Excellent food & service, great interior.

We stayed here for three nights, and it was wonderful! Katerina gave us a warm welcome at the reception and helped us with various things throughout our stay

Her hospitality was one of the highlights of our short vacation. Our room was spacious, and we enjoyed the rich, diverse breakfast and dinner buffets. We also rented bikes from the hotel and took an excursion to Poland

TOP highly recommended! Great location, about 10 m to the beach. Great staff, very friendly but in a relaxed way. , there is the possibility to have cocktails and other drinks at the hotel bar

Many possibilities in the area, whether to walk along the promenade in the evening or to settle down in one of the numerous cafes or restaurants

Excellent, clean room with sea view, location was top notch. Breakfast buffet left nothing to be desired. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We are very pleased and will definitely be back next year

We were once again guests at the Ahlbecker Hof together with our family and friends. We thoroughly enjoyed the winegrowers' duel and the Grand Schlemm weekend as well as a few extra days

Everything was perfect, the room, the personnel , very good breakfast, nice spa, and best location in Usedom. The hotel manager surprised my on with a birthday present from the hotel, which we found a very nice gesture

I booked this place for a little wellness weekend getaway. The staff at reception were very friendly. I stayed in an apartment with a separate living area — it was spacious and seemed to have been recently refurbished

Overall, the facilities are good and have potential, but the place feels a bit lacking in warmth and attention to detail

The facilities, including the spa and outdoor pool, are nice. However, they only offer full-body treatments and classic massages, I would have liked the option of a facial treatment

Perhaps you could request it in advance, but I’m not vegan, I just prefer plant-based alternatives over dairy, and I think that should be standard in this category by now

Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with the breakfast, both in terms of quality, selection, and service. The staff seemed rather unmotivated and not very attentive

Great hotel. On the first line near the sea. Great service. The Breakfast is super!! Even with champagne! Pool and sauna good. The rooms are spacious, fireplaces, refrigerators and kitchens. Recommend!!!

Walking street near the beach

I travel extensively internationally. This was one of THE best equipped rooms and facilities I have experienced anywhere. The location is excellent for walking,shopping and the beach

A really very good hotel that can only be recommended. The staff were pleasant, helpful and polite from the start. Breakfast was also very tasty, with a large selection of food and drinks

The daily evening menu we selected shone with fresh ingredients and exquisite preparation. The price/quality ratio was also good for drinks. The staff from the director to the maids were very friendly and helpful

Great hotel, very friendly and helpful, location right on the promenade makes visiting the beach very easy, you walk right in with your robe on and that's before breakfast.

It's ok, but for the price I would have expected a little more. The location of the hotel is very good and you can get to the beach within three minutes

Rooms are good size and bathroom is OK. Breakfast is also complete.

Parking spaces are available, everyone should just park in the middle of their parking space, then you can park in and out without any problems. In Villa Regina, the rooms on the top floor can only be reached via stairs

The breakfast lady was very considerate and very, very friendly, (Villa Regina) breakfast was tasty and sufficient. Various types of sausage and cheese, jam, honey, boiled eggs and scrambled eggs

Nice hotel in a great location (2nd row to the beach). The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are functionally furnished and very spacious. There is something for every taste

Unfortunately, due to the DB strike on August 23, 2021, I was unable to take my annual vacation and had to cancel at short notice. The hotel was so accommodating and waived the € 500 fee

The hotel is well located between interesting places. The beautiful promenade is nearby, the Polish market and the promenade are easily accessible by bike. The treetop path is very instructive

After the basic renovation that was done in the Corona period, the house has become super nice. Parking spaces are given by number. Staff super friendly and helpful. A small path to the beach maybe 200 meters

We could only stay 3 nights in November but it was absolutely amazing. Many thanks to the friendly staff from the cleaning fairy to the service. Many thanks for that!! We'd love to come back

A visit to the rocket test site in Peenemünde is a highlight for those interested in technology

Very good location, very friendly staff, very clean rooms. A bit hard to park. If the personnel asked guests to respect the parking lines that problem would have been solved. Besides, perfect place.

Vegan food: As we were their first vegan guests, they were still struggling to provide vegan food but were very committed and engaged. They can serve a good vegan breakfast now here if you ask in advance

The food in the restaurant is great! And did I mention the location - right at the promenade, some 10 steps from the entry to the beach? We loved every moment of our stay and are already looking forward to come back

We had an amazing sea view from the room (and even the bathroom). The room was beautifully designed, comfortable, and clean. We came with our cat, and everyone from the staff was so welcoming, friendly, and helpful

Everything just fits together. What I would like to highlight in particular and what I noticed very positively was the warm welcome when I checked in. We were welcomed in a friendly and courteous manner

The entrance area, as well as the bar, the dining area and the rooms are all equipped with elegant wooden furniture. Even if I'm more of a modern, I found the hotel incredibly charming and elegant

A parking lot was provided for us. Our room was a junior suite on the top floor with an inland view. The breakfast left nothing to be desired

And the service too! I have nothing to complain about and can use the hotel with a clear conscience. Next time we are on Usedom again we will book again in Hotel Kastell!

The Hotel Kastell is near the Baltic Sea. It only takes you about 3 minutes to walk to the beach! The rooms look a bit luxury and most things there have a little golden touch

Wonderful Hotel, just a bit empty!

As the name suggests, the idyll on Wolgastsee is idyllically situated on Wolgastsee. The breakfast was very rich and very good

I can only say good things, even if I had to cancel my departure on the day of departure for tragic reasons. I was able to find understanding and no cancellation fees were charged

Very nice little hotel in the 2nd row to the beach. Everything was well maintained and the staff was very nice. In the morning a great breakfast greets you. If you want, the ladies will also make you a nicely fried egg

The boss is the "Lord God" 😉 and you feel divinely treated as a guest. Everything was very clean, staff was very friendly, breakfast was great and many small things were thought of in the entire concept

That says a lot about the owner and I would like to stay here anytime on Usedom
