Leonardo Hotel Augsburg

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Leonardo Hotel in Augsburg and was thoroughly impressed by the experience. One of the standout features is the availability of a underground parking garage, which includes electric vehicle charging stations—a convenient amenity for travelers with cars.

The hotel's cleanliness is impeccable; from the lobby to the rooms, everything is maintained to a high standard. The staff are extremely friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The breakfast buffet offers a great selection of food, catering to various tastes and dietary preferences. The variety and quality of the offerings make for a delightful start to the day.

Considering the excellent amenities, service, and overall experience, the Leonardo Hotel Augsburg provides great value for money. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Now this is a very comfortable, convenient and clean hotel on a good location that offers underground parking yet also has free possibilities to park free outside on the streets. The staff are very helpful - they have a can-do mentality by default. We travelled with our pet and they offered immediately whether we need anything for our dog once we mentioned him. Price is amongst the friendliest, at 85 during our stay it was an excellent price/quality as I think nowadays hotel prices are extremely inflated. The bathroom layout is one of the most functional we have ever been. Squeaky clean soft close toilet seats, shower cabins that doesn't leak outside. High pressure showers with good drainage. Those are the details many hotel design overlooked. The bed is comfy too with two cushions which allows you to sit and read comfortably. Restaurants are within 5-10 minutes walk. We found a very good sushi. It was a surprisingly enjoyable stay. We had also a nice stay on another Leonardo in The Hague. That was memorable too so keep this hotel chain in mind people!

This is an excellent hotel, not just for Augsburg, but by standards you’d apply internationally within its category. An outstanding hard product: brand new and exquisitely tasteful in its design. Rooms give a homey feeling from minute one. I love the many options for lighting. Breakfast is plentiful and varied, the staff are kind and very competent. A little bit removed from the core part of town, if that matters to you.

This is a wonderful hotel, super-clean and modern in a nice part of town. We enjoyed a delicious meal in the hotel restaurant: it was a first class affair. The restaurant manager Vicki took excellent care of us, and was very friendly and personable. The quality of the meal exceeded expectations. I highly recommend this establishment. Restaurant reservations are a good idea, the place was packed on the evening we ate there

The hotel and underground parking were easy to find and located within easy walking distance of Augsburg old town centre.

We had an extremely comfortable one-night stay here in clean, attractive, modern surroundings and were pleasantly surprised to receive a free upgrade to a spacious, tastefully furnished junior suite. We slept well and the temperature in our room remained pleasant despite the intense heat outdoors.

My only criticism concerns the breakfast area, which was cramped and overcrowded. Only one coffee machine, which was malfunctioning, was not enough and the orange juice tasted artificial.

Totally nice Leonardo hotel with a really good bar and breakfast buffet. The staff are super helpful and courteous!

Brand new hotel with top service! Staff are very friendly, the kitchen is very good. I can only recommend it! 👍
