All the staff from the front desk, restaurants to cleaners are absolutely first class. In addition the spa staff we're so very
welcoming and went the extra mile for us both.Our room unfortunately faced the casino and building site at the front of the hotel, whereas the back faced the sea. We were just unlucky to be allocated a 'no sea view' at the point of registration. It was just a short walk to the pool, so there was no real issue with our room location. The staff made our stay wonderful, and we will always be grateful to them for their attentiveness and kindness to us both ❤️

Of the entertainment there is yoga 3 times a week, a small gym, spa and live music in the evenings at the bar.

Of the pros for me, I notice not very well-maintained place near the beach next to the hotel (there are just a few sun beds).

But this is not noticeable at all, given the level of care that the hotel shows for their customers.

People who stay in this hotel are also extremely pleasant, no one was noisy, it was pleasant to communicate.

Very welcoming and helpful staff. We stayed as B&B customers and breakfast runs very smoothly like everything else here.

Lots of little touches make you feel welcome from the free water everyday and the bed time chocolates to the offer of a temporary room after you’ve checked out and being allowed to use the spa showers.

We both had the Breathe massage treatment which while expensive (meaning UK prices) was very relaxing and worthwhile. Again the staff in the spa are very friendly.

The coastal path to the harbour is a nice run or walk and for cat lovers there are usually many lazing around until it gets too hot.

The rooms are fine and have everything you need and the shower has some fun settings.

We didn’t use the gym as we took advantage of the path to run outside but it looked well equipped by hotel standards.

Probably the best hotel I have been to for a holiday. We went all inclusive. Room was very comfortable. Good bed. Excellent cleaning services. All staff superb. Big pool, never full. Sunbeds more comfortable than most hotel beds. Very quiet and calm. Missed aqua classes but probably too noisy!

Such a lovely hotel! Quiet, excellent food, lovely staff .. what more could you want? Loved the fact that there was no music by the pool, and no daytime activities : it just made for a really relaxing, peaceful week. The hotel itself is bright and airy, and immaculately clean. The only downside was that the inland-facing rooms were quite noisy (we would have paid for a sea-view room but we booked late and there were none available) The breakfast and the dinner buffet were both excellent with a wide selection of hot and cold foods, and lovely salads. All round, an excellent stay!

Great beach front hotel, the staff are very good, nothing too much trouble.
Plenty of food choices at a premium unless you're all inclusive.
There is a bus stop outside €2 per destination or €6.50 for an all day pass.
The pool has the usual sunbed problems with people bagging sun beds early then not using them much.

We had a wonderful weeks hoilday staff in all areas were polite and could not do enough for you.

We loved meeting Veronica, our room attendant she kept it spotless for us.

Food was wonderful. All waiting staff were great, but we loved being served by Diane in the evenings.

Greek & Japanese Restaurants were fabulous.

We stayed for a week on an All Inclusive basis.
The service at this hotel is extremely friendly and attentive.
From the reception staff, to the restaurant. Everyone is so kind and has great attention to detail. Barbara was the best and always brings a smile. All the staff have a great attention to detail.

The room was fantastic, AC works brilliantly. They also do two clean services a day (morning and evening). I’m the evening they check if everything is up to standard and if you need anything in the bar like more bottled water.

The facilities and the rooms are great.
The food at the buffet was amazing and fresh. They do different types of cuisine each night. There are 2 A La Carte restaurants, we had a meal in each with the AI Basis. Again, the food and the service did not disappoint.

The hotel has an app where you can order drinks to your sun loungers. The sun loungers are nice and comfortable. All have a parasol with them. The hotel was quite busy but we didn’t have any issues getting sun beds (no need to run a reserve one like some people do), there is also a sun lounger area closer to the beach.

On check out, if your pick up is later than the check out time, the hotel offer a complementary courtesy room (subject to availability) where you can freshen up/ shower before your return journey. If it’s fully booked, you can shower at the spa before you go.

Overall we had an amazing experience. A very peaceful and attentive hotel. Would definitely recommend.

After a fairly traumatic journey to the hotel, we were greeted by a caring maitre d' who sat us down, got us a cold drink and began to go through procedures. It was so welcome. Our room has everything we want with a lovely view out to sea. The standard of food in the restaurant has been exceptional. Service round the pool has also been very good with very comfortable sun beds, a huge swimming pool and NO children.
