The staff are always very friendly and thank you very much for the really wonderful bouquet for her birthday. The breakfast buffet left nothing to be desired. We are still here and enjoying our stay

We stayed here for three nights, and it was wonderful! Katerina gave us a warm welcome at the reception and helped us with various things throughout our stay

Her hospitality was one of the highlights of our short vacation. Our room was spacious, and we enjoyed the rich, diverse breakfast and dinner buffets. We also rented bikes from the hotel and took an excursion to Poland

Perfect on all fronts. Friendly, english-speaking personnel, clean, very close to the beach (basically at the beach), beautiful location, close to bike rental, walking-distance shops.

Pool use was limited/ sauna unavailable due to COVID, everything was clean & safe. some renovations were going on (March 2022) but disturbance was minimal

The building’s architecture, the interior design, the comfort and tasteful, traditional furniture in the rooms (Americans: don’t be disappointed by the size, this is a European building), and the staff are outstanding

It's like “coming home” - as always, we received a very warm welcome from the staff. Both the valet service and reception were very attentive and respectful throughout our stay

I booked this place for a little wellness weekend getaway. The staff at reception were very friendly. I stayed in an apartment with a separate living area — it was spacious and seemed to have been recently refurbished

The facilities, including the spa and outdoor pool, are nice. However, they only offer full-body treatments and classic massages, I would have liked the option of a facial treatment

Perhaps you could request it in advance, but I’m not vegan, I just prefer plant-based alternatives over dairy, and I think that should be standard in this category by now

Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with the breakfast, both in terms of quality, selection, and service. The staff seemed rather unmotivated and not very attentive

On both mornings, I had to go up myself to ask for my coffee. There were no vegan options, which I find unacceptable for a 4-star hotel in 2025

The hotel is well located between interesting places. The beautiful promenade is nearby, the Polish market and the promenade are easily accessible by bike. The treetop path is very instructive

After the basic renovation that was done in the Corona period, the house has become super nice. Parking spaces are given by number. Staff super friendly and helpful. A small path to the beach maybe 200 meters

The food in the restaurant is great! And did I mention the location - right at the promenade, some 10 steps from the entry to the beach? We loved every moment of our stay and are already looking forward to come back

We had an amazing sea view from the room (and even the bathroom). The room was beautifully designed, comfortable, and clean. We came with our cat, and everyone from the staff was so welcoming, friendly, and helpful

Very good location, very friendly staff, very clean rooms. A bit hard to park. If the personnel asked guests to respect the parking lines that problem would have been solved. Besides, perfect place.

The hotel is in a great location, 5 minutes walking from the infamous Ahlbeck's Bridge. Rooms are pretty spacious and there is a swimming pool covered

Breakfast buffet was great with many options, staff at restaurant is helpful and this Prime restaurant on 6th floor has amazing view. Pool is very clear and all facilities are great. You can rent cycle here as well.

We were offered a welcome drink, but at the bar were then told that this only covered coffee - as it was about 30 degrees outside, we kindly declined. The room was very comfortable, clean and tastefully furnished

Breakfast was a little chaotic - it was busy holiday time, granted, but with the squeeze in the breakfast room it didn't seem particularly relaxing. Location of the hotel is good - right by the beach

Very nice rooms We arrived about an hour and a half before check in opened, but there were no parking spots, so we had to park in a public car park a few blocks away

I would always visit again, but the restaurant and one room or another needs an overhaul. No elevator in some buildings. Very friendly and attentive Staff. Close to the beach and the promenade

Both restaurants (Luv & Lee, Theos) are definitely worth recommending (very tasty food). The spa area is also used by many guests, as well as the pool and saunas

50 for tap water in restaurant! However, breakfast and dinner buffet were amazing, swimming pool and sauna available for great relaxation! Really like the place!

