Hammam
• There is a strong smell of dampness, which ruins the experience.
• The lighting is cold and uninviting.

Sauna
• Not enough seating, even though the steam room itself is spacious. There is only one level of benches on one side, meaning that if someone is lying on the top bench, everyone else has to sit below. I’ve been to smaller saunas with more seating available.
• The lighting is cold white, making it feel like you’re sitting in a fridge—zero coziness.
• There is no direct access from the sauna to the pool or outside; you always have to go through the reception area.

Pool, Jacuzzi, and Sea
• In the evening, the sea and the path to it are not lit at all, so you have to swim in complete darkness.
• The jacuzzi in the pool is out of order.
• There is no bar, but that’s not a big issue.
• The distance from the pool and sauna to the sea is quite long, so you get cold on the way.
• The entrance to the sea is inconvenient: the bottom is rocky, and sand sticks to your feet.
• If you exit through the door near the pool, you can only re-enter through the reception.

Additional Remarks
• The drains in the shower don’t work well, and about 5 cm of water accumulates while you’re showering.
• The changing room has only three benches, making it uncomfortable to change.

Service
There was an unpleasant situation: we forgot some belongings near the pool, but a staff member closed the entire spa and left. When we asked reception to open the door so we could retrieve our things, they refused to help and just said, “Come back tomorrow.” This left a very negative impression.
After 35 minutes, they opened me door.

Overall, this place needs serious improvements in both comfort and service.

I found cockroach 🪳 in my room as shown in photo, forget about 4-star I would not even give 2-star. Bathroom was very small not recommended. Location is very good near the beach. Jacuzzi was not expected to be cold (it was with a swimming pool so no hot Jacuzzi it was cold). I personally didn't like the Jacuzzi. Food was very good I really enjoyed the food. The hotel is quite famous though it needs to be upgrade for being 4-star.

I stayed here for a few nights and for the pricepoint this is my honest review:
The actual property is gorgeous with the pools, spa, restaurant and it even offers an amazing breakfast buffet that blew my expectations. The poolside bar also has great food at good rates. It was the best part of the stay and there are great water activities available at an affordable rate.
However, I would have to say my major cons are the attitude of the front desk attendants and the rooms. Check-in is at 3pm and my room was not ready until 4:10pm due to housekeeping, which is unacceptable in my opinion. The front desk attendants are obviously overworked, but their nasty attitudes make it even worse of an experience for the guests.
The rooms need to be updated very badly and the showers are very small and narrow.
The bathroom in general is extremely cramped and smelled like sewer, though the balcony provides gorgeous views and is a nice touch to the room.
Many people complained of mold in their rooms.
The pictures looks WAY better on the website.
For an affordable getaway, I think it’s nice but you can tell that they use the property as a way to distract from how terrible the rooms are and the staff’s attitudes need to improve to make this a better stay.

The hotel itself is reasonable. The rooms are clean, the staff is nice, the food is quite tasty. But there is a serious problem that turned my vacation into a nightmare. The main door cannot be closed gently but by slamming. Throughout the night you wake up in a panic again and again, because your hallway neighbors just go out to have a good time. Children are shouting in hallway and there is no good noise sealing. Any silence is only temporary. You have to sleep with earplugs because the noise is just unbearable. The feeling is stressful and I was actually waiting for my stay to end 😟
