3 night's family trip. The hotel is nicely located at a golf course a little outside Ahlbeck. The room was clean and fresh. Breakfast and service was as expected and held typical Dorint class. Regarding the pool and the sauna area there is improvement potential. The maintenance of the sauna area was not complete. However, the pool was nice.

Spend 2 nights here in August, area is quiet, Hotel owns a golf parcour, little pond and a bigger lake are close by (many mosquitos). Room itself was spacious, bed was comfortable, but air vent was noisy inside the walk-in closet which had no door. Slippers needed to be asked for from the friendly reception staff. A strange smell came from the bathroom which got worse when the door was kept shut, so...

A really very good hotel that can only be recommended. The staff were pleasant, helpful and polite from the start. Breakfast was also very tasty, with a large selection of food and drinks. The rooms were really very nice, clean and well maintained. Always Glade :)

Great hotel, very friendly and helpful, location right on the promenade makes visiting the beach very easy, you walk right in with your robe on and that's before breakfast.

A really perfect hotel. The junior suite we had was really nice and big. The room had everything you need. (Unfortunately no smoke detectors) the proximity to the beach was simply unbeatable. Lots of restaurants nearby. The way to Heringsdorf is not that far either and we took the train to Bansin and Swinemünde. We would definitely come back.

We have already checked in at Villa Auguste Viktoria for the second time. The decisive factors were the proximity to the beach, the price-performance ratio, the distance to the pier in Ahlbeck and of course the Cafe Roentgen in the hotel, where breakfast is also served. I would always visit again, but the restaurant and one room or another needs an overhaul. No elevator in some buildings. Very friendly and attentive Staff. Close to the beach and the promenade. No Salmon at the breakfast buffet as far as I could discern.

Great room & brkfst. Try the steak at their Waterfront restaurant. Be aware that housekeeping cleans rooms every 2nd day. I find this unaccaptable at a 5*. If you need sthg changed call housekeeping.

I always stay at this hotel when I visit Usedom, no problems. Clean, really good staff, and a great location. I can walk along the beach in both directions. Of course, a great kitchen. I wrote about my experiences on the island in Black and Paper.com. This year it was a bit strange cause of you know what, but it did not takeaway from the holiday. I just made the most of it and had a great time.

Very comfortable and located in a scenic area

We went there for dinner with two small children aged 4 and 6. We had no reservation - every other restaurant seemed to be closed due to vacation - neither were we guests of the hotel and it was december 22nd. We felt that much welcome the it was a pure pleasure. The service was more than excellent. The dinner was good and we were happy. Thanks a lot for that nice unplanned evening!

Clean, on the beach… I was in room 2112 for a Monday-Saturday stay (Sommer 2024). A great place to hang out, much space on the beach to stretch out on. And plenty of those big basket things to rent where one can sit in… though I really don’t understand that. Back in the room, if one stepped out onto the small balcony, the Baltic was visible to the left. Probably still is… 😎 I had a bike with me...

Am schönsten hat mir die Strandnähe und das Frühstück gefallen. Sehr schön ist ebenfalls dass alles barrierefrei zu erreichen ist. Was auch nicht immer selbstverständlich ist, dass ein Pool und mehrere Saunen zur Verfügung stehen. Sehr vorteilhaft sind auch die Tiefgaragen.

Wir hatten vier Zimmer mit Meerblick gebucht und sie langen auch direkt nebeneinander. Schon das einchecken verlief problemlos, sie haben genügend große Parkplätze und auch beim ausladen kann mann direkt vor dem Hotel parken. Leider finde ich die 17,50 € im Gegensatz zu letztem Jahr etwas überzogen. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr zuvorkommend. Auch beim Frühstück fehlte es an nichts. Die Bar ist auch immer...

During my 3-week cure in Bad Bansin in 2012, I was a guest at the Hotel Bergmühle. I had booked a single room but as it was off season in March I had been upgraded to a double room by the hotel owner for the same price and was very happy with that. I was picked up by the driver from the train station and driven back. Since the hotel is a bit away from the town center, I couldn't even walk with my luggage...

Very friendly employees and boss, everything was clean and tidy. The breakfast was varied and very good, as there was a good selection of dishes at dinner that were also very cheeky. We felt comfortable and the pool was a great addition. We'd love to come back

We booked a junior suite and they upgraded us to give us more comfort to a suite with separate children accommodation in bunk beds for them. They loved it as well as the little presents they received. The bistrot area has a nice terrasse and sea view. Very reposing stay.

Most of the visitors of the place are returning clients, which gives it very special German atmosphere. Nice beach around, spacious spa with nice view. Though a bit old. Spa resting room could have had a bit more comfort, especially in Sauna area. Quite nice hotel overall.

We had a great stay, the service in the restaurant was sometimes slow and the interior design is somewhat outdated - but that´s just a personal preference. The location is fantastic and the offers for kids are great. We had a really relaxing stay!

We stayed at the hotel from 12 to 15 November 21st. The room was very large, comfortable and very modern. The breakfast was amazing, all requests were met. We gave my mother a short trip for her birthday. The location of the hotel is great, the view from the balcony is great. The renovated rooms are very nice and nothing is missing. Nice hotel in a great location (2nd row to the beach). The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are functionally furnished and very spacious. The breakfast is very varied. There is something for every taste.

It's ok, but for the price I would have expected a little more. The location of the hotel is very good and you can get to the beach within three minutes. Infection protection is not respected, especially at breakfast, because you are sitting at the same table with strangers who are constantly coughing and sniffing.

Unfortunately, due to the DB strike on August 23, 2021, I was unable to take my annual vacation and had to cancel at short notice. The hotel was so accommodating and waived the € 500 fee. I am enthusiastic about so much humanity during this time. Kudos and thank you very much. Such behavior cannot be taken for granted! In this regard, it is clear to me that I will be a guest in this house next year...

Family room for three was clean and large but a bit over furnished. WiFi was very poor in the whole hotel and didn't work in the room at all. Breakfast offered quite a small selection for the price. Parking behind the hotel at extra cost, and the room is already quite expensive. Everything was perfect, the room, the personnel , very good breakfast, nice spa, and best location in Usedom. The hotel manager surprised my on with a birthday present from the hotel, which we found a very nice gesture. I gave 9 points instead of 10 because of the internet (Wi-Fi) was very slow.

The hotel is in a great location, 5 minutes walking from the infamous Ahlbeck's Bridge. Rooms are pretty spacious and there is a swimming pool covered. Breakfast buffet is really complete and served in the sixth floor with amazing views of the sea.
