Just returned from a family holiday and we were all gutted to have to leave! We had the best time. We went in a family group of 8, aged between 9 and 70. Everything about the holiday suited us - there’s something for everyone. I’m surprised by some of the negative reviews on here about this hotel as we were so happy with everything. Had a foot massage by Christina, with my daughter, was very relaxing and we had connecting rooms so I could see my daughter too. Was spoken to throughout about what was being done. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

The Baby crèche is an absolutely amazing experience at this hotel! Second visit to this hotel. First was in August last year. Hotel was a little quieter this time around (Easter holidays) but staff levels were down that much you was queuing by the pool for drinks whereas last year there was more people but more staff so you was getting served a lot quicker. Can’t blame the staff they work so hard. Food again was okay, I’m a fussy eater so I can’t really complain....

All-inclusive hotels are worry-free, with food, drinks and fun. Families with children can also take care of their children in the children's center, which is great. The hotel is not far away to the Airport. The resort has a nice pool area and a direct beach view and access. The rooms are big and comfortable. We booked all inclusive and the buffet was pretty good but not excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful!!! But I would never go again because the pool is not heated. The water temperature was about 18 degrees. They have such a beautiful pool area...

Loved this place. Very friendly and helpful staff from cleaners to bartenders, waiters and management. A big shout to the hard working entertainment team too. Booked a room for myself, with a walk in shower. Found that this was not so. Informed reception, who did a lot of blame shifting ( to jet 2 ). The location is good, you can see the sea when you go out. The room is large, with a small living room and balcony, and the sea view is very beautiful. In the morning when the tide is low, the sea and the sky are one color, which is very beautiful. The room price is a bit expensive

We had a wonderful couple of days here! The All-Inclusive option is a great value for money, with numerous food and beverage options through the entire day. The hotel is located right by the sea with a very nice view, the grounds are green with and full of palm trees - lovely sunsets! We stayed at the hotel for two nights with my 13-year-old daughter. Overall, we had a pleasant experience, but we would not return. The hotel is so noisy, with many young children under 10 years old. Hotel room was just ok, AC had problem the first day then they fixed it. A strong smell of mold was there though. No daily room cleaning in 40 degrees in Cyprus is a huge disappointment. We had a room with a view on the sea! Nice place to sleep and have breakfast. Personally I am not into buffet dining but the breakfast food was good enough. We only had dinner here once and all was well except for the acoustics in the dining hall. Could be solved with acoustic plates in the ceiling.

We have just returned from Theo sunset bay for a week. The views were nothing but spectacular, the staff were absolutely amazing. The food (all inclusive & bar) was fantastic.
