Hotels with pool and beach in Paphos

Beautiful room, very pleasant spa, especially during hours when there are few people. However, it’s quite small, and it might feel crowded during the high season. They allowed us a late check-out

We walked 5 mins down the tomb of kings road and ate really well at some unassuming restaurants on a main road with great greek food and lovely seafood for half the price of the 'Asian' food served at the hotel- you just have to comprise on views! Would love to go back in the high season and see it shine

Staff and service were fantastic in the hotel. Room and bed were comfortable. The pool was out of service throughout our trip due to maintenance

As well as a building site for a new hotel next door but luckily had been halted and turned into a quiet arqueological dig instead! The spa, gym, classes, indoor pool all good

We were there off-season and there was a lot of building/maintenance/trucks around

We had one meal at epicurean for dinner- very generous portions but didnt quite make up for quality. The decor felt quite stuck in the mid 90s- as did some of the food

If you want relaxed quiet space (sister hotels close by have larger facility’s and entertainment and welcome children ) with incredibly high standards of customer care with superb high quality fresh interesting meals in a beautiful garden setting then this is a must We are in our later 50’s and enjoy the gym which is well equipped Enjoyed making the most of dancing with the local entertainment evenings...

We visited Asimina Suites in May/ June for a 2 week holiday. We always go all inclusive as it suits us for a holiday where we just want R&R based around the hotel. It's the staff who make the hotel so huge thanks to all

All departments excel whether it be Food and Beverage, housekeeping, front desk, maintenance, pool service or sunbed set up it all functions so you can just switch off and enjoy your holiday

Our suite was huge - separate shower / toilet bath / 2 sinks & 4 pool towels. All which are replenished at turn down each evening with a bottle of water at your bedside too

The transfer from the airport took 15-20 minutes and as soon as we arrived our bags were taken from the taxi by the hotel concierge. We were then taken to a lovely area off from reception to be checked in by Karishma

There is a separate sofa area and also kettle , expresso machine and fridge / mini bar with miniature spirits , soft drinks , water. The air conditioning in the room is excellent & much needed with heat

Right on the beach with a stunning pool bar area, the executive rooms were excellent and very well equipped and a small executive lounge which provided light breakfasts and snacks with a well stocked array drinks and beverages

We tried the Italian restaurant one night but wasn’t too keen on the menu however the soup was lovely. Lots of drinks to choose from, big pool area and lots of sunbeds available

The rooms are good, a very comfortable bed and, oh, miracle, pillows)) the staff is also very responsive and attentive :) I really liked the room with access to a private pool (there is one pool for 6 rooms)

The hotel is very large in the local area, with perfect environment, facilities and services. The hotel has its own independent beach. There are also facilities such as SPA, sauna and other facilities

The location is ideal for those who want a quiet holiday, the first line, the beach is not very well equipped, but you can swim if you want

The hotel itself is large, there is a hot jacuzzi and a small pool inside, the pool with a slight heating may seem cool

I was there with my daughter and husband and each of us would be delighted. The location of the hotel is beautiful, on a large area, right by the sea, with access to the beach, where there were free sunbeds

We stayed here for 10days and had a lovely experience. Our room was clean and spacious with a sea view. The staff are very friendly, my favourite was Krystalla in the pool bar- loved her. Although becomes very repetitive

The pool and the surrounding area are very well maintained, very nice staff at the pool bar (especially Sabina)

The sunbed areas are great, but there seems to be 3-4 different types of music playing. If you have children, i would recommend this hotel for you

The staff is friendly and energetic. I was able to relax during aqua gym and had fantastic evenings at the mini disco. Special thanks to Bella for her great work and for making my stay even more enjoyable

I spent some of the best nights of my life at this hotel. Everything was great - beautiful views, amazing weather, clean rooms. The hotel is a great place to relax, but it also offers a lot of activities

The outside areas were also clean and tidy, plenty of comfortable well maintained sunbeds by the pools and down towards the sea

