However, the service can be a bit hit or miss—some of the staff are wonderful, while others are less friendly. The breakfast is mediocre, and the elevator is quite slow. Despite these minor issues, the excellent location, comfortable rooms, and overall experience make it worth the stay.
Helpful friendly staff.
Very quick to respond to email communications.
Very nice rooftop pool with nice views.
Got an upgrade as a loyalty thanks because I have used Hotel frequently over last few years.
It is starting to look a little tired and in need of a makeover otherwise can't fault the place
We had 3 different issues in our room and the answers were very useless.
First issue they had some issues with the water so we couldn’t take a shower after the beach- we were the answer ?? - there is nothing we can do you will have to wait until tomorrow..
A day after different issue come up when we tried to flush the water in the toilet - again we ask for assistance and the answer was- there is nothing we can do you need to wait until tomorrow and not use the toilet absurd!!
The final issue is that the air conditioning stop working..
Highly not recommended!
The hotel is roomy but too large for the design and layout. The small table and two chairs doesn't make sense when half the room is empty around it. The floors are laminate and starting to show more wear and tear. A small couch and coffee table would fit better into the room with a rug under it. Nice enough room but needs work if they want to call it a boutique hotel.

The only thing I didn't like I was awakened by drunk guys ringing my door bell and insisting knocking my door. I was very afraid and call the receptionist immediately to see if he could do something. I never got any explanation and were never apologetic with the whole situation.
Breakfast was good with a nice sea view.
What I love about this hotel is the balcony and a nice and comfortable bed.The quality of shampoo and amenities and neat cleaning.
But... My friend had a really unpleasant situation with the hotel.
She took her red towel with her from home and used it. Then hanged it on the bathroom door. Next day she noticed that the towel was gone. We went to ask from the reception but they knew nothing. Only told us that probably the cleaning lady took it and sent it to laundry ( which was a bit strange because hotel towels are all white, my friends towel is red and it was even not on the ground, but hanging on the door). New years eve came and laundry didn't work, so there was no information about the towel, only that reception had information about another missing towel in room 205 (ours was 502).
In the end it actually turned out that the reception lady wrote our room number incorrectly, they offered my friends red towel to room nr. 205, the people in the room thought it was a gift from the hotel and took it (even though, there was a name of one Estonian school written on the towel, so again it makes no sense to take it as a gift) and when we wanted to talk with the members in the room 205 to get the towel back the hotel said, they already left.
So the only thing that the hotel offered to us was to give us the white towels from the hotel. But it was not the same. My friend got this red towel as a symbolic gift from work and now the hotel took it and gave to someone else. The hotel even didn't applogize..
