Hotels with beach in Paphos

We knew as soon as we returned for our 2nd visit we was going to come back next year and booked as we checked in. Friends joined up a few days in and are also coming back next year

We celebrated my major life stones at Asimina - exams, school graduation, university times, first job offer, and a wedding. The hotel is truly superb, and for us, it’s a home away from home

Food in all restaurants was absolutely delicious. Staff again went above and beyond to make sure we had what we wanted. VIP bar staff again looked after us so well

We have been coming to Asimina for 10 years now, sometimes twice a year. For me, it feels like visiting a family estate where I grew up

If you like a very chilled atmosphere with the most amazing staff and food. I can’t see us going anywhere else

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the beach and pool area is perfectly kept, the breakfast is superb, just like lunch and dinner. We truly love how attentive and welcoming all the staff members are

This is my 2nd time coming to this hotel, my grandparents have been coming for the past 7 years. The service is outstanding from all the staff

Would love to give a shout to Anna behind the bar who looked after us each day, all the managers who went above and beyond for me, Maria who is a fabulous waitress

The room was looked after everyday by cleaners, the food was lovely and never got bored of it due to different things on each night

so we tried to avoid riding into town to the best restaurants, tho we did eat a nice meal at Phuket & Chloe's & there is an amazing little dessert shop in town, doing wonderful iceCreams

The breakfasts, at the hotel, were alright: Full english; Pastries; fruit bowls; cereals; porridge even. They could provide a regular little bus into town

The hotel isn’t far from the harbour, there’s shops close by (10 minute walk)

The rooms were clean and, in our experience, serviced daily with fresh sheets and towels supplied. A fridge could be hired for €5 per day and tea and coffee facilities hired for €2

Returned today from 10 wonderful days away spent at the Cynthiana Beach hotel

The only downside on the all inclusive package that I experienced was the fact that the drinks available on the all inclusive package were significantly inferior to the drinks that were available for customers not all inclusive and were paying on a ad hoc basis

Rooms were kept really clean although there was the odd thing that could have been smarter - rust on the lampshade, etc but nothing that would have spoiled the holiday in any way. Would certainly recommend it to others

Great selection of food although glad we hadn't gone half board as the evening meals were theme nights from around the world - we hadn't travelled to Cyprus to have oriental food. The whole thing was really nice

€5 for a spirit and mixer may sound a lot but remember that the measures you get are significantly bigger than you would buy here in the UK. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and very professional

You can move if you don’t enjoy where you are. You are a short taxi ride to the harbour or a 30 minute walk. The beach is gorgeous and within a stone throw. I would return again but not to this hotel

We were lucky that we booked a room with our own pool, which i made good use of. The room was kept spotless by the lovel staff the fridge was always stocked with water and cold soft drinks

We had such a lovely week at this hotel. Check in was quick and friendly. We were given a cold drink and our luggage was taken to the room for us

I was threatened with the manager as they want to take it up and charge u 3 euros

The food is amazing for an all inclusive, selection of drinks is also brilliant. The pool set up and being allocated sun beds is genius if people book and actually use them. Half of them are taken and never sat on

It’s set up for weddings and so be prepared for sometimes being woken up as the wedding guests return to their room after a few drinks. I thoroughly enjoyed this holiday and place. Just the room let us down abit

The backpool is more quite than the large main pool and there is a big grassy sunbed area where you can enjoy the seaview. The main pool has music and aqua gymnastics during the day and hotel activities in the evening

The pools and bars are very clean, the sunbeds are deeper than my bed at home and really comfy! The bar serves branded drinks with the all inclusive, Jamesons, Bombay Sapphire, Estrella and Keo on draft, they have many others, even tins of Stongbow for cider drinkers

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The atmosphere is extremely chilled and welcoming, with a wonderfully friendly vibe throughout. The location couldn’t be better – just a short, easy walk to the beach

The food was very good, plenty of choice, also for vegetarians. Staff were very attentive, always on the go. Rooms were very clean, pool towels were provided. Having a pool in a quiet place was so nice