Lovely hotel right on the sea; food was good with themed nights for a bit of variation; plenty of sunbeds in various locations around the hotel to suit; rooms are clean and spacious with a fridge, sink, kettle and tea & coffee; entertainment every night and during the day - big shout out to Luke & the team for all their hard work keeping everyone amused! Would definitely stay here again

View amazing from them too All in all apart from a couple of bad weather days a fantastic holiday. First time in Cyprus and I can say it won't be my last. Thanks Akti beach we will definitely be back

The food is absolutely out standing the themes off an evening are inclusive to everyone. Staff are always smiling and and so welcoming. rooms are spotless and super comfy. In all I couldn’t ask for more I’m super pleased

The room we had was in the village part, lovely little apartment. Beds were mega comfortable, massive room, basic but clean. Plenty of sunbeds no up at 6am to get one

I did also book a massage which was good however the massage is in the room where the indoor pool is and with more guests using this one due to the more favourable temperature (us included) it does make it more of a loud environment for a massage instead of a calm relaxing one

The only thing not so good - the beach that is closest is quite dirty, lots of algae, if this is unacceptable you have to go through about 100 to another beach

Only stayed 2nights before our villa was ready for us in the polis region but have to say the included breakfast was excellent!

Great location near the water (beach and boardwalk), clean and spacious room, pool was clean and not crowded, staff was very nice, very accommodating, breakfast was good and plentiful

The rooms are quite spacious, with an en-suite and balcony. Nice pool. Breakfast was average and just included normal breakfast items. Situated by the sea so nice for evening walks.

I recommend, a lot of space between sunbeds compared to neighboring hotels. 15 min walk to the port. Beautiful view from the room.

Unbeatable sea view, very beautiful

Location is right on the sea front with just a footpath separating it from a narrow beach, however, you have a 30 minute walk to the restaurants and bars at the harbour

Perfect for a quiet winter break for couples though. Staff were fantastic and the place is absolutely spotless. Breakfast buffet very good and lots of choice ( even when hotel was quiet they still offered everything)

Just returned from a 7 day anniversary trip. Have already rebooked for May. It was very quiet due to time of year, but loved the peace and quiet. December no good for families as most things are closed down

Local bus to the harbour for €2

There is a supermarket about a 10 minute walk away and there are a few restaurants that are walkable too. Most are around the harbour though. It was quite cold in early November but not too bad once you were in

The hotel is quite remote but there is a regular bus to the harbour for 2 euros that stops more or less outside. Alternatively, the costal path is about a 2 mile walk to the harbour

However, if you are looking to spend a day at the hotel just chilling, sunbathing and generally lolling about in the pool, then the all inclusive package is definitely the one to go for

Returned today from 10 wonderful days away spent at the Cynthiana Beach hotel

The only downside on the all inclusive package that I experienced was the fact that the drinks available on the all inclusive package were significantly inferior to the drinks that were available for customers not all inclusive and were paying on a ad hoc basis

Rooms were kept really clean although there was the odd thing that could have been smarter - rust on the lampshade, etc but nothing that would have spoiled the holiday in any way. Would certainly recommend it to others

Great selection of food although glad we hadn't gone half board as the evening meals were theme nights from around the world - we hadn't travelled to Cyprus to have oriental food. The whole thing was really nice

€5 for a spirit and mixer may sound a lot but remember that the measures you get are significantly bigger than you would buy here in the UK. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and very professional

Pools and lazy river looked awesome but we were only there for the day

When we got to our turn the poor reception guy was exasperated telling us he was at 33 rooms and we needed 3 more!??!!! Finally got in our room at 5am. I was AMAZED at the quality and comfort

Bad hill to get up and down to get out but if you're fit and able it's no issue. Gorgeous breakfast and lunch - the Kleftico was the best I'd tasted all week!! Great service, friendly staff

