Great place and beautiful and clean hotel. Had a decent breakfast and was in a great location. A/C could not go lower than 20 degrees so that made it warm in the room during summer but overall a great hotel experience.

The location of the hotel is very central and you can walk to many of the city attractions. The rooms are alright but far from a four star hotel. The breakfast buffet is mediocre and the staff at the buffet were everything but friendly.

We stayed two nights in this lovely hotel and enjoyed each moment. The friendly service, very well equipped and clean rooms not to forget to mention a delious breakfast for a good start into the day framed the visit of this nice town.
The tram is close by, but a number of tourist features are within walking distance.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Dresden! The location is unbeatable—just minutes away from all the major attractions, which made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The hotel has a modern, stylish look, and our room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed.
The staff were all super friendly, but a special mention goes to the young lady at the reception—she was absolutely lovely, so helpful, and genuinely welcoming. She made our check-in experience smooth and left a great first impression that stayed with us throughout our visit.
From the excellent service to the perfect location and facilities, everything was spot on. A truly 5-star experience—highly recommended!

The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect, just a short walk from stunning churches and beautiful architecture, which made exploring the city very pleasant.
Room was spacious and very quiet, had a great view and the bed was comfortable. We liked the designer furniture. Blackout curtains were really blacking out the room.
However, the bathroom was a letdown. There was black mold in the shower, which is just unacceptable.
The concept of having sliding doors that could open to the bedroom was nice, but in reality, the doors didn’t close properly, which made it frustrating to use.
Breakfasts were disappointing. They were definitely not worth the price, the coffee was very bad and the selection of food was very limited, with almost no vegetables.
Service was good, but we didn’t like that the receptionist invited us to park in the garage without mentioning that it came with an extra fee. We were surprised with this fee and we didn’t know about it until we wanted to leave. We would probably park there anyway, but it definitely should be more transparent.
Overall, we liked the hotel, but the mold in the shower was a deal breaker. We wanted to stay longer in Dresden and ended up switching to another hotel instead.

We stayed at the condo and we loved every second of our stay. Very comfortable bed, clean shower and tub. Very clean all around the room. The parking area was easy access, little tight parking spaces but so as everywhere else in Europe, so no problem for us. Felt safe to leave our vehicle. Internet was in and out but not so bad. Can’t beat the location! Easy walk to everywhere, so much beauty all around and the history! We will definitely be coming back. We are already looking into making reservations for our next trip.

Front reception man can be nicer, he made us little uncomfortable and slightly rude, giving us impression that we are wasting his time by checking in. Maybe he had a bad day 🤷.

I travel every week for work and innside by melia is One of the best hotels I have been to. I love staying here. Customer service is amazing. Rooms are spacious and beautifully designed. Food is great! Every time in Dresden, I stay at this hotel!

Let's get it out of the way: the location is impeccable, right next to many of Dresden's historical and cultural landmarks. The check-in was a bit fiddly, as they had implemented a tablet to enter your own details, which didn't really work, though. However, the staff was friendly in guiding me through its quirks. The rooms are nice, but standard for a hotel like this, perhaps even a bit on the small side. It's quiet, despite being in the city. The breakfast buffet is expansive, has vegetarian and vegan options (though a bit too little vegan options for a modern hotel imo), and the staff there is very nice too.

We had an extremely late check-in because apparently no one bothered to clean our room on time. We arrived at the hotel at 11:30 AM, but we didn’t get our room until 3:15 PM – after repeatedly asking. No apology, no free drink, nothing! They shamelessly told us the hotel was fully booked, but that was a blatant lie. I checked the hotel website, and there were rooms available for the exact days we had booked. Unbelievable!
The parking garage was another joke. 30 euros per day for a tight duplex garage where you had to go to the lobby every time just to have the doors opened. So if you wanted to drive out, you first had to take a walk to reception. Super annoying and way too little space for the cars!
The room itself was completely run down. Scratches and stains on the furniture, an air conditioner louder than a construction site, and the toilet seat had stains too. No shower cap in the bathroom, and the hairdryer was disgusting – covered in hair! 🤢 And to top it all off, the cleaning lady barged into our room without knocking, even though the sign on the door clearly stated we were in the room. Absolutely disrespectful.
As if that wasn’t enough, our room key stopped working after 1 PM every day. We had to go to the lobby each time to get a new card. And the cherry on top? The elevator went up and down so fast it almost made us sick. Not fun, just pure stress!
Bottom line: This hotel is a nightmare. Awful service, shabby rooms, and way too many annoying details that made the stay unbearable. Save your money and find something better!

Really beautiful modern hotel in the heart of Dresden. The rooms are exceptionally designed and extremely comfortable, with many small perks like a free mini bar. The sauna is very nice with a steam and two dry saunas.
