This is a very competent Business hotel. The rooms are well designed. The hotel is well maintained. The staff is helpful and graciously tolerates non-German speakers.
The only two negative issues are a below average fitness center and no mini refrigerator in the room.

I think it shames the name of HILTON. From the many hotels of Aachen I have visited over the past 15 years, this is easily the worst. I have the bad luck my company booked me here.
Note future visitor... no fridge, no minibar, no restaurant at the hotel, no working tv, for water the tell you to drink from the bathroom!! and hotel service is just very unpolite and unhelpful.
And guess what... The hotel doesn't have room service!! :D I wanted a simple spoon and they told me to come down to get one as they don't have room service! a 3-star hotel???

Fabulous hotel, staff were so helpful and pleasant. Will stay longer next time. Lovely gentlemen who served us evening meal in the dining room.

Our stay in the hotel on weekend was ok. They offer company receipt and even sent an electronic one. We paid €130/night for a room and breakfast for 2. The buffet breakfast was very good as they offer American breakfast (which is I like) and also the normal ones. Our only problem was, we found hair on the bed linen and on the side table. There is also a watermark on it which is a sign that it was not cleaned well 😬 (not to mentioned the dirty walls which is very unlikely for a hotel like this). The bathroom and toilet is ok, no bathtub but not that important to us as. They also have iron in the room which is very useful. They have private parking for €20/night which is a bit too much I guess.

The rooms are well appointed, the breakfast is decent and the beds are quite comfortable. Overall cleanliness is good, apart from a few small spots of mold in the corner of the shower and a small stain on one of the chairs the room was spotless. The price is definitely competitive and I will definitely be staying here again. The staff were unremarkable.

Nice room. Check in was a little slow and took over an hour in the restaurant to get a burger and pasta dish. Low on staff thanks to covid no doubt.
