Constantinos and Anastasia are the perfect hosts and dedicated to ensuring guests have a fabulous time in their villas. Excellent welcome pack, personal service and friendly experience. Villas clean and well equipped and private pool cleaned regularly. Have stayed with them multiple times when coming to Cyprus and never disappointed.

Amazing hospitality and service! We were made to feel very welcome and we were so grateful to the little treats throughout our stay. Fantastic communication and lots of helpful hints given to our throughout our stay. Nothing was too much bother and they did their best to ensure we had a an enjoyable experience.

I think Meltemi Villas was my top 3 stays, ever. We travelled in a group of 4 adults and 2 kids below 2 years old. The villa was spacious enough, each bedroom had it's own bathroom which was extremely convenient when traveling in mixed groups with or without kids. The pool area was great even though we travelled in November. The location is close to the airport and opens multiple possibilities to sightsee...

Such a comfortable stay!! Amazing

Stunning, spacious villa, large pool. Full of all the accessories and devices you could ask for, including a washing machine, washing machine, inflatables in the pool, a room full of games, a video and music library, a refrigerator and pantry full of treats and many other things... A quiet area, about twenty minutes drive from Paphos. A car is required for independent mobility. Wonderful sunsets.

Hotel is nice and centrally located. There is luxury apartments being built next door so there is a little construction noise and traffic to site but not all that bad. We loved our stay here. The rooms were spotless, as were the outside areas. It's location is excellent. Just 5 minute walk to the Kings Mall, 20-30 minutes walk to the harbour. The Bus station is just up the road. The service was excellent, wonderful staff. We had a problem with the bed configuration in my son's apartment, but it was quickly resolved. Just returned from a 10 night stay with my mum (84) the apartments and communal areas were spotless clean. Henley's Bar was lovely. However, the pictures of rooms on website are a bit disceptive! as our 2 bed studio whilst having great facilities you could not open wardrobe doors and walk past bed at the same time so learn to walk like a crab! Lovely villa, staying as a family of 4 and absolutely huge property with plenty of space for us all. lovely pool area, with plenty of beds. pool is treated regularly and is clean, great air conditioning. complex of holiday villas, close to the sea. I have never seen more clean place than that villa we were staying in. There was a bowl of fruit in the kitchen.. The communication with the host (Antonis) was great (by email). The only thing needs to be improved are mattresses and oiling the doors and handles.

Everything was great, a very big villa with all the facilities , nice private pool and good play room! The only downside its little bit isolated fron the city and from restaurant. The owner of this place waa very nice and helpful.

Generally nice but dated and not well maintained. Broken fittings, missing locks on bathroom doors, busted lights and generally worn down. The quality just isn't there but overall it was ok with pleasant and helpful staff. Would I visit again? If my arm was really twisted.

A great villa with great hosts. Could do with a little tlc to make it a fantastic villa - location however was not great for us, very quiet and everything was a taxi or bus ride away - we were told a car was not essential but it absolutely is. Other than that, we had a good time

Great villas! We were 3 families and we enjoyed the villas for 8 days. We had everything we needed to enjoy a perfect vacation. Michael, the manager is incredibly laid back with communication for the likes of us up tight brits, but he is incredibly friendly and helpful. Thoroughly recommended.