The location is beautiful—right by the sea, with plenty of comfortable sunbeds both by the waterfront and around the pools

As for the rooms, they are clean, minimalistic, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you might need. Comfortable beds and a serene design helped us rest and recharge after each day in this stunning setting

We walked 5 mins down the tomb of kings road and ate really well at some unassuming restaurants on a main road with great greek food and lovely seafood for half the price of the 'Asian' food served at the hotel- you just have to comprise on views! Would love to go back in the high season and see it shine

We had one meal at epicurean for dinner- very generous portions but didnt quite make up for quality. The decor felt quite stuck in the mid 90s- as did some of the food

Staff and service were fantastic in the hotel. Room and bed were comfortable. The pool was out of service throughout our trip due to maintenance

As well as a building site for a new hotel next door but luckily had been halted and turned into a quiet arqueological dig instead! The spa, gym, classes, indoor pool all good

The thing I cant understand is why they have no greek food in this hotel? It's crazy you can't get a Greek salad, dips, or fresh fish/ calamari

-This was a disappointment on arrival that was likely more the fault of Trip. com rather than the hotel for not having notified us before

Right on the beach with a stunning pool bar area, the executive rooms were excellent and very well equipped and a small executive lounge which provided light breakfasts and snacks with a well stocked array drinks and beverages

The location is ideal for those who want a quiet holiday, the first line, the beach is not very well equipped, but you can swim if you want

The hotel is very large in the local area, with perfect environment, facilities and services. The hotel has its own independent beach. There are also facilities such as SPA, sauna and other facilities

We tried the Italian restaurant one night but wasn’t too keen on the menu however the soup was lovely. Lots of drinks to choose from, big pool area and lots of sunbeds available

The rooms are good, a very comfortable bed and, oh, miracle, pillows)) the staff is also very responsive and attentive :) I really liked the room with access to a private pool (there is one pool for 6 rooms)

Very tasty food (fish, chicken, meat, there is even Cypriot kleftiko - a lamb dish), various cocktails from good alcohol

Great food, changing daily! Have snack zone which works between breakfast and lunch. It was very clean around and in the room! Deepest thanks to all the cleaning team. Swimming pool is very nice, my 5yo child enjoyed it

We recently stayed in this hotel for two weeks on holiday. We celebrated both my sons and my husbands birthdays during our stay and the staff did such a great job in helping me make it extra special for them both

Had a very pleasant stay there. Nice fitted hotel, with a real "all inclusive". Maintance team 24/7, all the staff is welcoming and helpful (extra thanks and hello to Julia, cafe administrator)

They have different restaurants, such as Sushi, which worked only during weekends - where almost impossible to book a space. Plus, food there doesn't worth it. We were giving a small plate of sushi for a family of 3

Bar is working most of time, all the reasonable drinks are included to all inclusive (though if you want extras - you can upgrade to silver membership, which doesn't make any sense there, as for me

Like cmon, get some individuality! 3. Slim room doors, hear a lot what's happening in the hall. In our room the door didn't closed tightly, so there was a hole, bothering. Get lots of noise from outside as well

The is a small beach, I believe imported sand, as Paphos is usually rocky. There is plenty of sunbeds and seating areas - all around, pool, beach and on greenery surrounding

There are a lot of pros when discussing Atki beach hotel and village resort. Families, couples and those who prefer a slower pace will love it here

The hotel's food - I can only speak for breakfast, but boy what a variety! Whether you want meats and cheeses, salads, hot breakfast, eggs fried/scrambled/boiled, bacon, sausages, baked beans, frankfurters, small fried potato squares

I also noticed slopes accessible for disability or those that find steps hard. There are also bars open, a mini market (doesn't sell too many things, but your main coffee/sugar milk)

Breads, croissants, pasties, sauces, dips, yogurts etc its got the lot! All clean, all fresh. The hotel also offers a shuttle bus to the old town, Paphos mall and the harbour

The best part was the view—absolutely epic and unforgettable! From start to finish, I enjoyed every detail of my stay. Another big plus: the location is amazing—just steps away from restaurants, bars, and the beach

