Charming and quiet hotel in one of the best spots in Harzen for mountainbiking and gravel cycling. Staff is nice, and food is some of the best I had in all of Germany.

We were in the restaurant for dinner and it was amazing! Very tasty, delicious, nice menu and very nice and attentive (and also high professional!) service. Live piano music in the bar. Children get a small gift to be busy while they are waiting.

Really nice and friendly place. Been staying there many times over the last 10 years, and always been a pleasure.æ

Clean, friendly and all facilities available. Great place a base for hiking and cycling. Prices are a bit high, but you get what you pay for. Nice view from restaurant over pond.

Excellent location by the lakeside. The rooms were comfortable. But the absence of fans an d ACs in the room was uncomfortable in this hot weather.

I Would give 5 stars if the Restaurant was up to speed, unfortuantly we had a bad experience with a one hour waiting time (we left as my temper is quite high after waiting one hour)But for sure I Will come back, this is one of the most relaxing hotels I ever visited in Europe. 5 stars for the area, city, and the hotel (without the restaurant.)Look forward till next time then the restaurant, and waiters...

The entire hotel has a very nice atmosphere, great design, the lobby is very comfortable and inviting. They offer several different saunas including infrared, there's an amazing comfortable spa lounge area, a well equipped gym, a very nice pool, resting rooms, a library room, and open space areas/terraces. The Nr. 1 position in wellness hotels in Niedersachsen is well deserved by this hotel. Coming out of the various saunas, I felt like a new person. Perfect for relaxation after the stresses of work.

The rooms are very spacious and the food was very delicious. Very much Loved the variety of saunas and relaxing room. Most of all the people who work there were very friendly. Service is amazing. The hotel is adorable and good to reach. Breakfast was also very good. Clean bedrooms and common areas. Comfortable bed. And a very interesting system in which if you don't need or don't want room service they give you a bottle of water. Like a "spare water, get water" mindset. Totally coming back.

It is a really clean nice place right in the center of Bad Harzburg, 10 min away from the train station and close to nice restaurants. It gives a really good breakfast.

Charming hotel with very comfortable room, good service and delicious food. The hotel restaurant serves authentic regional food in a great ambiance. Pool and sauna also great for a relaxing moment after a hiking day in nature. The hotel staff is friendly and warmly welcomed my family and 2 dogs.

Nice hotel in a small German city. We stayed there 3 nights and really enjoyed our stay. Rooms are big and everything is there. Swimming pool was also great to have, unfortunately the sauna was not available. However we got coupon for another place to compensate. Breakfast was really tasty and diverse. Two small bémols, some staff could be a bit more friendly and towels could be exchange every day...

A little gem in Bad Harzburg. Dined two adults with our toddler and had a perfect evening. There is a nice garden with a small playground. Very nice food and calm vibe.

' went there being invited for a close relative's round birthday. We came for lunch and stayed for afternoon tea. The six course menu was very fancy and incredibly tasty; the range of wine, beer, softdrinks and juices was incredible, the service very observant and excellent. Our party had a room with fancy interior to to ourselves. There were seconds available for every dish, but nobody needed any...

A beautiful hotel. A great slogan or funny caricatures and objects on every corner. The rooms have been cleaned very well and the decor is very nice. The roof terrace is a dream and offers a wonderful view 😊🙏 Anytime again 🙌

Overall, I was happy. The bathroom was new with a large shower. What I was missing were towel rails at the head of the shower, you had to step out of it to dry off. What annoyed me, however, was that my breakfast table, which I had for two days, was suddenly reserved for another gentleman, and I was assigned a cat table with a pillar in front of me. This is a no-go .. and does not work at all ..

We were only here to eat. This was very good. The portions were also absolutely sufficient. The service was very friendly and accommodating. We'll definitely come back more often on the next vacation, even if you run out of calories before and after.

My wife and I recently dined in the restaurant as external guests. The food was very good. Fresh ingredients, deliciously prepared and attractively presented. The ambience was also nice, clean and pleasant. The service was very attentive and courteous. We would eat here again.

My partner and I were from 08/24. for 2 nights in the Hotel Am Eichenberg and have nothing to complain about. We were welcomed and served in a very friendly manner. Great food and an excellent breakfast buffet awaited us there. You can go hiking directly from the hotel. So everything is fine. :-)
