With the bar and restaurant, (alittle over priced but had a good selection) in the North Tower. A Starbucks coffee shop in the South Tower, which we made a lot of use of. All together, we really enjoyed this stay
Great hotel with a convenient location for both the business and leisure traveler. The room I was assigned had a problem with a noisy AC, but I was moved to a wonderful new room with stunning views out the tower window
Being conveniently situated in the heart of Vancouver has allowed me to easily explore the city and its attractions, making my trips to the area even more enjoyable
The staff are consistently friendly and attentive, always going the extra mile to assist with any requests, making me feel truly welcome throughout my stay
During my most recent stay, we experienced an unforgettable private event watching the Symphony of Fire from the 34th floor
The breathtaking views of the fireworks display made the evening extra special and created lasting memories for my family

One of the best city hotels I have ever stayed in. Excellent location, with very attentive staff. 2 excellent bars - both very different, but we loved both. The pool and gym facilities were amazing
And the room was beautiful - excellent size for a city hotel, very large bathroom with 2 separate sinks - which I love! Extremely comfy bed and pillows, and excellent quality bedding
Also the housekeeping was excellent - very good attention to detail, and lovely turndown service. 100% would recommend, and I would stay here again
Overall, one of the best hotels we have stayed at. Great room, spacious, well appointed. My wife would like a spray hose in the shower
Thanks a lot for being truly best
Incredibly comfortable and spacious room... you’ll want to maximize your time in it. Beautifully designed hotel. Bell boys & parking attendants go out of their way to provide the best service.

Everyone is super friendly and welcoming. I was in a sticky situation with another hotel reservation, that was not the best. They went above and beyond to help me
Great location, rooms are good and staff is friendly and helpful. If you are staying over the weekend during the warmer periods, consider turning on some "white-noise" before trying to go to sleep
This charming hotel is located in the heart of Yaletown, surrounded by great restaurants and a 2-minute walk to the sea wall. We were greeted warmly by Scott who makes you feel right at home
I love the location, food, drinks just everything about this Hotel! I could walk everywhere, which was really important to me. I will only stay at Opus when I come to Vancouver
The staff took care of things really quickly, but it still felt like it put a damper on our weekend - especially since we had to move rooms really late one night, and spent the second night awake because the room was so hot and the air wasn't working
I really want to give this place more stars, but mostly because the staff is amazing. I took my husband here to surprise him for the weekend. In two nights, we had three different rooms

There is a skating rink nearby, many good restaurants, the best donuts in the city (cream pony)
The house keepers are very nice and always ready to change things out for you as you need. Reception was also very friendly and answered all of our questions
I am very pleased to announce that our friends enjoyed an amazing evening at The Pinnacle Hotel restaurant called " The Lobby " They have traveled from Germany to enjoy beautiful North Vancouver and have their wedding anniversary with us 🥰 We were greeted at reception with excellent professional service 👏 The reservation desk wisely advised us to enjoy Happy Hour now and get sitted quickly as restaurant...
We asked Ji ( waitress ) if music could be turned down in order to speak to each other and enjoy the great atmosphere and ambiance of this restaurant which is in amazing location and so close to everything you want and desire 😀 She was able to get down Our appetizers and main appetizers were delicious, wonderful presentations, and very delicious!! I highly recommend this restaurant!! Everyone enjoyed...
Excellent hotel, great location with view, really nice rooms, larger fridge than most hotels, microwave, had real coffee cups and glasses (unlike their sister hotel Pinnacle at the Harbour), large indoor lap pool which was a great way to start the day! Staff very friendly and helpful
Our waitress JI was excellent, prompt and very attentive to our needs and concerns. At one point the music from the bar area was so loud we couldn't even talk

Regis! We were very pleased with the location, room and breakfast! The breakfast was very good and far exceeded our expectations :) Brent was very pleasant and helpful with our luggage and helping us put the tags! Will definitely recommend the St
I only have good things to say. Stayed here for a few days for a work trip. Spacious room, didn’t hear much noise from the neighboring rooms, and the included breakfast was tasty and a benefit to start the day
Wow, the service was outstanding! Every interaction with staff was very courteous and productive; everyone wants to help make your stay the best in can be! In addition, our room was really nice
Loved staying five nights in this hotel. The breakfast was one of a kind. 3 varieties no wastage limited but good. Rooms clean & the bathtub great after long walks in the city
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the St. Regis in Vancouver and I can confidently say that it was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had
Complimentary two bottles of water & chocolates was a sweet gesture too. One of the best multi grain toasts that I have ever taken

