Nice room and nice people literally across the street from the main station. Breakfast was very good with a solid variety from eggs and meats to breads and yogurt as well as cheese and fruit selections. Funny and teeny elevator and an odd layout but a very good value for the money. Nice walk into the city with safe streets and lots of food options very close by. Great base to explore Munich if you don’t want to be in a big city.

We arrive at approximately midnight, only to find out the the code provided by the hotel did not work. The key box was working, but apparently they forgot to load our key. The issue was resolved after a phone call, but having to walk to another hotel (and back) at the middle of the night with luggage is not a stress-free experience.

The hotel's location right in front of the main train station makes it incredibly convenient to reach. Surprisingly, despite its proximity, both the hotel and the room were remarkably quiet, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Even though we had to check in independently due to an emergency with the hotel owner, the process was straightforward and hassle-free. The room, though small in size, was tastefully decorated, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable.
We opted not to have breakfast at the hotel but instead chose to eat at a nearby bakery.

We stayed in Maison Viktoria en route from Calais to Austria.
It has a few negatives, but overall a quaint boutique hotel, with a lovely ‘feel’ - and perfect for a short city break.
Room was very charming. The only downside was the bathroom was dated and the drains were slow to clear, which was bit disgusting.
Staff were helpful.
Convenient parking.
Nice breakfast.
Great breakout room for the kids to play in.
10 minutes walk to the sights.
Really good value.

This hotel is centrally located. Our room was large, well appointed, comfortable and clean. There facilities were great and the breakfast was exceptional. Plenty of high quality produce, well cooked and presented.

Had a very friendly reception. 5 stars to him.
Rooms are good
The booking apparently tells u it's with breakfast yet it might not be. Though the reception will take care of it just walk in. It's €15 normally.
It would be nice to have the menus of the restaurant u recommend as well as the nearby ones in the rooms for guest comfort.
