4 star hotels in Aachen

The service wasn't perfect - at least for a 4 star hotel. The breakfast was refilled too late. The service staff was perhaps a little too limited. All in all not bad. Price and performance did not match 100%. However, I would definitely go there again.

Great service, price quite high for the rooms (for xmas marke time understandable), would love to have at least coffee machine in a room, but over all could say perfect. Breakfast amazing service, delicious choice, view love it 💯

Great hotel in Aachen. Nice and modern, clean, good services. The room itself is nice and comfortable with modern TV and tea and coffee making facilities. They are also nice and bright with big windows and good AC. The only thing is that they rooms are a little minimal. Staff were mostly good. Even in times of Corona, a great stay with very attentive hosts. As usual, the rooms are well sorted, clean and everything is in the right place. Breakfast corresponds to the general conditions. Unique view of the city from the breakfast / restaurant and from the terrace!

Bed was great, staff were really helpful!! And even managed a trip to Lindt Chocolate factory, which I think costed more than the Whole Business Trip.. 🍫😜😜

I booked this hotel for swimming pool, and it’s beyond my expectation. The swimming pool is not big, but with shower, fitting room, toilets and shampoo/hairdryer. These rooms and water in the pool are warm and you don‘t need to worry about getting cold after swimming. Really nice for relaxing. I was surprised with how nice the hotel was. The room was simple but pretty. And the people working there were friendly. The cleaners don’t know english tho, so that was not easy to communicate. The reception on the other hand knows their english pretty well. We even got a room upgrade for the same price as the old one when we decided to stay another night. And that room was amazing! Clean, spacious rooms, perfect breakfast (I always rather have less choice but of good quality). Swimming pool is nice to (love the jets for endless swimming) but some chairs next to the pool would be nice…. Restaurant is a bit overpriced for what you get.

Good hotel. But not exactly what you expect from a 4-star hotel. Location great, quiet and clean rooms but not fancy, breakfast is noramal and menities are limited: No toothpaste and toothbrush, no shoe polish, no slippers, no iron, no bathrobe, no working chair and no smart air conditioning and heating which made room a bit cold and unpleasant for me.

Loved this hotel. Not far from central, about 2km. Lobby is nice. Room is spacious with very comfortable pillows and bed! Black out curtains are plus point! Toilet is clean and big. Breakfast is good. Friendly staff.

Hotel was okay. We asked for double bed. And received 2 beds, with 2 small blankets like for kids. Man 185sm was not able cover all his body with those blankets. Shower was good. Breakfast very good. In Hotel a lot of kids

Disappointing PRO'S LOCATION: is AMAZING! It's located in the middle of Aachen. Nearby a lot of attractions and shopping possibilities. You don't need your car to visit the city center. Don't be misled by the facade: the hotel is fine. The lobby is relatively modern. The rooms are of a good size and functional. Nothing extraordinary. Just a good hotel.

Our room was very very small and even though we asked for quiet rooms and the windows are sound reduced, we could still hear the traffic and people on the street yelling all night. New hotel and facility was excellent except shampoo. You have to bring it, but other than that location wise, price wise, I was so happy with the room and services. They also have wonderful breakfast at 16.50 euro with ham, salmon, cheese, nice breads fruits yogurt etc.

Very kind and professional staff. Great quality breakfast and diner in the restaurant of the hotel. You have a lot of options, (also as a vegitarian and if you don't drink alcohol there are a lot of alternatives). The wellness is excellent and it is just a short walk to the city centre.

Very friendly staff. Wellness area optically nice, but often not properly in function (sauna not warm, steam bath cold benches) and for others eventually okay , but around 26 degrees for the pool having massage jets is at least 4 degrees to low for me, If the wellness area would be as good feeling as it looks, I would also come back privatly and not only for business.

Nice hotel on the outside of Aachen. Beautiful old building but the rooms are also a bit outdated. Spacious enough and very clean though. Parking below ground costs 16€ per day and when the hotel is fully booked I can see it being a bit too small.

The diner at the restaurant is not of a high quailty what you would expect from a 5 star hotel. You can better go to the Aachen centrum for dinner, it is cheaper and better quality.
