Beautiful modern hotel in a perfect location, just a short walk to the old town and cathedral. Rooms are clean, stylish, and comfortable, and the rooftop bar has amazing views over Aachen. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Highly recommended for a city trip!

Really enjoyed my time here. Room was spacious, clean and very nicely decorated. Service from the front desk was great everyone was super friendly. I will definitely come back again.

Nice hotel with great gym and sauna. Rooms are good, not small and not huge. But more than okay. I our first room the air-conditioning didn't work, but we received another room which was perfect. They even offered help with moving our things to the other room. Breakfast is okay. The Spanish omelet was overcooked, chocolate croissants nearly black from being too long in the oven. Stayed here for 3 nights on work trip. Great staff. Lovely view from rooftop breakfast/bar. Breakfast good. Nice that soft drinks and beer in fridge on the house. Good to see hotel also showcasing works by local artist. Would not hesitate to recommend.

It was nice that it was close to the conference hall. It wasn't too far from the city center either. It was within walking distance. I also liked the free drinks that were replenished every day.

The service wasn't perfect - at least for a 4 star hotel. The breakfast was refilled too late. The service staff was perhaps a little too limited. All in all not bad. Price and performance did not match 100%. However, I would definitely go there again.

very nice hotel near the outer ring of the city. Only about a 10 minute drive to downtown, 15-20 minutes to RWTH. My room was spacious with a separate bedroom. There was a small kitchen but there were absolutely no plates, utensils, pots, etc. The dining room did let me take a fork, knife and plate to keep in my room. Underground parking is available for €15 per night.

Located in a quiet area, parking outside is available. Convenient and spacious rooms and bathrooms. Thermal mineral water pool. Wonderful brekafast. Nice staff.

Rooms are well equipped and smell fresh, all rooms have a mini kitchen with stove and fridge, helpful staff, a nice hotel location. Always stay here if I need to visit Aachen

I booked this hotel for swimming pool, and it’s beyond my expectation. The swimming pool is not big, but with shower, fitting room, toilets and shampoo/hairdryer. These rooms and water in the pool are warm and you don‘t need to worry about getting cold after swimming. Really nice for relaxing. The rooms are modern and spacious, with balcony, small kitchen, TV, etc. Although a little far from city center...

Good hotel. But not exactly what you expect from a 4-star hotel. Location great, quiet and clean rooms but not fancy, breakfast is noramal and menities are limited: No toothpaste and toothbrush, no shoe polish, no slippers, no iron, no bathrobe, no working chair and no smart air conditioning and heating which made room a bit cold and unpleasant for me.

We come here regularly. Always good here. Clean, neat rooms. Furnishing a bit dated but fine. And a very fine bed. Breakfast is also always neatly taken care of. Parking does cost 8 euros per day extra.

Some rooms are a bit cold due to lack of heating. The rooms are a bit drafty. But overall the rooms are very nice. Overall, the price is worth the service and facilities.

The Hotel staff were excellent and really friendly, professional and really great service in every aspect. The Hotel website says it has a Restaurant which is why I booked it as I didn’t want to go anywhere else. Unfortunately this is not the case, I was told there are no Restaurant facilities due to the lack of a cook. The Bar offers Pizzas which was not particularly Good. Service though was excellent

The hotel's breakfast is delicious. The location is also good, just near Aachen Cathedral, within walking distance. The handsome uncle at the front desk was very considerate and helped us carry and store our luggage.

The hotel is in a very good location, next to the cathedral and the commercial street. A family of three (12-year-old child) checked in but no extra bed was provided, so we could only book two rooms. This was incomprehensible. My husband stayed in the room because of his injured foot. We were asked to check out three times before 12 o'clock. The room met our expectations exactly. The breakfast was excellent, with high-quality ingredients. To our delight, instead of the usual pre-baked rolls, there were good fresh bakery rolls and a fantastic variety of other baked goods.

Pure European decoration style, very quiet, the hotel is large, the parking lot is right at the door, but the breakfast is too European, all bread, no vegetable leaves