Vancouver, 900 Seymour Street 🧭 Map
We've got to admit, the building is old but excellent management and service compensate. They made a serious effort to modernize room furnishings within the old building. Prices are a good deal for downtown Vancouver.
The Moda Hotel has a good location, the decor and atmosphere in the lobby and Uva cocktail bar was wonderful. The service at front desk, staff in Uva were excellent
For a 3-star hotel, it exactly meets the mark. Our particular King room was large in size with a good, firm mattress. Clean sheets with many pillows, plus extra blankets in the cupboard
We had both lunch and breakfast there, really good and staff so professional! The room itself was disappointing. Size was small the beds were not great along with bedding
They do offer secure parking but it is in the building just across the street but it IS SECURE. The hotel has a sports bar, a cocktail lounge that serves as a breakfast spot in the a. m and a cocktail bar in the evening
The suite we had offered the basic private bathroom, TV, mini fridge, coffee machine so on and so forth but we also had access to a microwave located in their business center as well as the ice machine

They compare hundreds of booking web sites and typically will have rates a lot cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This place is the best rated in the area. I've been coming here for a long time
The rooms are very good and functional! The staff is very friendly. I loved the high tech elevator and had never seen anything like this. We had a light dinner at Mosaic restaurant
He answered several questions for us throughout our stay and gave us some wonderful recommendations that were really helpful in making our vacation so memorable. Our room was immaculately clean with a gorgeous view
The beds were sooooo cozy that it was hard to leave. We were incredibly comfortable and both of us left raving about how nice our stay was. The building has a lot of floors, so the elevator was really cool to me
It synchronizes drop offs and pick ups and tells you which elevator to get on so you don't have to wait so much. I've never seen that before, but it was a really nice feature. The hotel is really well located downtown
My Dad and I had a wonderful time--the view was FANTASTIC, and the staff members are exceptional. The service level was amazing! I especially wanted to point out that Ben was very helpful to us during our trip

Great location if your going on a cruise as cruise terminal across from hotel. Staff very accommodating with all requests. Rooms clean and everything works, gym is big enough to share with others and plenty of equipment
Very good flow from the shower head Fine hotel Decent bar and restaurant Workout room was good Close to subway and within walking distance of many attractions, restaurants, and shopping Elevators are fast Nice staff - got the charges right for 2 rooms, breakfast, and food & beverage credit I was going to say “no complaints” and that the hotel was quiet, but: We did have an annoying false fire alarm...
Excellent location, close to many touristique sites.
We got married here in May and the service we received was amazing. We had such an amazing time and the hotel staff were so awesome. We were taken care of so well and were looked after the whole night
Perfect spot for posting up before a cruise. You board the boat immediately across the street. There are a ton of great places to eat, walk to, or bike to immediately from the hotel
We wanted to give her a special thanks too for being so amazing to work with. She was so flexible, responsive and just an amazing presence to have in our wedding planning process

Every other train goes to the airport while the other goes to Richmond) Waterfront Station gives you easy access to downtown or take the Seabus across the water to North Van to The Shipyards for food or some shopping
You can take the Canada Line from Vancouver airport to Waterfront Station (about 35 minutes from the airport to Waterfront station, be mindful, the return train heading to the airport alternates its destination
This is also a great place to see the sunset across the city. We had a chance to meet Dawn - a server at Coal Harbour Bar located in Pan Pacific - who was extremely nice and welcoming
We were a little apprehensive to book a stay near the cruise terminal as we thought it would be too busy, though it didn’t feel too busy and all the staff were amazing
We order breakfast from room service and were not disappointed. Breakfast was delivered right on time. Food and coffee was hot and the juice was cold
She recommended a few local places to see while were were in town. We owe our fun and exciting day to her with her great recommendations

