We celebrated the 74th birthday of my father in law. I ordered a Filetto di Manzo with medium-rare cooking level but instead I got a total burned one. Will be the last time I will visit this restaurant. The service just smiled and did not even try to improve the situation. Later I got a grappa as an excuse which made no sense since I was driving.

Overall, 1 stars ,because I didn't have the chance to eat. I had reservations for 2 people, I stayed at the reception 25 minutes until somebody told us where should we go, somewhere downstairs. After 10 minutes, one guy came to us and redirected to our table. After we checked the menu for @10-15 ,we saw that no one was coming, we left. I just want to mention it was Saturday night, but still ,waiting 25min at the reception... no thanks....

The decor was nice, the place has pretty good service. I went there on a business lunch with a Project Manger who needed and engineering consultant.
I'd rate the pizza I had which was a custom pizza with hot salami and onions. A 4/5 and the overall service a 4/5 only because the waiter forgot to bring us Expressos we had ordered and we had to remind him 15 minutes later.
Overall I would return to this place to try more dishes. You can sit around and have a nice long meal or a quick 45 minute lunch. From time we ordered our pizza it was at our table in about 10 minutes or so.

Good position if you travel by car. Very large and nice room, the bathroom was also large, but its lay-out could have been better. There is a restaurant downstairs, but this didn't bother us.

We came to eat their tiramisu it was splendid, really really tasty. I approve. The place looks serene and romantic I would recommend it for a cute date. Staff was very friendly.

Rating the restaurant, as it can't be found separately here. The pizza is alright (but also not great), therefore not 1 star. The service in the other hand is so horrible. Unfriendly and not caring for the customer, at least if you happen to come 45 minutes before closing. For the owner: if you want to have your get together with staff (which on its own is of course a good idea), do it after closing instead of just neglecting multiple customers for 20 minutes. But if you state you're open until x, then also be open until then.

beautiful hotel. spacious clean rooms, good breakfast, very friendly staff. petrol station just across the road and open all night. other shops 5 minute walk up the road. city centre about 10 min on tram which is a 5 min walk away. would highly recommend.

A wonderful experience. The room was spacious; well equipped, clean and tidy. A lovely place to stay. The food was likewise, wonderful and reasonably priced., as was the delightful choice of wine. The setting and ambience were superb, with friendly and helpful staff. The portions of food and wine were generous; and with plenty of parking. We didn't walk in to Augsburg centre as we intended so I cannot comment on this

What a FUN place to be! Beautiful hotel...walked in and was handed a key. Great parking, beautiful fountain outdoors to have dinner by...Service is great too. My room was huge...and it came with a fan too! Had plenty of windows, so I was comfortable. It was an unseasonably warm May. Easy to come and go!

We were too big of a group for our tables. So it was not easy to talk to each other and some had to sit quite far from the rest.
