We had an extremely late check-in because apparently no one bothered to clean our room on time. We arrived at the hotel at 11:30 AM, but we didn’t get our room until 3:15 PM – after repeatedly asking. No apology, no free drink, nothing! They shamelessly told us the hotel was fully booked, but that was a blatant lie. I checked the hotel website, and there were rooms available for the exact days we had booked. Unbelievable!

The parking garage was another joke. 30 euros per day for a tight duplex garage where you had to go to the lobby every time just to have the doors opened. So if you wanted to drive out, you first had to take a walk to reception. Super annoying and way too little space for the cars!

The room itself was completely run down. Scratches and stains on the furniture, an air conditioner louder than a construction site, and the toilet seat had stains too. No shower cap in the bathroom, and the hairdryer was disgusting – covered in hair! 🤢 And to top it all off, the cleaning lady barged into our room without knocking, even though the sign on the door clearly stated we were in the room. Absolutely disrespectful.

As if that wasn’t enough, our room key stopped working after 1 PM every day. We had to go to the lobby each time to get a new card. And the cherry on top? The elevator went up and down so fast it almost made us sick. Not fun, just pure stress!

Bottom line: This hotel is a nightmare. Awful service, shabby rooms, and way too many annoying details that made the stay unbearable. Save your money and find something better!

This hotel overcharged me during check-out although I have booked my room via Melia mobile app and fully paid the amount before my check-in. The receptionist somehow couldn’t see this info in the system and asked me to pay again during my check-out. I have shared the transaction records and the hotel accepted the overcharge, asked me to fill a form and informed me that they paid the overcharged amount back to my card. However it has been more than a week and I still couldn’t get my refund. I have sent two emails and asking for a proof of refund but no reply to my emails so far. How could it be so difficult to handle a refund and respond your guests queries with respect. I spent my time and wrote this comment about my experience in order to let people know about the lack of quality of customer service at this hotel.