We stayed for one night - sort of. Jet2 flight was cancelled at 2am so we were shipped here. Huge queue to get checked in and Jet2 had lied to the hotel saying they needed 30 rooms

Excellent service, beautiful day wonderful food and brilliant service from Zoe Stavrus. She made her feel warm and accommodated well! We will be back :) we will definitely be returning back next year

And on the contrary there is a small shop where you can buy a mask for swimming, fins, a mattress, a circle, armlets, a net, a carpet and an umbrella for the beach, souvenirs , food

Great hotel, lots of space and activities. Our family really enjoyed the stay and the good mild warm weather in the month of October. The beach and the water was amazing too

Our room was on the ground floor (0) had a balcony with a walk in pool. Room was big, clean, and we really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast serves a lot of choices, some a bit bland on the seasoning but it was still good

A beautiful pool area with many sunbeds. All the staff are friendly and very approachable. All the public areas are extremely well maintained. The room we were allocated was very spacious with beautiful decor

Exposed electrics, ceiling falling down in the indoor pool, really strong sewage smells on the gym/indoor pool floor. There is a small mini supermarket in the hotel but be warned the priced are extortionate (€7

90 for one packet of tampons, €2. 50 for small Pringles, €20 for one pack of dummies!!!). The pool towels can only be exchanged every 3 days. Welcome juice on arrival is nice

The hotel is located right by the sea with a very nice view, the grounds are green with and full of palm trees - lovely sunsets! Plenty of stuff to do here, the staff is very nice, the rooms are comfortable and clean

Nina, Linda, Amber, Carlos and Quentin are to name but a few that we had the pleasure of meeting, always taking the time to talk to everyone around the pool and encouraging the daytime activities

My favourite part was definitely the slides (and the all-inclusive of course). Great hotel for a family, you can get to enjoy the slides and there are plenty of pools and sun beds for everyone

They run out by the main pool very quickly. No lilos allowed in the pool unless it has a net based bed. Pool bar that's half in the water you can't order from inside the pool. No drinks allowed in the pool

Burger restaurant was also better than expected. Games rooms - basket ball machine, balls vanished which was a mystery to the staff. Pool table is 1 euro per play. Entertainment- Day time, lots of nothing

Quality of the games are poor. Night - Kids disco, 1 game of bingo and to finish the resident DJ. Onsite Night club closes at 11pm Beach - water was warm, very rocky and stones

The hotel does not have direct access to the sea, but beaches are to the right and left of the hotel, a few hundred metres away. Staff very helpful, of a high standard

Both indoor and outdoor pools area were clean and well kept. Our room was sea facing with beautiful views of the sea. From the moment of check in to check out 7 days later everything was handled professionally

Large swimming pool overlooking the sea. The pool is set in a well-kept garden with palm trees and ficus trees. You can watch wonderful sunsets

amazing place to stay, very nice lobby area with real trees, alot of light and a very nice and quite atmosphere the staff at the reception were friendly & helpful they helped me with the bus routes outside the hotel and what the meal schedule was as well as the entertainment programme with shows and duos playing each evening, the housekeeping very thorough and were nice to talk to, they even left chocolates...

We were here on our honeymoon for a week and it was so relaxing just the break we both needed. The hotel was clean and modern we booked in for a massage at the Spa and the staff there too were amazing and a great massage

Rooms clean, cleaned daily, towels changed every day, toiletries replenished according to consumption. Bus stop very close to the hotel

The entertainment was amazing every night we loved the DJ’s music and the shows that the team put on were amazing! The two pools were lovely and the slides just added so much fun to our stay here

The hotel is older, with small rooms, but it has a children's playroom, an outdoor playground, and a small gym. Additionally, there are slides and pools for kids

The service at the hotel and pools is excellent, and the meals are amazing, with a different variety every day. Furthermore, there is live music every evening

Decided to go to this hotel due to its price and good reviews. Certainly got our moneys worth and not disappointed. Hotel staff are lovely and go above and beyond. The food is delicious with a wide range of choice