Clean, cleaned daily, towels changed every other day. The staff is undoubtedly a plus

They have a big garden with a lot of sunbeds and space, what could be an issue with some other hotels. But price is to high for what they offer

Plaster is falling off here, a mirror frame is bent there, a bathroom mirror is hanging, and there's a lot of that. These are minor repairs that don't cost much to fix and could significantly improve the quality

I had the pleasure of staying at Coral Beach Hotel and Resort, and I can wholeheartedly say it was a fantastic experience. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the exquisite dining, all thanks to Chef Antonio

Great hotel, lots of space and activities. Our family really enjoyed the stay and the good mild warm weather in the month of October. The beach and the water was amazing too

I gave 5* as that's the maximum shown here. I've been coming here for 30 years and it is Still one of my favourite hotels. It is simply Wonderful!!!! Never, ever had it let me down!!!! The staff are phenomenal

Just back from a fortnight at the corillia beach hotel and apartments don't listen to any of the negative comments the rooms are dated but clean the mini market will open if you ask at reception any time of the day the bus stop is outside the hotel and costs 2 euros where ever you go fantastic time will go again

The food is wonderful and very good poolside service with the beach access only a few steps away its a great place to plonk yourself for the day enjoying beach ⛱ or pool, and they are very children friendly 😀

Firstly location is fantastic, beautiful pool that always has beds, directly onto the beach 2 mins to bus station lots of tavernas near by and fantadtic Greek show just 5 mins walk away

Lots of space, always found sunbeds and the beach is lovely. Bus stop in the car park which we have used loads since we arrived

Rooms were clean fully air-conditioning, excellent service, great breakfast, pool was clean and my kids loved the cute bunnies that were all over the grass outside the hotel!!! There were also wheel chair ramps for easy access!!! The beach was clean and was in front of the hotel!!! Thank you we had perfect time and most definitely we will come again!!!🥰😍❤️

Despite the initial negative impression due to the age of the building, the staff working at the hotel more than make up for it. I highly recommend it for families with children

The entertainment was amazing every night we loved the DJ’s music and the shows that the team put on were amazing! The two pools were lovely and the slides just added so much fun to our stay here

The hotel is older, with small rooms, but it has a children's playroom, an outdoor playground, and a small gym. Additionally, there are slides and pools for kids

The food during the day was good, but I loved the waffles & cakes. Restaurant food, you had a good range of hot cold + sides. The restaurant team also greeted you as well as been polite too

The service at the hotel and pools is excellent, and the meals are amazing, with a different variety every day. Furthermore, there is live music every evening

All of the staff are friendly and helpful and offer a range of entertainments each day. We spent some time in the gym & spa centre which makes a nice change from the pool

There were a few dishes that was nice like the salmon and the dumplings. No beach access but lots of parking. Don't think we will book here again. For the money we paid we expected more

Virginia is an incredible massage therapist; she gave me one of the best Thai-inspired massages I’ve ever had. She has an amazing technique, perfect pressure, and an intuitive understanding of what your body needs

This hotel was amazing and the food was great. However, what really made our experience be one of a kind was the massage

It is definately not a 5 star hotel. The general look and feels seems pretty until you look closer. Our room was OK but the linen and pillows needs replacing. Cleaning staff were very friendly

The reception staff was friendly but very short. Some lifts didn't work and we only trusted the main lifts at the entrance. The meals tasted mostly like hostel food

Fabulous resort for families, we are here for 10 nights as a family of 3 with an 11 year old and cannot commend the entertainment team highly enough

We came to a family vacation, 8 people, to celebrate and to relax. The rooms were big and comfortable. The view from the rooms was fantastic, to see the sunset and the sea is beautiful

The resort does have positives — the pool and kids’ club are nice and well-maintained, and it’s a good place for families with children. However, the food was just okay, and there’s not much to do in the surrounding area

The breakfast was particularly good, lots of choice and excellent service. The breakfast supervisor has it running like clockwork.  The hotel in general is excellent at customer service- very personable and chatty.

