From the moment we got into our taxi at Paphos airport till the moment we left, was made to feel so special. All the receptionist went above and beyond with a special mention to Anne-Marie who looked after us our entire trip. Wonderful stay here in October 2021. Pool and facilities are great, food great albeit a little samey after a few days. The private beach is nice but a little dirty (litter) and the sea had quite a lot of weed. Housekeeping of the room and replacement of tea, coffee etc was inconsistent. Most magical and perfect holiday I ever had. I don’t know where to start. The entire hotel and location is gorgeous with sea view and private beach. The food and drinks are next level. All people working there are so professional, kind and it feels like family. The entertainment program is phenomenal. This is for sure a 5 star hotel. I don’t know why it isn’t a 5 star!? Just returned home after a week we had a great holiday. The speciality restaurants were incredible Asian and Greek was our favourites. Italian and American was still good tho. Massive portions too. Nice hotel with some really lovely features. Sunbed allocation is great. Biggest disappointment was the beach, you have to climb over very sharp and slippery rocks to get in the sea. I'm a confident swimmer but didn't make it further than knee high as I was worried about falling. Worth bearing in mind if sea swimming is really important to you.

The location couldn’t be better. Good breakfast 4/5 with lot’s of savory and sweet tooth options. Spacious room, but I would recommend to make sure that a dbl bed would not be just two beds next to each other.

The rooms are very good and can't fault the service. We did have ants appear in our room after some room service. I would also add for some odd reason after cleaning the room the old towels kept being left in the room. Otherwise a very good hotel if visiting Paphos. Only 12 euros to the harbour or old town by taxi.