Despite the initial negative impression due to the age of the building, the staff working at the hotel more than make up for it. I highly recommend it for families with children

All of the staff are friendly and helpful and offer a range of entertainments each day. We spent some time in the gym & spa centre which makes a nice change from the pool

This could be an issue during peak season when the hotel is busier, as it limits the available space for other guests

The hotel is closed in winter, and the services are limited. But the room is comfortable, the amenities are great, and the restaurant is delicious

There was music in the hotel a couple of evenings. We enjoyed our sea view (more of the pool), terrace room

There is direct access to the beach and we enjoyed walking along the harbour parade in the morning and evening. Buses were close by and only 2euros a fare

Helpful staff, great bar and cuisine. Unfortunately, due to the pandemic, the gym and spa were closed, and overall the hotel was quiet. But this trend is typical if not for all of Cyprus, then at least for Paphos

The location couldn’t be better. Good breakfast 4/5 with lot’s of savory and sweet tooth options. Spacious room, but I would recommend to make sure that a dbl bed would not be just two beds next to each other.

The view from the bar , from our room is beautiful , the pool is nice , the beach is super. You can catch the sunset from the hotel and it’s pretty amazing

I would not define it as 5 star. We had some issues in our room (cockroaches) , We went to the reception and talked politely about the issue and the guy at the reception was rude and he acted like it’s something normal

One the first night we were really disappointed with the quality of sleep we had with bumpy beds. We also found a shard of glass on the floor and none of the charging points worked nor did the remote control for the TV

The hotel absolutely deserves all five stars – the service was impeccable, the food options were diverse and delicious, and the views were simply breathtaking

Good room, new hotel, fast wifi, helpful staff, from the minuses, the room is not cleaned every day, the pools close early, the water in the room is not updated, and the biggest minus, the beach is 10 minutes from the hotel on foot

Apart from the sunbeds by the pool, there is nothing to find fault with. It is not about their technical condition - because in my opinion they were of very good quality, but about taking them at 8:30

Every day there was a fight for places. Coming to the pool at 8:45 - there were not many left. I think that a hotel of such quality should take care of this matter so that guests do not have to fight in the morning

Some healthy rules should be established. Very tasty food, good alcohol. New double rooms in the main building. Great service, nice and helpful. A lot of people in the service from Poland

Luxury apartments ten meters from the sea, with its own "courtyard" and a rooftop terrace. The equipment in the rooms is new and all working. Some suites have a coffee machine. Daily cleaning and on request

We were fortunate to get an upgraded room for our 40th wedding anniversary and the outlook was magnificent. Three pools, inlcuding an adults-only section with infinity pool and comfortable seating and friendly bar

The proximity to the sea provided breathtaking views from our room. As vegans, we were delighted that the kitchen went above and beyond to prepare delicious tofu dishes and vegan pancakes just for us

Lovely hotel, very attentive staff. Many restaurants and pools. Excellent food and location - a ten minute walk into Paphos. My only slight criticism was the air conditioning was noisy in the rooms.

The seaside trail is very convenient and comfortable to walk around. The restaurant with children can basically only go to the buffet restaurant. Other Italian and Japanese restaurants cannot bring children

Although there are different themes every day, the food is basically the same. There are few seats in the lobby bar, and the seats are not particularly comfortable and there is no atmosphere

Unfortunately the outside pools were freezing cold (mid February) so we were unable to use those. However there was an indoor pool which was heated but still felt quite chilly. The room was functional and clean

It is very important to be able to have a good lunch break at any time. There are many outdoor swimming pools, but only one indoor swimming pool, which is too small to swim in

The hotel is not far away to the Airport. The resort has a nice pool area and a direct beach view and access. The rooms are big and comfortable. We booked all inclusive and the buffet was pretty good but not excellent

The staff was very friendly and helpful!!! But I would never go again because the pool is not heated. The water temperature was about 18 degrees. They have such a beautiful pool area and no one could take a swim