The history of the hotel is fascinating, going back almost 150 years, but everything is very modern. The spa facilities are extensive, although we only used the rooftop sauna and solarium

We has dinner in the hotel two of our three nights, and we especially enjoyed being served by Abdullah and Jessica. We hope to return to Strandhotel sometime

They do not get many English speaking tourists in this part of Germany, but we did not have any communication issues before we arrived or during our stay

Strandhotel Heringsdorf is a wonderful hotel overlooking the beautiful beach on the Baltic Sea. The owner and staff made us feel very special

The bummer - and not acceptable for a 5 star hotel - is the room cleaning: Randomly replaced towels but the worst: the bedsheets have NOT been replaced once during the 4 night stay! Something not acceptable at all let alone in a 5 star hotel! There was no card to place on the bed which is standard in 5 star hotels that don't change bed linens every day by default; so the default here is no change of...

damaged wood and heater were bad for aesthetics and the shower head popped off in the middle of a shower from the pressure. Now that I have said all the negatives I had, let me talk about how great the service is

The food from the hotel restaurant was also visually appealing, although I would caution against the fish which was not deboned. the fillet, however, was good (~8/10) on an empty stomach

I always stay at this hotel when I visit Usedom, no problems. Clean, really good staff, and a great location. I can walk along the beach in both directions. I wrote about my experiences on the island in Black and Paper

The bathroom was very small, with no bath, just a shower. The room was very clean, the heating was good and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was large, with a huge range of options and it was good quality

We went there for dinner with two small children aged 4 and 6. We had no reservation - every other restaurant seemed to be closed due to vacation - neither were we guests of the hotel and it was december 22nd

I have been to the Strandhotel Ostseeblick four times. Now for the first time 1 week. The staff no matter in which area is so friendly and competent. It's a shame that the wellness area was closed this time

Refined but not too candy cuisine

The little wellness area is nice and not overcrowded, but you could also use the way bigger sauna area in the partner hotel. The big benefit of the breakfast is that it is open from 7 to 12!

1.) Die Lage -direkt am Wasser. 2.) Die Stillvolle Einrichtung- im Lounge-Bereich die schönen Lampen. 3.) Das Frühstück war sehr gut, verschiedene Auswahlmöglichkeiten, wie man es erwartet von einen 4 Sterne Hotel.

Wir waren rundum sehr zufrieden. Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage, direkt an der Strandpromenade. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war total lecker.

But the quality at the hotel restaurants was generally good. Despite being on the beach, there was no availability of beach blankets/towels, though of course they’d be happy to sell you something out of the gift shop

Someone else was standing right behind me with the same complaint. The front desk was apologetic, offered towels right then, and everything was of course ok the next day, so no major problem

Probably still is… 😎 I had a bike with me. There’s a secure “corral” to store it in, but it took me a minute to find it the first time. The steakhouse that’s a part of the hotel was good

The hotel's charm has diminished. As a regular guest, we were given a room with a view of the spa roof; we had booked a room with a garden view. There was no regular discount, nor was there any explanation

Very nice and quiet hotel in the middle of the town. We were there with our 2 kids and we were one of a few families. Mostly elderly people so we had most of the pool and spa for us self.

The service in the rooms has declined. On two days, the beds weren't made, but there was a card on the bed. At least the towels were changed. That's not four-star! The price for these inferior services has increased

I had the best time in every aspect. The view was great, and most of all, I was able to relax in the sauna and pool. The breakfast was also satisfying, with classic German options.

The service staff at the Captain's Bar need to be more organized. The service staff at the "Alte Post" is snippy, but that's her style.

Nice resort in an excellent location, 15 mins walk to the sea. The buffet breakfast was great with a lot of options. The Deluxe Double Room we stayed in was quiet, we had a peaceful time.

Everyone was very loving and accommodating. I only had to complain once because when I was cleaning the bed I saw that the pillow had a big old stain, but they apologized and of course replaced it immediately

From our room you had a great view of the sea. The bathroom was a bit small, but that didn't really matter. We booked a parking space in advance, which is strongly advised (about 300m from the hotel on a meadow)

Were here from November 12th to November 14th, 21st. The rooms are nicely decorated and modern. Breakfast is plentiful and we didn't miss anything. Swimming pool was enough for a couple of puffs

Off season, so the restaurant is empty. But the Zanderfilet, which they allowed me to have with broccoli and grilled salad side without question, was absolutely delicious

The location is good and the staff is polite and helpful! The technical condition of the rooms needs to be checked and some things need to be renewed! Waiting times for breakfast of 15 minutes are not acceptable! The breakfast menu itself is plentiful and sufficient!