Breakfast was the usual choices. Hotel sits in a nice cove with access to the sea. Big swimming pool and lots of loungers. Wine not the best but to be fair wine tastes like sherry in all the restaurants

Our room was on the lower ground level with a very large balcony and sunbeds – a great spot to relax and enjoy the view

The rooms are pleasant and spacious. The cleanliness of the hotel in the pool, in the common spaces and in the rooms is very good. We had a great time and for that we want to say thank you from the bottom of our hearts

There are a few great restaurants in walking distance, others are a taxi ride. €20 into Paphos or Paphos Bay

The food is not bad (for vegans) and a tasty variety (for committed carnivores) and is plentiful for all

The food is outstanding, so much choice and we love the themed nights,the hotel is so clean and well maintained, staff helpful and amazing,definitely stems from the management, manager is just simply the nicest most down to earth man you could meet

So much choice for breakfast and beautifully prepared. I loved the Cyprus night with all the Cypriot dishes, singing and traditional dancing. My father was Greek Cypriot and this brought back so many memories

we didn't get the room we paid for of the view but ours was fantastic anyway,we're not people to quibble about silly things after all on holiday a room is for just sleeping and cleaning and storage

The beach close to the hotel is actually full of huge rocks and is very dangerous so must take a car and drive for about 5 mins to a nice decent beach

We are all inclusive and they locked the ice cream fridge so you couldn’t have an ice cream at 9pm, we paid a lot for two rooms to not have ice cream at 9-10pm since we were “all inclusive”

Hotel room was just ok, AC had problem the first day then they fixed it. A strong smell of mold was there though. No daily room cleaning in 40 degrees in Cyprus is a huge disappointment

The entire hotel was continuously cleaned, even the public toilets were always in tip top order. This hotel should be higher star rating than what it is. I would 100% recommend this to families

We were quite lucky with weather as for the beginning of March) The resort was approximately empty when we first arrived. We had a lovely view from the balcony and great kitty friends 😍Will definitely come back soon 😌

Modern rooms with all amenities. Excellent decoration of both indoor and outdoor areas. Cleaning of premises and compliance with safety measures. Spacious and clean swimming pools. Hospitable and attentive staff

Nice staff, huge rooms, good buffet breakfast, amazing value when staying in low season (Feb). Good location, about 10 min drive from the waterfront and the tombs. Shower temperature was variable

Very good location with excellent facilities and very efficient customer services with prompt response Highly professional team running the resort . This place is highly recommended

Some times of the day it was great, other times it never heated past lukewarm. There was a luggage room that you could use but it was unmanned and unlocked

Nice hotel, clean and impressive entering the lobby. Unfortunately the rooms are not 4 star and the balcony has seen better days. However the room was clean and spacious

But still good roomy room with air con, fridge, kettle, coffee maker and plenty of English sockets with USB and type C sockets. Fairly quiet and still warm in mid November. Loungers by pool free but pay on beach

My partner and I recently spent a week at this beautiful hotel. The break was just what we needed to recoup. The room was beautiful and the service exceptional. All the staff were so attentive, friendly and welcoming

My husband and I have just returned after 2 glorious weeks at Azia Resort & Spa, our first visit to Cyprus which did not disappoint. The hotel is immaculate, our room was modern and the decor was to a very high standard

It was our anniversary and they even surprised us with a bottle of sparking wine! I highly recommend this hotel, especially if you have children. There is also a kids club, which we didn't get a chance to use

And there was no request that was a burden. The hotel is so calming, with the sea in the background. The pools are amazing, so big and clean! I also love that they have a big indoor pool with a waterfall

Easy 5-10minutes’ walk down to the harbour where they are lots of nice restaurants and is a lovely walk no matter the time of day! Supermarket just round the corner. Just a note, this is a ‘’no smoking hotel’

We have just returned from an 11 night stay at Sofianna resort. We have visited many hotels as a family over the years and this has to be one of the best

