We came for 11 nights as bed and breakfast, during our stay we have found the hotel clean and staff very helpful. The pools are good and there is plenty of beds. The gym is decent. My wife and I were here for one night for a party. Truly a wonderful resort. Great locations and views for photographers to take images. Food was phenomenal. Wonderful stay here in October 2021. Pool and facilities are great, food great albeit a little samey after a few days. The private beach is nice but a little dirty (litter) and the sea had quite a lot of weed. Housekeeping of the room and replacement of tea, coffee etc was inconsistent. This is the 3rd time we have stayed at this wonderful hotel. It was just getting back into it's stride after reopening in July. There was a lot of new staff and some training going on. Most magical and perfect holiday I ever had. I don’t know where to start. The entire hotel and location is gorgeous with sea view and private beach. The food and drinks are next level. All people working there are so professional, kind and it feels like family. The entertainment program is phenomenal. This is for sure a 5 star hotel. I don’t know why it isn’t a 5 star!? Nice hotel with some really lovely features. Sunbed allocation is great. Biggest disappointment was the beach, you have to climb over very sharp and slippery rocks to get in the sea. I'm a confident swimmer but didn't make it further than knee high as I was worried about falling. Worth bearing in mind if sea swimming is really important to you.

Just had a wonderful 10 night stay Hotel was everything I wished for , rooms were spacious with good sea and pool views, pool bars and snacks were available whenever you wanted. No need to rush for a sunbed as these are allocated on arrival for the duration of the stay. Good size gym and solarium

Hotel, staff, food are great. But when you step straight from the hotel to the minuscule stony strip of beach, somebody comes to rip you off a fee for beach chairs. Attention: no sign that it's not hotel area any more, so they let the hotel guests boldly run into the trap and beeing ripped off.

Amazing holiday spent at Louis Imperial. The staff are super attentive. The place is kept super clean and the food is lovely. Just had a week at this hotel and overall it was a lovely stay. The seaview rooms were fantastic and clean with the staff so helpful and welcoming. Drinks service to the beach area was a nice surprise and most appreciated. Could not fault the food, and for the price I think this is a good value holiday.

We came for 11 nights as bed and breakfast, during our stay we have found the hotel clean and staff very helpful. The pools are good and there is plenty of beds. The gym is decent. Restaurants and drinks in hotel are expensive and it is slightly outdated but we would definitely come again. also the walk to the harbour can be hard in the heat

A really nice hotel. Very quiet compared to its sister hotel next door. Adults only which is nice if you want that sort of thing. Food was plentiful and good quality. Make sure you go to the roof top bar.

The main disappointment was our room with view onto main road, very noisy in the evening and early morning therefore you have to keep your windows closed. We cannot recommend Alexander the Great highly enough. The staff are all so welcoming and as returning guests many of them remembered us and our preferences. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome and nothing is too much trouble. When we walk through the door we instantly relax an it feels like coming home. Already booked next years visit!
