Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre, Vancouver1 / 50
8.6
Vancouver, 1000 Burrard St 🧭 Map
The room was quite spacious, tidy, and clean. Although it's been about ten years since the last renovation, the front desk service was excellent, and borrowing an umbrella was very convenient
The hotel's location is excellent, with very convenient transportation nearby. It was my first time visiting Vancouver to see my child, and it only took 20 minutes by taxi from the airport to the hotel
The hotel itself is comfortable, well-located, and well-maintained, but the excellent reception service truly stood out
I had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre, and I especially want to highlight the reception team. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive
Check-in was smooth, they took the time to explain everything clearly, and they genuinely made me feel valued as a guest. Their kindness and helpful attitude really set the tone for my stay and made a big difference
Thank you to the reception team for such great hospitality — I would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others

The hotel boasts an excellent location. We took public transport from the airport, and it was just a 6-minute walk from the stop to the hotel. Our room was spacious, offering a pleasant street view from the window
The room was quiet and clean. The location is perfect which is near the port and Gastown. It takes 8 minutes walk to the Port of Vancouver. The sky train station and bus stop just right next to the hotel.
Surroundings: Conveniently close to the subway line. It's just a 10-minute walk to the station for airport access. Service: Friendly and attentive
The hotel room is top-notch. Very quiet. Prime downtown location, easy access to Stanley Park and Canada Place Pier. Food is a bit pricey.
What really impressed us was that the front desk staff spoke Chinese. They were incredibly welcoming and provided detailed recommendations for sightseeing and essential tips for exploring Vancouver independently
Great rooms (though the shower-in-bath and shower curtain destroys the contemporary design in the bathroom), lovely service, good room service and even a balcony upon which to enjoy Vancouver rain!

The hotel is in a good location, next to the Vancouver Museum, convenient for shopping, and Stanley Park is nearby. The environment is good, the facilities are good, the service is good, and there is afternoon tea
The room is spacious, the bathroom is a little small, and the location is excellent. It is in the city center and very convenient to go to various museums
There's a public parking garage next to the hotel, but it's a separate fee and not included. The soundproofing is a common problem in many hotels: The guests in the adjacent room howled in the hallway around 1:30 a
every night, and then banged on the door again around 7 a. It's unclear what country they were from. This isn't a hotel issue, but it did disrupt my sleep. Overall, I recommend staying here
We love this hotel so much that we stayed twice during our trip. It has a classical elegant feel to it. We loved the lounge access and all of the amenities. Great location too!
Vancouver's most iconic, time-honored hotel, boasts a prime downtown location. The hotel has three entrances, and the surrounding area is lined with top-tier designer stores

Good hotel with a reasonable management team👍. Their booking system with others plateforms’s connection needs to be improved.
This hotel is best for cruise travel, because it is the nearest place for departure and arrival in Vancouver. Not only for cruise travel, but also the downtown and commerical area in Vancouver
Beautiful views of the city and waterfront. Great location for boarding our cruise. Delicious breakfast buffet, pricey but worth it. So convenient and relaxing we added another night's stay at the end of our cruise.
service was great we got into our hotel room early and with ease. the room was clean and had a fantastic view of the harbor and city
Location is the best! Easy to access everywhere. You can easily explore downtown, Stanley Park, North Vancouver. The room was big enough for two of us, everything was not super new but clean and decent
Very nice hotel, good location and service

The outdoor pool is awesome, and a great touch! Service and the staff are probably the best in town. Honestly reminds you of how service should be. Starting with the welcome staff to the service staff, truly amazing
We booked the Panoramic Suite and it was beautiful, highly recommended and the rest of the hotel is just so nice!
Very good location! Easy access to Coal Harbour, Robson Street with lots of restaurants. We can enjoy the mountains and the sea from our room
The location next to Stanley Park and Coal Harbour is excellent and it is very close to Robson St restaurants
It’s a bit old and more like a resort,,, not hotel,, but the location and outside view are the best!!!! Staffs are nice, too!!! Gonna come back again. See the outside view of the hotel!
Beautiful location right on the water. Short walking distance to Stanley Park. Nice restaurant for breakfast. Free use of nice bikes and helmets. Free ice-cream, popcorn, etc in lobby periodically

I had an event at the Vancouver Convention Center and it was very convenient because it was very close to the street. It was a low-rise city view, but it was cozy and felt good because I could see a small garden
The location is very good, the transportation is convenient, the facilities are complete, the surrounding restaurants and shopping are convenient, and the steam clock is very close
We wanted to give her a special thanks too for being so amazing to work with. She was so flexible, responsive and just an amazing presence to have in our wedding planning process
The hotel is located in the most prosperous area of Vancouver. The sea and the pier are right outside the window, and you can see the big cruise ship
It is very close to FlyOver Canada, just a few minutes' walk away, and 600 meters away from the Gastown Steam Clock
The hotel has good facilities and an outdoor heated swimming pool. I swam in the -5 degree weather and didn't feel cold. There is also an indoor hot spring pool, which is very special in the ice and snow