Pool was very cold this time of year but if you were brave enough you could manage a few lengths (which we tried and swam as quickly as possible!!) Sunbeds were easy to get no matter the time of day, but I am not sure what it would be like in the summer

The staff were all very friendly and polite (Especially Maria, who was incredible with our little children), they offer a great kids club, there are a wide range of pools and sunbed areas to choose from and the range of food was of a high standard

The hotel service is very positive and all needs are responded to positively. It is close to the beach on foot

There are too many fantastic staff members to name you all but I can't thank the animation team enough, they have really done an outstanding job and helped to make my granddaughter's first holiday abroad a very memorable one and the first show of the season was fantastic

Excellent hotel!!! Hotel with a large area so that even when the occupancy is full you don't feel it. Large and comfortable rooms, very good level of maintenance and cleanliness. The hotel has several swimming pools

The hotel is closed in winter, and the services are limited. But the room is comfortable, the amenities are great, and the restaurant is delicious

Fabulous hotel in an excellent location, just a 5 minute stroll to the harbour. Rooms are spotless and very comfortable, Pool area is a lovely place to relax. Lots of sunbeds and a wonderful heated pool

There is direct access to the beach and we enjoyed walking along the harbour parade in the morning and evening. Buses were close by and only 2euros a fare

Great service, amazing breakfast. Sevearal on-property swimming pools (some also heated), very polite and kind staff members. Comfortable beds, very clean and nice terrace with a side view of sea

We used them to go up to the Tombs of the King's, then walked back. A large archaeological park is in the harbour, only 4 euros 50, and we walked back along the coastal path

We had our wedding at the Louis Ledra Beach hotel in August, and enjoyed every second of our special day

The hotel staff are friendly, and available to help at all hours, food at the hotel buffet was very tasty, and we loved the comfy sun loungers! Naomi, the in-hotel wedding and events planner, did an amazing job at making our day perfect, meaning that we had nothing to worry about on the day

Bust stop not far from hotel and a few shops and restaurants nearby. Wouldn't hesitate to come back. We are well travelled and would certainly recommend louie hotels for the future

Our wedding guests all stayed at the hotel and had a lovely time too, they liked the fact that you are served drinks when sitting down in the bar and at the buffet restaurant

We arrived late in the evening and were greeted and had our bags taken off us, went for some food and then straight to our rooms where our bags were already there

It was our first time in Cyprus thank you all for making it such a lovely visit. I nearly forgot to mention if you like sunbathing there is plenty for all to use

I enjoy the fact that there are many different restaurants throughout, with a wine bar, pool bar, Greek and Italian restaurants and others. The spa was a great place to relax with the sauna, steam room and cold pool

I had a five days vacation in this hotel and I wish it lasted longer! The rooms are comfortable and clean, the beach is very close to the rooms and it is beautiful, the pools are amazing and the best part is that there are no children! Great for people who just want to relax

Overall this was exactly what we were looking for. We were greeted straight away with champagne and someone who explained to us how everything worked, and then someone took our bags up for us

It was nice drinking out of sturdy plastic cocktail cups or beer cups while around the pool or beach rather than the nasty disposable cups most hotels use. Pool was cleaned every day and whole site was well maintained

Beach bar was a real highlight, the chaps working the bar were great! Room was lovely, air-conditioning was excellent and much needed. Netflix in the room was a bonus too. Couldn’t fault anything really

Spent a week at Hotel Avanti with my daughter and 2 young grandsons. Room was spacious enough with 2 camp beds, hot shower with a daily clean and towel change. Small fridge which just about kept our water cool

Pool was busy and being the height of school holidays with entertainment daily which was very popular the team worked hard. Sunbeds! If you weren't prepared to get up at 6am then you missed out

Writing this on my last full night at the Avanti hotel. This is our first visit to both Paphos Cyprus and to the Avanti Hotel. As a family of four, we have enjoyed our 10night stay at the Avanti hotel

The staff (especially Angela on Reception) have all been amazing and so accommodating to our needs- nothing has been too much trouble. The hotel itself is clean, tidy and well looked after