Just arrived back last night from the King Jason and cannot compliment the hotel anymore other than to say I wish I was still there

The King Jason Hotel was a brilliant hotel. The room was spacious and clean. Also, it wasn't far to go to the pool and bar

They were very attentive when they saw you without a drink and also cleared the plates away with vigour. The people on reception were very helpful

The hotel put a shuttle bus on to take people to the Beach, the harbour, and the Shopping mal. The manager was also very helpful. He was even making dough nuts and serving them

The staff are all fabulous and special mentions must go to Mustapha behind the bar and Oxana in the restaurant as they could not do enough for you

Breakfast, lunch and dinner were all just amazing, the dessert for each course was unreal too. I wanted to highlight the staff from this experience. The waiters worked so hard and made sure everything was prepared for us

The rooms are long, well thought out rooms and comfortable, a little cool one or two days when we arrived so we used the aircon to heat the room, this was early season! Very comfortable beds and clean spacious rooms and bathroom

The hotel was absolutely amazing,clean and maintained everyday by staff coming to do house keeping. The staff were incredible, their service was amazing

You can really see how hard they work to make sure that guests feel comfortable. Every day there was a different theme and different types of food

There was also a free shuttle bus to the Harbour or the big shopping centre. I thought this was so convenient and obviously we had to use this. Overall I highly recommend this wonderful hotel, and their amazing staff

The pools and bars are very clean, the sunbeds are deeper than my bed at home and really comfy! The bar serves branded drinks with the all inclusive, Jamesons, Bombay Sapphire, Estrella and Keo on draft, they have many others, even tins of Stongbow for cider drinkers

Most magical and perfect holiday I ever had. The entire hotel and location is gorgeous with sea view and private beach. The food and drinks are next level

Situated right on the beach which is rocky and uneven, if not steady on your feet you could have a problem. Lots of sunbeds and beach towels provided. Rooms are really spacious with lots of storage available

So much prep, fresh food, and plenty, so much selection at every meal, theme nights, Italian restaurant waiter service on site to use one a week on all inclusive, staff all so lovely and helpful, amazing location on beach front

The hotel itself is modern and well maintained, it's location is the perfect mix between quiet / away from the huddle and bussle of Paphos harbour but still just a lovely coastal path walk away, there is a shop for necessities inside the hotel but just across the road you'll find a pharmacy, cafe and plenty of shops

All people working there are so professional, kind and it feels like family. The entertainment program is phenomenal. This is for sure a 5 star hotel. I don’t know why it isn’t a 5 star!? Absolutely like in heaven

The services provided were second to none, the staff were always happy and approachable and made this a hotel we will be returning to again very soon

Me and my partner was there last week for 5 days and it was amazing staff was so friendly and kind. Rooms were amazing we had pool/sea view and it was gorgeous! Waking up every morning to that view

Nice hotel with some really lovely features. Biggest disappointment was the beach, you have to climb over very sharp and slippery rocks to get in the sea

The lifeguard walks you to a sunbed which in our case wasn't around the pool and was told we could request to change and we would be notified when beds become available around the pool

We have just come back from a 2 week stay at St Georges and can safely say we absolutely loved it! The staff are all so lovely, especially Olympia and Christina at the pool bar

I'm a confident swimmer but didn't make it further than knee high as I was worried about falling. Worth bearing in mind if sea swimming is really important to you

The area is not big, clean and tidy. A large number of sunbeds by the pool, beach, green area (there is where to choose). The beach area is not very large, but there is a sandy entrance to the sea

Wonderful stay here in October 2021. Pool and facilities are great, food great albeit a little samey after a few days. The private beach is nice but a little dirty (litter) and the sea had quite a lot of weed

The room and hotel were spotlessly clean the food and drinks were great too. We walked to Paphos harbour along the sea front path a few times for evenings out this was a steady 50 minute walk

