Nice hotel in a great location (2nd row to the beach). The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are functionally furnished and very spacious. The breakfast is very varied. There is something for every taste.

It's ok, but for the price I would have expected a little more. The location of the hotel is very good and you can get to the beach within three minutes. Infection protection is not respected, especially at breakfast, because you are sitting at the same table with strangers who are constantly coughing and sniffing.

Unfortunately, due to the DB strike on August 23, 2021, I was unable to take my annual vacation and had to cancel at short notice. The hotel was so accommodating and waived the € 500 fee. I am enthusiastic about so much humanity during this time. Kudos and thank you very much. Such behavior cannot be taken for granted! In this regard, it is clear to me that I will be a guest in this house next year...

Family room for three was clean and large but a bit over furnished. WiFi was very poor in the whole hotel and didn't work in the room at all. Breakfast offered quite a small selection for the price. Parking behind the hotel at extra cost, and the room is already quite expensive. Short walk down to a huge beach with rentable sun chairs and a beach walk with lots of restaurants, cafés and tourist shops

Das Hotel liegt sehr nah an der Ostsee. Ein Katzensprung und wir konnten einen Strandspaziergang machen. Parkplätze waren für eine kleine Gebühr zu mieten. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß und gemütlich. Wir konnten es auch schon vor der Eincheckzeit beziehen. Auf diesem Weg auch noch einmal DANKE für die nette Überraschung zu meinem Geburtstag.

The hotel is well located between interesting places. The beautiful promenade is nearby, the Polish market and the promenade are easily accessible by bike. The treetop path is very instructive. A visit to the rocket test site in Peenemünde is a highlight for those interested in technology.

After the basic renovation that was done in the Corona period, the house has become super nice. We had a room with a terrace. Parking spaces are given by number. Fixed places for meals. Table times are very good. Staff super friendly and helpful. A small path to the beach maybe 200 meters. We were here for the first time and not the last time.

As the name suggests, the idyll on Wolgastsee is idyllically situated on Wolgastsee. The room was clean and cozy. The breakfast was very rich and very good. The staff is friendly and eager to take this opportunity to say a big thank you to the entire team. I would love to come back.

I can only say good things, even if I had to cancel my departure on the day of departure for tragic reasons. I was able to find understanding and no cancellation fees were charged. That says a lot about the owner and I would like to stay here anytime on Usedom.

Very nice little hotel in the 2nd row to the beach. Everything was well maintained and the staff was very nice. In the morning a great breakfast greets you. If you want, the ladies will also make you a nicely fried egg. There are other egg dishes either way at the buffet.

The boss is the "Lord God" 😉 and you feel divinely treated as a guest. Everything was very clean, staff was very friendly, breakfast was great and many small things were thought of in the entire concept. From us a big 👌👍!

Restaurant Only: We stumbled across Stadt Berlin while looking for a place to eat out. The employee welcomed us friendly and showed us a nice place. The food was great, hot and nicely presented. If you had any questions, they would be answered in a friendly and competent manner. Thank you for your efforts. We would love to come back for dinner or breakfast.

Interesting historical building. The hotel is run with a lot of love and passion. Friendly staff. Definitely the opposite of the big hotels. Personal service is still very important here. The breakfast was really well presented.

It is beyond all praises. Really good place to stay and relax. Room was big, nice and comfortable. The hall for breakfast was absolutely fantastic.

The staff was so nice during our whole stay, rooms are clean and cozy with a nice view. The sauna is great as well, just as breakfasts which are always very fresh, plentiful and very tasty.

I spent a weekend with some friends at Bansin, mostly for hiking. The Hotel consist of several separate buildings situated in a park- like surrounding. We stayed in one of the new buidings. I can confirm that even the single rooms are nicely furnished and decorated, and of a reasonable size. Queensize beds. It´s a ten minutes walk from the train station to the hotel, and another ten minutes distance...

Stayed here for the second time after a long bike ride. And this in the truest sense of the word. You feel welcome, the service is friendly and courteous. The rooms are super clean, nicely furnished and reasonably priced. Breakfast plentiful. The restaurant is well worth a visit, delicious home cooking and friendly service. I have seen many hotels of all classes on my travels. There is seldom a piece of jewelry like the Baltic, so I am happy when I meet one from time to time. An old seaside resort, as I know it from Great Britain, only works with character and rough edges. "Of course" friendly staff gives the house a rustic and cozy ambience. An old banister and a nice assortment of books to go with it. Located close...

During my 3-week cure in Bad Bansin in 2012, I was a guest at the Hotel Bergmühle. I had booked a single room but as it was off season in March I had been upgraded to a double room by the hotel owner for the same price and was very happy with that. I was picked up by the driver from the train station and driven back. Since the hotel is a bit away from the town center, I couldn't even walk with my luggage...

Very nice hotel, very clean and tidy. The beach is only a stone's throw away from the main entrance, not far from the pier. The staff is friendly without being intrusive. The breakfast buffet is very varied and delicious. A star trigger only for the very narrow access to the shower, because you have to pull in your stomach 😉

I was there with a friend in August and everything was fine, the accommodation was modern and clean, the location in the first row with a short walk to the beach. The breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired, special requests were promptly fulfilled and the breakfast on the terrace with a view of the sea was unique. The location is good and the staff is polite and helpful! The technical condition of the rooms needs to be checked and some things need to be renewed! Waiting times for breakfast of 15 minutes are not acceptable! The breakfast menu itself is plentiful and sufficient!