The pool areas are kept tidy and the entertainment staff work around the clock to keep everyone entertained: morning stretches, French boules, water Yoga, water polo etc

We were aware of the lack of plug sockets so we brought an extension lead which was a life saver. Lots of option at breakfast although some of the food was just warm

20 min walk to the harbour and the coastal path was lovely. The entertainment wasn't the best and was karaoke or quiz most nights. There was a magician who was very poor and we left half way through

Beautiful location. Staff are first class. The variety and quality of food is impressive. First time in an all inclusive that I haven't been desperate to eat elsewhere. Loved every minute and can't wait to return

We came here for 10 days in April 2025. From the moment we arrived to going home was absolutely amazing. The staff go above and beyond and will do anything for you

The food was lovely and no issues at all with so much to choose and also a separate child food area. Also there were icecreams throughout the day and after 3pm there was sandwiches, salads, cakes etc

Staff serve you all the time and even at the pool and beach and they are regular at coming to you which was great so no going to bar! The rooms have a stocked mini fridge which is replaced each day with cans of 7up and coke and water

Rooms are OK but only 2 plug sockets in room so bring extension lead. The hair dryer wasn't the best but ok if your hair is thin like mine but it doesn't get hot

It was okay for a family holiday destination that is perfect.

The location is relatively remote, suitable for self-driving, the facilities are OK, and it is relatively clean. The service staff is enthusiastic and can communicate in English. The price-performance ratio is OK

The hotel also has a mini market inside with snacks, juices and even clothes. There are a lot of things that you can do in the city, close to the hotel, maximum 10-15 min away with a taxi

Not sure if the stay was worth the price. Highlights were the pool and a great view of the water. The food was ok, but the dinner was not worth it

It is a bit far from Pafos center (+/- 3 km) but at least it is more calm location. Like already mentioned here the hotel is a bit older but everything is kept in good condition

The hotel is not far from the beach. Winter is the off-season, so the surrounding area is not very lively. The room is not big, but it has basic facilities. The hotel front desk was very polite

Evening meal buffet plentiful and good quality, hot food. Presentation was a bit lacking and the desserts offer was very poor but we were always too full for pudding anyway. Yes, I would definitely stay here again

We weren't guests at the hotel but found ourselves stranded without a way to get to the airport early in the morning. The front desk manager went above and beyond by arranging a taxi for us, saving our trip

One negative if I was that picky was the sun bed situation, people putting towels on to save beds then not using them

Amazing hotel! Exceeded my expectations for a 3 star. The location was perfect the staff were friendly and the hotel was so clean. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again

After booking a package, I emailed hotel direct to request a sea view room upgrade. This was organised for a reasonable supplement, paid on arrival. Room on 3rd floor with good sea view and sunny balcony

Excellent service.. Very clean Comfortable bedrooms So much choice for breakfast. Definitely recommend this lovely hotel. And DEFINITELY WILL VISIT IT AGAIN SOON.

Beyond that, every morning I surprised the breakfast staff (and the nice hostess who already remembered us after the first morning) with a request for a special coffee, special juice or all sorts of special requests, and I always got the best service and with a wide smile! Even when my partner and I wanted to sit down for a late lunch...

Best Hotel ever!! We stayed at this hotel September 2024 and didn't want to leave - never felt like that at the end of a holiday before! We thought we would try a different country this year, but wished we hadn't as we kept comparing everything to the Ivi Mare and there really was no comparison, so we have booked again with Ivi Mare for Summer 2026 and simply cannot wait

All the staff without exception were so lovely and attentive, drinks delivered to your sun lounger and these sun loungers are out of this world! Amazing pool, one you can actually swim some lengths in if you wanted to and so warm

Our room unfortunately faced the casino and building site at the front of the hotel, whereas the back faced the sea. We were just unlucky to be allocated a 'no sea view' at the point of registration

Beautiful rooms and mini fridge replenished daily and turndown service at night with a little chocolate was a lovely touch. Absolutely loved our holiday, totally relaxing and cannot wait to return
