Location is fantastic - right in the centre of town, approximately 1 mile away from the main train station with easy links to trams.
Breakfast had a good selection, and the gym was well equipped.
Sadly it ends there.
We stayed for 4 nights in total. Our room was serviced very poorly, and one night not at all. The rooms are tired and in need of renovation. The shower temperature was inconsistent - either freezing or scolding hot. Plus it is a little disappointing to have to pay extra to use the pool.

The hotel is in a very central location, right between historical buildings and there are plenty of restaurants around too.
The rooms are comfortable, double bed, TV chair and some free space.

Wonderful hotel and amazing location. The staff are very professional and friendly and the breakfast buffet is great. I would recommend this hotel anytime and will definitely be booking again in the Future

If it wasn't for the location this would have been a disaster.
I think it's been said many times before (over a number of years) but yes the decor is very dated. The rooms are all clean but just very tired looking, ironically this had been the only Hilton on our trip to charge us the pet fee.
Friendly staff at reception and the location is really perfect right in the heart of the action for a stay over I'm Dresden.
It looks like they have taken taken action on the numerous complaints about the shower curtain, but simply by removing it. We had no shower curtain in our room which meant water simply went everywhere in the bathroom

I do not recommend (at least not for non-German people). Not friendly. Not helpful. Service is unpredictable. They act like they’re helpful, but often nothing happens when you ask. Had items stolen in pool area. Unfriendly place. Outdoor whirlpool is out of order … sounds like it has been for quite awhile and no plan to be fixed.

Great location in the historic part of town. Rooms are clean and roomy, could use some refurbishing. Windows can be opened for fresh air. Breakfast buffet offers a great selection.

I always stay here when I visit Dresden. Nice location, close to restaurants and the square. Rooms could be modernized a bit they are clean and tastefully appointed. The breakfast is consistently good and they have an executive lounge. Also, they are one of the few Hilton hotels I have visited that provide the room upgrades for Diamond members before you arrive and without being asked
If I had any criticism, it would be that the lounge advertises closing at 8, but you can't get any water or juice after 7, which is odd

Nice hotel in the centre, next to the frauenkirche, in the summer very busy, in januari very quiet, they have a nice and extensive breakfast. Rooms are a bit outdated but big and with a proper desk for business travelers. Paid parking is available. There are lots of monuments and museums at walking distance

Husband & I are on our honeymoon travelling through Europe. We had breakfast here on our way through to Berlin. Absolutely the best breakfast we have found in the last 30 days.
We got the American & it was platter & was all cooked perfectly. Highly, highly recommend!

The location is excellent, on the Elbe river. The Italian restaurant inside was great and there were other choices in close walking distance. The air quality in this town is way better than in the US. The people everywhere were nice. I stayed several times, several years ago. I've never traveled to a better place for work.