Bedsheet was super soft and comforting. Excellent location. They have a seafood restaurant that serves the best tataki tuna and add a great happy hour to that!
Beds were comfy, sheets were crisp, bathrooms were clean, room maintenance was excellent. Loved the heated indoor/outdoor pool! Take advantage of this hotel before it shuts down in a few months!
For those who seek out dumbbells & barbells, the gym equipment was great (multiple squat racks) but it shares space with the indoor part of the pool (and whatever noise & excitement is going on around the pool)
This hotel earned 5 stars with ease. From the door man, to the front desk, to the concierge, and to the restaurant staff, each aspect was top notch. They were personable and addressed us warmly on each meeting
so, I ended up going home to sleep at 3:30am in the morning as I did not feel right to make another complaint! In conclusion, I think Four Seasons have very professional management team to care for the guests
Top level service and cleanliness. I feel compelled to point out that there is no physical spa on the premises, however there are spacious saunas in both the male and female locker rooms at the pool area

I absolutely loved my stay in Vancouver. The suite was amazing with motorized shades in every room and a jet tub! A bottle of wine was delivered when I checked in, along with a very accommodating laundry service
The customer service is always exceptional, ensuring a wonderful stay. The rooms were not only nice but impeccably clean, and the harbor view from the hotel was truly breathtaking
Stayed here a few times and remains the most elegant and modern hotel in Vancouver. It sets the standard for modern luxury with exquisite service, dining and ambiance
The staff were also amazing and talented, and made our stay seamless, welcoming, and memorable
Relaxing and enjoyable regarding the fantastic rooftop pool and hot tub 👌

Excellent located, nestled in Coal Harbour, right on the water, plenty of amenities within walking distance. The hotel is older but maintained immaculately by Westin
The outdoor pool is awesome, and a great touch! Service and the staff are probably the best in town. Honestly reminds you of how service should be. Starting with the welcome staff to the service staff, truly amazing
Beautiful location right on the water. Short walking distance to Stanley Park. Nice restaurant for breakfast. Free use of nice bikes and helmets. Free ice-cream, popcorn, etc in lobby periodically
So due to that I’m not able to rate the service of dinners or them at all because it is not a comfortable place to eat. But everything else here makes it worth staying here
We are traveling with the dog and the only downside that I have is it we are not allowed to have dinner in any location except out where the red chairs are in the lawn
Nice pools, saunas, and fitness programs. Watch marina and sea plane airport from room. Would definitely stay here again!

The nearby Stanley Park is best enjoyed in the early morning. Crowds of novice bike riders will ruin your day. The staff was friendly, attentive, and helpful. Check out the well stocked gift shop
The best location is what this hotel has in spades. You don't even need a car around here. If you bring a bike or rent one close by, you can turn your trip into an adventure
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, with exceptional views from our 31st floor, harbour view room. Front desk staff were polite, efficient and very friendly. Breakfast in the dining room was beautifully prepared
Great stay here, flew in for our cruise and stayed overnight. We were able to leave our baggage with the staff that morning after check out and walked around while we waited to get on our boat
This area seems safe at night with most of the day sleepers in another part of the city. You can book a great SeaPlane tour and easily walk to the dock. I want to book another stay soon
I so appreciated being bumped up to a higher up floor. My only issue was the disappointing breakfast. It was the same one as the hotel in Tucson but almost two times the price

One of the best group of people I have experienced at a hotel, absolutely amazing
Recently came back from a 3-night stay here and have to say it definitely ranks high on the list of best hotels I've ever stayed in
My only remark to make is that on one of the days, there was a very large and rowdy group of guests in the pool, disturbing us (and other guests), and the attendant didn't say anything about this - however, our stay was perfect other than this particular moment
The service was impeccable from check-in to check-out, the rooms are very spacious, clean and quiet, and breakfast every morning at Carlino's was a delight (thanks to our lovely server every morning!)
Chris at the phone/reception was so lovely and helpful. We lost our car keys somewhere in the hallways and he really went out of his way to help. So professional and pleasant! 10/10 Just for Chris
It is right next to a lot of restaurants and the Urban Fare grocery store. I will say the property is now a bit older and while nothing is "dated" - it doesn't look modern and could use a refresh

My husband, doggies and I stayed here over Christmas. The experience was wonderful. Memories that will last a lifetime. The customer service, throughout was outstanding. The dining experiences were excellent
The massages at the spa were excellent except they had some kind of fan running that sounded broken and it was overrunning the spa music. Lovely bubbly and strawberries while we sat in lounge
The room was dated but it was clean and well maintained. The staff service wasn't the best especially the valet parking. I love going to Relais & Chateaux hotels, but this one wasn't amazing
Had the most incredible stay, the hospitality was so amazing. Everyone was very friendly and made the experience even better. The room was so beautiful, it was more stunning in person than I could have expected
Ryan at the front desk is very friendly, was surprised with a couple of cookies and water after we arrived. Bacchus restaurant is very cozy and the pianist is fabulous
The hotel is very charming and is beautifully done for Christmas. We just might make this our new Christmas tradition