Bedsheet was super soft and comforting. Excellent location. They have a seafood restaurant that serves the best tataki tuna and add a great happy hour to that!
Beds were comfy, sheets were crisp, bathrooms were clean, room maintenance was excellent. Loved the heated indoor/outdoor pool! Take advantage of this hotel before it shuts down in a few months!
For those who seek out dumbbells & barbells, the gym equipment was great (multiple squat racks) but it shares space with the indoor part of the pool (and whatever noise & excitement is going on around the pool)
This hotel earned 5 stars with ease. From the door man, to the front desk, to the concierge, and to the restaurant staff, each aspect was top notch. They were personable and addressed us warmly on each meeting
so, I ended up going home to sleep at 3:30am in the morning as I did not feel right to make another complaint! In conclusion, I think Four Seasons have very professional management team to care for the guests
Top level service and cleanliness. I feel compelled to point out that there is no physical spa on the premises, however there are spacious saunas in both the male and female locker rooms at the pool area

We got the suite with a soaking tub and stayed for a long weekend. The staff were super friendly, nice, and knowledgeable. We have an EV and they were able to fill it up for us while we stayed which was really nice also
Friends who choose this five-star hotel should lock your credit card for cardless transactions, otherwise the hotel will randomly deduct money from time to time
The hotel has good hardware and excellent service! The price is relatively cost-effective!
The hotel has a five-star style, and the rooms are very nice and have a terrace. The hotel facilities are clean and fresh. The hotel's breakfast is available on request. The food is good and worth trying.
excellent location and services.
It was a great stay, I was amazed. The ceiling of the Vancouver Hotel, the breakfast was rich and delicious, the waiter was friendly and enthusiastic. The room facilities were perfect, and the bedding was high-end.

Strategically located at downtown Vancouver, room is clean and equipped with quality toiletries.
The staff of the hotel are very polite & helpful, especially those at the front desk!
Amazing view and very convenient location!. Really happy about our stay
The hop on hop off bus stops right outside the hotel or the hotel can phone a taxi for you. Didn’t eat at the restaurant in the hotel so can’t comment on that
The location is very close to my meeting area. The room was clean.

The nearby Stanley Park is best enjoyed in the early morning. Crowds of novice bike riders will ruin your day. The staff was friendly, attentive, and helpful. Check out the well stocked gift shop
The location is excellent, right in downtown. It features an executive lounge, and many attractions are within easy walking distance. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit
The high-floor views are also fantastic, and you can even catch a seaplane nearby
The best location is what this hotel has in spades. You don't even need a car around here. If you bring a bike or rent one close by, you can turn your trip into an adventure
The conditions are very good, but it is quite expensive. I booked an extra room and it cannot be refunded.

EXCELLENT eco policy - if you don't get your room serviced they will donate $20 dollars to someone with Autism or you could have a $10 coffee voucher. More hotels should do similar!
Bed and pillows are comfortable. The kitchen is a big plus for us since we stayed for 3 nights. It is in a good location, near the bus stop and within walking distance to all good restaurants
It made exploring the city and accessing public transportation very easy. Our room was spacious, big space, clean, and well-appointed with a kitchen. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep
The furniture in the room was a little outdated, and the water pressure in the shower was a little weak. The location of the hotel was great as it was in a very central area of the city. Overall, our stay was a good one
One of the highlights was the on-site restaurant C|Prime, which served delicious Italian meals with a good variety of options. Overall, our stay at Century Plaza Hotel was fantastic
The service at the front desk was excellent, they provided us with all the information we needed for our stay

We stayed in 4 hotels during our travel, this one was by far the best. Breakfast was amazing and kids under 5 eat free (all 3 of ours were under 5). The playpen was already set up in our room when we arrived
I had my 3 kids with me (aged 10, 8, and 5) and we all had a fantastic stay. The heated pool was a big hit
The room was clean and spacious. Having a bidet in the room was a huge plus! The hotel manager was excellent. He was attentive and seemed to genuinely care about his role and the hotel guests
Sometimes I didn't feel like eating at a restaurant (anyone with 3 kids, one having ADHD, understands this) and I would have to set up the kids on the floor to eat in our room because there was no where else really for them to eat without risking ruining the furniture or bedding
Perfect location, comfort and amenities. My job takes me to a lot of hotels and to hotels in different cities. Vancouver, I expect to have a lot of great hotels, especially downtown and yes, there are many to choose from
Rooms were reasonably priced updated and clean. Location was great as well, easy access to the ocean, plenty of stores in walking distance, and lots of nice parks/nice places to walk

Excellent staff. Efficient operation. Coffee machine somewhat disappointing.
The decor is new innovative and refreshing. The rooms are large and well appointed. Lots of nice luxuries in the room. Not sure if the is a new hotel or newly renovated, but it’s really nice
Great location, was able to walk around most places, easy to get a cab or call an Uber from downstairs. Room was clean, gave a very new and modern vibe, which I appreciated
It was very clean and the amenities were Aesop, so it was very nice. The service was also good, so I would like to use it again when I go to Vancouver!

