Room and breakfast all good, only the thermal baths are closed

It was nice there, the service was good. The room very clean. Only the mattress was a bit soft. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Special requests were met due to a food intolerance.

Clean, but showing its age... Super nice staff, great location. Baked rolls for breakfast, but freshly boiled eggs. Everything is great in Corona times!

It is a really clean nice place right in the center of Bad Harzburg, 10 min away from the train station and close to nice restaurants. It gives a really good breakfast.

What annoyed me, however, was that my breakfast table, which I had for two days, was suddenly reserved for another gentleman, and I was assigned a cat table with a pillar in front of me

The bathroom was new with a large shower. What I was missing were towel rails at the head of the shower, you had to step out of it to dry off

I love the garden here. It lies at a good spot from where you can view the whole town.

The drainage in the bath really needed some cleaning. The small sieve over the drain doesn’t do the job itself! The drain underneath was filled with hair etc. so the water wouldn’t run out

It’s small and the asphalt is terrible!! Sad the fountain wasn’t active with water running. There is another parking spot right next to the hotel though for those who want to park there

The garden could use a makeover but it’s nice and quiet. Don’t get fooled by the pics of the parking spot in front where the fountain is

The reception is open only from 8am to 8 pm which is not so optimal but we got the keys from a locker in front of the hotel entrance

We will definitely visit this hotel again and recommend it to family, friends and acquaintances. We also found the attention that was given to us without being intrusive, excellent

The hotel was in a beautiful old building. Covid prevention measures were taken seriously. The buffet breakfast was one of the nicest I've had on holiday in Germany

The hotel - pension is very centrally located in the beautiful spa town of Bad Harzburg and is excellently managed by the owner. The rooms are comfortably furnished and the breakfast leaves nothing to be desired

The bar tender makes a short holiday for you, thanks a lot for this two days. There is only one mall thing, that I would see as an optimization potential: the TV in the rooms is quite small, I would guess 21"

This is a great Hotel with 5* Service, in the middle of nowhere. Dinner and breakfast is great quality. If you want to chill, you need to go to the QBar, the service and the drinks are awesome

She even recommended various combinations of appetizers and soups for our party members with lighter appetites. Food, service, and ambience were beyond reproach

The reception was very good, I was able to order in advance the dish i wanted to have for dinner and the time for dinner, and I was able to have the dish divided in two for me and my girlfriend (which is not well seen in other hotels, I must say)

It was a wonderful time in this hotel, service, food, cleanliness and friendliness, everything was perfect. The location for hiking is great. We will definitely spend our vacation there again

Excellent location by the lakeside. The rooms were comfortable. But the absence of fans an d ACs in the room was uncomfortable in this hot weather.

We were in the restaurant for dinner and it was amazing! Very tasty, delicious, nice menu and very nice and attentive (and also high professional!) service. Children get a small gift to be busy while they are waiting

🤗😉 FOOD WAS MEEEEGA DELICIOUS The room was on the ground floor with a terrace and side exit, the raised beds with strawberries, tomatoes, beans and herbs were particularly beautiful

And there is nice seating on the terrace. Because my family comes from Bad Harzburg and I was visiting families. I will always stay here now as soon as I visit home

The only thing to complain about is that the paths and beds in front of the hotel need maintenance
