I stayed at this hotel for a week in mid October. It's reasonably well run and the staff are friendly, however, the rooms are dated and in need of better maintenance. Housekeeping and room service are very basic. One of the best features of the hotel is where it's situated along the Limassol beach front with plenty of space, and they have separated the children's pool from the adult one, which makes it quieter for adults. The hotel also has a decent restaurant and menu, and includes water stations to refill bottles and discourage buying plastic. I like the thought they put into the sustainability factor. Overall, I enjoyed my stay but there are improvements that could really benefit the hotel and make guests feel more comfortable.

Rooms where in good condition but as clean as a 5star hotel should be, see pics attached.
The service desk/reception was particularly and slightly rude at times as the brunette woman behind the reception desk (name initial S...!) Never replied on the phone, while we were trying to inform the hotel for our ETA, but also when she finally replied she just hang up the call, again!
Breakfast was generous, however the breakfast team looked tired; after talking to one of them, she mentioned that she was working non-stop for almost 20days, nevertheless she was very polite trying to meet the needs of the guests..
The location is extremely handy as you can walk around the area and you have lots of options near by...
Rooms and services are overpriced, cleaning service should be careful however its the maintenance team that should take care some of these matters.
Note: room had small bugs in the drawers, next to bed...

I found cockroach 🪳 in my room as shown in photo, forget about 4-star I would not even give 2-star. Bathroom was very small not recommended. Location is very good near the beach. Jacuzzi was not expected to be cold (it was with a swimming pool so no hot Jacuzzi it was cold). I personally didn't like the Jacuzzi. Food was very good I really enjoyed the food. The hotel is quite famous though it needs to be upgrade for being 4-star.

I stayed here for a few nights and for the pricepoint this is my honest review:
The actual property is gorgeous with the pools, spa, restaurant and it even offers an amazing breakfast buffet that blew my expectations. The poolside bar also has great food at good rates. It was the best part of the stay and there are great water activities available at an affordable rate.
However, I would have to say my major cons are the attitude of the front desk attendants and the rooms. Check-in is at 3pm and my room was not ready until 4:10pm due to housekeeping, which is unacceptable in my opinion. The front desk attendants are obviously overworked, but their nasty attitudes make it even worse of an experience for the guests.
The rooms need to be updated very badly and the showers are very small and narrow.
The bathroom in general is extremely cramped and smelled like sewer, though the balcony provides gorgeous views and is a nice touch to the room.
Many people complained of mold in their rooms.
The pictures looks WAY better on the website.
For an affordable getaway, I think it’s nice but you can tell that they use the property as a way to distract from how terrible the rooms are and the staff’s attitudes need to improve to make this a better stay.

It’s a hotel with an amazing location near the sea (but a little far away from the city center). For this price the rooms are in the awful condition. All furniture is very very old, and the whole room is in the traces of mold and stains.
Also there are catostrophically not enough sockets in the room.
We booked room with a double bed and we got the room with twin beds. When we asked about the replacement we receive a rejection. Twice we tried to order a room service and both times after an hour of waiting we were told that the numbers were mixed up.
Opposite to it bartenders and waiters are amazing and doing their best to provide a great service. Pools and sea area are clean and comfortable.
Food in the breakfast and dinners is incredibly taste.

A very nice experience with family. Kids enjoy the kid's swimming pool, there are another two for adults. Snacks and drinks at the swimming pool area were very good, same their prices. We liked pizzas from the menu. I was surprised with the variety of the breakfast! We enjoyed also dinner at the hotel, there wasn't such a variety for the price we paid €28 adults, €14 kids. We had some drinks from the bar, logical prices.Very friendly and polite staff. I definitely recommend this hotel for family vacation.

The hotel itself is reasonable. The rooms are clean, the staff is nice, the food is quite tasty. But there is a serious problem that turned my vacation into a nightmare. The main door cannot be closed gently but by slamming. Throughout the night you wake up in a panic again and again, because your hallway neighbors just go out to have a good time. Children are shouting in hallway and there is no good noise sealing. Any silence is only temporary. You have to sleep with earplugs because the noise is just unbearable. The feeling is stressful and I was actually waiting for my stay to end 😟

Great hotel if you're looking to stay downtown. Had everything you could possibly need from a hotel. Perfect location, amenities, and overall a lovely 4* hotel. Service was great and all the staff were friendly. Would highly recommend!

I really enjoyed my stay here most staff were very friendly and happy to help, rooms were clean and the view on to the beach was lovely. However I am not one to complain but I went to use the spa showers and I was so shocked at how the lady on the spa Reception spoke to us. All we asked was where the showers were she started shouting and was extremely rude, I have never been spoken to so by someone like that before , it made us feel very uncomfortable and is no way to treat guests who are staying at your hotel. It’s such a shame as I was really pleased with everything else about the hotel.

Great expuuurrrience. Cats lover, you'll be delighted as you'll be able to enjoy the beach or the pool surrounded by local adorable cats.
The rooms are great, the staff is kind and there's everything to make you spend a pleasant time, be it drinks, food, the gym, the pedal board...etc
I can only recommand this hotel.
