Der Spa-Aufenthalt mit den verschiedenen Saunen und dem Aussenpool wurde von einer Wellnessanwendung (tolle Massage von Marlena) gekrönt. Der Hoteldirektor war präsent und hat uns u. mit guten Tipps weitergeholfen

Great hotel. On the first line near the sea. Great service. The Breakfast is super!! Even with champagne! Pool and sauna good. The rooms are spacious, fireplaces, refrigerators and kitchens. Recommend!!!

Great hotel, very friendly and helpful, location right on the promenade makes visiting the beach very easy, you walk right in with your robe on and that's before breakfast.

The daily evening menu we selected shone with fresh ingredients and exquisite preparation. The price/quality ratio was also good for drinks. The staff from the director to the maids were very friendly and helpful

Furthermore, the receptionist took care of the parking - in all three imperial baths the parking situation could be described as "exhausted" - so we were glad not to have to think about this any further, just coming from Berlin

Vegan food: As we were their first vegan guests, they were still struggling to provide vegan food but were very committed and engaged. They can serve a good vegan breakfast now here if you ask in advance

We had an amazing sea view from the room (and even the bathroom). The room was beautifully designed, comfortable, and clean. We came with our cat, and everyone from the staff was so welcoming, friendly, and helpful

Everything just fits together. What I would like to highlight in particular and what I noticed very positively was the warm welcome when I checked in. We were welcomed in a friendly and courteous manner

A parking lot was provided for us. Our room was a junior suite on the top floor with an inland view. The breakfast left nothing to be desired

The Hotel Kastell is near the Baltic Sea. It only takes you about 3 minutes to walk to the beach! The rooms look a bit luxury and most things there have a little golden touch

- in front of our room, there is cart with dirty dishes - for two days! - because the receptionists doesnt speak english, we are lack of informations about spa, beaches etc and there is no information letter or flyers in room! I was expecing some information package like map of the hotel (its very big), etc, Or in room, or in email

Very nice rooms We arrived about an hour and a half before check in opened, but there were no parking spots, so we had to park in a public car park a few blocks away

The hotel is in a great location, 5 minutes walking from the infamous Ahlbeck's Bridge. Rooms are pretty spacious and there is a swimming pool covered

There was a construction site across from our bungalow but luckily no construction during our summer visit. Very quiet and peaceful, even though it seemed fully booked. Good breakfast and rather expensive dinner options

We loved it! The bungalow is big, clean, has everything you need. The entire structure is dog friendly and the dog beach nearby is a dream. The staff is super nice.

Very nice little hotel in the 2nd row to the beach. Everything was well maintained and the staff was very nice. In the morning a great breakfast greets you. If you want, the ladies will also make you a nicely fried egg

The boss is the "Lord God" 😉 and you feel divinely treated as a guest. Everything was very clean, staff was very friendly, breakfast was great and many small things were thought of in the entire concept

That says a lot about the owner and I would like to stay here anytime on Usedom
