The Nr. 1 position in wellness hotels in Niedersachsen is well deserved by this hotel. Coming out of the various saunas, I felt like a new person. Perfect for relaxation after the stresses of work.

Service is amazing. The hotel is adorable and good to reach. Breakfast was also very good. Clean bedrooms and common areas. Comfortable bed. And a very interesting system in which if you don't need or don't want room service they give you a bottle of water. Like a "spare water, get water" mindset. Totally coming back.

More than a good hotel! We had a 3-day package "Romantik" half board and included a candlelight dinner. And a welcome cocktail (with 4 courses). Pleasant service, cozy bar, good massages, excellent service. We were in the main building. Perfect base for the Burgberg, Goslar and Werningerode (with the steam train to the Brocken, 1142 m high).

Very accommodating, even when booking. Friendly staff, room in the neighboring building "SUPER". We enjoyed the extensive breakfast, the selection and quality couldn't be beaten, and the staff here were also very friendly. If we go to the Harz again, the hotel will be number one.

It is a really clean nice place right in the center of Bad Harzburg, 10 min away from the train station and close to nice restaurants. It gives a really good breakfast.

The rooms are alright, but the doors or walls are very thin so you can hear the neighbors and people on the corridor. The reception is open only from 8am to 8 pm which is not so optimal but we got the keys from a locker in front of the hotel entrance.

Room cosy and clean but missing bed table and lamp. Good location in the middle of the forest. Breakfast: good variety and fresh. Charming and quiet hotel in one of the best spots in Harzen for mountainbiking and gravel cycling. Staff is nice, and food is some of the best I had in all of Germany.

Great hotel. This hotel leaves nothing to be desired and delivers what you expect. Great wellness area, great pool, etc. ...! The restaurant and breakfast are top-notch. But now for the best part: the staff are amazing, super friendly and helpful. They leave nothing to be desired and for me are the most important and biggest asset of the hotel. We were in the restaurant for dinner and it was amazing! Very tasty, delicious, nice menu and very nice and attentive (and also high professional!) service. Live piano music in the bar. Children get a small gift to be busy while they are waiting.