Wonderful hotel! In every sense and manifestation of the word. A beautiful and clean area with a sandy beach, a colorful promenade with tall palm trees and cozy gazebos

,when we arrived we got the best possible sea view room and they waived any fee. Lovely location , people and atmosphere. Booking again? You bet be are 👏👏👏❤️

Having read some of the negative reviews, we were pleasantly surprised to find a clean recently refurbished room, spotlessly clean to a high standard! All staff were fantastic, big shout out to Olga, Erastus, Junea and Syeed in the bar areas ! Main hotel areas kept very clean, pools all clean and well maintained, for a 3 star hotel it was very good value for money, recommend a visit if your travelling...

Unfortunately there was a large group of about 100+ rowdy kids on some sort of work experience from other countries who chose to disrupt other holiday makers by slamming doors, cherry knocking on doors , playing football with a small ball in the corridor, talking and laughing loudly and messing about with the lift at 1

30am despite being told by hotel staff and holiday makers to shut up and the teachers were no where to be found. We felt sorry for the hotel staff who apologized and tried their best but the kids ignored them

Staff at the hotel were fantastic and food was lovely

Although entertainment was poor this was early season so it could change over the summer. The lobby bar is nice to chill though

20 min walk to the harbour and the coastal path was lovely. The entertainment wasn't the best and was karaoke or quiz most nights. There was a magician who was very poor and we left half way through

But when you step straight from the hotel to the minuscule stony strip of beach, somebody comes to rip you off a fee for beach chairs

We came here for 10 days in April 2025. From the moment we arrived to going home was absolutely amazing. The staff go above and beyond and will do anything for you

Staff serve you all the time and even at the pool and beach and they are regular at coming to you which was great so no going to bar! The rooms have a stocked mini fridge which is replaced each day with cans of 7up and coke and water

The food was lovely and no issues at all with so much to choose and also a separate child food area. Also there were icecreams throughout the day and after 3pm there was sandwiches, salads, cakes etc

Good for families with young children. Only swimming pools are available. No coast for swimming.

Not sure if the stay was worth the price. Highlights were the pool and a great view of the water. The food was ok, but the dinner was not worth it

The hotel was definitely better than we expected. We have been here in January so non-season time and the indoor swimming pool was in order

It is a bit far from Pafos center (+/- 3 km) but at least it is more calm location. Like already mentioned here the hotel is a bit older but everything is kept in good condition

I like the feeling of this hotel. The food is good. Rooms clean and reasonably spacious. It's a shame that they are knocking it down at the end of the year for a brand new one. The area is great.

The pool area is very good and have always been able to find a sunbed or chairs to relax. The down side of outside is the smokers the smoke comes in at meal time and even swimming you get it coming across the pool

This is a good hotel great helpful staff its location is good 10 ish min walk to Paphos was facing the sea, still is but a large hotel has been built right in front of the Aloe across the road

Very nice hotel to stay at.only one minus point is hotel needs to be updated inside dated interior rooms and reception.nice pool and bar facilities

Lovely staff: excellent food; two extremely good swimming pools - and huge, comfortable bed

The rooms are pleasant and spacious. The cleanliness of the hotel in the pool, in the common spaces and in the rooms is very good. We had a great time and for that we want to say thank you from the bottom of our hearts

If you want a sunbed by the pool you have to get there very early as they go quickly, luckily we don't like sitting by the pool

The breakfast was particularly good, lots of choice and excellent service. The breakfast supervisor has it running like clockwork.  The hotel in general is excellent at customer service- very personable and chatty.

The small bay accessible from the hotel is run by a neighbouring hotel, but there's no need to pay for a lounger there when you can have a free one by the hotel pool, to return to when you've had a swim in the warm Mediterranean

Yes, of course breakfast is the same buffet every day, but there is lots of choice, and it's mostly what you would expect from a hotel or top class B&B. The staff are really attentive and can never do too much for you
