Very kind and professional staff. Great quality breakfast and diner in the restaurant of the hotel. You have a lot of options, (also as a vegitarian and if you don't drink alcohol there are a lot of alternatives). The wellness is excellent and it is just a short walk to the city centre.

Very friendly staff. Wellness area optically nice, but often not properly in function (sauna not warm, steam bath cold benches) and for others eventually okay , but around 26 degrees for the pool having massage jets is at least 4 degrees to low for me, If the wellness area would be as good feeling as it looks, I would also come back privatly and not only for business.

Nice hotel on the outside of Aachen. Beautiful old building but the rooms are also a bit outdated. Spacious enough and very clean though. Parking below ground costs 16€ per day and when the hotel is fully booked I can see it being a bit too small.

Hi, the hotel and rooms are very beautiful and well decorated. In the swimming pool too less beds were available to relax and really enjoy the pool. The diner at the restaurant is not of a high quailty what you would expect from a 5 star hotel. You can better go to the Aachen centrum for dinner, it is cheaper and better quality. The service wasn't perfect - at least for a 4 star hotel. The breakfast was refilled too late. The service staff was perhaps a little too limited. All in all not bad. Price and performance did not match 100%. However, I would definitely go there again.

Even in times of Corona, a great stay with very attentive hosts. As usual, the rooms are well sorted, clean and everything is in the right place. Breakfast corresponds to the general conditions. Unique view of the city from the breakfast / restaurant and from the terrace!

In general very good, unfortunately they promised not to enter the room (no-service) for health reasons which I agreed totally and I requested no towel refreshing for ecology. They always changed towels and in the end they changed bedding as well, therefore they broke their own safety measures. This was really upsetting. The measures in theory are very good as well as the cleanliness.

Attentive, kind staff. Very clean, they are constantly wiping surfaces down. Small (efficient) rooms with a big bathroom. Newer or kept-up construction. 5-10 minute walk to all the city's sights.

Our room was very very small and even though we asked for quiet rooms and the windows are sound reduced, we could still hear the traffic and people on the street yelling all night. New hotel and facility was excellent except shampoo. You have to bring it, but other than that location wise, price wise, I was so happy with the room and services. They also have wonderful breakfast at 16.50 euro with ham, salmon, cheese, nice breads fruits yogurt etc.

Really nice home base for a few days, the breakfast was only okay, the parking for 3 days worked out at €14 euro and you could come and go as you pleased which I liked. Very good service and staff. Nothing was a problem and very friendly. We forgot toothpaste and they provided free. We were traveling with our dog, and there was no problem. The room was very clean, and Great movie TV channels in English. 10 minutes to the Centre Will highly recommended.

Our room was clean, as was the rest of the hotel that we saw. Air Conditioning was a blessing, since during our stay temperatures in Aachen his 103F/39C. Very well located hotel close to the Cathedral and old town but also close to the main shopping street. The tourist information centre is only a few hundred metres away. Rooms are decorated in a contemporary uncluttered way. There is no restaurant for evening meals but there are many restaurants within an easy walking distance. Train station is a 10 to 15 minute walk away. We enjoyed our time here

Central location, my superior room is clean and the bed is comfortable. Breakfast offers good choice which should cater for everyone. My only complaint is that they do not offer evening meals.

I booked this hotel for swimming pool, and it’s beyond my expectation. The swimming pool is not big, but with shower, fitting room, toilets and shampoo/hairdryer. I was surprised with how nice the hotel was. The room was simple but pretty. And the people working there were friendly. The cleaners don’t know english tho, so that was not easy to communicate. Clean, spacious rooms, perfect breakfast (I always rather have less choice but of good quality). Swimming pool is nice to (love the jets for endless swimming) but some chairs next to the pool would be nice…. Restaurant is a bit overpriced for what you get.

We arrived after a long time driving in traffic jams and were friendly greeted and helpful assisted. We needed extra blankets and that was not a problem. Our family room was large and with comfortable beds! The breakfast was good and our room was clean. Thanks for a good service 👍😃

Our stay in the hotel on weekend was ok. They offer company receipt and even sent an electronic one. We paid €130/night for a room and breakfast for 2. The buffet breakfast was very good as they offer American breakfast (which is I like) and also the normal ones. Our only problem was, we found hair on the bed linen and on the side table. This is a very competent Business hotel. The rooms are well designed. The hotel is well maintained. The staff is helpful and graciously tolerates non-German speakers. The only two negative issues are a below average fitness center and no mini refrigerator in the room.

The rooms are well appointed, the breakfast is decent and the beds are quite comfortable. Overall cleanliness is good, apart from a few small spots of mold in the corner of the shower and a small stain on one of the chairs the room was spotless. We love this place, we keep coming back every time we visit Aachen. The colors in the hotel are lively, the rooms are clean and the breakfast is great. On top of that the price for a stay is very low and it is walking distance from the center, but you can park your car near the hotel. The personnel is friendly and staying there always makes me have a smile on my face, we would go back every time.

I found this hotel very neat and clean and economical. The star was their huge continental breakfast in the morning. They also provide a free self-service based tea and coffee option throughout the day till 10.00 pm and the free croissants and/ or fruit at the reception.

Great location. Close to famous thermal Baths and the Aachen Cathedral. Shopping. All within walking distance. Excellent breakfast buffet. Fresh and delicious. Conplimenary coffee was also so good! My stay at B&B Hotel Aachen City was excellent. I was really surprised at how modern and clean it was. The room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast spread was basic but adequate. The location was very central and easy to get around everywhere. I would happily book another stay.

I only stayed at the hotel for a very short night, but my experience was very comfortable. The staffs were very attentive and friendly. I had a little issue with the payment method, and they were willing to answer any of my concerns with the best supporting attitude. Would highly recommend this place to others, and shall return if I ever come back to Aachen because of the ideal location and service

The hotel is not upto date. Its a antique property. Its not so friendly environment. For breakfast you are not allowed to choose your seat even they are free. Breakfast coffee is horrible. The rate of almost euro 100 is also doesn't worth. A 3 star is also too much.

Good hotel, close to City center just 5 minutes walking. To shopping centers and historical places just 5 minutes. There is a nice nature park in front of the hotel . The rooms with Single bed are very small.

Great option if you are a family. It's a small hotel but the location is good, the breakfast is decent, and they have a couple of oversized rooms that fit all four of us. We will come back.

Great hotel! I have been staying there for already 3 times. This year will go again. Suggest it to everyone. One minus tho, the breakfast is always the same... it is tasty but a deja vu breakfast, if you stay for longer than 3 days it get frustrating (at least for me)