Located in a good part of town, nice rooms, stellar rooftop pool area and most importantly unparalleled service
I do not write reviews often but after staying here for x4 nights I can't stress enough how great all of the staff are at this location. Friendly, warm, helpful and more
During renovation of the restaurant which is currently ongoing they provided complimentary but buffet in a meeting room which was turned in a restaurant. The staff went the extra mile and were super helpful
The location of this hotel was perfect. It’s within walking distance for all the places I wanted to go to in downtown core. The rooms are spacious and the views are pretty neat depending on what way your room is facing
The staff is some of the nicest people I’ve met. They are genuine and want to make your experience the best it can be. The only things that I came across that was slight inconvenience was the elevator situation
There was limited housekeeping service during our stay (Nov 2022) and this is clearly sign posted at reception although we were asked at check in if we would need any housekeeping service during our stay

Water pressure in the shower was great. Bed linens and towels are good quality. It would be helpful if there are slippers and electric kettle in the room. Free hearty breakfast for platinum members and up
Great refresh to an older building, excellent staff, comfortable beds
Perfect location, clean room, comfortable bed, I have appreciated the blackout curtains. The staff is smiling and friendly. Especially I want to highlight a front desk Scarleett, she made our stay at the hotel memorable
One of the best Hotels I’ve even been. Perfect location, you can reach everything easily by foot. Our room was clean and very comfortable. We had breakfast at the Diva restaurant every morning
She quickly responded to our requests with a smile, always had a pleasant short conversation with us, giving us the feeling that we are special. So we will definitely go back there!

Also the housekeeping was excellent - very good attention to detail, and lovely turndown service. 100% would recommend, and I would stay here again
Very good hotel, Facilities: complete Sanitation: good Environment: city center, convenient to go anywhere
The Asian receptionists are a bit cold and mean. When checking in, I asked politely if there were any rooms on higher floors, but they said there were none, only one on the fifth floor
Later, they said the fifth floor was under renovation, so they would switch to the seventh floor. I don't know what standard they use to measure whether your requirements are met, but they can be dishonest if they want
The room is good, but the attitude is a bit pretentious and condescending. We are all Asian, so why bother?
I arrived early, but the hotel staff were very helpful. They used a translation to explain things to me, even though I'm not good at English. The room was very clean and well-cleaned

Excellent experience here! Prime location, clean rooms, great views, added perk of a balcony AND with a bug screen so a rare hotel with fresh air flow while you sleep. The cleaning lady was so kind and lovely!
The hotel has excellent views of Vancouver in all directions. A well maintained pool and gym is available for guests. The free filtered water dispenser in the lobby is quite handy
Absolutely loved our stay at Blue Horizon Hotel. The location is ideal for a visit to Vancouver Downtown. We were extremely lucky to have been upgraded as my wife and I were visiting during our honeymoon
The room was spotless, functional and with great facilities. The bed was seriously comfortable and huge! The views from the upper floors were great too. Would definitely stay here again
A 30 minute drive from the airport, the hotel is conveniently located in the tourist district of Vancouver. Open air parking is available and is less than $30CA per day
Liked the filtered water dispensers but the water bottles were proced at $45 so didn't get one

The staff provided excellent service—friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. The bed was comfortable, and the sheets felt soft and fresh
Edward was really good and organised us a trip to Whistler where we were picked up and dropped off at the hotel by a delightful man called Zac
🙂 The location is great but the public transportation around the hotel is not so good. Lucky, taxi services are available and reasonably priced
Good and convenient location. There os a Whole Foods nearby where you can get all your eatong needs.

Definitely take a free bike rental and ride up along the sea wall! Thanks Kaitlyn and Opus team!
The bike share was very nice, and all guests should use it weather permitting; the ride to Stanley Park was excellent
The room was quite nice, but it was a bit weird to have giant windows in the bathrooms. I got used to them with the blinds, but it would've been nice to have windows that offer a bit more privacy (tinted?) without blinds
We stayed here for the first week of May, and it was a fantastic experience. Staff were very considerate and attentive - they saw we had cup noodles in our room and kindly provided a boiler without us even asking
An absolutely cute Boutique Hotel, centrally located and walking distance to everything. The rooms are bright and clean, and more in the modern/european style. The staff is very attentive and helpful

One of the best group of people I have experienced at a hotel, absolutely amazing
Recently came back from a 3-night stay here and have to say it definitely ranks high on the list of best hotels I've ever stayed in
My only remark to make is that on one of the days, there was a very large and rowdy group of guests in the pool, disturbing us (and other guests), and the attendant didn't say anything about this - however, our stay was perfect other than this particular moment
The service was impeccable from check-in to check-out, the rooms are very spacious, clean and quiet, and breakfast every morning at Carlino's was a delight (thanks to our lovely server every morning!)
Chris at the phone/reception was so lovely and helpful. We lost our car keys somewhere in the hallways and he really went out of his way to help. So professional and pleasant! 10/10 Just for Chris
It is right next to a lot of restaurants and the Urban Fare grocery store. I will say the property is now a bit older and while nothing is "dated" - it doesn't look modern and could use a refresh
