The room was fine other than that it was not what we booked. The soap dispenser didn’t work and I requested a new one but only got refill soap with no dispenser. I shared that this didn’t help and they said they had no more soap dispensers. Hard to believe for a Hotel.
The room was not cleaned until 4:30pm when we were getting ready for dinner which was another inconvenience.
Spa area was nice. Breakfast had variety but nothing was great quality, very basic also the breakfast area was overcrowded.
Would not recommend this hotel or stay again despite the great location and nice gym and spa.
The tram is close by, but a number of tourist features are within walking distance.
The hotel is absolutely lovely and the location is perfect for exploring the main sights of Dresden. We stayed at this hotel on our first trip to Dresden and chose it again for this visit.
