Great beach front hotel, the staff are very good, nothing too much trouble.
Plenty of food choices at a premium unless you're all inclusive.
There is a bus stop outside €2 per destination or €6.50 for an all day pass.
The pool has the usual sunbed problems with people bagging sun beds early then not using them much.

We had a wonderful weeks hoilday staff in all areas were polite and could not do enough for you.

We loved meeting Veronica, our room attendant she kept it spotless for us.

Food was wonderful. All waiting staff were great, but we loved being served by Diane in the evenings.

Greek & Japanese Restaurants were fabulous.

We stayed for a week on an All Inclusive basis.
The service at this hotel is extremely friendly and attentive.
From the reception staff, to the restaurant. Everyone is so kind and has great attention to detail. Barbara was the best and always brings a smile. All the staff have a great attention to detail.

The room was fantastic, AC works brilliantly. They also do two clean services a day (morning and evening). I’m the evening they check if everything is up to standard and if you need anything in the bar like more bottled water.

The facilities and the rooms are great.
The food at the buffet was amazing and fresh. They do different types of cuisine each night. There are 2 A La Carte restaurants, we had a meal in each with the AI Basis. Again, the food and the service did not disappoint.

The hotel has an app where you can order drinks to your sun loungers. The sun loungers are nice and comfortable. All have a parasol with them. The hotel was quite busy but we didn’t have any issues getting sun beds (no need to run a reserve one like some people do), there is also a sun lounger area closer to the beach.

On check out, if your pick up is later than the check out time, the hotel offer a complementary courtesy room (subject to availability) where you can freshen up/ shower before your return journey. If it’s fully booked, you can shower at the spa before you go.

Overall we had an amazing experience. A very peaceful and attentive hotel. Would definitely recommend.

After a fairly traumatic journey to the hotel, we were greeted by a caring maitre d' who sat us down, got us a cold drink and began to go through procedures. It was so welcome. Our room has everything we want with a lovely view out to sea. The standard of food in the restaurant has been exceptional. Service round the pool has also been very good with very comfortable sun beds, a huge swimming pool and NO children.

The best thing about the hotel is first and foremost the staff!
The four powerful women at the reception did above and beyond helping my partner and me when we ran into a problem - our flight was delayed for a day and we had a problem with the validity of the corona test. Even though it was a full day after the check out, the three girls from the reception staff and the reception manager went out of their way to help us and finally managed, after much, much time and effort, to find us a corona test on Saturday night even though all the clinics were closed long ago.
We will not forget this help. Just for their service it is worth giving the hotel 100,000 stars!

Beyond that, every morning I surprised the breakfast staff (and the nice hostess who already remembered us after the first morning) with a request for a special coffee, special juice or all sorts of special requests, and I always got the best service and with a wide smile!

Even when my partner and I wanted to sit down for a late lunch on the top terrace, even though the bar on the terrace was closed, they opened it especially for us!

The pool was perfect! At an excellent temperature! Always clean and with a lovely pool staff!

The hot tub in the room was hot even when we first got to the room, it was very very clean and upgraded our vacation!

Thank you so much to all the staff of the hotel, we were expecting a good experience and came out with an even more perfect experience!

Fantastic hotel, I couldn't fault a single part of my stay. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, the food is particularly good, I'd recommend it if you're a foodie - the all inclusive includes a tone of cocktails that are all fantastic too !! The hotel and the room is super clean and the location is great !!

Oh and it's got a huge pool :D and subset views !!

This is the best ever hotel we've been to from the food ,three restaurants to choose from although best book for the Greek and Japanese ones,the buffet one has plenty to choose from ,the rooms are amazing ,air con is very good ,cleaned every day ,new towels ,coffee machine also has an ironing board & iron .the pool area has plenty of beds to relax on and has a snack bar but there's waiters that come round the pool ,we went half board plus but would recommend all inclusive because the drinks are premium not just local drinks and the cocktails are made fresh not one of the machine ones ,there's also a small beach and a small bay to swim in but take beach shoes because it has a few rocky areas ,there's a brill walk on the sea front towards the harbour (20mins )there's a bus stop right out side to the harbour on an evening.....honestly it's a six star hotel

Me and my husband stayed there for our honeymoon, and we had the best vacation ever! The rooms are extremely clean, the food is delicious and the staff is so nice and helpful and they really made our stay even better. We will definitely come back again!
