More than a good hotel! We had a 3-day package "Romantik" half board and included a candlelight dinner. And a welcome cocktail (with 4 courses). Pleasant service, cozy bar, good massages, excellent service. We were in the main building. Perfect base for the Burgberg, Goslar and Werningerode (with the steam train to the Brocken, 1142 m high).

Very accommodating, even when booking. Friendly staff, room in the neighboring building "SUPER". We enjoyed the extensive breakfast, the selection and quality couldn't be beaten, and the staff here were also very friendly. If we go to the Harz again, the hotel will be number one.

It is a really clean nice place right in the center of Bad Harzburg, 10 min away from the train station and close to nice restaurants. It gives a really good breakfast.

A beautiful hotel. A great slogan or funny caricatures and objects on every corner. The rooms have been cleaned very well and the decor is very nice. The roof terrace is a dream and offers a wonderful view 😊🙏 Anytime again 🙌

Overall, I was happy. The bathroom was new with a large shower. What I was missing were towel rails at the head of the shower, you had to step out of it to dry off. What annoyed me, however, was that my breakfast table, which I had for two days, was suddenly reserved for another gentleman, and I was assigned a cat table with a pillar in front of me. This is a no-go .. and does not work at all ..

We were only here to eat. This was very good. The portions were also absolutely sufficient. The service was very friendly and accommodating. We'll definitely come back more often on the next vacation, even if you run out of calories before and after.

My wife and I recently dined in the restaurant as external guests. The food was very good. Fresh ingredients, deliciously prepared and attractively presented. The ambience was also nice, clean and pleasant. The service was very attentive and courteous. We would eat here again.

My partner and I were from 08/24. for 2 nights in the Hotel Am Eichenberg and have nothing to complain about. We were welcomed and served in a very friendly manner. Great food and an excellent breakfast buffet awaited us there. You can go hiking directly from the hotel. So everything is fine. :-)

Clean, comfortable hotel... Friendly staff! Close to the attractions and maun station!

The rooms are alright, but the doors or walls are very thin so you can hear the neighbors and people on the corridor. The reception is open only from 8am to 8 pm which is not so optimal but we got the keys from a locker in front of the hotel entrance.

Location was finde. Staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. A litte old-fashioned, but totally find for an overnight stay.

The hotel was in a beautiful old building. Covid prevention measures were taken seriously. The buffet breakfast was one of the nicest I've had on holiday in Germany. I was especially pleased that the coffee pot was refilled several times!

What a great family owned Hotel. This stay was very special, not only was it our anniversary, the style of the Hotel, the people, the rooms and the city are great for a long weekend. I liked the hotel. The staff was very friendly. The room, the gym and the spa-area were beautiful. Unfortunately my room was not totally clean. I found a few long black hair on the bed. I have very short blond hair, so they were not mine. I stayed in a room called "Harz Nester". The bed was very hard. Great facilities, swimming pool and several saunas. Great food quality. Very polite staff. Comfortable beds. Rooms towards the road can be noisy but excellent three pane windows cut all road noise away. Very good value for money.

My wife and I stayed here in January while visiting our daughter. The hotel had been renovated which was still a work in progress and there was a barrier in front of the hotel that made it difficult to find the entrance. The check in was long and ridiculous with a tablet that you have to do yourself with the staff just standing there and watching you. I guess no one wants to talk with people anymore...

This was such an amazing experience. The apartment was recently renovated with everything being renovated and -modernized. The hosts added a number of personal touches such as leaving snacks and a bottle of wine as welcoming gifts. The service from BestHarz was absolutely perfect. Fast replys to our questions before our vacation and kind and friendly welcome as we came to pick up the key. The neighbourhood is very quite and the house lives up to its description.

Great a appartment for 1 or 2 people. The rooms are perfectly equipped and very cozy. The appartment is located around the corner from the city centre. We had a lovely time and would recommend the place for a nice trip to Bad Harzburg

I was given a lovely room in good condtion, with a spacious bathroom. The bed was comfortable, the heating effective, and the decor attractive. Hotel Victoria offers a really nice stay close to the Harz mountains. It's located in the center of Bad Harzburg with a lot locations nearby. The hotel parking lot and breakfast are inclusive. Spoilt by a poor "accidentally left" policy At first I was a bit surprised at staying in the dark yellow painted, deep red curtained and darkwood themed Africa room (135) but it grew on me. The patio area was pretty dark though. Breakfast was great but no restaurant for an evening meal nor a bar which was a shame. A very nice, cozy pension in a quiet location but still central. The breakfast buffet was small but fine. Everything was there that you needed to start the day. The landlord is very nice and helpful. Thank you very much, we will be happy to come back.

We liked it very much. The beds were good and the room was very clean. Only the bathroom should be renovated. The sink was very low, more for children 😉 The operators were very nice and accommodating. We would book with you again. The guesthouse is very centrally located so you can reach a lot on foot.

Was a great place to breakfast, sleep and amuse the place was great and the hotel rooms are really clean the only downside is that the rooms are a bit old but that's fine.

The room is kept plain and simple and clean, even a minibar is available. The landlords are very nice and friendly. I can't complain, it's sufficient for my purposes. Breakfast is good, could have more choices. Price-performance ratio is okay. There's even a seating area outside.

Family-run small pension, close to the center and yet away from street noise and hustle and bustle, located in the spa gardens. Absolutely recommendable, because furnished with love (rooms, breakfast room and the garden with lots of seating), a very good breakfast and very nice hosts. Gladly again!
