We had a nice stay at the Art hotel. The room was lovely and very nice breakfast. The beds were very comfortable and a really nice bathroom. However, what stood out were the staff. We had some car issues and they really went out of their way to help us get this sorted. It was really so appreciated to have this support and help when travelling in a different country to home. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

It’s conveniently located, near the highway but close enough to the old town. It’s a little dated but nice enough and clean. quiet neighborhood and parking available right in front. The parking is on a steep hill which was a bit of a challenge for us, but our car has lower ground clearance than most.

Loved this hotel, it's really great the staff were so helpful, polite and gave great information when requested, rooms were clean, beds were soft and comfortable.

Very good quality price. A little bit old but people are very nice. Breakfast is very nice, pool= 3,5€/person/day. Pool+spa=9€/person/day.

Nice hotel with good size clean rooms, can be a little tricky to spot behind the car wash but, worth a visit, has other facilities like pool and restaurant although limited times on the restaurant when I visited & the pool is charged daily approximately 3euro per person, you may get a deal with room if you try, as for breakfast it's good but a little pricey if not included in room rate, and the coffee pot at table means no getting up and down for refills.
Location it's a good 10+ mins walk into the small town area with options for additional food and drink, but worth it if a nice day.
By car just a couple of mins and a petrol station nearby.
Staff was great helpful and some spoke good English.
Price for room at my time of booking was good and fair price,even with the additional breakfast of 16 euro it still was fair at approx 62 euro.
Worth a visit if you're passing you would find it hard to get better for the price.
Building and room and car park can be accessed by wheelchairs but some areas may be limited.
Overall very pleasant stay good food and great staff.

Despite the bad reviews, we wanted to take the opportunity, but we regretted it very much, it was so bad that it was a disgusting experience, the sheets were full of hair and stains, the room smelled like stink, although we opened the window, the smell never went away, the bed was not a bed, it was not a bed, it was better to lie on the stone, the springs were sinking, it could not be a hotel, so we definitely do not recommend it, we did not sleep at night, we were disgusted by the filth, we were very sorry, do not throw your money away

As a traveler with some experience of this quality of hotel I was surprised by the unfriendliness of staff. All business, no warmth, everything felt soulless.
Did I want my towels changed in the morning? No explanation of sustainability practices, just questions. No bottled water in the room. Clean towels that had seen their day. Nothing to make a guest feel at home. Bare essentials. I doubled the duvet for warmth.
Breakfast was average. Grateful to see fresh fruit. Where was the toaster? Didn’t have one!
In 2024 this felt more like a hostel than an art hotel. Maybe Aachen has unique standards. This is a hotel I do not recommend if you are seeking convenience to train station, service staff warmth and the sense that you, not your payments, are top priority.

Besviken på Wellness, men god frukost.
Lite offside mot resten. Vi blev lite snopen att deras SPA inte hade några behandlingar. Då skulle man bege sig till deras systerhotell ett par km därifrån. Superbra frukost.
