, cozy and quiet stay. The washroom is a bit small but still okay. Close to many great restaurants with reasonable price!

Wonderful hotel in vibrant downtown, close to everything. Staff are amazing and great little touches like free french press coffee or specialty teas to your room in the am. Rooms are quiet but need a redecoration

Loved the space! Tons of potential and cocktails were very good. Would have liked some nice lounge music but I think they are underusing the space and should definitely have a piano player and lounge singer

Absolutely loved our stay at the Historic Sylvia Hotel. Right on English Bay; we were in walking distance to the beach, Stanley Park, countless amazing restaurants, cafes and pubs

A great selection of items from the menu. The omelette and the eggs Benedict are to die for ! Staff are welcoming to us and we were seated almost as soon as we arrived

Our server help us with deciding what to order by giving some recommendations since it is our first time here. We enjoyed the foods we had and it felt very fulfilling

Who could ask for a better location than the historic Sylvia Hotel. Right on English Bay, with views of the ocean and setting sun from the restaurant and lounge

The finest hotel I have ever had the pleasure of staying. The room is spacious and well appointed. The bathroom is huge with a separate WC. Good ventilation on all four rooms. It's super quiet, just an awesome place

The patio was huge, the bathroom had a deep soaking tub, a relaxing rainfall shower with very good hot water and pressure and the toilet is in a separate room from the tub/shower/sink

The high tea at their restaurant was SO GOOD and worth the price

They let us check in a couple hours earlier and gave us a much unexpected upgrade! Staff was wonderful in the lobby and in the restaurant as well, the room was nice and cozy, super clean (I’m a clean freak) and both the room and the towels didnt smell like harsh chemicals which I loved

Really good location for the cruise terminal. Staff very friendly and welcoming. The refrigerator in the room (1212) was very noisy. Had a second stay here after our cruise. Had a much better room this time (1007)

Easy access to food, w oceanic views. But the swimming pool/gym/hot tub/sauna all male up for not having a breakfast menu. The pillows are buttery soft, and even sleeping on the pull out mattress was very comfortable

Speaking of children, I must warn that the windows posed a bit of a safety concern because they could've easily opened the windows and fallen out. But, as long as we were watching them, we all could enjoy the view

The views are stunning, the room spacious and well decorated, shower hot and relaxing, bed and pillows you sink right into, and they even have a nespresso machine to fuel my caffeine addiction

The hotel’s location is basically perfect. Just a couple blocks from the train station and Canada place. We arrived late, after 21:00, but the receptionist was very courteous and polite

The Swimming Pool was made available to people staying at the hotel through the Terminal City Club. It was really nice, as was the gym, squash courts, shower and change rooms

On a recent "staycation" my husband and I had a fabulous 2 night getaway at this cute boutique hotel. It was super conveniently located; we spent time on Davie St and walked to the beach and False Creek Ferries

The staff were super friendly and made a point of greeting us and our English bulldog every time we came and left the hotel. Everybody was super friendly and genuinely cared about their guests

I also really enjoyed the beautiful piano downstairs in the parking lot, where you can find bikes from The Burrard included in your hotel costs. Overall, a fantastic stay—highly recommended!

I was a little worried since it was one of the cheaper spots in the area, but it was fantastic. I was traveling solo and felt very safe staying here and walking around at night

I never had to wait for a toilet, and there is a sink in the room. The staff was friendly and accommodating and helped us bring all our gear to our room, and stored the rest for us

I am old and asthmatic, so I worried about a 4th floor walk up hotel room, but I was fine! And I worried about a shared bathroom, but it really wasn't an issue - and I pee a lot

Seriously, the location was a dream - everything we wanted was within a 10 minute walk, or a 3 minute walk to the bus that took us where we wanted

With a warm atmosphere, first-class service, and a privileged location, coupled with the magnificent facilities, we were truly able to feel like another Canadian during the nine days that we fully enjoyed our stay...

Great place to stay! Location close to Stanley Park, restaurants, bus stops, and Safeway across the street. We had a full kitchen, walker and dryer, gas fireplace and great king bed. Staff are very friendly.

This hotel used to be an apartment building, so the rooms are spacious. We got a two bedroom, one bath that had a full kitchen, sitting area with a fireplace and dining table

The location was so convenient, near restaurants, shopping, a grocery store across the street and so close to Stanley Park. Easy to get on and off the freeway

It does not have a pool or hot tub or gym, but it does have a cool rooftop terrace that we would have used if the weather was better

The Skwachàys Lodge is a nice place to stay in Vancouver. The room was amazing and the staff is super nice

The room that we stayed in was clean, beautiful and it smells good. It was like a gem nestled in China Town. The people are friendly and thorough and gave us a tour where we can find everything in the hotel

Stayed here to support local artists, but it is not managed very well. Do yourself a favor and don't bring a car. You have to park in a garage behind the ally. we could not avoid scraping our car

I love the concept behind this hotel, which is why we booked our stay here. The rooms are clean, the staff was helpful, but the hotel and room were dark, not much natural light, so it felt a bit stuffy

I wish this place was in a better location and had some good windows

Also, the area is shady, with homeless people and druggies around. They say the area is safe, but we just didn’t feel comfortable walking there. The streets also smell of urine
