The King Jason - Designed for Adults by Louis Hotels

Just arrived back last night from the King Jason and cannot compliment the hotel anymore other than to say I wish I was still there. The staff are all fabulous and special mentions must go to Mustapha behind the bar and Oxana in the restaurant as they could not do enough for you. The food is tremendous as is the Peruvian restaurant which you are entitled to one visit per trip. It is not a beachfront hotel but the free bus service runs four times a day or it is a short walk depending n your energy levels. The drinks are all premium brands and they have a very good cocktail menu. All in all I think it is safe to say we will be turning.

The King Jason Hotel was a brilliant hotel. The room was spacious and clean. We had a great view. Also, it wasn't far to go to the pool and bar. The food was top class. There is plenty of variation. The staff were brilliant. They were very attentive when they saw you without a drink and also cleared the plates away with vigour. The people on reception were very helpful. The hotel put a shuttle bus on to take people to the Beach, the harbour, and the Shopping mal. Which was very useful. The manager was also very helpful. He was hands-on. He was even making dough nuts and serving them. Which were very moreish. I couldn't recommend this hotel highly enough. We would definitely go again.

This is the hotel for real hospitality and a very high standard of service, from the General Manager Thomas, who welcomed us on arrival and was constantly ensuring we had a great staff, all members of staff showed that level of service. the food on offer in the restaurant, was of a very high standard, with a friendly service .The drinks, wine, coffee was also of a high quality.

A return trip to the King Jason and it didn’t disappoint. A fabulous hotel from the food to the rooms to the pools and the staff. We will definitely be returning as most people do. The hydro pool is fabulous. It’s close to everything but the shuttle bus is handy for those less mobile. The only thing that could be improved is the evening entertainment but given how good everything else is that’s a very minor issue.

This is our 7th visit to the King Jason and we were so excited to see the results of the refurbishment. Wow we were not disappointed. The rooms now have a more elegant feel with Modern, luxurious and contemporary fittings that have all been well thought out and provide more storage than previously. The communal areas have also been refurbishment to an extremely high standard creating a more open and welcoming environment to relax in. This hotel to us has always been superb but these changes have lifted it to another level. We were more delighted to see that they have managed to retain the Majority of the hotel staff. Superbly led by Thomas and his team of Managers Silvio and the lovely Maria and the larger than life George with too many others to mention. It is these people whose impeccable hospitality keeps us returning year after year. The quality and choice of food remains outstanding and the bar is stocked with premium brands. I mentioned to George that my favourite wasn’t available and within an hour I was advised by the bar team my favourite drink had been sourced and was now available. It is touches like this that define the very word hospitality, where people care so much about your requirements that they will go above and beyond to ensure your holiday is truly perfect. Thank you George!! I am currently relaxing by the pool with six days remaining already looking forward to returning in August. I honestly cannot recommend this hotel enough. If you are looking for a Sea Front hotel with loud music and activities this is not for you but if you are looking to relax in an Oasis of Calm with a level of service that is second to none then look no further. What a find!! We’re still on holiday at this hotel but thought I’d submit my review whilst I have the time…lying on a lounger around the pool and sipping a cocktail! We had done our research before booking our trip and knew that from the excellent reviews, we would be well looked after. Given that we’re pretty fussy (and love quality, delicious, visually appetising food etc) we figured that even a 8 out of 10 would suffice (as we’d booked last minute) but this place is so much more than that! First of all, we arrived late and were showed to our room (executive suite) we were well impressed; very large, lots of amenities (quality toiletries, good sized dressing area, kitchen, living area with sofa & TV, large balcony, lots of wardrobe space - although I did have to request extra clothes hangers - possibly my fault for being an excessive packer), stylish, modern, impeccably clean and with a little, thoughtful buffet left for us in the fridge. The design of the hotel is great - not too large, well thought out and with a personal feel. There are 3 pool areas ( all different and equally lovely - the Hydro pool was our favourite, very stylish and relaxing) and all of the guests were respectful (no intrusive conversations on mobiles etc) and no loud music blasting. I LOVE loud music but not when we’re on a relaxing break away and just want to completely chill out. King Jason Hotel is super relaxing with lots of areas to choose from, all tastefully kitted out. After a busy few months we needed somewhere to recharge our batteries and this has been perfect in so many ways. We appreciate good food and for us it’s all about quality, choice and presentation (not copious quantities!) for us and again, we were very impressed. The attention to detail is superb and the food is of very good quality and visually appealing. Everything is cooked to perfection and the choice of salads are interesting, varied and first class! It’s easy to eat (relatively) healthily here. Everything member of staff (with no exceptions) are helpful, friendly and nothing is a trouble. There is pool service as you lie on your lounger or sit in the liner area etc but unfortunately a couple of the guests let the side down as were less grateful to the staff than myself and my husband. A warm thank you is a necessity and not an option. There are a few (very well cared for) cats at the hotel but they have a feeding area so it is requested that they are not fed by guests as not everyone loves cats nearby when they are enjoying their meals. Personally I adore cats and visited them (and their kittens) most days and they seemed to enjoy the fuss. I packed way too many outfits (as usual) and the dress code is very varied. Most people make an effort but it’s not frowned upon if you choose to wear relaxed attire, just whatever feels comfortable for you! The ‘entertainment’ is pretty low key background music which is exactly what we wanted - no annoying reps trying to encourage you

The service was second to none, from all the management, especially George he was funny always welcoming with a smile on his face, helping me with organising birthday celebrations 🎉 lovely staff absolutely superb 👌 our rooms were fabulous everything we needed, even a bottle of champagne in the fridge for birthday girl 👍 the beds were very comfortable with lovely linen, cleaner was thorough, all in all very happy with my stay

A lovely hotel made fantastic by all the hard working staff who make every effort to ensure your stay is perfect. Excellent service from management, especially George. Rooms spotlessly clean. A great choice at the restaurant, even for a fussy vegetarian. We found the location perfect, walking distance of the shopping mall, harbour and the beach.

When I first entered King Jason Hotel I honestly thought I was in a care home. The guests were much older and I thought it was the wrong choice. HOW WRONG I WAS!!! The hotel firstly is pristine thanks to all the cleaning staff thank you. Next the food is lovely. I'm not a big eater but everything I had was lovely. I don't eat breakfast but on my last day I had to have some of George poached eggs and they truly were the best. Drinks next wow! All top shelf ingredients and the bar staff know how to make a decent cocktail. My advice... try their Champagne Pina Colada, you won't regret it. I want to say a big thank you to all the staff who in each department take care of us all. From the gardening staff to the cleaning staff right through to the chefs, waiting staff and bar staff. Without you all this hotel wouldn't be the same. Even though I thought the hotel age group was a little older for me, boy oh boy could they all party. All in all this goes down as one of my better holidays I've been on and that says alot considering I have been around the world. Thank you again George and King Jason Staff for looking after myself and Mark. We will definitely be back and I do know why you have continued guest returns. Well done
