Convenient location, excellent hotel, very friendly, helpful and polite staff. The spacious rooms have recently been completely refurbished/refurbished. The pandemic was used very well
Spent one restful night and had a hearty beef burger with chilli sauce while watching the world cup. Staff friendly and attentive.
The rooms have free unsecured WiFi, which is not mentioned in the room information yet as it is newly installed: because it is unsecured, I recommend using a VPN service to protect login credentials and other sensitive data
Breakfast buffet featuring local cuisine at the hotel restaurant is provided, and other meals are on your own. The buffet caters to local tastes, so foreigners may find it strange and some items off putting

The hotel is in a great location, 5 minutes walking from the infamous Ahlbeck's Bridge. Rooms are pretty spacious and there is a swimming pool covered
Breakfast buffet was great with many options, staff at restaurant is helpful and this Prime restaurant on 6th floor has amazing view. Pool is very clear and all facilities are great. You can rent cycle here as well.
Old hotel that is currently being renovated. Prime location, close to the beach. Excellent dining room on the top floor. Good cuisine, very friendly staff.

The best hotel in town, centrally located on the 12 km long seafront promenade. Don't expect the top level of an Adlon (Berlin), but it has an elegant and nostalgic atmosphere
Everything was perfect, the room, the personnel , very good breakfast, nice spa, and best location in Usedom. The hotel manager surprised my on with a birthday present from the hotel, which we found a very nice gesture
This hotel falls nothing short of excellent. Whatever you have seen or read online will very likely not capture the experience you have once you’re on site
I gave 9 points instead of 10 because of the internet (Wi-Fi) was very slow
Hands down, this is one of the most unique hotels I have ever stayed in
Gorgeous outdoor terrace for breakfast, lunch (then only at the Brasserie) and dinner. The beach and marvelous pier are just a stone's throw away

Great hotel. On the first line near the sea. Great service. The Breakfast is super!! Even with champagne! Pool and sauna good. The rooms are spacious, fireplaces, refrigerators and kitchens. Recommend!!!
A really very good hotel that can only be recommended. The staff were pleasant, helpful and polite from the start. Breakfast was also very tasty, with a large selection of food and drinks
The view to the sea was OK, as the room was a little bit shifted to the back and had no balcony of its own, the balconies / windows of the adjacent rooms were on the right and left side to the view
Great hotel, very friendly and helpful, location right on the promenade makes visiting the beach very easy, you walk right in with your robe on and that's before breakfast.
The rooms were really very nice, clean and well maintained
Our favorite hotel in Ahlbeck. Very personal atmosphere, very nice rooms, great facilities, very good food, huge Spa, two swimming Pools, one outdoor, heated, with views of the Baltic sea. It couldn't be better!

We had an amazing sea view from the room (and even the bathroom). The room was beautifully designed, comfortable, and clean. We came with our cat, and everyone from the staff was so welcoming, friendly, and helpful

Reception only occasionally occupied. Unfortunately, the amount of water in the shower cannot be regulated, which is very uncomfortable. At breakfast a view of the sea is possible. Small vending machine corner for drinks
Very beautiful! Familiar, great team, very clean and the breakfast unique. Quite simply a great hotel, always with great pleasure. Oh, one more thing, the sea is not far, you just have to cross the beach promenade.
There is nothing wrong with it. Has been here for the second time. And a nice boss, as well as a very nice team. About 200 meters and you are on the beach. This time we even had a sea view
My girlfriend and I went to the Baltic Sea one day earlier and booked this room at short notice
The hotel employee welcomed me very, very friendly over the phone and explained everything to me about the parking spaces and the key mailbox, etc. I can do this Definitely recommend the hotel
Very nice hotel and we fondly remember the short break last year and hope that we can come back soon. The contact for the pre-reservation for 2021 was again very pleasant.

Room very nice, bathroom very small. Super central location with a fantastic view of the Baltic Sea. Delicious cuisine.
We were allowed to take part in the breakfast buffet here as non-guests. This was sufficient, tasty, fresh at a good price/performance ratio. The staff is careful and friendly.
