Quality to price, the hotel was perfect. We needed something close to the train station with easy access to downtown. The room was clean with plenty of room for two people. The staff could speak English and were very friendly and helpful. We chose the breakfast option and just about everything you would expect from a buffet was available. We highly recommend the hotel, especially if you are on a budget.

The front desk staff were very welcoming, the hotel was a lovely modern/chic and the room although a tad small by Canadian standards was extremely comfortable. The only little hiccup, is that I never figured out how to get the ventilation to recirculate the air in the room. Otherwise the overall experience was marvelous.

First time vacationing in this area and staying in this hotel, the male officer in front was not very friendly. After arriving in the room, we tried to rest, the room was quite clean but with very minimal facilities. Just resting for 15 minutes in this room there was another guest trying to enter the room we were occupying, they said the front desk gave this room to him, wow this is a big mistake, after we gave the information to the officer below they did not apologize and were still very rude, 3 hours later they gave the wrong room again to another guest to our room. I was very scared and uncomfortable with the mistake they made, I went to the front office and complained about this, I spoke to Nina the manager on duty and they were very unprofessional in my opinion, that night I couldn't sleep well and the next day I moved to another hotel, I really do not recommend this place for your comfort and safety. They customer service not good

Hotel well positioned to explore the city. The city center is just 10/15 min walk, and the train station just 5 min walk. Thr room was clean and the bed comfortable. I missed the tea/coffe making machine in the room.

A nice hotel near to the Aachen Hauptbahnhof. If you are a family (and therefore cannot stay at A&O Hostels), you can give this hotel a chance. The prices were not that high, although the breakfast is expensive. We chose to grab something from Moss nearby, so that worked for us. The service was great and the people at reception were always ready to help us.

Great service. We booked at 9pm, arrived at 1am and was greeted by helpful staff.

Friendly small hotel. Rooms are basic but fine. Beds sleep fine. Advise for breakfast is to go early, later on things are finished. (Like eggs and bacon) Bit the breakfast is delicious. They have a small courtyard at the back where you can smoke if you still smoke. And sit and drink, its really cute. The city center is right down the street. We had a blast in Aachen. Super friendly people! But dont mention the war ;-)( thats a John Cleese joke)

It's generally meh. Nothing was really horrible but it generally barely managed to meet expectations.