Excellent experience here! Prime location, clean rooms, great views, added perk of a balcony AND with a bug screen so a rare hotel with fresh air flow while you sleep. The cleaning lady was so kind and lovely!
The hotel has excellent views of Vancouver in all directions. A well maintained pool and gym is available for guests. The free filtered water dispenser in the lobby is quite handy
Absolutely loved our stay at Blue Horizon Hotel. The location is ideal for a visit to Vancouver Downtown. We were extremely lucky to have been upgraded as my wife and I were visiting during our honeymoon
The room was spotless, functional and with great facilities. The bed was seriously comfortable and huge! The views from the upper floors were great too. Would definitely stay here again
A 30 minute drive from the airport, the hotel is conveniently located in the tourist district of Vancouver. Open air parking is available and is less than $30CA per day
Liked the filtered water dispensers but the water bottles were proced at $45 so didn't get one

I should mention that it has a walk score of 100 (out of 100) but if walking isn't your jam, there's also one of the best cab stands located right at the front of this hotel - where the concierge/doorman would be happy to help signal a cab for you
Also, Where else can you bump into as many high profile stars and people in Vancouver!? Thanks to the staff here for all the good times and memories! ?
We booked a 2 bedroom apartment unit. Overall our unit was okay, had all the space we needed. But the unit was not updated or cleaned very thoroughly. Pool/hot tub/steam room/change room was good
Staff have been excellent, helping us with every request, including helping our son when the patio door came off the tracks and he was stuck out on the balcony! 😂
Lovely modern French decor, well appointed rooms, and wonderful staff at all levels. A higher end hotel, without being gaudy or ostentatious. I will *definitely* go back.

Good hotel in a great location! Check-in was not smooth, but they were busy. They also let me check in 2 hours early
we thought this was a really nice hotel, it’s very clean. our room was large and spacious, the beds are comfortable and the room was quiet and dark. we ate in the restaurant and the food was good
The restaurant attached was fantastic the food and service is excellent
They were always ready to offer assistance beyond what would be expected - be it choices for food, advice about where to visit or even just general hotel information
There was plenty to love! The rooms were large, bathrooms had plenty of space and the staff were impeccable
The only small cons would be : - Bit of a noisier hotel (people coming in and out until 4 am, slamming doors, talking loud but its downtown should be expected) - Housekeeping can be loud in the AM (they also walked into my room at 830am and said sorry I thought you checked out 🤣) they are super friendly however and will ask how your stay was - Remote control for TV was really filthy ( I cleaned...

Located in a good part of town, nice rooms, stellar rooftop pool area and most importantly unparalleled service
I do not write reviews often but after staying here for x4 nights I can't stress enough how great all of the staff are at this location. Friendly, warm, helpful and more
During renovation of the restaurant which is currently ongoing they provided complimentary but buffet in a meeting room which was turned in a restaurant. The staff went the extra mile and were super helpful
The location of this hotel was perfect. It’s within walking distance for all the places I wanted to go to in downtown core. The rooms are spacious and the views are pretty neat depending on what way your room is facing
The staff is some of the nicest people I’ve met. They are genuine and want to make your experience the best it can be. The only things that I came across that was slight inconvenience was the elevator situation
There was limited housekeeping service during our stay (Nov 2022) and this is clearly sign posted at reception although we were asked at check in if we would need any housekeeping service during our stay

Overall, the hotel service provided by the night shift manager was the best I've ever experienced. He definitely deserves a promotion for his excellent service and dedication to ensuring his guests have a pleasant stay
This was one of the best stays I have ever had at a hotel! I stayed here with my girlfriend for 3 nights for a quick getaway and from the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out we were treated like royalty
I kid you not when I say that it felt like we were the most important people in the world! This was top tier excellent service all around. The rooms were luxurious and we enjoyed a great city view
The manager was also very helpful in directing us to the elevator and telling us the direction of our room. He provided us with so much detail that we never got lost or confused during our stay
What made this experience even more special was the fact that we had a bit of a rough start to our trip due to an airport baggage chaos that caused us to miss our rented car appointment
