Diamond Villas

A great villa with great hosts. Could do with a little tlc to make it a fantastic villa - location however was not great for us, very quiet and everything was a taxi or bus ride away - we were told a car was not essential but it absolutely is. Other than that, we had a good time

Just returned from villa number 5 we took our granddaughters 19 and 14 The villa is lovely and has everything you need for a home from home experience Very comfortable beds and the outside area at the back is amazing There is a bit of building work going on over the road from the front of the villa but it didn’t bother us as we were always around the pool at the back Small bay and great for a sea swim at the bottom of the road We hired a car which enhanced our holiday Contacted the owner while we were there and he was great nothing was a problem

Perfect villa in a very quiet area. Very very relaxing. I would definitely come and stay here again

Great villas!
We were 3 families and we enjoyed the villas for 8 days. We had everything we needed to enjoy a perfect vacation.
All rooms hvae AC , so you can rest inside in hot days, we were in August.
The yard is big, nice and clean, so we could sit together all famimilies and enjoy by the pool.
The pool is great and clean and the water are warm also at night.
The villas are very close to the beach, so we could walk 1 minute without carrying too much things.

Nandos, the owner, helped us with everything we asked for, and made sure we'll be satisfied with the service.
He let us late checkout with 2 villas because of the late flight (1 villa was booked , so we had to leave it on time).

Quite nice place, very private yard, piil is not heated but warms after the whole day in the sun, rooms simple, has ac. Very nice terrace to chill. Good for three families, cause there are 10 sleeping places.

Booked a 2 bedroom through Jet2Villas but was pleasantly surprised to be given a 3 bedroom (No.4). This villa seems to be the most private of the four in this group. First impressions were awesome. You enter via a rear door to the kitchen/dining which is open-plan to lounge and patio doors to veranda/pool. The downstairs bedroom "suite" is massive with a huge bed and a decent-sized en-suite also with patio doors to veranda & pool. Upstairs, there's a further two bedrooms (one twin and the other double with patio doors to a balcony), and a smaller bathroom. All of the bedrooms have large wardrobes. The kitchen is adequately equipped and we received a welcome pack in the fridge.
Once the initial wowness wore off, it was evident the villa is a bit tired. Bathrooms could do with a refresh with better shower screens as the water still ended up on the floor (slip hazard).
We were also a bit bemused about maintenance workers turning up unannounced - the pool guy most mornings and the gardener one afternoon. The leaf blower blowing up dust meant we couldn't lay by the pool until he was finished.
Overall, I had a very enjoyable time and would probably return but not without considering other similar villas first.

This was our first family holiday. It was amazing. Villa was perfect. Owners are amazing. Have booked again for next year already. Cannot wait to return.

Spacious and clean, Diamond villa (we took #1) is perfect for a group of friends. Plenty of parking space (we had two vehicles), brick grill, several sun beds and a clean pool, two bathrooms, three bedrooms... We'll definitely book it again once we're back in Paphos.

We spent our family holiday at Diamond villas for the first time This year in July. It was our first villa holiday and not sure what to expect. The villa was very well maintained and extremely clean, there was a welcome package of a stocked fridge with food and drink. The pool was really clean and in good condition, our kids loves the pool so this was another big tick in the box. The owner Nondas came round the next morning as we came quite late at night to give us a very big welcome and gave us some really good information on where to go and what to do around the area, which we found excellent info with us eating out every night. This holiday was fantastic from start to end. Well recommended. Hire car recommended for this Holiday. We did have a hire car and found it very easy to get around for sight seeing. *****
